Abstract

 The present invention pertains to a decorative panel (1) and a musical instrument provided with said decorative panel (1). The decorative panel (1) has a regular pattern (S1, S2), and is provided with: a front-side layer (3) that is at least partially translucent; and a rear-side layer (4) installed so as to be movable in relation to the rear side of the front-side layer (3), the rear-side layer (4) having a pattern with a different period from the front-side layer (3). The invention is configured such that moire patterns are generated by the pattern (S1) of the front-side layer (3) and the pattern (S2) of the rear-side layer (4). The front-side layer (3) has a textile (6) and a resin composition (7) with which the textile is impregnated. Projections (8) are formed on at least one facing surface of the front-side layer (3) and the rear-side layer (4). Further provided is a reflective layer (5) for reflecting light that is incident from the rear side, the reflective layer being arranged on the rear side of the rear-side layer (4). Having the rear-side layer (4) be light-permeable causes the pattern to vary even when the relative positions of the article and an observer do not change.

Description

Decorative panels and musical instruments
The present invention relates to a decorative panel and a musical instrument.
There has been proposed a decoration capable of giving a three-dimensional impression by placing two layers having a regular pattern on top of each other so that a moire pattern emerges due to light interference (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2006-043920). ).
In the decoration described in the above publication, the moire pattern changes depending on the viewing position. Conversely, the pattern does not change unless the relative position between the observer and the article changes.
Also, a musical instrument is assumed as an article for decorating the surface. Some musical instruments have various patterns on the surface. If the pattern on the instrument surface can be changed dynamically, the audience can be entertained visually.
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a decorative panel and a musical instrument that can change a pattern even if the relative position between an article and an observer does not change.
The invention made in order to solve the above-mentioned problem is provided with a front side layer having a regular pattern and at least partially light-transmitting, and being relatively movable on the back side of the front side layer, The layer is a decorative panel including a back side layer having a pattern with a different period and configured to generate moire by the pattern of the front side layer and the pattern of the back side layer.
The decorative panel generates moire due to interference between the pattern on the front side layer and the pattern on the back side layer, and this moire is changed by relative movement of the back side layer. As a result, the decorative panel has a three-dimensional and dynamic decorative effect, even if the relative position between the article and the observer provided with the decorative panel does not change.
The front side layer may have a woven fabric and a resin composition impregnated in the woven fabric. As described above, by impregnating the woven fabric with the resin composition, the regular pattern can be easily configured with the yarns constituting the woven fabric. Moreover, since a pattern or a pattern can be provided to a woven fabric, design property can be improved more.
It is preferable that protrusions are formed on at least one facing surface of the front side layer and the back side layer. Thus, by forming protrusions on the opposing surfaces of the front side layer and the back side layer, a gap is formed between the front side layer and the back side layer. Thereby, sticking with the front side layer and back side layer which inhibit the change of a moire can be prevented, and the change of a pattern can be promoted.
It is preferable that a reflective layer that is disposed on the back side of the back side layer and reflects light incident from the front side is further provided, and the back side layer has light transmittance. Thus, by providing the reflective layer on the back side of the back side layer, the visibility of the pattern of the front side layer and the pattern of the back side layer can be improved, and the change of the pattern can be made more conspicuous.
Further, another invention made to solve the above problem is a musical instrument provided with the decorative panel.
Since the musical instrument can vibrate the back side layer by vibration for generating sound, the surface pattern can be changed by providing the decorative panel on the surface during performance.
Here, the “regular pattern” refers to a pattern in which regions having different optical characteristics such as light reflection, light shielding, and refraction are periodically and repeatedly arranged. Examples of such a “regular pattern” include a pattern drawn so that regions of different colors are periodically and repeatedly arranged. In addition, “different in the period” includes not only those in which the regions having different optical characteristics are repeated, but also those having different directions in which the regions having different optical characteristics are repeated.
In the decorative panel of the present invention, the moire generated by the pattern of the front side layer and the pattern of the back side layer can be changed by the movement of the back side layer, so that the relative position between the article provided with the decorative panel and the observer does not change. Even the pattern can be changed.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings as appropriate.
[Decorative panel]
The decorative panel 1 of FIG. 1 includes a support member 2, a front side layer 3 that is fixedly provided by the support member 2, and a back side layer 4 that is relatively movable on the back side of the front side layer 3. And a reflective layer 5 disposed on the back side of the back side layer 4.
