다음으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 서비스 제공 시스템(200)는 제1 인물 또는 인물 그룹의 고유 폰트에 대한 사용 권한을 가지는 사용자의 사용자 단말 장치(300)에게 제1 인물 또는 인물 그룹의 고유 폰트 데이터를 전송하고, 사용자 단말 장치(300)에게 제1 인물 또는 인물 그룹에 관한 컨텐츠가 제공되면 위의 전송된 제1 인물 또는 인물 그룹의 고유 폰트 데이터를 이용하여 제1 인물 또는 인물 그룹에 관한 컨텐츠에 포함된 문자 중 적어도 일부가 제1 인물 또는 인물 그룹의 고유 폰트로 표시되도록 함으로써, 인물 또는 인물 그룹에 관한 컨텐츠(메시지 등)가 마치 해당 인물 또는 인물 그룹이 직접 손으로 작성한 것과 같은 모습이나 이나 해당 인물 또는 인물 그룹을 직관적으로 떠올릴 수 있게 하는 모습으로 사용자에게 보여지도록 하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다.
서비스 제공 시스템(200)의 내부 구성에 대해서는 후술할 "서비스 제공 시스템의 구성" 부분에서 보다 자세하게 살펴보기로 한다.
다음으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 사용자 단말 장치(300)는 통신망(100)에 접속한 후 통신할 수 있도록 하는 기능을 포함하는 디지털 기기로서, 스마트폰, 태블릿, 데스크탑, 노트북 등과 같이 메모리 수단을 구비하고 마이크로 프로세서를 탑재하여 연산 능력을 갖춘 휴대용 디지털 기기라면 얼마든지 본 발명에 따른 사용자 단말 장치(300)로서 채택될 수 있다. 한편, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 사용자 단말 장치(300)에는 사용자가 서비스 제공 시스템(400) 또는 SNS 서버(400)로부터 메시지, 이미지, 동영상 등의 다양한 컨텐츠와 고유 폰트 데이터를 제공 받을 수 있도록 하기 위한 애플리케이션, 웹 브라우저, 위젯 등의 필요 프로그램이 포함되어 있을 수 있다.
다음으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, SNS 서버(400)는 통신망(100)을 통하여 서비스 제공 시스템(200) 및/또는 사용자 단말 장치(300)와의 통신을 수행한다. 예를 들어, SNS 서버(400)는 사용자 단말 장치(300) 및/또는 서비스 제공 시스템(200)에게 소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS)와 연관되어 생성되는 메시지, 이미지, 동영상 등의 다양한 컨텐츠를 제공하는 서버일 수 있다.
서비스 제공 시스템의 구성
이하에서는, 본 발명의 구현을 위하여 중요한 기능을 수행하는 서비스 제공 시스템(200)의 내부 구성 및 각 구성요소의 기능에 대하여 살펴보기로 한다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 서비스 제공 시스템(200)의 내부 구성을 예시적으로 나타내는 도면이다.
도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 서비스 제공 시스템(200)는, 폰트 데이터 관리부(210), 컨텐츠 관리부(220), 통신부(230) 및 제어부(240)를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 폰트 데이터 관리부(210), 컨텐츠 관리부(220), 통신부(230) 및 제어부(240)는 그 중 적어도 일부가 서비스 제공 시스템(200)와 통신하는 프로그램 모듈들일 수 있다. 이러한 프로그램 모듈들은 운영 시스템, 응용 프로그램 모듈 및 기타 프로그램 모듈의 형태로 서비스 제공 시스템(200)에 포함될 수 있으며, 물리적으로는 여러 가지 공지의 기억 장치 상에 저장될 수 있다. 또한, 이러한 프로그램 모듈들은 서비스 제공 시스템(200)와 통신 가능한 원격 기억 장치에 저장될 수도 있다. 한편, 이러한 프로그램 모듈들은 본 발명에 따라 후술할 특정 업무를 수행하거나 특정 추상 데이터 유형을 실행하는 루틴, 서브루틴, 프로그램, 오브젝트, 컴포넌트, 데이터 구조 등을 포괄하지만, 이에 제한되지는 않는다.
