本发明涉及手机求助技术,特别涉及一种求助信息的传输方法及设备。
背景技术
目前手机求助方案已经存在很多,但实现往往是在手机驻留网络的情况下向指定对象发送求助信息。这些方案并不能保证潜在求助者就在附近,去提供及时救助。特别是在一些地震、火灾等情况下,这种点对点的求助信息往往不能进行有效的传播。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种求助信息的传输方法及设备,以解决求助信息无法有效传播的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,采用如下技术方案:
一种求助信息的传输方法,包括:
短信中心MC接收到短信时,判断所述短信是否为求助短信SOS-SMS;
若所述MC判断所述短信为SOS-SMS,则按照该SOS-SMS的预置号码转发所述SOS-SMS;
所述MC获取发送所述SOS-SMS的求助移动终端ME的驻留基站BS;
所述MC将所述SOS-SMS回传到所述求助ME的驻留BS,并指示所述求助ME的驻留BS在所述求助ME驻留小区内广播所述SOS-SMS。

本实施例提供了一种求助信息的传输方法,包括以下步骤:
MC接收到短信时,判断短信是否为SOS-SMS;

其中,本实施例所涉及的SOS-SMS,是采用特定格式,或者包含设定的服务ID等,可以使MC识别出的。例如,可以以不同的内容字段来标识SOS-SMS:如对应紧急救助以#SOS BAILOUT#开头以#SOS#结束;也可以 采用预设的业务层的服务ID来标识SOS-SMS。具体地,MC判断短信是否为SOS-SMS时,可以解析获取短信的格式,判断短信的格式是否符合预设的SOS-SMS的格式要求,若短信的格式符合预设的SOS-SMS的格式要求,则判断短信为SOS-SMS。或者MC解析获取短信的服务ID,判断短信的服务ID是否属于预设的SOS-SMS的服务ID,若短信的服务ID属于预设的SOS-SMS的服务ID,则判断短信为SOS-SMS。

步骤100:求助终端ME1向驻留BS发出SOS-SMS。
步骤200:驻留BS接收SOS-SMS后,经由BSC/MSC将SOS-SMS发送到MC。
步骤300:MC判断收到的短信是否是SOS-SMS,如果是,进入步骤400, 否则按普通短信处理。
其中,SOS-SMS的设计提出了两种设计思路,一种是根据特殊短信内容字段进行区分;另一种是短消息PDU中业务层的具体业务ID进行区分。这里以CDMA制式的终端、使用PDU中业务层ID为例进行区分进行简要描述:在短消息PDU字段的编码协议中,针对可能的业务扩展需要,预留了大量的Teleservice Identifier(业务层ID),预置求助信息的编码可以约定一个ID(如49006)进行业务的区分;以与求助ME同小区其他ME接收该消息情景为例,当接收到业务类型ID为49006的消息时,在后续的解码、上报处理中,将提供特殊的新消息提示方式,如警报提示音、特殊震动方式等。
步骤400:MC按照预置号码对SOS-SMS进行正常的发送,经由无线网络传送至对应ME2。
步骤500:MC查询求助ME归属的VLR,进行信息交互,获取到求助ME的驻留BS信息和驻留小区内的MDN;
步骤600,MC通过与BS的交互获取到求助ME归属小区的参数,对MDN进行二次筛选,进而获取到当前与求助ME驻留到同小区的ME的号码。
其中,VLR中存储当前活动在MSC/VLR区域中的移动用户的相关数据,MC需要获取的是最后登记的基站识别码和MDN;根据基站识别码跟求助ME驻留BSC/BS进行二次交互,获取到求助ME驻留小区的SID/NID/BID参数,根据这些参数会在MC中进行MDN的再次筛选,确认所选MDN所属ME跟求助ME为同小区。
步骤700:MC按照路由信息将SOS-SMS回传至求助ME的驻留BS,并指示求助ME的驻留BS在求助ME驻留小区内,向当前与求助ME驻留到同一小区内的所有MDN广播SOS-SMS。
其中,结合SOS-SMS的情景区分规则,MC可以进行是否进行广播(也可以是群发)的逻辑判断,在用户个人信息安全和隐私得到可靠保护的前提下,进行合理有效的回传。