<Supporting member>
The support member 2 is attached to the surface of the article P decorated by the decorative panel 1 or is formed integrally with a member constituting the surface of the article P. The support member 2 can be formed of a material having rigidity such as metal or resin.
<表側層>
<Front side layer>
The front side layer 3 is fixedly disposed on the support member 2, has a regular pattern, and is at least partially light transmissive.
This front side layer 3 is a sheet-like member formed by impregnating a woven fabric 6 formed of a large number of yarns with a resin composition 7 having a light transmission property, and a portion without the yarn has a light transmission property. . The front side layer 3 has a plurality of protrusions 8 formed on the surface facing the back side layer 4, that is, the back surface.
Although it does not specifically limit as average thickness of the front side layer 3, For example, it is 0.1 mm or more and 1 mm or less.
(Woven fabric)
The woven fabric 6 forms a regular pattern in which a region where light is blocked by the yarn and a region where light is transmitted between the yarns are periodically repeated. Therefore, the woven fabric 6 is preferably one having a large gap between the threads so as to have sufficient light transmission, and particularly preferably a plain woven mesh.
Also, the woven fabric 6 may be colored to form an arbitrary pattern on the front side layer 3 as illustrated on the left side of FIG. Examples of the coloring method include dyeing yarn before constituting the woven fabric 6, printing on the woven fabric 6, and the like.
Examples of the yarn forming the woven fabric 6 include natural fibers and synthetic fibers.
The yarn density of the woven fabric 6 is not particularly limited, but both the warp and the weft can be, for example, 25 / inch to 200 / inch. The “yarn density” is the density of warp or weft and is the reciprocal of the cycle of these yarns.
(Resin composition)
As the resin composition 7 impregnated into the woven fabric 6, for example, a resin composition mainly composed of an acrylic resin, an epoxy resin, an unsaturated polyester resin or the like is used. The “main component” means a component having the largest mass content among the components constituting the material, preferably a component contained in an amount of 50% by mass or more.
(Projection)
The plurality of protrusions 8 protrude perpendicularly from the back surface of the front side layer 3 and form a space between the front side layer 3 and the back side layer 4, thereby preventing adhesion between the front side layer 3 and the back side layer 4. The protrusions 8 can be integrally formed with the resin composition 7 by impregnating the woven fabric 6 with the resin composition 7 on an inverted type having recesses corresponding to the protrusions 8. Further, after impregnating the woven fabric 6 with the resin composition 7, the protrusions 8 made of the same material as the resin composition 7 or different arbitrary materials may be bonded.
The shape of the protrusion 8 can be an arbitrary shape such as a dome shape, a column shape, or a truncated cone shape. The planar shape of the protrusion 8 is typically a circle, but may be another shape such as an ellipse or a polygon.
The average equivalent circle diameter of the protrusions 8 is not particularly limited, but may be, for example, 0.5 mm or more and 2 mm or less. Further, the average height of the protrusions 8 is not particularly limited, but may be, for example, 0.5 mm or more and 2 mm or less. The “circle equivalent diameter” means the diameter of a circle having an area equal to the bottom area of the protrusion 8.
In addition, the arrangement density of the protrusions 8 is determined according to the flexibility of the front side layer 3 and the back side layer 4, and may be 0.04 pieces / cm 2 or more and 10 pieces / cm 2 or less, for example.
<裏側層>
<Back side layer>
The back side layer 4 is disposed so as to be movable relative to the front side layer 3, has a pattern with a different period from the front side layer 3, and has light transmittance. The back side layer 4 is held so as to be freely movable in the gap between the article P and the front side layer 3 by sealing the open end of the gap between the article P and the front side layer 3 with a member (not shown), for example.
The backside layer 4 is a sheet-like member formed by impregnating a woven fabric 9 formed of a large number of yarns with a resin composition 10 having optical transparency.
Although it does not specifically limit as average thickness of the back side layer 4, For example, it is 0.1 mm or more and 1 mm or less.
Moreover, the back side layer 4 should just be arrange | positioned so that relative movement with respect to the front side layer 3 was carried out, but in order to prevent adhesion | attachment with the front side layer 3 which can inhibit the movement of the back side layer 4, it is with the front side layer 3. It is preferable to arrange the gap to be, for example, 0.5 mm or more.
