下面结合附图来具体描述本发明的优选实施例,其中,附图构成本申请一部分,并与本发明的实施例一起用于阐释本发明的原理。为了清楚和简化目的,当其可能使本发明的主题模糊不清时,将省略本文所描述的器件中已知功能和结构的详细具体说明。
本发明实施例的主要目的是提供一种对IPTV电视实现屏保的方法及装置,通过给IPTV设置屏保,当用户观看IPTV电视的时间到了预设的时长后,IPTV系统就会强制跳转到屏保内容播放页面,通过这种方式强制用户中断节目的观看,使用户在观看电视节目过程中得到适当的休息。下面就通过几个具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
本发明实施例提供了一种对IPTV电视实现屏保的方法,参见图1,包括:
S101、在IPTV系统中预制屏保;
S102、当IPTV电视播放的时间达到预设的时长后,播放所述屏保。
本发明通过给IPTV系统设置屏保限制用户观看电视节目时长,从而从一定程度上保护了观看者的健康。
本发明实施例中的屏保可设定为广播体操、眼保健操、图片或黑屏倒计时展示等等。
本发明实施例中的预制屏保的方法包括:预制单用户屏保和/或预制全网屏保,其中,预制单用户屏保具体是某一个IPTV用户自己设置的,即该屏保只对某一个IPTV用户其作用,而预制全网屏保所针对是整个IPTV系统,即对系统内所有的IPTV用户 均起作用。当同时预制单用户屏保和全网屏保时,启用所述单用户屏保。即,单用户屏保的级别优先于全网屏保的级别。
图2为本发明实施例的IPTV电视实现屏保的框架图,下面结合图2详细解释本发明实施例中的设置屏保和播放屏保的具体方法。
本发明实施例的所述预制单用户屏保的步骤具体包括:通过机顶盒(Set Top Box,STB)在电子节目菜单(Electrnic Program Guide,EPG)上设置屏保信息,并进行保存,具体实施可为通过EPG加载设置屏保的模板页面供用户设置。
本发明实施例的屏保信息包括以下几种信息:时间间隔类型、时间间隔长度、屏保时间长度和屏保内容展示方式。
本发明实施例中的时间间隔类型为以机顶盒开机时间为起点计算的开机时间间隔或者以遥控器最近一次操作的时间为起点计算的操作时间间隔,所述屏保内容展示方式包括但不限于以下方式:片库展示方式、本地存储器展示和网络展示。
以上的屏保信息、时间间隔类型以及屏保内容展示方式均可以根据实际的需要进行设置,例如,可以将屏保信息中增加循环播放不同的屏保内容展示方式(如以防单调,逐次循环播放不同屏保内容展示方式设定的屏保),或者将时间间隔长度逐次累加预定长度(如每播放一次屏保就将屏保时间长度加一分钟),以及根据实际需要进行其他的设定。
下面针对不同的屏保内容展示方式的预制单用户屏保的方法进行详细的介绍:
对于片库展示方式,预制单用户屏保的步骤具体包括:通过机顶盒STB在电子节目菜单EPG上设置屏保信息,并通过所述电子节目菜单EPG将所述屏保信息发送给数据库(database,DB)进行保存;
对于本地存储器展示方式,预制单用户屏保的步骤具体包括:通过所述机顶盒STB在电子节目菜单EPG上设置并保存屏保信息,并通过所述机顶盒记录屏保的存放路径;
对于网络展示方式,预制单用户屏保的步骤具体包括:通过机顶盒STB在电子节目菜单EPG上设置并保存屏保信息,并通过所述机顶盒记录屏保的网络地址。
具体实施可设置为,用户通过机顶盒登陆IPTV系统之后,在EPG展示的模板上进入屏保设置页面,用户对屏保时间间隔,屏保时长,屏保内容进行设置,当选择屏保内容展示方式的时候,会分别跳转不同的展示方式:
对于片库展示方式,会跳转到预设的屏保节目列表展示页面,进行设置之后,EPG会首先去设置机顶盒中的屏保信息,机顶盒返回成功之后,EPG再给接口信息处理机(Interface Message Processor,IMP)接口接口机发送用户设置的屏保信息,IMP接口机会通过IPTV业务系统的SLCSHTTP接口(业务逻辑管理系统的超文本协议接口)将设定屏保的用户信息传递给DB,DB更新用户信息表中的屏保标志位信息,并设置屏保信息表,之后通过IPTV业务的同步流程,将用户屏保信息更新到EPG的内存数据库中。机顶盒会从EPG中获取最新的用户屏保信息,具体流程参见图3所示。
因为机顶盒与EPG不一定是完全一一对应的,如当EPG1故障时,系统会将原来连接到EPG1上的机顶盒连接到EPG2上,那么原来在EPG1中的屏保则对机顶盒则不再起作用,所以为了保证该方法能够实施,对于片库展示方式需要进行DB保存,每次机顶盒重启,EPG都从DB中加载预设的屏保信息,从而保证屏保的正常运行。
