背景技术
世界第二高塔,540米高的俄罗斯奥斯坦金诺电视塔火灾,导致俄罗斯各大电视台的节目全部停播,莫斯科所有寻呼台和内务部、莫斯科急救系统的通信中断,4人困在电梯里死亡,多人受伤,电视塔结构遭到严重破坏,震惊世界,高层建筑的火灾一直都在牵引着人们视线,但在火灾时消防电梯的可靠性问题更值得深思。还有现有消防救生采用的举臂登高消防车,一般可实施53米高的火灾扑救和救人,即大约相当于15层的高度,一旦15楼以上高层发生火灾,除徒步拎水带上楼灭火,更多的时候消防官兵只能望“火”兴叹,更别提上楼救人。消防云梯车的登高是有极限的,通常消防云梯车只能升至限定值的80%左右,如果地面风力达到4至5级,消防云梯车就无法升高作业。这样50米以上的高层建筑一旦起火或有人员被困,消防云梯就难以发挥作用,一般情况被困人员只能依靠自己的能力逃生,而部分高层建筑的消防设施不全,消火栓门存在被居民用杂物堵住等各种现象,更是给救火逃生带来阻力。随着楼房高度的增加和日益密集,楼房的安全隐患也越来越多,在发生火灾等危急情形下,人们行之有效的灭火救援手段却非常少,而消防灭火救生的手段和灭火救生高度又受限制,如今研究开发高楼灭火救援的有效方法成为迫切的问题,我们急需有效的高楼灭火救援手段和设备。

其中,所述建筑的上方还设置有一个或多个缓降器,从上述缓降器延伸出成卷或成束的缓降绳索,上述缓降绳索从缓降器延伸出盘绕成卷或折叠成束,上述一个或多个缓降器固定设置在一个箱体内,从缓降器内延伸出的缓降绳索盘绕成卷或盘绕成束设置在箱体内,上述箱体设置有一个或多个的可开启的箱板,上述缓降绳索设置在上述可开启的箱板上,所述建筑下方或外部可拉动控制绳索或按动控制器控制上述箱板打开并让上述缓降绳索垂落下来,上述缓降器可设置在悬臂构件上,还可设置在在悬臂构件上的行走小车上,从缓降器内延伸出的缓降绳索盘绕成卷或盘绕成束设置在箱体内,下方各楼层均可控制上述箱板打开;

所述放绳设备的下方楼层可嵌入设置在轨道内,上述放绳设备设置有移动拉绳一和移动拉绳二,上述移动拉绳一和移动拉绳二可沿所述建筑的两侧的外墙释放垂落下,所述建筑下方的救援人员可拉动拉绳一和移动拉绳二让上述放绳设备在轨道上滑动而改变位置;
所述放绳设备的下方楼层可嵌入设置在轨道上,上述放绳设备设置有电机,上述电机可带动放绳设备在轨道上滑动而改变位置,上述电机连接有带有控制开关的控制电缆,上述控制电缆与一块控制电路板连接或上述控制电缆可向下延伸到所述建筑的下方楼层,上述控制开关设置在所述建筑下方的外墙的开关盒内。
采用上述技术方案后,当高层建筑的屋面层设置有所述的放绳设备后,所述电动卷绳器包括卷绳筒、齿轮或链带或传输带或传动轴、电机,上述电机通过上述齿轮或链带或传输带传动轴与上述卷绳筒中间部分的外周连接并可带动卷绳筒转动,由于所述绳索横向穿过上述卷绳筒的内部孔洞并分别从卷绳筒的两端延伸出来形成拉绳一和拉绳二,上述拉绳一和拉绳二分别从卷绳筒的两端的孔洞中延伸出来并朝同一方向盘绕在卷绳筒上,这样上述卷绳筒的中间部分就把盘绕的拉绳一和拉绳二分隔开,这样发生火灾时,所述建筑下方各楼层的人或所述建筑下方的救援人员均可启动设置在屋面层或避难层上的放绳设备并控制电动卷绳器的卷绳筒转动让所述拉绳一和拉绳二垂落提供给所述建筑下方救援人员使用,上述拉绳一和拉绳二在卷绳筒上的分开盘绕保证了上述拉绳一和拉