(Woven fabric)
Similar to the woven fabric 6 of the front side layer 3, the woven fabric 9 of the back side layer 4 forms a regular pattern in which a region where light is blocked by the yarn and a region where light is transmitted between the yarns are periodically repeated. Therefore, this woven fabric 9 is also preferably a plain weave mesh having a large thread gap so as to have sufficient light transmission.
Examples of the yarn forming the woven fabric 9 of the back layer 4 include natural fibers and synthetic fibers.
The yarn density of the woven fabric 9 of the back side layer 4 is not particularly limited, but may be, for example, 25 / inch or more and 200 / inch or less. Further, as illustrated in FIG. 2, the yarn density of the woven fabric 9 of the back side layer 4 is the same as that of the front side layer even when the yarn directions of the woven fabric 6 of the front side layer 3 and the woven fabric 9 of the back side layer 4 are parallel. It is preferable that there is a difference between the yarn density of the woven fabric 6 of the front side layer 3 so that moire is generated in cooperation with the woven fabric 6 of No. 3. The ratio of the absolute value of the difference between the yarn density of the woven fabric 9 of the back side layer 4 to the yarn density of the woven fabric 6 of the front side layer 3 to the yarn density of the woven fabric 6 of the front side layer 3 is not particularly limited. Super 50% or less.
(Resin composition)
As the resin composition 10 impregnated in the woven fabric 9 of the back side layer 4, the same material as the resin composition 7 impregnated in the woven fabric 6 of the front side layer 3 can be used.
<反射層>
<Reflective layer>
The reflective layer 5 is a layer that reflects light incident from the front side, and by making the yarns of the woven fabric 6 of the front side layer 3 and the woven fabric 9 of the back side layer 4 stand out, it is easy to visually recognize the moire formed by these. To do.
The reflective layer 5 is preferably one that diffuses and reflects light to the front side, and for example, white paper can be used.
The light reflectance of the reflective layer 5 is, for example, 70% or more. The “light reflectance” is a value measured as the total light reflectance defined in JIS-K-7375 (2008).
The reflective layer 5 may be adhered to the back surface of the back side layer 4 or the surface of the article P, and may be held movably between the front side layer 3 and the surface of the article P in the same manner as the back side layer 4.
Moreover, the back side layer 4 and the reflective layer 5 are brought into close contact with each other by forming protrusions on the opposing surface of the reflective layer 5 or the back side layer 4 or holding the back side layer 4 and the reflective layer 5 to restrict movement. It is preferable to prevent the movement of the back side layer 4 from being restricted.
<作用>
<Action>
In the decorative panel 1, the pattern of the pattern of the woven fabric 6 of the front side layer 3 and the pattern of the pattern of the woven fabric 9 of the back side layer 4 are different from each other, so that these patterns interfere with each other to generate moire.
3 and 4 exemplify moire due to interference between the pattern S1 of the front side layer 3 and the pattern S2 of the back side layer 4. FIG.
In FIG. 3, the yarn interval in the pattern S1 of the front layer 3 is different from the yarn interval in the pattern S2 of the back layer 4, and the yarn direction in the pattern S1 of the front layer 3 and the yarn direction in the pattern S2 of the back layer 4 Are equal to each other, that is, the case where the periodic repetition interval is different is illustrated.
On the other hand, FIG. 4 shows that the yarn interval (yarn density) in the pattern S1 of the front layer 3 is equal to the yarn interval (yarn density) in the pattern S2 of the back layer 4, and the yarn direction in the pattern S1 of the front layer 3 The case where the direction of the yarn in the pattern S2 of the back side layer 4 is different, that is, the case where the periodically repeated arrangement angles are different is illustrated.
As shown in the drawing, a portion where the overlap between the yarn of the pattern S1 on the front side layer 3 and the yarn of the pattern S2 on the back side layer 4 is large, the area of the light transmitting region is large, and the whiteness is recognized to be high. On the other hand, the area where the overlap between the yarn of the pattern S1 on the front side layer 3 and the yarn of the pattern S2 on the back side layer 4 is small is recognized as having a small area of light transmission and low whiteness.
These moires move greatly between a region with high whiteness and a region with low whiteness only by slightly changing the relative position between the pattern S1 of the front side layer 3 and the pattern S2 of the back side layer 4.