本发明实施例中的片库展示方式中的片库为IPTV业务系统中存储的内容,如:短片、图片、音乐或视频等等
对于本地存储器展示,用户会进入机顶盒能支持的本地存储器,选择其中存在的片源,相应的机顶盒记录存放路径,当屏保时间到后,机顶盒会读取用户设定的本地片源进行循环播放;若是机顶盒读取不到的时候,会返回错误,系统会根据错误提示用户屏保文件不存在或者格式不支持展示。
对于网络展示,用户需要输入需要展示的网址,通过机顶盒进行保存,当屏保时间到后,机顶盒就会访问设定的网址进行展示。
本发明实施例中的预制全网屏保具体包括:通过业务逻辑管理系统SLCS门户设置全网的屏保信息,并将所述屏保信息发送给数据库DB进行保存;
其中,所述屏保信息包括以下几种信息:时间间隔类型、时间间隔长度和屏保时间长度。本发明实施例中的全网屏保的屏保信息不区分屏保内容展示方式。
因为全网屏保不存在上述的屏保内容展示方式,所以对于全网屏保的屏保信息不设定屏保内容展示方式,对于屏保信息的其他相关内容与单用户设定的相同,也可以根据实际需要进行其他的设定。
预制全网屏保的方法与单用户的片库展示方式类似,操作员通过SLCS门户设置好屏保信息,之后通过SLCSHTTP接口设定屏保的用户信息传递给DB,DB更新用户信息表中的屏保标志位信息,并设置屏保信息表,之后通过IPTV业务的同步流程,将用户屏保信息更新到EPG的内存数据库中。当机顶盒重启之后,会从EPG中获取最新的用户屏保信息。
本发明实施例还包括判断具体使用哪种屏保的步骤,即判断单用户屏保还是全网屏保的步骤,具体为:
机顶盒重启后,根据屏保标志位判断启动单用户屏保流程还是全网屏保流程;
当判定是启动单用户屏保时,进一步根据所述机顶盒自身存储的屏保信息以及EPG从DB中加载的屏保信息判断启动哪种屏保内容展示方式,并按照相应的屏保信息执行相应的操作;
因为对于片库展示方式,其屏保信息设定完成后是保存到DB,因此每次都需要EPG从DB中加载的屏保信息,而对于本地存储器展示方式和对于网络展示方式中的屏保信息是直接保存在机顶盒中,因此可以直接根据机顶盒中存储的屏保信息进行判断。
当判定是启动全网屏保时,按照全网屏保设定的屏保信息执行相应的操作,具体为,机顶盒根据EPG从DB中加载的已设的全网的屏保信息进行操作。
本发明实施例中的屏保标识位用于标识所述用户预设的登录流程,所述登录流程包括单用户屏保登录或全网屏保登录,所述屏保标识位具体是设置在所述数据库DB中的用户信息表上。
具体为,在DB中增加一个屏保信息表,其中保存用户的屏保信息;并且在用户信息表中的增加屏保标识位,记录用户的四种屏保标识:未开启屏保、开启用户屏保但未开启全网屏保、未开启用户屏保但开启全网屏保、用户屏保和全网屏保都开启(在同时开启的情况下,优先采用用户屏保)。当用户登陆的时候,机顶盒会有一个简单的判断流程:判断用户信息表中的屏保标志位,若是存在用户屏保开启标识,则走单用户屏保流程,若是没有,则判断是否有全网屏保标示,若是有,则走全网屏保流程,否则走正常的登陆流程。
本发明实施例播放所述屏保的步骤具体包括:
判断当前播放的节目是否是预制的屏保,如果不是,则保存当前播放的节目的统一资源定位器(Uniform Resoure Locator,URL)地址,并播放设定的屏保,屏保播放完毕后,按照屏保播放前保存的统一资源定位器URL地址继续播放。
本发明实施例在播放屏保前和屏保播放即将结束时,都会判断一下当前播放的是否是屏保,以免重复切换,影响用户的正常使用。
具体实施为,机顶盒根据屏保时间间隔类型决定把以开机时间为起点的设置屏蔽掉还是把以遥控器最后一次操作时间的设置屏蔽掉(即采用哪种方式作为开始的时间点)。
机顶盒内部会对屏保的间隔时间和时长时间维护两个时间片,当屏保间隔时间时间片到了之后,机顶盒首先判断当前播放的节目是不是用户设定的屏保节目,若是,说明存在屏保正在播放,屏保间隔时间就到了的情况,则不相应,否则,机顶盒保存当前播放的节目播放URL地址,之后播放屏保,(以片库展示方式为例,机顶盒向EPG发起播放屏保节目请求,EPG返回节目播放的URL信息给机顶盒,机顶盒给节点发送播放屏保节目的请求,之后开始播放屏保节目)。
当屏保结束的时间片到后,机顶盒会解析当前播放的节目信息跟用户设置的屏保内容信息是不是同一个,若是同一个说明用户没有进行强制退出屏保操作,转回正常的节目进行播放,否则不必执行转回操作。
