本申请要求于2014年06月13日提交中国专利局、申请号为201410265947.5、发明名称为“耳机识别数据处理方法和系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
【技术领域】
本发明涉及计算机技术领域,特别是涉及一种音频转化装置识别数据处理方法和系统。
【背景技术】
目前手机可以连接到网络,用户通过在手机中输入账号以及密码来登录到服务器,并从服务器获取数据,这样用户就可以享受到服务器提供的差异化服务。比如可以为普通用户提供普通品质的音乐下载服务,而为收费用户提供高品质的音乐下载服务。
用户每次在手机中输入账号以及密码来登录服务器,以存储相应的音乐数据,并在需要时获取的方式,操作繁琐不便利,通过自动记录账号以及密码来自动登录服务器可以极大提高便利,但若更换手机,还是需要重新输入账号和密码,用户体验并不好。
【发明内容】
基于此,有必要针对目前以账号以及密码来登录服务器来存储数据的方法操作不便利的问题,提供一种音频转化装置识别数据处理方法和系统。
一种音频转化装置识别数据处理方法,所述方法包括:
音频转化装置与第一终端连接;
所述音频转化装置将所述音频转化装置所存储的标识码发送给所述第一终端,通过所述第一终端将所述标识码发送到服务器,使所述服务器存储所述标识码;其中,所述标识码用于识别所述音频转化装置;

上述音频转化装置识别数据处理方法和系统,当音频转化装置与第一终端连接时,音频转化装置将自身存储的标识码发送给第一终端,该第一终端再将标识码发送给服务器,服务器存储该标识码。服务器上对应存储标识码和用户数据,这样可将标识码作为区分用户的标识,从而对应该标识码而存储属于用户个人的用户数据,而且服务器可以基于存储的标识码提供差异性的数据服务。用户不需要手动输入账号密码便可以在服务器存储自己的用户数据,提高了操作便利性。服务器上对应标识码存储了用户数据,当用户更换终端或者终端上的用户数据被清空时只要将该音频转化装置插入更换的终端就可以获取到服务器上对应该音频转化装置的标识码所存储的用户数据,可实现用户数据快速还原。

在一个实施例中,通过第一终端将标识码发送到服务器,使服务器存储标识码的步骤,包括:通过第一终端将第一终端标识和标识码对应上传到服务器,使服务器存储标识码和第一终端标识的对应关系。这样在服务器上建立了音频转化装置与第一终端的关联,从而可以在后续使用中根据该关联来判断音频转化装置是否被非第一终端使用。

其中,用户数据是指用户在使用终端过程中产生的数据。用户数据可以包括但不限于多媒体数据、多媒体使用特征信息、终端设置信息、联系人信息以及通讯记录等。具体地,第一终端可获取本地对应预设第三方应用所存储的用户数据,比如多媒体播放应用所对应的多媒体数据和多媒体使用特征信息,系统设置应用所对应的终端设置信息,电话应用所对应的联系人信息以及通讯记录等。
其中多媒体数据可以是音频文件、图片或视频文件等。多媒体使用特征信息是指表示用户使用的多媒体所具有的特征信息,比如可统计多媒体文件名、音量大小或多媒体类型,将出现次数超过预设次数阈值的文件名用词、音量大小或者多媒体类型作为多媒体特征信息。终端设置信息是指对终端运行时所需参数所做的设定,比如屏幕亮度、音量高低、界面皮肤、图标排列方式等。通讯记录是指与联系人通讯所产生的记录。
步骤108,第一终端将用户数据上传到服务器,使服务器存储标识码和用户数据的对应关系。
可以在第一终端将标识码发送到服务器时,一并将用户数据上传到服务器,也可以在第一终端将标识码发送到服务器之后第一终端将用户数据和标识码对应上传到服务器。服务器接收该标识码和用户数据并对应存储。
步骤110,音频转化装置与第二终端连接。
第二终端可以是与第一终端不同的终端,也可以是第一终端本身。具体地,当第二终端为第一终端时,步骤110表示音频转化装置与第一终端的再次连接。
进一步地,当第二终端为与第一终端不同的终端时,可将音频转化装置的耳机插头从第一终端的耳机插孔拔出并插入第二终端的耳机插孔,从而该音频转化装置与第二终端电连接。或者音频转化装置可以具有多个耳机插头,从而音频转化装置可以通过一个耳机插头保持与第一终端的连接,并再通过另一个耳机插头与第二终端连接,从而该音频转化装置与第二终端电连接。音频转化装置也可以通过其无线信号收发器与第二终端的无线信号收发器匹配而建立无线连接,从而该音频转化装置与第二终端建立无线连接。