<利点>
<Advantages>
As illustrated in FIG. 2, the decorative panel 1 generates moire due to interference between the pattern of the front layer 3 and the pattern of the back layer 4. Moreover, in the said decorative panel 1, since the back side layer 4 is arrange | positioned so that a movement is possible, the said moire is changed when the back side layer 4 moves by the vibration of the articles | goods P, etc. Thereby, even if the relative position of the article P and the observer does not change, the decorative panel 1 can change the moire and can provide a three-dimensional and dynamic decorative effect.
In the decorative panel 1, the regular patterns of the front side layer 3 and the back side layer 4 are constituted by woven fabrics (woven fabric 6 and woven fabric 9), respectively. Thus, if the woven fabric (the woven fabric 6 and the woven fabric 9) is used, the front side layer 3 and the back side layer 4 having a periodic pattern that causes moire can be easily formed.
Moreover, since the projection 8 is formed on the front side layer 3, the decorative panel 1 does not hinder the movement of the back side layer 4 because the front side layer 3 and the back side layer 4 stick to each other. For this reason, in the decorative panel 1, the back side layer 4 easily moves due to vibration of the article P or the like, and the moire can be changed efficiently.
Furthermore, since the decorative panel 1 includes the reflective layer 5 on the back side of the back side layer 4, the visibility of the moire formed by the woven fabric 6 and the woven fabric 9 is high.
[March drum]
Next, a march drum according to an embodiment of the musical instrument of the present invention provided with the decorative panel will be described.
5 and 6 includes a cylindrical drum shell 11 and a sheet-like vibrating membrane 12 stretched so as to seal openings at both ends of the drum shell 11 (the bottom side is shown in FIG. 5). And the decorative panel 1 disposed so as to cover the outer peripheral surface of the drum shell 11.
The decorative panel 1 of the march drum in FIG. 5 includes four support members 2 arranged at equal intervals on the outer periphery of the drum shell 11, a front side layer 3 fixed by the support member 2, and the drum shell 11. And the back side layer 3 are provided with four back side layers 4 movably disposed in four spaces partitioned by the support member 2. The back side layer 4 is held so as not to fall out from the gap between the drum shell 11 and the front side layer 3 by, for example, a rim 13 that holds the vibration film 12.
The support member 2, the front side layer 3 and the back side layer 4 in the decorative panel 1 of the march drum of FIG. 5 are the same as the support member 2, the front side layer 3 and the back side layer 4 of the decorative panel 1 of FIG. Therefore, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted.
The drum shell 11 of the march drum in FIG. 5 also serves as a reflective layer by being painted white.
Further, in the march drum of FIG. 5, the support member 2 can be configured to be used also as a clamp that is used to hold the march drum.
The drum shell 11 of the march drum in FIG. 5 has four air holes 14 arranged so as to face each backside layer 4. Further, the back layer 4 has a vent 15 formed at a position not facing the air hole 14. Further, the front side layer 3 has a through hole 16 formed to face the vent hole 15.
For this reason, in the march drum, air strikes the vibrating membrane 12 with a stick so that air enters and exits through the air hole 14 and vibrates the back layer 4 efficiently. Here, since the air hole 14 and the air hole 15 do not face each other, the air entering and exiting through the air hole 14 efficiently vibrates the back side layer 4 in the thickness direction. As a result, when the march drum is played, the moire of the decorative panel 1 changes, and the audience can be entertained visually.
[Other Embodiments]

Therefore, in the embodiment described above, components of each part of the embodiment can be omitted, replaced, or added based on the description and technical common sense in the present specification, and they are all interpreted as belonging to the scope of the present invention. Should.
In the decorative panel, the regular pattern of the front side layer and the back side layer is not limited to the lattice pattern formed by the warp and weft of the woven fabric, but, for example, a stripe shape formed of an arbitrary material such as yarn, paint, resin, etc. Or a pattern composed of regularly arranged dots.
Also, the regular patterns of the front side layer and the back side layer may be formed by printing, or may be formed by irregularities such as grooves and protrusions formed on the front or back surface of the front side layer and the back side layer.
Further, in the decorative panel, the front layer may be formed in a flexible film shape, and may be fixed by being attached to the front or back surface of a transparent support plate having rigidity.
Further, in the decorative panel, the front side layer and the back side layer may be formed only of a woven fabric. In addition, it is preferable that a front side layer is formed in the film form or plate shape which impregnated the resin composition at the point of the ease of fixation and a stain | pollution | contamination difficulty.