먼저, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 폰트 데이터 관리부(210)는, 데이터베이스(미도시됨)에 저장되어 있는 적어도 하나의 인물 또는 인물 그룹의 고유 폰트 데이터 중에서, 제1 인물 또는 인물 그룹의 고유 폰트에 대한 사용 권한을 가지는 사용자의 사용자 단말 장치(300)에게 제1 인물 또는 인물 그룹의 고유 폰트 데이터를 전송하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다. 여기서, 본 발명에서 제공되는 고유 폰트 데이터에는, 연예인, 정치인, 운동선수 등의 유명인 또는 유명인 그룹의 고유 폰트 데이터뿐만 아니라 일반 사용자 또는 일반 사용자 그룹의 고유 폰트 데이터가 포함될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 제1 인물 또는 인물 그룹의 고유 폰트에 대한 사용 권한은 해당 고유 폰트를 직접 구매하거나 다른 사용자로부터 해당 고유 폰트를 선물 받은 사용자에게 부여될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 폰트 데이터 관리부(210)는 암호화된 상태의 고유 폰트 데이터를 사용자 단말 장치(300)에게 전송될 수 있고, 이러한 경우, 폰트 데이터 관리부(210)는 사용자 단말 장치(300)에 저장되어 있는 키(key) 데이터를 이용하여 위의 암호화된 고유 폰트 데이터에 대한 암호화 해제를 수행할 수 있다. 여기서, 키 데이터는 본 발명에 따른 서비스를 제공하는 전용 애플리케이션, 웹 브라우저, 위젯 등을 통하여 사용자 단말 장치(300)에게 미리 제공될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 사용자 단말 장치(300)에게 전송된 고유 폰트 데이터는 평상시에 암호화된 상태로 사용자 단말 장치(300)의 비휘발성 메모리(미도시됨)에 저장되어 있다가 후술할 바와 같이 실제로 사용되는 경우에만 암호화가 해제된 상태로 사용자 단말 장치(300)의 휘발성 메모리(미도시됨)에 일시적으로 저장될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 폰트 데이터 관리부(210)는 사용자 단말 장치(300)에게 전송된 고유 폰트 데이터 또는 키 데이터에 대한 비정상적인 접근(예를 들면, 앱 소스 추출, 열람 등)이 발생하면 해당 고유 폰트 데이터 또는 키 데이터가 삭제되거나 난독화되도록 하는 기능을 수행함으로써, 사용자 단말 장치(300)에게 전송된 고유 폰트 데이터에 대한 보안을 유지하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다.
다음으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 컨텐츠 관리부(220)는 사용자 단말 장치(300)에게 어떤 인물 또는 인물 그룹에 관한 컨텐츠가 제공되면, 사용자 단말 장치(300)에게 전송된 해당 인물 또는 인물 그룹의 고유 폰트 데이터를 이용하여 해당 인물 또는 인물 그룹에 관한 컨텐츠에 포함된 문자 중 적어도 일부가 해당 인물 또는 인물 그룹의 고유 폰트로 표시되도록 하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다. 여기서, 본 발명에서 제공되는 인물 또는 인물 그룹에 관한 컨텐츠에는, 해당 인물 또는 인물 그룹(즉, 해당 인물 또는 인물 그룹의 계정)에 의하여 생성된(즉, 작성된) SNS 메시지, 이미지, 동영상 등이 포함될 수 있고, 해당 인물 또는 인물 그룹에 의하여 직접 생성되지는 않았지만 해당 인물 또는 인물 그룹과 관련된 SNS 메시지, 이미지, 동영상 등도 포함될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 컨텐츠 관리부(220)는 사용자 단말 장치(300)의 비휘발성 메모리에 저장되어 있는 고유 폰트 데이터에 대한 암호화가 해제되도록 하고 이렇게 암호화가 해제된 고유 폰트 데이터가 사용자 단말 장치(300)의 휘발성 메모리에 일시적으로 저장되도록 함으로써 인물 또는 인물 그룹에 관한 컨텐츠에 해당 인물 또는 인물 그룹의 고유 폰트 데이터를 적용시킬 수 있다.
