본 발명은 커뮤니티 서비스 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 자동 그루핑 기능을 갖는 커뮤니티 서비스 시스템에 관한 것이다.
컴퓨터 및 통신 기술의 발달과 함께, 각종 온라인 서비스가 등장하였다. 그 중 커뮤니티 서비스는 네티즌들이 직접 정보를 생산, 공유하고 이들이 모여 활동할 수 있도록 공간을 마련해 주는 서비스인데, 이는 커뮤니티 사이트를 통해 이용자 자신이 좋아하는 테마에 맞추어서 게시판이나 채팅방 등을 설치하고, 이를 통하여 특정 그룹들 간에 정보 및 의견을 교환할 수 있도록 하는 것으로서, 온라인 서비스 측면에서 볼 때 신규 가입자의 확보는 물론 기존 가입자들의 이탈을 막는 데 가장 효과적인 서비스로 인식되고 있다.
특히, 최근에는 스마트폰, 태블릿 PC 등 각종 스마트 디바이스가 급격하게 보급되면서, 온라인 커뮤니티 서비스의 이용이 더욱 활발해지고 있다. 이와 같은 추세에 따라 온라인 커뮤니티의 수는 점차 늘어나고 있으며, 이를 이용하는 유저들은 가입할 온라인 커뮤니티를 검색하기 위해 많은 시간과 노력을 사용하고 있다. 또한, 일부 커뮤니티의 경우에는 공개하지 않도록 하기 위해서 초대된 유저만 가입을 허용하고 있는데, 초대장의 발송과 같은 번거로운 문제가 발생하는 한계가 있다. 따라서 이와 같은 비효율을 해결하기 위한 기술의 개발이 시급히 필요한 실정이다.

본 발명은 기존에 제안된 방법들의 상기와 같은 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 제안된 것으로서, 유저의 그루핑 정보를 이용하여 유저를 적어도 하나 이상의 커뮤니티 그룹에 자동 가입시킴으로써, 유저가 가입할 그룹을 검색하거나 초대받지 않더라도 자동으로 그룹에 가입할 수 있으며, 많은 수의 커뮤니티 그룹 중에서 가입할 그룹을 찾거나 다른 유저를 초대하기 위해 시간과 노력을 낭비할 필요가 없으므로 유저의 편의를 증진시키고 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는, 자동 그루핑 기능을 갖는 커뮤니티 서비스 시스템을 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.

도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 자동 그루핑 기능을 갖는 커뮤니티 서비스 시스템의 구성을 도시한 도면이다. 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 자동 그루핑 기능을 갖는 커뮤니티 서비스 시스템은, 커뮤니티 서비스 모듈(200) 및 그루핑 모듈(300)을 포함하여 구성될 수 있으며, 유저 등록 모듈(100)을 더 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
유저 등록 모듈(100)은, 그루핑 정보를 입력받고 유저를 회원으로 등록할 수 있다. 여기에서 그루핑 정보는, 개인 정보, 지역 정보 및 관심 정보를 포함하는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상할 수 있다. 물론, 회원 등록 후에도, 유저의 요청에 따라 그루핑 정보를 추가 등록하거나 수정할 수도 있다.
커뮤니티 서비스 모듈(200)은, 커뮤니티 그룹을 개설하고, 회원으로 등록된 유저에게 커뮤니티 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 즉, 커뮤니티 서비스 모듈(200)은, 유저에게 온라인 모임 공간인 커뮤니티 그룹을 제공하고, 글의 게시, 열람, 댓글 작성, 공유, 추천 등의 커뮤니티 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 유저는 유저 디바이스(20)를 이용해 커뮤니티 서비스 모듈(200)에서 제공하는 각종 커뮤니티 서비스를 이용함으로써, 커뮤니티 그룹의 온라인 모임을 활성화하고, 친목 도모 및 정보 공유 등에 활용할 수 있다.
그루핑 모듈(300)은, 유저의 그루핑 정보를 이용하여, 유저를 적어도 하나 이상의 커뮤니티 그룹에 자동 가입시킬 수 있다. 즉, 본 발명에서는, 유저가 가입하고자 하는 커뮤니티 그룹을 검색하거나 추천받아 가입하는 것이 아니라, 그루핑 모듈(300)이 자동으로 유저에게 적합한 커뮤니티 그룹을 찾아내어 가입시킬 수 있다.
한편, 그루핑 모듈(300)은, 유저의 회원 가입 또는 그루핑 정보의 입력 시에, 유저를 커뮤니티 그룹에 자동으로 가입시킬 수 있다. 즉, 그루핑 모듈(300)은, 유저가 유저 등록 모듈(100)을 통해 회원으로 가입할 때 개인 정보 등의 그루핑 정보를 이용해 유저에게 맞는 커뮤니티 그룹에 자동으로 가입시킬 수 있다. 또한, 유저가 그루핑 정보를 추가 입력하거나 수정하는 경우, 그루핑 정보의 입력 시에 해당 그루핑 정보와 매칭되는 커뮤니티 그룹에 유저를 자동으로 가입시킬 수도 있다.
도 3 내지 도 5는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 자동 그루핑 기능을 갖는 커뮤니티 서비스 시스템에서, 그루핑 정보를 입력하는 유저 디바이스(20)를 예를 들어 도시한 도면이다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 자동 그루핑 기능을 갖는 커뮤니티 서비스 시스템에서는, 서비스 서버(10)가 다양한 종류의 그루핑 정보를 유저 디바이스(20)를 통해 입력받을 수 있다.