绳二在垂落延伸过程不会缠绕或打结影响使用,并且采用上述技术方案后可保证拉绳一和拉绳二在卷绳筒转动下脱离卷绳筒的筒面并自然挂拉在上述卷绳筒的内部孔洞上,上述卷绳筒的内部孔洞就起了滑轮的作用,上述拉绳一和拉绳二可滑动挂拉在上述卷绳筒内部孔洞上,上述技术方案还保证了盘绕在卷绳筒上的上述拉绳一或拉绳二降落结束悬挂在上述内部孔洞上后即使卷绳筒继续转动也不会缠绕到卷绳筒上,例如上述拉绳一在卷绳筒的转动下先脱离卷绳筒的筒面悬挂在上述内部孔洞上,当卷绳筒继续转动让拉绳二降落时上述拉绳一会围绕卷绳筒端部的内部孔洞的边缘滑动而不会因卷绳筒的转动缠绕到卷绳筒的筒面上,这样当盘绕在卷绳筒上的上述拉绳二降落结束后就悬挂在上述内部孔洞上使拉绳一和拉绳绳二可滑动挂拉在上述内部孔洞上,这就保证降落后的拉绳二可被人或卷绳设备拉动并带动上述拉绳一牵引消防水枪或灭火设备的发射枪或细水雾灭火设备的灭火喷枪或通气风口或支撑平台或救援人或救援物上升进行灭火救援工作,如上述技术方案所述,救援人员就可把上述拉绳一与灭火喷枪或支撑平台连接,同时救援人员把拉绳二与一种卷绳装置连接,或者拉绳二被人牵引后,通过上述拉绳一可带动连接的灭火喷枪或支撑平台上升到目标处。当所述灭火喷枪可转动设置在支撑平台上时,所述拉绳一直接或通过斜拉绳与上述支撑平台连接,在 支撑平台的左右两侧和前后两侧连接有牵引绳,所述牵引绳可被人牵引调整所述灭火喷枪或支撑平台的位置和方向姿势,上述支撑平台的前面部分设置有弯钩,当上述支撑平台上升到着火层的窗户时,救援人员可调整上述牵引绳方向和力量使上述支撑平台上的灭火喷枪的枪口对准窗户,并可用上述支撑平台前部的弯钩伸进窗户并钩住窗户内侧的边缘,这很大程度地减小水枪出水时产生反坐力对水枪的枪口方向产生的抖动影响,由于枪口被上述弯勾固定在窗户内,即使水枪有微小抖动,枪口的方向始终被弯勾锁定朝向窗户,因此灭火喷枪喷出的水柱始终可射进窗户内。还有如上述方案如下:所述支撑平台的一侧设置有弯勾并且还设置有两个或两个以上的横向支撑点,并结合上述支撑平台、弯勾、支撑平台旁侧的变向滚筒的技术方案,可让支撑平台连接固定于所述建筑的外墙上,这就建立了支撑平台稳定的受力基础,如上所述灭火喷枪通过第一变向拉绳和第二变向拉绳分别绕过支撑平台两侧的所述变向滑轮或变向滚筒或变向支撑件改变方向向下延伸,这样灭火喷枪就通过第一变向拉绳、第二变向拉绳绕过变向滑轮或变向滚筒或变向支撑件改变方向向下延伸产生对支撑平台的压力以及拉绳一向上的拉力就巧妙地可转动连接在支撑平台上方,由于灭火喷枪受接近水平方向的水平力的控制可方便灭火喷枪的水平朝向的控制,又由于第一变向拉绳和第二变向拉绳通过变向滑轮或变向滚筒或变向支撑件改变方向向下延伸到地面可节约第一变向拉绳和第二变向拉绳的长度并方便所述建筑下方救援人员的控制工作,这样就可以抵抗在灭火时高压水或风力对上述支撑平台和灭火喷枪所产生的扭力或震动,保证灭火喷枪的出水可控制射进着火处。通过上述技术方案,就可解决现有消防车喷水高度受限制的弊端,特别是现有细水雾灭火设备的胶管的强度很高可被吊升超千米,但胶管与胶管接头之间的连接强度却会受下方吊拉的胶管的重量的限制,也就是说随着下方被提升的胶管的高度的增加会造成上方胶管和胶管接头之间的连接密封性破坏而影响灭火工作,采用上述技术方案后可解决上述问题,这样当超过现有消防车的喷射高度的楼层发生火灾时特别是超高层建筑发生火灾就可通过上述技术方案灭火救生。