步骤112,音频转化装置将音频转化装置所存储的标识码发送给第二终端。
音频转化装置的控制模块可用于当音频转化装置与第二终端连接时,从存储器中读取出标识码并发送给第二终端。具体地,音频转化装置可通过其无线信号收发器而将标识码调制为无线电波进行广播,第二终端则通过其无线信号收发器接收该无线电波并解调而获得标识码。或者音频转化装置为耳机时,耳机可将标识码转化为音频信号并通过耳机线发送给第二终端,第二终端接收该音频信号并还原为标识码。具体地,耳机线包括左声道线、右声道线和麦克风线,则耳机可通过麦克风线将由耳机标识码转化而来的音频信号发送给第二终端。
步骤114,第二终端向服务器发送携带有标识码的数据获取请求。
第二终端可运行有与该音频转化装置匹配的音频转化装置控制应用,和/或可运行有预设第三方应用。第二终端可通过该音频转化装置控制应用或者预设第三方应用而触发向服务器发送数据获取请求,该数据获取请求携带有标识码。
步骤116,第二终端接收服务器响应于数据获取请求而发送的对应标识码而存储的用户数据,或,第二终端接收与用户数据中的多媒体使用特征信息匹配的多媒体数据。
服务器响应于第二终端发送的数据获取请求,根据本地存储的标识码和用户数据的对应关系,查找数据获取请求中所携带的标识码所对应的用户数据,当查找到时向第二终端返回查找到的用户数据;当未查找到时可返回表示请求失败的反馈信息。第二终端接收服务器响应于数据获取请求而查找到的与标识码对应存储的用户数据并存储。具体地服务器上对应标识码的用户数据可对应预设第三方应用的应用标识存储,则第二终端可将获取的用户数据存储在相应的应用标识所对应的预设第三方应用的指定路径下。
用户数据可以包括多媒体使用特征信息,则第二终端可接收服务器响应于数据获取请求而获取并发送的与对应标识码的多媒体使用特征信息匹配的多媒体数据。
具体地,服务器不仅可以向第二终端返回用户数据,还可以向第二终端返回与用户数据相关的多媒体数据。具体服务器可以建立一个多媒体数据库,多媒体数据库中的多媒体数据可以提取相应的多媒体特征信息,从而在接收到数据获取请求时,向第二终端返回具有与标识码所对应的多媒体使用特征信息匹配的多媒体特征信息的多媒体数据。
上述音频转化装置识别数据处理方法,当音频转化装置与第一终端连接时,音频转化装置将自身存储的标识码发送给第一终端,该第一终端再将标识码发送给服务器,服务器存储该标识码。服务器上对应存储标识码和用户数据,这样可将标识码作为区分用户的标识,从而对应该标识码而存储属于用户个人的用户数据,而且服务器可以基于存储的标识码提供差异性的数据服务。用户不需要手动输入账号密码便可以在服务器存储自己的用户数据,提高了操作便利性。而且,服务器上对应标识码存储了用户数据,当用户更换终端或者终端上的用户数据被清空时只要将该音频转化装置插入更换的终端就可以获取到服务器上对应该音频转化装置的标识码所存储的用户数据,可实现用户数据快速还原。
在一个实施例中,该方法还包括:第一终端向服务器发送携带有标识码的数据获取请求;第一终端接收服务器响应于数据获取请求而发送的对应标识码而存储的用户数据,或,第二终端接收与用户数据中的多媒体使用特征信息匹配的多媒体数据。
在一个实施例中,音频转化装置为耳机,包括耳机主体和与耳机主体连接的带有线控装置的耳机线,线控装置用于存储标识码。耳机线用于连接第一终端和/或第二终端。
在一个实施例中,该音频转化装置识别数据处理方法还包括步骤11)~步骤12):

其中,登录验证凭据是指在后续登录操作时,服务器据以对用户的登录请求进行验证的数据。其中登录验证凭据可以是账号和/或密码,也可以是用户生物特征,比如指纹、虹膜、面像或掌纹等。
在一个实施例中,步骤11)包括:第一终端或第二终端接收账号和/或密码输入指令,根据该账号和/或密码输入指令显示账号和/或密码输入框,获取在账号和/或密码输入框中输入的账号和/或密码。
在一个实施例中,步骤11)包括:第一终端或第二终端接收生物特征录入指令,根据生物特征录入指令而通过生物特征采集器采集用户生物特征。其中,用户生物特征包括指纹、虹膜、面像和掌纹中的至少一种。
步骤12),第一终端或第二终端在本地存储登录验证凭据和标识码的对应关系,和/或,第一终端或第二终端将登录验证凭据上传到服务器,使服务器存储登录验证凭据和标识码的对应关系。其中,登录验证凭据用于登录验证。