예를 들면, 연예인 A가 자신의 트위터(Twitter) 계정을 통하여 "팬 여러분, 안녕하세요? 좋은 아침입니다."라는 메시지를 남긴 경우를 가정할 수 있는데, 이러한 경우 연예인 A를 팔로우(follow)하면서도 연예인 A의 고유 폰트에 대한 사용 권한을 가지고 있는 사용자 B의 사용자 단말 장치(300) 상에는 위의 메시지가 연예인 A의 고유 폰트로 표시될 수 있다.
다른 예를 들면, 사용자 C가 자신의 페이스북(Facebook) 계정을 통하여 "7월 26일에 결혼합니다"라는 글을 작성한 경우를 가정할 수 있는데, 이러한 경우 사용자 C와 친구 관계를 맺고 있으면서도 사용자 C의 고유 폰트에 대한 사용 권한을 가지고 있는 사용자 D의 사용자 단말 장치(300) 상에는 위의 글이 사용자 C의 고유 폰트로 표시될 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 컨텐츠 관리부(220)는 공지의 SNS 서버(400)로부터 사용자가 미리 지정해 놓거나 사용자에게 추천되는 인물 또는 인물 그룹에 관한 컨텐츠를 수집하여 해당 사용자의 사용자 단말 장치(300)에게 통합적으로 전달하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 컨텐츠 관리부(220)는 사용자가 미리 지정해 놓거나 사용자에게 추천되는 인물 또는 인물 그룹에 관한 컨텐츠가 갱신되면 이를 알리는 알림 정보를 사용자 단말 장치(300)에게 전송하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 컨텐츠 관리부(220)는 사용자가 자신의 사용자 단말 장치(300)를 통하여 제공 받은 적어도 하나의 컨텐츠를 기초로 하여 2차 컨텐츠를 제작할 수 있도록 지원하고, 이렇게 제작된 2차 컨텐츠가 다른 사용자에게 공유될 수 있도록 하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다.
다음으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 통신부(230)는 서비스 제공 시스템(200)이 사용자 단말 장치(300), 공지의 SNS 서버(400) 등과 같은 외부 시스템과 통신할 수 있도록 하는 기능을 수행한다.
마지막으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 제어부(240)는 폰트 데이터 관리부(210), 컨텐츠 관리부(220) 및 통신부(230) 간의 데이터의 흐름을 제어하는 기능을 수행한다. 즉, 제어부(240)는 외부로의/외부로부터의 또는 서비스 제공 시스템(200)의 각 구성요소 간의 데이터의 흐름을 제어함으로써, 폰트 데이터 관리부(210), 컨텐츠 관리부(220) 및 통신부(230)에서 각각 고유 기능을 수행하도록 제어한다.
이하에서는, 본 발명에 따른 서비스 제공 시스템(200)이 공지의 SNS 서버(400)로부터 컨텐츠를 수집하여 사용자 단말 장치(300)에게 전달하는 구성에 대하여 보다 자세하게 설명하기로 한다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 공지의 SNS 서버로부터 컨텐츠를 수집하여 사용자 단말 장치에게 전달하는 전체 시스템의 구성을 예시적으로 나타내는 도면이다.
도 3을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 서비스 제공 시스템(200)은, 웹(Web) API 서버, 컨텐트 전송 네트워크(CDN) 서버, 버스(Bus) 서비스 서버, 캐시(Cache) 서버, 데이터베이스(Database) 서버, 스토리지(Storage) 서버, 워커(Worker) 서버, 알림 허브(Notification Hub) 서버 및 스케쥴러(Scheduler) 서버를 포함할 수 있다.
