Abstract

The present invention relates to a unilateral monoaxial external bone fixator, which provides practical and secure usage for the surgeon and the patient, reduces patient-related complications; makes extension-shortening by the roller extension unit (3), locates the bone unilaterally in a practical and secure way by means of original bone clamps (1,2,5); can make fixation by means of the original joints (4,7) and fixation module (8).