采用上述技术方案,着火层的逃生人员固定连接在上述拉绳一后可在拉绳二的牵引下缓慢安全降落,这就增加了火灾时的逃生通道,着火层的逃生人员还可与垂落的与缓降器连接的缓降绳索连接并可通过防坠器与保险绳索连接安全降落。还有如上述技术方案,火灾时救援人员还可登上支撑平台并通过防坠器连接在保险绳索上随支撑平台上升到着火处进行灭火工作,由于救援人员通过防坠器连接在上述保险绳索上,正常时防坠器在救援人员的带动下在保险绳索上向上或向下滑动,当救援人员出现意外坠落时,救援人员可通过防坠器锁住保险绳索而保证安全,这样在保证救援人员安全的情况下救援人员可先在着火层外侧灭火,然后可以进入着火层进行深入灭火工作,这可解决着火层内部的灭火工作。还有,上述胶管拉绳的设计,当灭火喷枪和胶管被提升后相邻的上述连接点之间的距离小于相邻上述两个连接点之间的胶管的长度,这样胶管被提升后相邻连接点之间胶管的重量大部分悬挂在与上方连接点连接的胶管拉绳上且小部分胶管重量作用于与下方连接点连接的胶管拉绳上,最下方一段胶管的大部分重量悬挂在与上方连接点连接的胶管拉绳上且小部分重量作用在地面上或其它支撑处,这样无论灭火喷枪和胶管被提升多高,胶管的重量分摊到上述多根胶管拉绳上并悬挂在所述拉绳一上,因此在胶管上升过程中上述技术方案就保证了上方胶管与接头之间的密封性并保证胶管的抗拉强度满足上升高度的要求。采用消防水枪的效果同样可达到高层建筑和超高层建筑灭火的目的,采用风管的技术方案可到达向高层建筑或超高层建筑输送新鲜空气满足逃生人员或救援人员呼吸的需求并具有风力灭火的功能,采用上述缓降器的技术方案可在开展灭火工作之前或进行灭火工作时满足火灾现场逃生人员的要求,同样采用上述通风技术方案可向着火层进行补充新鲜空气的工作,这可满足逃生人员和消防救援人员的呼吸新鲜空气的需求,消防救援人员可利用通气风口输送的新鲜空气带着消防水枪或灭火喷枪进入着火房间的内部进行深入的灭火工作,采用上述技术方案还可控制与所述建筑的屋面层或避难层的固定端连接的保险绳索降落延伸到地面,逃生人员或消防救援人员可利用防坠器与保险绳索的连接保障人员在降落过程或上升过程的安全,即在所述缓降绳 索或所述拉绳一或所述拉绳二断掉时逃生人员或消防救援人员通过防坠器可以固定在保险绳索上而不会坠落到地面造成伤亡,这就增加了逃生人员或消防救援人员的安全保障措施。

如图2所示,图2为本申请第一实施例的在建筑上方的外墙上设置电动卷绳器时拉绳一和拉绳二垂落时的示意图,如图2所示,所述建筑的下方楼层或所述建筑的外部可控制托板18围绕箱体12上的转轴向下转动打开让卷绳盘131和卷绳盘130带动盘绕在上面的拉绳一16和拉绳二17向下垂落延伸后挂拉在卷绳筒2上,然后救援人员控制上述电动卷绳器19的卷绳筒2转动(如图2所示卷绳筒2逆时针转动)并让上述盘绕在卷绳筒2上多圈的拉绳一16和 拉绳二17继续降落延伸到所述建筑下方的地面或接近地面的位置或所述建筑的附属层屋面或接近附属层屋面的位置并可滑动挂拉在上述卷绳筒2的内部孔洞15上。