보다 구체적으로는, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 유저의 개인 정보와 학력을 그루핑 정보로 입력할 수 있다. 이때, 개인 정보 등은 커뮤니티 서비스 이용을 위한 회원 가입에 사용될 수도 있다. 또한, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 고향, 회사 위치, 현재 거주지 등 지역 정보를 그루핑 정보로 입력할 수 있으며, 이때 지역 정보의 효율적인 입력을 위해 유저 디바이스(20)에 탑재된 GPS(Global Positioning System) 기능을 이용할 수도 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 소유한 차량, 이용 중인 전자제품, 통신사, 좋아하는 가수, 관심 있는 외국어 등, 유저가 관심을 갖고 있는 사항 등을 그루핑 정보로 입력할 수 있다.
본 발명에서는, 도 4 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 특정 그루핑 정보를 사용할지 여부를 유저가 선택할 수 있도록 함으로써, 유저가 원하는 않는 커뮤니티 그룹에는 가입이 되지 않도록 할 수 있다. 또한, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같은 “+” 메뉴를 이용하여, 원하는 그루핑 정보를 추가하여 입력할 수 있도록 함으로써, 일반적으로 입력이 요청되는 그루핑 정보 항목이 아닌 정보를 추가하고, 유저가 원하는 커뮤니티 그룹에 가입할 수 있다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 자동 그루핑 기능을 갖는 커뮤니티 서비스 시스템에서, 자동으로 가입된 커뮤니티 그룹 리스트가 출력된 유저 디바이스(20)를 예를 들어 도시한 도면이다. 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 자동 그루핑 기능을 갖는 커뮤니티 서비스 시스템에서는, 그루핑 모듈(300)이 유저의 그루핑 정보를 이용할 수만 있다면, 유저가 커뮤니티 그룹을 검색하는 등의 과정 없이, 그루핑 모듈(300)이 자동으로 그루핑 정보와 매칭되는 커뮤니티 그룹에 유저를 가입시킬 수 있다. 가입된 커뮤니티 그룹은, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 유저가 유저 디바이스(20)를 이용해 확인할 수 있으며, 리스트에서 어느 하나를 선택하여 해당 커뮤니티 그룹에서 커뮤니티 서비스를 이용할 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 그루핑 모듈(300)은, 이미 개설된 커뮤니티 그룹과 매칭되지 않는 그루핑 정보로서, 공통된 그루핑 정보를 가진 유저가 미리 정해진 수 이상이면, 커뮤니티 개설 신호를 생성하여 커뮤니티 서비스 모듈(200)에 전달할 수 있다. 커뮤니티 서비스 모듈(200)은, 그루핑 모듈(300)로부터 커뮤니티 개설 신호를 전달받아, 공통된 그루핑 정보와 매칭되는 커뮤니티 그룹을 개설할 수 있다. 또한, 그루핑 모듈(300)은, 개설된 커뮤니티 그룹에 공통된 그루핑 정보를 가진 유저를 자동으로 가입시킬 수 있다.
즉, 커뮤니티 서비스 모듈(200)이 개설 및 관리하는 커뮤니티 그룹 중에서, 유저의 그루핑 정보와 매칭되는 커뮤니티 그룹이 없는 경우, 커뮤니티 서비스 모듈(200)은 새로운 커뮤니티 그룹을 개설하여 해당 그루핑 정보에 따라 유저들이 그루핑 되도록 할 수 있다. 이때, 일정한 수 이상의 유저가 해당 그루핑 정보를 입력한 경우 등을 새로운 커뮤니티 그룹의 개설 조건으로 함으로써, 커뮤니티 그룹의 개설 시 가입할 유저의 수가 일정한 수 이상 되도록 할 수 있다.
이상 설명한 본 발명은 본 발명이 속한 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의하여 다양한 변형이나 응용이 가능하며, 본 발명에 따른 기술적 사상의 범위는 아래의 특허청구범위에 의하여 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 커뮤니티 서비스 시스템으로서,
    커뮤니티 그룹을 개설하고, 등록된 유저에게 커뮤니티 서비스를 제공하는 커뮤니티 서비스 모듈(200); 및
    유저의 그루핑 정보를 이용하여, 상기 유저를 적어도 하나 이상의 커뮤니티 그룹에 자동 가입시키는 그루핑 모듈(300)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동 그루핑 기능을 갖는 커뮤니티 서비스 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 그루핑 정보는,
    개인 정보, 지역 정보 및 관심 정보를 포함하는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동 그루핑 기능을 갖는 커뮤니티 서비스 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 그루핑 모듈(300)은,
    상기 유저의 회원 가입 또는 상기 그루핑 정보의 입력 시에, 상기 유저를 커뮤니티 그룹에 자동으로 가입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동 그루핑 기능을 갖는 커뮤니티 서비스 시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 그루핑 모듈(300)은,
    이미 개설된 커뮤니티 그룹과 매칭되지 않는 그루핑 정보로서, 공통된 그루핑 정보를 가진 유저가 미리 정해진 수 이상이면, 커뮤니티 개설 신호를 생성하여 상기 커뮤니티 서비스 모듈(200)에 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동 그루핑 기능을 갖는 커뮤니티 서비스 시스템.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 커뮤니티 서비스 모듈(200)은,
    상기 그루핑 모듈(300)로부터 상기 커뮤니티 개설 신호를 전달받아, 상기 공통된 그루핑 정보와 매칭되는 커뮤니티 그룹을 개설하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동 그루핑 기능을 갖는 커뮤니티 서비스 시스템.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 그루핑 모듈(300)은,
    상기 개설된 커뮤니티 그룹에 상기 공통된 그루핑 정보를 가진 유저를 자동으로 가입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동 그루핑 기능을 갖는 커뮤니티 서비스 시스템.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    그루핑 정보를 입력받고 유저를 회원으로 등록하는 유저 등록 모듈(100)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동 그루핑 기능을 갖는 커뮤니티 서비스 시스템.
