Abstract

The present invention relates to a handbag (100) comprising an internal shell (200) forming a container, an external shell (300) that can be interchanged with another to modify the appearance of the handbag, the internal shell (200) being disposed in the external shell (300), the internal shell (200) being provided with a pair of lateral handles (210) for carrying the handbag, two lateral voids (I) respectively crossing the front (310) and the rear (320) faces constituting the external shell (300), respectively allowing passage of said handles through the voids to assemble the internal shell (200) in the external shell (300). According to the invention, each front face (310) and each rear face (320) is formed, considering the normal carrying position of the handbag, by a low part (Pb) and a high part (Ph), the low part (Pb) covering the high part (Ph)in a covering region (Zr), the void (I) opening out between the two parts (Pb and Ph) and across the covering region (Zr). The internal shell forming the container of the bag is entirely hidden by the interior of the external shell Only the handles, which exit laterally from the external shell, remain visible. The external shell thus also conceals the possibility of being able to change the external design of the handbag by replacement of said external shell. The passage of the handles through the voids produces an effective assembly of the two shells. Description

Handbag with an editable design

The present invention relates to a handbag. This fashion accessory is used around the world, mainly by women. It is intended to store various objects, such as a wallet, a mobile phone, a makeup kit etc.

This accessory is usually composed of a decorative outer shell made of rather qualitative materials (leather, imitation leather, fabrics, ...) and an inner envelope, also called lining, generally thin and flexible, intended to contain personal effects. These two envelopes are secured in principle by seams. The outer shell supports the handles (handles, shoulder straps, etc ...) allowing portability of the bag.

This personal accessory is preferably matched with the clothing of the woman who uses it. Also, several handbags often make up the wardrobe of each woman. To reduce this number, different systems for changing the appearance of a handbag are known as:

The interchangeable removable liner system, presented in particular in patent EP2163169. This system is characterized by a handbag partially housed in a foldable outer shell and which is connected to the handbag via an attachment band (hook, pressure, ...) arranged along its border high cooperating with complementary fasteners present on a band located on the top of the outer shell.

The main disadvantage of this system lies in the fact that the removable liner is difficult to transfer from one bag to another bag. The handbag so equipped is also relatively heavy.

The interchangeable outer casing system, presented in particular in the patent application No. FR2846859.

In this document is shown a handbag comprising an inner bag partially housed in a removable outer casing connected to the inner bag. It is secured to two handles retained on a rigid belt provided along its lower edge, hooks cooperating with complementary hooks present on the opening of the outer casing. This forms a dressing to the bag and can be replaced by another covered with a different pattern, a different color. The inner bag is not completely hidden. His belt is still visible. This handbag collapses when it is dropped.

The system of customizable inserts presented in particular in the patent application FR2898019.

In this document, is presented a bottomless cover for removable dressing on a handbag provided with two handles located at its opening. The bottomless cover is made of a soft material that caps the bag. Its peripheral edge is provided with a flap which penetrates inside the opening of the bag. The cover is provided at the edge of this upper edge, two slots that allow threading from the top of the two handles of the bag for a conventional grip of it. The bottomless cover covers only the side faces of the bag. The appearance of this cover gives the bag the shape of a bag.

Knowing this state of the art, the inventor has sought a solution to design an elegant handbag with an inner envelope forming a container and an outer envelope covering the inner envelope and that can conceal its structure in two parts harmoniously, while remaining light and easily customizable by the user. For this purpose, there is provided a handbag comprising an inner envelope, an outer envelope interchangeable with another to modify the appearance of said handbag, the inner envelope being disposed in the outer envelope, the inner envelope being provided a pair of lateral handles for carrying the handbag, two interstices crossing respectively the front and rear faces, constituting the outer casing, respectively allowing the passage of said handles through them to assemble the envelope inside the outer shell.

According to the invention, each end face, each dorsal face is formed, considering the normal carrying position of the handbag, a lower part, an upper part, the lower part covering in a recovery zone, the upper part, the gap opening between the two parts and through said overlap area.