如图9所示,图9为本申请第三实施例的拉绳一和拉绳二降落到地面时救援人员进行灭火的侧视视示意图,如图9所示,控制开关123通过控制电缆77与控制电路板129连接,上述控制电缆77设置在外墙76内的预埋管122内从所述建筑上方向所述建筑的下方延伸并与控制开关123连接,电机60、与托板69连接的电磁吸合装置、旋转电机73通过线缆与控制电路板129连接,控制电路板129在接通电源后可执行如下动作:先让悬臂57转动到外墙76的外侧,然后控制上述电磁吸合装置动作让托板69向下转动打开,最后控制电机60转动让拉绳一63和拉绳二65降落下来,这样发生火灾时,所述建筑的外部的救援人员127按动建筑下方的控制开关123让控制电路板129接通电源按设定的程序进行控制工作,首先控制悬臂57旋转到所述建筑的外墙76的外侧后,上述控制电路板129继续控制托板69转动向下打开并控制电机60转动带动卷绳筒58转动让上述拉绳一63和拉绳二65沿所述建筑的外墙76的外侧降落延伸到所述建筑下方的地面并可滑动挂拉在上述卷绳筒58的内部孔洞上,挂拉在上述卷绳筒58内部孔洞上的拉绳一63可直接或通过连接件与消防水枪121连接,挂拉在上述卷绳筒58的内部孔洞上的拉绳二65可被卷绳设备120拉动并带动上述拉绳一63牵引上述消防水枪121上升进行灭火救援工作,消防水枪121通过消防水管78与消防栓126连接,上述拉绳一63与消防水枪121的中间部分连接,消防水枪121的前后两侧分别连接有变向拉绳79和变向拉绳125,通过救援人员127牵引变向拉绳79以及救援人员128牵引变向拉绳125可调整消防水枪121的方向对准目标进行灭火工作。
如图10所示,图10为本申请第四实施例拉绳一牵引支撑平台灭火的侧视示意图,支撑平台89通过斜拉绳83和斜拉绳96在拉绳一81的牵引下上升到着火层的外墙对外开口88处,所述支撑平台89的一侧设置有弯勾96并且还设置有两个或两个以上的横向支撑件,图10显示横向支撑件92,所述弯勾96伸进并勾住所述建筑的外墙的对外开口88内侧墙体80上方,上述横向支撑件92顶靠在上述弯勾96下方的所述建筑的墙体93的外侧,上述支撑平台89通过上述横向支撑件92和弯勾96与所述建筑连接固定,在所述的牵引绳(图10显示牵引绳90、牵引绳91)的拉力作用下,上述支撑平台89通过所述所述垂落的拉绳一81的向上拉力和上述弯勾96的拉力的作用下并在上述支撑平台89向下作用力使支撑平台89压靠固定在所述建筑的外墙上,这保证上述支撑平台89连接固定在所述建筑的外墙上并可以抵抗上述支撑平台89所受到的扭力和震动,胶管86每隔一段距离均与一根胶管拉绳(如图10显示胶管拉绳97、胶管拉绳82)连接并受胶管拉绳向上作用力并吊拉于所述建筑上方的防脱线滑轮上,上述胶管拉绳绕过所述建筑上方的防脱线滑轮后向下延伸到地面受人或卷绳设备的牵引,所述支撑平89的上方的转轴87可转动设置有细水雾灭火设备的灭火喷枪85,灭火喷枪85的前后两侧连接有牵引绳用来控制灭火喷枪85的方向。
如图11所示,图11为本申请第四实施例拉绳一牵引支撑平台灭火的斜视示意图,支撑平台89通过斜拉绳83、斜拉绳96、斜拉绳98、斜拉绳99在拉绳一81的牵引下上升到着火层的外墙对外开口处,所述支撑平台89的一侧设置有弯勾96并且还设置横向支撑件92、横向支撑件102,所述弯勾96伸进并勾住所述建筑的外墙的对外开口内侧墙体80上方,上述横向支撑件92和横向支撑件102顶靠在上述弯勾96下方的所述建筑的墙体93的外侧,上述支撑平台89通过上述横向支撑件92、横向支撑件102、弯勾96与所述建筑连接固定,在牵引绳90、牵引绳91、牵引绳100、牵引绳101的拉力作用下,上述支撑平台89通过所述垂落的拉绳一81的向上拉力和上述弯勾96的拉力的作用下并在上述支撑平台89向下作用力使支撑平台89压靠固定在所述建筑的外墙上,这保证上述支撑平台89连接固定在所述建筑的外墙上并可以抵抗上述支撑平台89所受到的扭力和震动,胶管86每隔一段距离均与一根胶管拉绳(如 