第一终端或第二终端获取了账号和/或密码,或者,采集了用户生物特征等登录验证凭据后,将该登录凭据上传到服务器。服务器存储该登录验证凭据和标识码的对应关系,这样就存储了用于登录验证的依据,便于后续登录时进行登录验证。

第二终端可在接收到音频转化装置发来的标识码时,触发登录指令,从而通过音频转化装置控制应用或者预设第三方应用接收该登录指令。或者当用户尝试进入音频转化装置控制应用的控制界面或者进入预设第三方应用时,触发登录指令,通过预设第三方应用或音频转化装置控制应用接收该登录指令。
登录凭据是用户尝试登录时所提供的证明自己为真实用户的凭证。当登录验证凭据是账号和/或密码时,第二终端根据登录指令显示登录界面,获取用户在登录界面中输入的账号和/或密码。当登录验证凭据是用户生物特征时,第二终端根据登录指令采集用户生物特征,这里采集的用户生物特征种类与录入登录验证凭据时所采集的用户生物特征种类一致。
步骤204,第二终端向服务器发送携带有标识码和登录凭据的登录请求,使服务器根据登录凭据和对应标识码而存储的登录验证凭据进行身份验证。

当服务器判定登录凭据和对应标识码而存储的登录验证凭据匹配时,服务器向第二终端返回表示身份验证成功的反馈;相反,当服务器判定登录凭据和对应标识码而存储的登录验证凭据不匹配时,服务器可向第二终端返回表示身份验证失败的反馈。当第二终端接收到表示身份验证成功的反馈时,可获得权限而通过音频转化装置控制应用或预设第三方应用向服务器发送携带有标识码的数据获取请求。
本实施例中,当音频转化装置与第二终端连接,第二终端尝试从服务器获取对应标识码的用户数据时,通过进行身份验证可以保证用户数据的安全。
在一个实施例中,上述步骤114具体包括:第二终端获取录入的登录凭据;第二终端根据登录凭据和本地对应标识码而存储的登录验证凭据进行身份验证,并在身份验证通过时向服务器发送携带有标识码的数据获取请求。
在一个实施例中,该方法还包括:第一终端获取录入的登录凭据。第一终端向服务器发送携带有标识码和登录凭据的登录请求,使服务器根据登录凭据和对应标识码而存储的登录验证凭据进行身份验证。第一终端在接收到服务器返回的表示身份验证成功的反馈时,向服务器发送携带有标识码的数据获取请求。第一终端接收服务器响应于数据获取请求而发送的对应标识码而存储的用户数据,和/或,第二终端接收与用户数据中的多媒体使用特征信息匹配的多媒体数据。
如图3所示,在一个实施例中,提供了一种音频转化装置识别数据处理系统,可用于实现上述各实施例的音频转化装置识别数据处理方法。该系统包括音频转化装置301、第一终端302和第三终端303。
音频转化装置301用于与第一终端302连接。
在一个实施例中,音频转化装置301包括耳机、音箱和音乐播放器。在一个实施例中,该耳机包括耳机主体和与耳机主体连接的耳机线,耳机主体包括用于发声的发声单元,耳机线一端与耳机主体连接,另一端则为耳机插头,耳机插头用于当插入第一终端302的耳机插孔,则该耳机与第一终端302电连接。其中,耳机线可以包括线控装置,可位于耳机线上的任意位置,该线控装置用于通过耳机线向与耳机连接的第一终端302发出播放控制命令,比如暂停播放命令、播放快进命令、播放后退命令、切换多媒体命令等,以控制第一终端302根据播放控制命令执行相应的操作。
在一个实施例中,该耳机包括耳机主体,耳机主体包括用于发声的发声单元、无线信号收发器和供电模块。供电模块用于为发声单元和无线信号收发器提供工作所需电能。耳机的无线信号收发器用于与第一终端302的无线信号收发器匹配而建立无线连接,从而该耳机与第一终端302建立无线连接。其中,无线信号收发器可为蓝牙收发器或2.4G无线信号收发器等。
音频转化装置301还用于将音频转化装置301所存储的标识码发送给第一终端302。
具体地,音频转化装置301还包括存储器和控制模块,音频转化装置为耳机时,该存储器和控制模块可设置在耳机主体上,或者可设置在耳机的线控装置上,且存储器和控制模块可以封装在一个芯片中。其中,存储器用于存储标识码,标识码用于区分不同的音频转化装置301,可以是一串字符。控制模块用于当音频转化装置301与第一终端302连接时,从存储器中读取出标识码并发送给第一终端302。控制模块可以采用数字芯片来实现。在一个实施例中,标识码存储在音频转化装置301中插入的存储卡中。存储卡采用非易失性存储介质,非易失性存储介质是指当电流关掉后,所存储的数据不会消失的存储介质,包括磁存储介质、半导体存储介质或者光存储介质。