도 3을 참조하여 SNS 서버로부터 수집되는 컨텐츠가 사용자 단말 장치(300)에게 전달되는 과정에 대하여 설명하면 다음과 같다. 먼저, 스케쥴러 서버가 정해진 시간마다 공지의 SNS 서버(400)로부터 발급 받은 토큰(token)을 이용하여 해당 SNS에서 생성된 컨텐츠를 수집할 수 있다. 다음으로, 위와 같이 수집된 컨텐츠 중 사용자 단말 장치(300)에게 바로 제공될 컨텐츠는 캐시 서버에 저장될 수 있고, 웹 API 서버는 캐시 서버에 저장되어 있는 컨텐츠를 사용자 단말 장치(300)에게 전송할 수 있다. 한편, 위와 같이 수집된 컨텐츠 중 추후 갱신 여부에 따라 사용자 단말 장치(300)에 대하여 푸쉬(push) 알림을 발생시키도록 설정된 컨텐츠(즉, 푸쉬 알림용 컨텐츠)는 스토리지 서버에 저장될 수 있다.
계속하여, 도 3을 참조하여 공지의 SNS 계정을 가지고 있는 사용자를 본 발명에 따른 서비스에 등록하는 과정에 대하여 설명하면 다음과 같다. 먼저, 사용자 단말 장치(300)가 공지의 SNS 서버(400)로부터 발급 받은 토큰을 웹 API 서버에게 전송하면, 이에 대응하여 웹 API 서버는 자체 토큰을 발행하여 사용자 단말 장치(300)에게 전송하고 해당 사용자의 등록 정보를 데이터베이스 서버에 저장할 수 있다. 다음으로, 웹 API 서버는 사용자 단말 장치(300)로부터 전송 받은 토큰을 버스 서비스 서버에게 전달할 수 있고, 이에 따라 워커 서버는 버스 서비스 서버로부터 획득되는 토큰을 이용하여 공지의 SNS 서버(400)로부터 사용자 정보를 수집할 수 있고 이렇게 수집된 사용자 정보를 스토리지 서버에 저장할 수 있다.
계속하여, 도 3을 참조하여 사용자 단말 장치(300)에게 푸쉬 알림을 제공하는 과정에 대하여 설명하면 다음과 같다. 먼저, 스케쥴러 서버가 스토리지 서버에 저장되어 있는 푸쉬 알림용 컨텐츠와 데이터베이스 서버에 저장되어 있는 사용자 설정 정보를 추출할 수 있다. 다음으로, 스케쥴러 서버는 위와 같이 추출된 정보를 참조로 하여 사용자별 설정에 부합하는 푸쉬 알림 정보 및 해당 컨텐츠를 사용자 단말 장치(300)에게 전송하여 줄 것을 알림 허브 서버에게 요청할 수 있다.
이상 설명된 본 발명에 따른 실시예들은 다양한 컴퓨터 구성요소를 통하여 수행될 수 있는 프로그램 명령어의 형태로 구현되어 비일시성의 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체에 기록될 수 있다. 상기 비일시성의 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체는 프로그램 명령어, 데이터 파일, 데이터 구조 등을 단독으로 또는 조합하여 포함할 수 있다. 상기 비일시성의 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체에 기록되는 프로그램 명령어는 본 발명을 위하여 특별히 설계되고 구성된 것들이거나 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 분야의 당업자에게 공지되어 사용 가능한 것일 수도 있다. 비일시성의 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체의 예에는, 하드 디스크, 플로피 디스크 및 자기 테이프와 같은 자기 매체, CD-ROM, DVD와 같은 광기록 매체, 플롭티컬 디스크(floptical disk)와 같은 자기-광 매체(magneto-optical media), 및 ROM, RAM, 플래시 메모리 등과 같은 프로그램 명령어를 저장하고 수행하도록 특별히 구성된 하드웨어 장치가 포함된다. 프로그램 명령어의 예에는, 컴파일러에 의해 만들어지는 것과 같은 기계어 코드뿐만 아니라 인터프리터 등을 사용해서 컴퓨터에 의해서 실행될 수 있는 고급 언어 코드도 포함된다. 상기 하드웨어 장치는 본 발명에 따른 처리를 수행하기 위해 하나 이상의 소프트웨어 모듈로서 작동하도록 구성될 수 있으며, 그 역도 마찬가지이다.