图11显示胶管拉绳97、胶管拉绳82)连接并受胶管拉绳向上作用力并吊拉于所述建筑上方的防脱线滑轮上,上述胶管拉绳绕过所述建筑上方的防脱线滑轮后向下延伸到地面受人或卷绳设备的牵引,所述支撑平89的上方的转轴87可转动设置有细水雾灭火设备的灭火喷枪85,灭火喷枪163的前后两侧连接有牵引绳用来控制灭火喷枪85的方向。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有灭火救援功能的放绳设备,其特征在于:所述放绳设备包括卷绳筒、支撑构件、绳索,上述绳索绕过支撑构件或卷绳筒后形成拉绳一和拉绳二,上述拉绳一和拉绳二朝同一方向并列卷绕在在卷绳筒上,距离所述放绳设备一段距离的位置可控制卷绳筒的转动让拉绳一和拉绳二垂落下来并可滑动挂拉在支撑构件上或卷绳筒上,上述支撑构件包括滑轮或滚筒或转轴或圆环或勾环或杆件,支撑构件设置在上述卷绳筒上或卷绳筒的内部腔体内,滑动挂拉在上述支撑件上或卷绳筒上的拉绳一可直接或通过连接件与消防水枪或灭火设备的发射枪或细水雾灭火设备的灭火喷枪或通气风口或支撑平台或救援人或救援物连接,滑动挂拉在上述支撑件上或卷绳筒上的拉绳二可被人或卷绳设备拉动并带动上述拉绳一牵引上述消防水枪或灭火设备的发射枪或细水雾灭火设备的灭火喷枪或通气风口或支撑平台或救援人或救援物上升。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有灭火救援功能的放绳设备,其特征在于:所述内部孔洞内设置有多根滚筒或转轴,上述滚筒或转轴围合成一个滚筒孔洞或转轴孔洞,所述绳索穿过上述滚筒孔洞或转轴孔洞并分别从卷绳筒的两端延伸出来形成拉绳一和拉绳二,上述拉绳一和拉绳二可滑动挂拉在上述滚筒或转轴上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有灭火救援功能的放绳设备,其特征在于:所述放绳设备还包括一个箱体,箱体上设置有可开启的托板,所述箱体内设置有固定端或缓降器,与上述固定端连接并延伸出来的保险绳索或从上述缓降器延伸出来的缓降绳索设置在所述的托板上,所述放绳设备的外部可控制上述可开启的托板开启并让上述保险绳索或缓降绳索降落延伸到所述建筑的下方。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有灭火救援功能的放绳设备,其特征在于:所述放绳设备还包括一个箱体,上述箱体设置有可开启的托板或箱板,所述放绳设备的外部可控制上述托板或箱板打开,有绳索横向穿过上述卷绳筒的内部孔洞并分别从卷绳筒的两端延伸出来形成拉绳一和拉绳二,具体方案包括:

    所述绳索横向穿过上述卷绳筒的内部孔洞并分别从卷绳筒的两端延伸出来形成拉绳一和拉绳二,上述拉绳一和拉绳二分别从卷绳筒的两端的孔洞中延伸出来并朝同一方向盘绕在卷绳筒上多圈后盘绕在卷绳盘上或盘绕成卷或折叠成束,上述卷绳盘或者成卷的或成束的拉绳一和拉绳二放置在所述的托板上方,上述卷绳筒设置有限速装置,上述限速装置包括摩擦片或磁铁,所述放绳设备的外部可使用与上述放绳设备连接的控制器或控制开关或控制绳索控制上述托板向下打开让上述拉绳一和拉绳二降落延伸后带动上述卷绳筒转动使拉绳一和拉绳二继续降落延伸后可滑动挂拉在上述卷绳筒的内部孔洞上,挂拉在上述卷绳筒内部孔洞上的拉绳一可直接或通过连接件与消防水枪或灭火设备的发射枪或细水雾灭火设备的灭火喷枪或通气风口或支撑平台或救援人或救援物连接,挂拉在上述卷绳筒的内部孔洞上的拉绳二可被人或卷绳设备拉动并带动上述拉绳一牵引上述消防水枪或灭火设备的发射枪或细水雾灭火设备的灭火喷枪或通气风口或支撑平台或救援人或救援物上升;
    所述绳索横向穿过上述卷绳筒的内部孔洞并分别从卷绳筒的两端延伸出来形成拉绳一和拉绳二,上述拉绳一和拉绳二分别从卷绳筒的两端的孔洞中延伸出来并朝同一方向盘绕在卷绳筒上多圈后盘绕在卷绳盘上或盘绕成卷或折叠成束,上述卷绳筒与电机连接,电机可带动卷绳筒转动,所述放绳设备的外部可使用与上述放绳设备连接的控制器或控制开关或控制绳索控制上述托板向下打开让上述卷绳盘或者成卷的或成束的拉绳一和拉绳二降落延伸下来挂拉在卷绳筒上后,所述放绳设备的外部可控制电机转动带动上述卷绳筒转动并让上述拉绳一和拉绳二继续降落延伸后可滑动挂拉在上述卷绳筒的内部孔洞上,挂拉在上述卷绳筒内部孔洞上的拉绳一可直接或通过连接件与消防水枪或灭火设备的发射枪或细水雾灭火设备的灭火喷枪或通气风口或支撑平台或救援人或救援物连接,挂拉在上述卷绳筒的内部孔洞上的拉绳二可被人或卷绳设备拉动并带动上述拉绳一牵引上述消防水枪或灭火设备的发射枪或细水雾灭火设备的灭火喷枪或通气风口或支撑平台或救援人或救援物上升。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种具有灭火救援功能的放绳设备,其特征在于:所述拉绳一与所述连接件的中间部分连接或者所述拉绳一与所述消防水枪或灭火设备的发射枪或细水雾灭火设备的灭火喷枪或通气风口或支撑平台的中间部分连接,所述连接件或所述消防水枪或灭火设备的发射枪或细水雾灭火设备的灭火喷枪或通气风口或支撑平台的前后两侧连接有变向拉绳。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的一种具有灭火救援功能的放绳设备,其特征在于:所述拉绳一通过三条或多条的拉绳与所述支撑平台的旁侧连接,所述支撑平台的旁侧还连接有多根牵引绳,所述支撑平台在上述拉绳一的向上拉力作用下可悬停在空中并在牵引绳的向下拉力的作用下调整方向和位置。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种具有灭火救援功能的放绳设备,其特征在于:所述拉绳一还与所述消防水枪或灭火设备的发射枪或细水雾灭火设备的灭火喷枪或通气风口的中间部分连接或与一个连接件的中间部分连接,上述连接件上设置有消防水枪或灭火设备的发射枪或细水雾灭火设备的灭火喷枪或通气风口,所述支撑平台的两侧设置有变向滑轮或变向滚筒或变向支撑件,上述消防水枪或灭火设备的发射枪或细水雾灭火设备的灭火喷枪或通气风口的前后两部分或者上述连接件的前后两部分分别连接有第一变向拉绳和第二变向拉绳,上述第一变向拉绳和第二变向拉绳分别绕过两侧的上述变向滑轮或变向滚筒或变向支撑件改变方向向下延伸。