In the decorative panel, the pattern may be provided on the back layer instead of the front layer.
Further, in the decorative panel, a protrusion for preventing adhesion between the front side layer and the back side layer may be provided on a surface of the back side layer facing the front side layer.
Also, the back side layer of the decorative panel may be supported by an elastic body, a flexible thread, or the like, or may be supported by a pin or hook that engages loosely in a hole formed in the back side layer. Moreover, you may hold | maintain an edge part by a supporting member or a front side layer so that a center part can vibrate a back side layer. That is, the relative movement of the back layer in the present invention may be a partial displacement.
In the decorative panel, the front side layer may be arranged so as to be movable, and the back side layer may be arranged so as to be immovable or arranged so that movement is suppressed. That is, the relative movement of the back side layer with respect to the front side layer means that the back side layer moves relative to the front side layer, and the back side layer does not necessarily change its absolute position. As an example, the front side layer can be vibrated together with the outer surface of the article by fixing the front side layer with a support member or the like to the outer surface (for example, drum shell) of the article that vibrates, while the front side layer and the outer surface of the article The back side layer may be held so as to be movable relative to the outer surface and the front side layer of the article. Also, by arranging the air hole of the drum shell and the vent on the back side layer so as to face each other, and arranging the vent on the front side layer so as not to face the air hole and the vent on the back side layer, the air hole can be played by playing a musical instrument. The air discharged from the air is blown directly to the front layer through the vent. As a result, the moire can be changed by vibrating the front side layer by the movement of the air generated with the performance of the drum. At this time, the surface layer may be fixed so as to be movable as described above, or the surface layer may be previously bent and fixed so that the surface layer can easily vibrate relative to the back side layer.
In addition, in the decorative panel, the front layer and the back layer are curved and fixed, so that further bending is likely to occur, so that the moire can be changed efficiently by efficiently vibrating together with the members that support the front layer and the back layer. Can be made. At this time, it can suppress that both perform the same movement by making the curvature condition of a front side layer and a back side layer different. Moreover, by attaching a weight to one of the front side layer and the back side layer to increase the inertial force, it is possible to suppress both of them from moving in the same manner and to easily change the moire of the decorative panel. Furthermore, by making the natural frequencies of the front side layer and the back side layer different from each other, it is possible to efficiently change the moire by providing a difference between the vibrations of the two. That is, the moire can be changed by causing the surface layer and the back layer to vibrate relatively differently.
In the decorative panel, the support member may be omitted and the front side layer may be directly held by the article.
In addition, a reflective layer is not essential in the decorative panel. As an example, by not providing a reflective layer on the decorative panel and using the surface of the article as a light emitter, the observer can recognize moire more clearly.
The decoration panel may be used for decoration of any article. As an example, the decorative panel can be used as an interior or advertisement for vehicles such as trains and buses. Moreover, you may use the said decorative panel for the display for alerting which shows a danger.
In addition, the decorative panel may be formed integrally with the article so that the outer layer of the decorative panel is arranged on the outer surface of the article, and the front side layer forms the outer surface of the article. As an example, in the march drum of one form of the musical instrument, the front side layer may be integrated with a drum shell having light transmittance, and the back side layer may be disposed inside thereof.
In the decorative panel, the back layer may be light reflective. As an example, a white paper on which a pattern is printed can be used as the back side layer.
Further, in the March drum, the number of support members is not limited to four and is arbitrary. For example, 6 to 12 support members may be provided on one march drum.
In addition, the number of air holes in the march drum is not limited to four and is arbitrary. The number of air holes can be, for example, 1 or more and 3 or less. The number of vent holes and through holes is also arbitrary.
In the above-described embodiment, the March drum has been described as the musical instrument according to the present invention, but the same structure can be applied to other types of drums.
Further, the musical instrument according to the present invention is not limited to the drum, but may be other types of musical instruments. Examples of the musical instrument include a soundboard or a stringed musical instrument having the decorative panel as an exterior of the soundboard. Moreover, if the present invention is applied to a piano, a dynamic impression can be given to a piano without movement.
The decorative panel according to the present invention can also be used for decorating the surface of an acoustic device such as a speaker. The decorative panel can obtain a dynamic visual effect by changing moire even by minute vibrations for generating sound.
The present invention can be used as a decorative part of various articles, and can be suitably used as a decorative part on the surface of a vibrating article.