이상에서 본 발명이 구체적인 구성요소 등과 같은 특정 사항들과 한정된 실시예 및 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 이는 본 발명의 보다 전반적인 이해를 돕기 위해서 제공된 것일 뿐, 본 발명이 상기 실시예들에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상적인 지식을 가진 자라면 이러한 기재로부터 다양한 수정 및 변형을 꾀할 수 있다.
따라서, 본 발명의 사상은 상기 설명된 실시예에 국한되어 정해져서는 아니 되며, 후술하는 특허청구범위뿐만 아니라 이 특허청구범위와 균등하게 또는 등가적으로 변형된 모든 것들은 본 발명의 사상의 범주에 속한다고 할 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 인물에 관한 정보를 제공하기 위한 방법으로서,
    제1 인물 또는 인물 그룹의 고유 폰트(font)에 대한 사용 권한을 가지는 사용자의 사용자 단말 장치에게 상기 제1 인물 또는 인물 그룹의 고유 폰트 데이터를 전송하는 단계, 및
    상기 사용자 단말 장치에게 상기 제1 인물 또는 인물 그룹에 관한 컨텐츠가 제공되면, 상기 전송된 제1 인물 또는 인물 그룹의 고유 폰트 데이터를 이용하여 상기 제공된 상기 제1 인물 또는 인물 그룹에 관한 컨텐츠에 포함된 문자 중 적어도 일부가 상기 제1 인물 또는 인물 그룹의 고유 폰트로 표시되도록 하는 단계
    를 포함하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 인물 또는 인물 그룹에 관한 컨텐츠는, 상기 제1 인물 또는 인물 그룹에 의하여 생성되거나 상기 제1 인물 또는 인물 그룹과 관련된 SNS(Social Network Service) 메시지, 이미지 및 동영상 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 전송 단계에서,
    상기 고유 폰트 데이터는 암호화된 상태로 상기 사용자 단말 장치에게 전송되어 상기 사용자 단말 장치의 비휘발성 메모리에 저장되고,
    상기 표시 단계에서,
    상기 고유 폰트 데이터는 암호화가 해제된 상태로 상기 사용자 단말 장치의 휘발성 메모리에 일시적으로 저장되는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 표시 단계에서,
    상기 사용자 단말 장치에 저장되어 있는 키(key) 데이터를 이용하여 상기 고유 폰트 데이터에 대한 암호화를 해제하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 전송된 고유 폰트 데이터에 대한 비정상적인 접근이 발생하면, 상기 전송된 고유 폰트 데이터가 삭제되거나 난독화되도록 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 실행하기 위한 컴퓨터 프로그램을 기록한 비일시성의 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체.
  7. 인물에 관한 정보를 제공하기 위한 시스템으로서,
    제1 인물 또는 인물 그룹의 고유 폰트(font)에 대한 사용 권한을 가지는 사용자의 사용자 단말 장치에게 상기 제1 인물 또는 인물 그룹의 고유 폰트 데이터를 전송하는 폰트 데이터 관리부, 및
    상기 사용자 단말 장치에게 상기 제1 인물 또는 인물 그룹에 관한 컨텐츠가 제공되면, 상기 전송된 제1 인물 또는 인물 그룹의 고유 폰트 데이터를 이용하여 상기 제1 인물 또는 인물 그룹에 관한 컨텐츠에 포함된 문자 중 적어도 일부가 상기 제1 인물 또는 인물 그룹의 고유 폰트로 표시되도록 하는 컨텐츠 관리부
    를 포함하는 시스템.