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的一种具有灭火救援功能的放绳设备,其特征在于:所述支撑平台与所述消防水枪或灭火设备的发射枪或细水雾灭火设备的灭火喷枪或通气风口的中间部分可转动连接或与一个连接件的中间部分可转动连接,上述连接件上设置有所述消防水枪或灭火设备的发射枪或细水雾灭火设备的灭火喷枪或通气风口,所述支撑平台的两侧设置有变向滑轮或变向滚筒或变向支撑件,所述消防水枪或灭火设备的发射枪或细水雾灭火设备的灭火喷枪或通气风口的前后两部分或者上述连接件的前后两部分分别连接有第一变向拉绳和第二变向拉绳,上述第一变向拉绳和第二变向拉绳分别绕过两侧的上述变向滑轮或变向滚筒或变向支撑件改变方向向下延伸。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的一种具有灭火救援功能的放绳设备,其特征在于:所述消防水枪或灭火设备的发射枪或细水雾灭火设备的灭火喷枪或通气风口或连接件或支撑平台的一侧设置有可与建筑连接固定的连接装置,上述连接装置的技术方案包括:
    所述连接装置包括所述消防水枪或灭火设备的发射枪或细水雾灭火设备的灭火喷枪或通气风口或连接件或支撑平台的一侧设置有弯勾,上述弯勾可伸进所述建筑的窗户或阳台或外墙对外的开口内勾在内侧的结构上;
    所述连接装置包括所述消防水枪或灭火设备的发射枪或细水雾灭火设备的灭火喷枪或通气风口或连接件或支撑平台的一侧设置有吸盘,上述吸盘可吸附在所述建筑的外墙上;
    所述连接装置包括所述消防水枪或灭火设备的发射枪或细水雾灭火设备的灭火喷枪或通气风口或连接件或支撑平台的一侧设置有液压伸展臂,上述液压伸展臂可伸进所述建筑的窗户或阳台或外墙对外的开口内并通过液压推动伸展臂顶住所述建筑的窗户或阳台或外墙对外的开口的上下方和左右侧的结构上;
    所述连接装置包括弯勾和横向支撑点,所述支撑平台的一侧设置有上述弯勾并且还设置有两个或两个以上的上述横向支撑点,所述弯勾可伸进并勾住所述建筑的外墙的窗户内侧上方或阳台内侧上方或所述建筑的对外开口的内侧上方,上述横向支撑点可顶靠在上述弯勾下方的所述建筑的外侧,上述支撑平台通过上述横向支撑点和弯勾与所述建筑连接固定。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有灭火救援功能的放绳设备,其特征在于:所述放绳设备还包括悬臂构件,所述卷绳筒具体设置方式包括:
    所述卷绳筒设置在悬臂构件上,悬臂构件设置在所述建筑的外墙上;
    所述卷绳筒设置在悬臂构件上,悬臂构件设置在支架上,支架可滑动设置在所述建筑的屋面层或避难层上的轨道上;
    所述卷绳筒设置在悬臂构件上,悬臂构件可滑动设置在轨道上,悬臂构件可滑动到所述建筑的外侧;
    所述卷绳筒设置在悬臂构件上,悬臂构件可滑动设置在支架上的轨道上,悬臂构件可滑动到所述建筑的外墙边的斜面滑板的上方;
    所述卷绳筒设置在悬臂构件上,悬臂构件可转动设置在转轴上,悬臂构件可转动到所述建筑的外侧,上述转轴可进行升降动作;
