Description

电加热管管头多功能防护连接器及电加热管管头密封方法 技术领域
本发明属于电加热元件技术领域,具体是一种电加热管管头多功能防护连接器及电加热管管头密封方法。
背景技术
采用电加热管作为电热元件的电加热器中,电加热管的端部(也称电加热管管头,见图1)通常通过引出端导体33与接线盒内的电源端子进行连接,电加热管的管状外壳31则通常与容器密封连接,以保证容器内的被加热介质不会泄漏。
但是,在实际使用中,位于容器内的部分电加热管外壳有时会因过热而产生破裂,导致被加热介质进入电加热管外壳内,再通过电加热管内芯32中的导热绝缘介质(如氧化镁粉)从电加热管的端部渗出,从而导致被加热介质泄漏。
另外,现有的电加热管还存在外部潮气容易进入电加热管内芯32、从而影响导热绝缘介质绝缘性能的问题。
对于一些大功率的工业电加热器,通常需要采用较多数量的电加热管同时工作,现有的电加热管的过流保护系统监控的是所有电加热管的整体电流,因此当单根电加热管过流时,过流保护系统难以及时发现和保护,从而造成电加热管过流损坏。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种既能有效防止被加热介质从电加热管内芯的导热绝缘介质泄漏、又能保证电加热管内芯的导热绝缘介质绝缘性能的电加热管管头多功能防护连接器。
本发明的第二目的在于提供一种既能有效防止被加热介质从电加热管内芯的导热绝缘介质泄漏、又能保证电加热管内芯的导热绝缘介质绝缘性能的电加热管管头密封方法。
实现本发明第一目的的技术方案是:一种电加热管管头多功能防护连接器,包括管接头和密封管组件;所述密封管组件包括一段金属外管和位于金属外管中心的中心导体,中心导体一端具有能够与电加热管引出端导体配合连接的结构,中心导体另一端具有能够与外部电源连接的引出棒;中心导体和金属外管之间由聚四氟乙烯材料的密封套密封填充;所述管接头能够将金属外管与电加热管的管状外壳密封连接。
进一步地,为了能够对单根电加热管进行过流保护,所述中心导体由位于前段的前导电棒、位于后段的后导电棒及连接在前导电棒和后导电棒之间的保险丝组成,前导电棒能够连接电加热管的引出端导体,后导电棒后端为所述引出棒。所述保险丝外围套有一段聚四氟乙烯材料的内套管,内套管位于密封套内。

实现本发明第二目的的技术方案是:一种电加热管管头密封方法,包括以下步骤:①将一段聚四氟乙烯材料的内套管套在一段保险丝上,保险丝两端与前导电棒和后导电棒压接连接,形成中心导体。将中心导体插入一段聚四氟乙烯材料的密封套中,密封套与前、后导电棒间隙配合。②将插好中心导体后的密封套插入一段金属外管中,密封套与金属外管间隙配合。在缩径设备上对插好密封套后的金属外管进行缩径处理,挤压密封套,使密封套密封填充在前、后导电棒与金属外管之间。③将缩径处理后的金属外管与电加热管的管状外壳端部从管接头的两端插入,同时将电加热管的引出端导体与前导电棒通过螺纹连接,然后通过管接头将金属外管与电加热管的管状外壳密封连接。