The inner envelope forming the container of the bag is completely masked inside the outer envelope. The outer casing elegantly conceals the possibility of being able to change the exterior design of the handbag, by replacing said outer casing. The passage of the handles through the interstices realizes an efficient assembly of the two envelopes.

The handles are lifted vertically from both sides of the handbag, from the top, that is to say in the direction to carry the handbag.

The ties of the handles remain hidden behind the front and back of the outer shell.

According to an additional feature of the invention, each gap is delimited between two seams joining the lower part with the upper part of each end face, dorsal face.

The gap is thus concealed locally between the lower part and the upper part.

According to an additional feature of the invention, the lower part of each end face, of each dorsal face, is folded inwards in the overlap area by a flap disposed vis-à-vis the corresponding upper part.

There are thus three thicknesses of material in this overlap zone, which increases the rigidity of said front and back faces in the part of the bag where the pulls of the handles are exerted. The handbag remains well structured. According to an additional feature of the invention, the lower part and the upper part are joined together in the interstice by means of complementary retaining and separable means.

The gap is closed outside the zone of passage of the branches of the corresponding handle which crosses it.

Advantageously, the complementary retaining and separable means comprise Velcro ® self-gripping strips, snaps, magnetic strips or buttons, buttons cooperating with eyelets, a zipper ®, loops or any other reversible closure means provided with complementary means.

According to an additional feature of the invention, the opening of the inner casing is joined to the outer casing via a zipper ®.

The inner envelope follows the inner part of the outer envelope. The handbag has a unitary appearance. This zipper ® performs a second level of assembly of the two envelopes.

According to an additional feature of the invention, the opening of the handbag comprises two flaps folded inwardly along the upper part of the two upper parts of the outer casing and the handbag comprises a closure means of said opening, said closure means being provided with two cooperating parts respectively fixed on the two flaps.

The presence of these flaps improves, again, the holding of the handbag, in its upper part, which prevents the bag from sagging in use.

The handbag 100 shown in FIG. 1 consists of an inner casing 200, an outer casing 300. The inner casing 200 is intended to form the contents of the bag 100 to deposit various objects. The inner casing 200 is disposed inside the outer casing 300 which alone remains visible. It is interchangeable with another to change the design of the handbag.

The inner casing 200 is shown in FIG. 2. It consists of a pocket, preferably flexible, for example made from pieces of fabric and which are sewn, and a pair of handles 210 for carrying the purse. The inner casing 200 thus comprises a front face 202, a dorsal surface 204, joined by at least one U-shaped strip of intermediate material 206 that can move them apart by a distance necessary for the inner casing 200 to form a container. . Its volume presents globally, in this FIG. 2, a prismatic shape when the pieces of fabric are stretched.

The two ends of each of the two loops 210 are respectively fixed on the front face 202, on the dorsal face 204. Said ends are fixed in the upper part of said faces, approximately two thirds of the height of the inner envelope 200, as this appears in this Fig. 2.

In an alternative embodiment, not shown, the fastening of each end of each of the two handles is achieved by means of a loop closed by two magnets and which is taken around a secured strap, for example by sewing, around the opening of the inner envelope. The buckle may slide somewhat in an unsewn area of said strap to laterally adjust its position. Reinforcing plates may be included at these locations of the junction between the loops and the inner envelope to stiffen their connection.

Half a part rl of a zipper ® 220 surrounds the opening ol of the inner casing 200.

The outer shell 300 is shown in FIG. 3. It is in the form of a container, a volume slightly larger than that of the envelope inside 200 to contain it completely. However, it is a little higher so that the opening of the inner casing can be located below that of said outer casing 300. The outer casing 300 has a prismatic shape in this FIG. 3. It may still have a geometry typical of the forms of handbags, for example isosceles trapezium, semicircle, etc.

It also consists of a front face 310, of a back face 320, joined by at least one band of intermediate material 350 in the shape of a U which can distance them by a distance necessary for said outer envelope to form a container for the inner envelope. It is preferably made from relatively stiff fabric pieces to provide some hold on the handbag, for example cotton, linen. It can still be made from pieces of soft or semi-rigid leather.

