现有投入使用的列车上的真空保持式集便系统,利用集便器收集粪便,然后到指定的地点进行吸污排空,用车辆拉到合适地点进行处理,保护了铁路沿线环境,有利于列车卫生整洁,但该类集便器采用污物车抽取污物;因而,在一些特定的铁路线路上没有污物车的配套支援时,系统在污物存有80%时即系统停止工作的状态。仍需在此基础上进行创新设计。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可实现粪便经处理后可达到污水的二类排放标准。并不影响环境水源和铁路的钢轨、枕木、信号电器等材料的使用寿命。满足列车在所有没有吸污车拉排和不达标限排的情况下,通过本发明处理可实现直接排放的特种真空集便排污处理系统。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:

  6. 如权利要求1或2所述的特种真空集便排污处理系统,其特征在于:所述污物箱上设有液位传感器,加热管,温控器,伴热带;所述液位传感器与所述PLC相连,PLC对冲洗次数进行计数,能有效的控制污物箱内容积。
  7. 如权利要求1或2所述的特种真空集便排污处理系统,其特征在于:所述污物箱底部安装有加热管,其两端球阀上及所述便器与所述污物箱连接的管路上绕有伴热带,并装有温度传感器,所述温度传感器与所述PLC相连,将污物箱内温度控制在3到8度之间。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的特种真空集便排污处理系统,其特征在于:所述真空发生器与一消音装置相连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的特种真空集便排污处理系统,其特征在于:所述过滤层内填充有活性炭。