步骤800:求助ME驻留BS向对应小区所有驻留ME发送该SOS-SMS。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种求助信息的传输设备,可以置于MC中,其至少包括如上各单元。
判断单元,接收到短信时,判断短信是否为求助短信SOS-SMS;
具体地,判断单元可以解析获取所述短信的格式,判断短信的格式是否符合预设的SOS-SMS的格式要求,若短信的格式符合预设的SOS-SMS的格式要求,则判断短信为SOS-SMS;或者解析获取短信的服务标识ID,判断短信的服务ID是否属于预设的SOS-SMS的服务ID,若短信的服务ID属于预设的SOS-SMS的服务ID,则判断短信为SOS-SMS。
可选地,判断单元,判断短信为SOS-SMS后,还可以进一步判断SOS-SMS的求助级别,是否高于设定级别。此时,信息获取单元,在SOS-SMS的求助级别高于设定级别时,才获取求助ME的驻留BS。
转发单元,若判断单元判断所述短信为SOS-SMS,则按照该SOS-SMS的预置号码转发SOS-SMS;
信息获取单元,获取发送SOS-SMS的求助移动终端ME的驻留基站BS;
传输单元,将SOS-SMS回传到求助ME的驻留BS,并指示求助ME的驻留BS在求助ME驻留小区内广播SOS-SMS。
另外,信息获取单元,获取发送SOS-SMS的求助ME的驻留基站BS时,还可以获取当前与求助ME驻留到同一小区内的所有手机号码MDN。此时,传输单元,将SOS-SMS回传到求助ME的驻留BS时,指示求助ME的驻留BS在求助ME驻留小区内,向当前与求助ME驻留到同一小区内的所有MDN广播SOS-SMS即可。要说明的是,由于本实施例提供的设备可以实现上述实施例1的方法,故其他详细操作可以参见实施例1的相应内容,在此不再赘述。
本发明实施例还公开了一种计算机程序,包括程序指令,当该程序指令被计算机执行时,使得该计算机可执行上述任意的求助信息的传输方法。
本发明实施例还公开了一种载有所述计算机程序的载体。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件完成,所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现。相应地,上述实施例中的各模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。本申请不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实例而已,并非用于限定本发明的保护范围。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本申请技术方案除了保证了通常的预置的施助对象能够接收到求助信息外,提供了同小区内驻留手机的接收方案,方便提供及时救助;在地震、火灾等极端情况下,更能够发挥其优势。因此本发明具有很强的工业实用性。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种求助信息的传输方法,包括:
    短信中心MC接收到短信时,判断所述短信是否为求助短信SOS-SMS;
    若所述MC判断所述短信为SOS-SMS,则按照该SOS-SMS的预置号码转发所述SOS-SMS;
    所述MC获取发送所述SOS-SMS的求助移动终端ME的驻留基站BS;
    所述MC将所述SOS-SMS回传到所述求助ME的驻留BS,并指示所述求助ME的驻留BS在所述求助ME驻留小区内广播所述SOS-SMS。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的求助信息的传输方法,其中,所述MC判断所述短信是否为求助短信SOS-SMS的步骤包括:
    所述MC解析获取所述短信的格式,判断所述短信的格式是否符合预设的SOS-SMS的格式要求,若所述短信的格式符合预设的SOS-SMS的格式要求,则判定所述短信为SOS-SMS;或者
    所述MC解析获取所述短信的服务标识ID,判断所述短信的服务ID是否属于预设的SOS-SMS的服务ID,若所述短信的服务ID属于预设的SOS-SMS的服务ID,则判定所述短信为SOS-SMS。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的求助信息的传输方法,该方法还包括:
    所述MC获取发送所述SOS-SMS的求助ME的驻留基站BS时,还获取当前与发送所述SOS-SMS的求助ME驻留到同一小区内的所有手机号码MDN。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的求助信息的传输方法,其中,所述MC将所述SOS-SMS回传到所述求助ME的驻留BS,并指示所述求助ME的驻留BS在所述求助ME驻留小区内广播所述SOS-SMS的步骤包括:
    所述MC将所述SOS-SMS回传到所述求助ME的驻留BS时,指示所述求助ME的驻留BS在所述求助ME驻留小区内,向当前与求助ME驻留到同一小区内的所有MDN广播所述SOS-SMS。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的求助信息的传输方法,该方法还包括:
    所述MC判断所述短信为SOS-SMS后,还确定所述SOS-SMS的求助级别;
    当所述SOS-SMS的求助级别高于设定级别时,所述MC才获取所述求助ME的驻留BS,将所述SOS-SMS回传到所述求助ME的驻留BS,并指示所述求助ME的驻留BS在所述求助ME驻留小区内广播所述SOS-SMS。
  6. 一种求助信息的传输设备,包括判断单元、转发单元、信息获取单元和传输单元,其中:
    所述判断单元设置成:接收到短信时,判断所述短信是否为求助短信SOS-SMS;
    所述转发单元设置成:若所述判断单元判定所述短信为SOS-SMS,则按照该SOS-SMS的预置号码转发所述SOS-SMS;
    所述信息获取单元设置成:获取发送所述SOS-SMS的求助移动终端ME的驻留基站BS;
    所述传输单元设置成:将所述SOS-SMS回传到所述求助ME的驻留BS,并指示所述求助ME的驻留BS在所述求助ME驻留小区内广播所述SOS-SMS。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的求助信息的传输设备,其中,所述判断单元设置成按照如下方式判断所述短信是否为求助短信SOS-SMS:
    解析获取所述短信的格式,判断所述短信的格式是否符合预设的SOS-SMS的格式要求,若所述短信的格式符合预设的SOS-SMS的格式要求,则判定所述短信为SOS-SMS;或者
    解析获取所述短信的服务标识ID,判断所述短信的服务ID是否属于预设的SOS-SMS的服务ID,若所述短信的服务ID属于预设的SOS-SMS的服务ID,则判定所述短信为SOS-SMS。
  8. 如权利要求6或7所述的求助信息的传输设备,其中,
    所述信息获取单元还设置成:获取发送所述SOS-SMS的求助ME的驻留基站BS时,获取当前与发送所述SOS-SMS的求助ME驻留到同一小区内的所有手机号码MDN。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的求助信息的传输设备,其中,所述传输单元设置成按照如下方式将所述SOS-SMS回传到所述求助ME的驻留BS,并指示所述求助ME的驻留BS在所述求助ME驻留小区内广播所述SOS-SMS:
    所述传输单元将所述SOS-SMS回传到所述求助ME的驻留BS时,指示所述求助ME的驻留BS在所述求助ME驻留小区内,向当前与求助ME驻留到同一小区内的所有MDN广播所述SOS-SMS。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的求助信息的传输设备,其中,
    所述判断单元还设置成:判断所述短信为SOS-SMS后,确定所述SOS-SMS的求助级别,并判断所述SOS-SMS的求助级别是否高于设定级别;
    所述信息获取单元设置成按照如下方式获取发送所述SOS-SMS的求助移动终端ME的驻留基站BS:在所述SOS-SMS的求助级别高于设定级别时,才获取所述求助ME的驻留BS。
  11. 一种计算机程序,包括程序指令,当该程序指令被计算机执行时,使得该计算机可执行权利要求1-5中任一项所述的求助信息的传输方法。
  12. 一种载有权利要求11所述计算机程序的载体。