进一步地,音频转化装置301可用于通过其无线信号收发器而将标识码调制为无线电波进行广播,第一终端302则通过其无线信号收发器接收该无线电波并解调而获得标识码。或者音频转化装置301为耳机时,耳机可用于将标识码转化为音频信号并通过耳机线发送给第一终端302,第一终端302用于接收该音频信号并还原为标识码。具体地,耳机线包括左声道线、右声道线和麦克风线,则耳机可用于通过麦克风线将由耳机标识码转化而来的音频信号传输给第一终端302。
第一终端302用于将标识码发送到服务器310,使服务器310存储标识码。其中,标识码用于识别音频转化装置301。
第一终端302可用于通过该音频转化装置301控制应用或者预设第三方应用而将标识码发送到服务器310。其中,预设第三方应用可以是即时通信应用,比如微信、QQ、MSN(Microsoft Service Network,微软网络服务)等,也可以是多媒体播放应用等。
服务器310用于接收到第一终端302发送的标识码时,存储该标识码,使得在后续使用音频转化装置301的过程中,服务器310或者第一终端302可以用于根据该标识码对音频转化装置301进行识别。具体地,当音频转化装置301再次连接第一终端302并将标识码发送给第一终端302时,第一终端302用于将该标识码上传到服务器310,服务器310就可以用于在本地查找是否已存储了该标识码,若是则识别出该音频转化装置301。
在一个实施例中,第一终端302用于将第一终端标识和标识码对应上传到服务器310,使服务器310存储标识码和第一终端标识的对应关系。这样在服务器310上建立了音频转化装置301与第一终端302的关联,从而可以在后续使用中根据该关联来判断音频转化装置301是否被非第一终端302使用。
第一终端302还用于获取用户数据。
第一终端302可用于直接获取存储在本地的用户数据,也可以用于获取通过网络下载到本地的用户数据,也可以用于获取从其它设备获取后存储在本地的数据。这里的存储在本地可以是永久性存储在本地,也可以是缓存在本地。

第二终端303可以是与第一终端301不同的终端,也可以是第一终端302本身。具体地,当第二终端303为第一终端302时,步音频转化装置301还用于与第一终端302再次连接。

  1. 一种音频转化装置识别数据处理方法,所述方法包括:
    音频转化装置与第一终端连接;
    所述音频转化装置将所述音频转化装置所存储的标识码发送给所述第一终端,通过所述第一终端将所述标识码发送到服务器,使所述服务器存储所述标识码;其中,所述标识码用于识别所述音频转化装置;
    所述第一终端获取用户数据;
    所述第一终端将所述用户数据上传到服务器,使所述服务器存储所述标识码和所述用户数据的对应关系;
    所述音频转化装置与第二终端连接;
    所述音频转化装置将所述音频转化装置所存储的标识码发送给所述第二终端;
    所述第二终端向所述服务器发送携带有所述标识码的数据获取请求;
    所述第二终端接收所述服务器响应于所述数据获取请求而发送的与所述标识码有对应关系的用户数据,或,所述第二终端接收与所述用户数据中的多媒体使用特征信息匹配的多媒体数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述音频转化装置包括耳机、音箱和音乐播放器。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述标识码存储在所述音频转化装置中插入的存储卡中。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述音频转化装置为耳机,所述音频转化装置将所述音频转化装置所存储的标识码发送给所述第一终端,包括:
    所述耳机将所述标识码转换为音频信号并通过耳机线发送给所述第一终端,使所述第一终端接收该音频信号并还原为所述标识码。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一终端接收登录验证凭据录入指令,并根据所述登录验证凭据录入指令获取录入的登录验证凭据;