    所述卷绳筒设置在悬臂构件上,悬臂构件可转动设置在支架上的转轴上,悬臂构件可转动到所述建筑的外墙边的斜面滑板的上方,上述转轴可升降设置在一根立柱上;
    所述悬臂构件上设置有可行走的电动小车,电动小车上设置有所述的卷绳筒;
    所述卷绳筒设置在所述建筑的外墙上方;
    所述卷绳筒设置在所述建筑的屋面层或避难层靠近外墙的位置;
    所述卷绳筒设置在所述建筑的屋面层或避难层,所述放绳设备还包括悬臂构件,悬臂构件上设置有滑轮或转盘或转轴或滚筒或挂拉支撑件,所述拉绳一和拉绳二从卷绳筒延伸出分别绕过上述滑轮或转盘或转轴或滚筒或挂拉支撑件与重物一、重物二连接,上述重物一和重物二悬挂在上述滑轮或转盘或转轴或滚筒或挂拉支撑件上,所述建筑的下方楼层或所述建筑的外部可控制上述悬臂构件滑动或转动或通过液压驱动伸展开让上述悬臂构件上的滑轮或转盘或转轴或滚筒或挂拉支撑件移动到所述建筑的外墙的外侧,所述建筑的下方楼层或所述建筑的外部可控制卷绳筒转动让上述拉绳一和拉绳二降落延伸到所述建筑下方的地面或接近地面的位置或所述建筑的附属层屋面或接近附属层屋面的位置,降落延伸后的拉绳一和拉绳二通过上述滑轮或转盘或转轴或滚筒或挂拉支撑件改变方向可滑动挂拉在所述卷绳筒的内部孔洞上;
    所述卷绳筒设置在所述建筑的屋面层或避难层,所述放绳设备还包括悬臂构件,悬臂构件上设置有可行走的电动小车,电动小车上设置有滑轮或转盘或转轴或滚筒或挂拉支撑件,所述拉绳一和拉绳二从卷绳筒延伸出分别绕过上述滑轮或转盘或转轴或滚筒或挂拉支撑件与重物连接,上述重物悬挂在上述滑轮或转盘或转轴或滚筒或挂拉支撑件上,所述建筑的下方楼层或所述建筑的外部可控制上述悬臂构件滑动或转动或通过液压驱动伸展开让上述悬臂构件上的电动小车移动到所述建筑的外墙的外侧,所述建筑的下方楼层或所述建筑的外部可控制行走小车行走并控制卷绳筒转动让上述拉绳一和拉绳二降落延伸到所述建筑下方的地面或接近地面的位置或所述建筑的附属层屋面或接近附属层屋面的位置,降落延伸后的拉绳一和拉绳二通过上述滑轮或转盘或转轴或滚筒或挂拉支撑件改变方向可滑动挂拉在所述卷绳筒的内部孔洞上;
    所述放绳设备还包括悬臂构件,悬臂构件上设置有上述卷绳筒,所述拉绳一和拉绳二从卷绳筒延伸出垂挂在卷绳筒上,所述建筑的下方楼层或所述建筑的外部可控制上述悬臂构件滑动或转动或通过液压驱动伸展开让上述悬臂构件上的卷绳筒移动到所述建筑的外墙的外侧,所述建筑的下方楼层或所述建筑的外部可控制卷绳筒转动让上述拉绳一和拉绳二降落延伸到所述建筑下方的地面或接近地面的位置或所述建筑的附属层屋面或接近附属层屋面的位置,降落延伸后的拉绳一和拉绳二可滑动挂拉在所述卷绳筒的内部孔洞上;
    所述放绳设备设置在所述建筑的屋面层或避难层,所述放绳设备还包括悬臂构件,悬臂构件上设置有可行走的电动小车,可行走的电动小车上设置有上述卷绳筒,所述拉绳一和拉绳二从卷绳筒延伸出垂挂在卷绳筒上,上述悬臂构件可转动设置在一根立柱上,上述立柱固定连接在所述建筑的屋面层或避难层,所述建筑的下方楼层或所述建筑的外部可控制上述悬臂构件上的卷绳筒移动到所述建筑的外墙的外侧,所述建筑的下方楼层或所述建筑的外部可控制卷绳筒转动让上述拉绳一和拉绳二降落延伸到所述建筑下方的地面或接近地面的位置或所述建筑的附属层屋面或接近附属层屋面的位置,降落延伸后的拉绳一和拉绳二可滑动挂拉在所述卷绳筒的内部孔洞上。