本发明实施例的方法还包括屏保的强制退出的步骤,具体包括:通过点击遥控器上的退出键退出屏保,返回之前正在播放的节目。通过该种方式使用户在想看某个节目时,能够强制退出屏保正常观看节目,从而为用户提供更多的便利。当然本领域的技术人员也可以根据实际需要设定其他的方法退出屏保,例如,按确定键或任意键等等。
下面以一个具体的例子详述片库展示方式屏保的播放和强制退出的方法,图4是本发明实施例的片库展示方式屏保的播放和强制退出的流程图,如图4所示:
机顶盒开启后,STB向EPG发起播放普通电视节目的请求,并通过节点播放节目;
当屏保时间到后,机顶盒在确定当前播放的节目不是屏保的情况下,保存当前节目的URL地址,并向EPG发起播放屏保的请求,并通过节点播放屏保;
当屏保结束时间到或者用户终止屏保后,机顶盒判断当前的节目是屏保的情况下,提取播放屏保前保存的节目的URL地址继续进行播放。
本发明实施例还提供了一种对IPTV电视实现屏保的装置,参见图5,该装置包括包括:
设置模块11,设置为在IPTV系统中预制屏保;
屏保模块12,设置为当IPTV电视播放的时间达到预设的时长后,播放所述屏保。
本发明实施例的所述设置模块11具体设置为,在IPTV系统中预制单用户屏保和/或预制全网屏保,当同时预制单用户屏保和全网屏保时,启用所述单用户屏保。
进一步的,本发明实施例的所述设置模块11具体设置为,

    所述设置模块设置为,通过机顶盒STB在电子节目菜单EPG上设置屏保信息,并进行保存;其中,所述屏保信息包括以下几种信息:时间间隔类型、时间间隔长度、屏保时间长度和屏保内容展示方式。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,
    所述时间间隔类型为以机顶盒开机时间为起点计算的开机时间间隔或者以遥控器最近一次操作的时间为起点计算的操作时间间隔;
    所述屏保内容展示方式包括以下方式中的至少一种:片库展示方式、本地存储器展示和网络展示。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,
    所述设置模块设置为,对于片库展示方式,通过机顶盒STB在电子节目菜单EPG上设置屏保信息,并通过所述电子节目菜单EPG将所述屏保信息发送给数据库DB进行保存;对于本地存储器展示方式,通过所述机顶盒STB在电子节目菜单EPG上设置并保存屏保信息,并通过所述机顶盒记录屏保的存放路径;对于网络展示方式,通过机顶盒STB在电子节目菜单EPG上设置并保存屏保信息,并通过所述机顶盒记录屏保的网络地址。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,
    所述设置模块设置为,通过业务逻辑管理系统SLCS门户设置全网的屏保信息,并将所述屏保信息发送给数据库DB进行保存,其中,所述屏保信息包括但以下几种信息:时间间隔类型、时间间隔长度和屏保时间长度。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,还包括判断模块;
    所述判断模块,设置为在所述机顶盒重启后,根据屏保标志位判断启动单用户屏保流程或全网屏保流程,当判定是启动单用户屏保时进一步根据所述机顶盒自身存储的屏保信息以及EPG从DB中加载的屏保信息判断启动哪种屏保内容展示方式,并按照相应的屏保信息执行相应的操作;当判定是启动全网屏保时,按照全网屏保设定的屏保信息执行相应的操作,其中,所述屏保标识位 用于标识所述用户预设的登录流程,所述登录流程包括单用户屏保登录或全网屏保登录,所述屏保标识位设置在所述数据库DB中的用户信息表上。
  18. 根据权利要求11-17中任一项所述的装置,其中,所述屏保模块包括判断单元和播放单元;
    所述判断单元,设置为在IPTV电视播放的时间达到预设的时长后,判断当前播放的节目是否是预制的屏保,如果不是,则保存当前播放的节目的统一资源定位器URL地址,并触发所述播放单元;
    所述播放单元,设置为播放预制的屏保,屏保播放完毕后,按照屏保播放前保存的所述统一资源定位器URL地址继续播放。
  19. 根据权利要求11-17中任一项所述的装置,其中,还包括退出屏保模块;
    所述退出屏保模块,设置为强制退出所述屏保。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其中,
    所述退出屏保模块设置为,通过点击遥控器上的退出键退出屏保,返回之前正在播放的节目。