    所述第一终端将所述登录验证凭据上传到服务器,使所述服务器存储所述登录验证凭据和所述标识码的对应关系。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一终端获取录入的登录凭据;
    所述第一终端向所述服务器发送携带有所述标识码和所述登录凭据的登录请求,使所述服务器根据所述登录凭据和对应所述标识码而存储的登录验证凭据进行身份验证;
    所述第一终端在接收到所述服务器返回的表示身份验证成功的反馈时,向所述服务器发送携带有所述标识码的数据获取请求;
    所述第一终端接收所述服务器响应于所述数据获取请求而发送的对应所述标识码而存储的用户数据,或,所述第一终端接收与所述用户数据中的多媒体使用特征信息匹配的多媒体数据。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述音频转化装置为耳机,包括耳机主体和与所述耳机主体连接的带有线控装置的耳机线,所述线控装置用于存储所述标识码;所述耳机线用于连接所述第一终端或所述第二终端。
  8. 一种音频转化装置识别数据处理系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括音频转化装置、第一终端和第二终端;
    所述音频转化装置用于与所述第一终端连接;
    所述音频转化装置还用于将所述音频转化装置所存储的标识码发送给所述第一终端;其中,所述标识码用于识别所述音频转化装置;
    所述第一终端用于将所述标识码发送到服务器,使所述服务器存储所述标识码;
    所述第一终端还用于获取用户数据;
    所述第一终端还用于将所述用户数据上传到服务器,使所述服务器存储所述标识码和所述用户数据的对应关系;
    所述音频转化装置还用于与所述第二终端连接;
    所述音频转化装置还用于将所述音频转化装置所存储的标识码发送给所述第二终端;
    所述第二终端用于向所述服务器发送携带有所述标识码的数据获取请求;
    所述第二终端还用于接收所述服务器响应于所述数据获取请求而发送的与所述标识码有对应关系的用户数据,或,所述第二终端还用于接收与所述用户数据中的多媒体使用特征信息匹配的多媒体数据。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,所述音频转化装置包括耳机、音箱和音乐播放器。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,所述标识码存储在所述音频转化装置中插入的存储卡中。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,所述音频转化装置为耳机,所述耳机用于将所述标识码转换为音频信号并通过耳机线发送给所述第一终端,所述第一终端还用于接收该音频信号并还原为所述标识码。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一终端还用于接收登录验证凭据录入指令,并根据所述登录验证凭据录入指令获取录入的登录验证凭据;还用于将所述登录验证凭据上传到服务器,使所述服务器存储所述登录验证凭据和所述标识码的对应关系。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一终端还用于获取录入的登录凭据;向所述服务器发送携带有所述标识码和所述登录凭据的登录请求,使所述服务器根据所述登录凭据和对应所述标识码而存储的登录验证凭据进行身份验证;在接收到所述服务器返回的表示身份验证成功的反馈时,向所述服务器发送携带有所述标识码的数据获取请求;接收所述服务器响应于所述数据获取请求而发送的对应所述标识码而存储的用户数据,或,接收与所述用户数据中的多媒体使用特征信息匹配的多媒体数据。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,所述音频转化装置为耳机,包括耳机主体和与所述耳机主体连接的带有线控装置的耳机线,所述线控装置用于存储所述标识码;所述耳机线用于连接所述第一终端或所述第二终端。