The other half-portion r2 of the zipper ® 220 surrounds the opening of the outer shell 300, and more precisely, a little below the edge o2 of the opening. Motifs Mt may adorn the faces 310, 320, of the outer envelope 300.

In Figs. 3, 4, 5 and 6, the front face 310, the back face 320, are respectively composed of two parts, an upper part Ph and a lower part Pb. The upper part Ph is covered locally, in Figs. 4 and 5, by the lower part Pb in a covering zone Zr. These two parts Ph and Pb are joined by seams C at the overlap zone Zr, except in a central zone through which a gap I remains to allow the passage of a loop 210 of the inner envelope 200 when it is disposed in the outer casing 300. Each handle 210 then exits at the top through this gap I, as shown in FIG. 1, that is, in the right direction to carry the handbag. The attachment zones of each loop 210 remain hidden behind the front face 310.

The passage of the handles 210 through the outer casing 300 of the bag performs a first level of assembly between the two envelopes 200 and 300.

In FIG. 4, the lower part Pb of the end faces 310 and dorsal 320 is folded inwards in the overlap zone Zr, that is to say in the upper part of said lower part, by a flap Rb arranged in with respect to the corresponding upper part Ph. There are thus three thicknesses of material in this overlap area Zr, which increases the rigidity of said front and back faces in the part of the bag where the pulls of the handles 210 are exerted. The handbag 100 does not deform during its transport. For the same purpose, the seams C, clearly visible in Figs. 1 and 3, have an L-shaped geometry with at least a first horizontal puncture extended by at least a second vertical pinch near the gap I. Two seams of this type are made on each side of said gap I. They are preferably close to each other, to reinforce the Zr recovery zone. In an alternative embodiment, not shown, the seams are replaced by a heat-bonding, a bonding.

On the left side of FIG. 5, there is the handle 210 which springs vertically from above, in the normal carrying position of the handbag, through the gap I, while its fasteners on the front face 202 of the inner casing 200 remain masked behind the lower part Pb of the front face 310 of the outer casing 300.

In FIG. 6, two additional retaining means and separable Mrl and Mr2, such as self-gripping velcro ® strips, are respectively fixed on the inner face of the lower part Pb and on the outer face of the upper part Ph of the end face 310 of the dorsal surface 320 so that it can cooperate together to close the central portion of the gap after a corresponding loop passes therethrough.

Part Mr2 of the retaining means is fixed on the upper part Ph not far from its lower edge. The gap remains virtually closed at this location just above the Mrl and Mr2 additional restraining means, which provides an appreciable finish to the handbag.

On the right side of FIG. 5, the two parts of the retaining means Mr which cooperate are mutually restrained in opposite relation. In an alternative embodiment, not shown, the retaining means consist, in addition to or in replacement of snaps, magnetic strips or buttons, buttons cooperating with eyelets, a zipper ®, loops or any other reversible closure means provided with complementary means. In FIG. 1, magnetized buttons are represented as two circles with the reference Ba.

In Figs. 4 and 5, the closure of the opening of the bag is carried out by means of a ® 230 zipper sewn on two Rh flaps folded inwards along the upper part of the two upper parts Ph of the envelope 300. The presence of these flaps Rh improves, again, the holding of the handbag that does not sag in use. It should be noted that, as an alternative embodiment of the closure means of the bag, the zipper ® may be replaced by a cord, at least one pair of snaps, at least one pair of magnetized buttons, and generally by any type of fastener. clasps for handbags. The handbag 100 is preferably proposed with an inner envelope 200 and several outer envelopes 300.

The assembly of the handbag is as follows. The inner casing 200 is placed in the outer casing 300. The handles 210 are threaded through the interstices I from the inside of the outer casing 300. The replacement of the outer casing 300, by another different, is achieved by a separation whose operating mode is the reverse of that of the assembly of the two envelopes 200 and 300.

The handbag has a unitary appearance cleverly masking the ability to change easily and quickly its appearance.

At least one pouch can be formed in the inner casing, by the seam of a liner on the inner face of the front / back faces of the inner casing 200.

Claims
