云桌面的监控方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及计算机及通信技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种云桌面的监控方法及装置。
背景技术
目前,随着虚拟化技术的不断成熟,云计算也发展到了新的阶段。云计算是分布式处理、并行计算和网格计算等概念的发展和商业实现,其技术实质是计算、存储、服务器、应用软件等IT软硬件资源的虚拟化,云计算在虚拟化、数据存储、数据管理、编程模式等方面具有自身独特的技术。
虚拟桌面基础架构(Virtual Desktop Infrastructure,简称VDI),通过服务器虚拟化实现了对硬件的抽象,资源的分配、调度和管理,虚拟桌面与宿主操作系统及多个虚拟桌面间的隔离等功能,通过协议,使得瘦客户机端与服务器端展示桌面映像,目前典型的实现有Citrix XenDesktop、VMware View等。
但在相关技术中,用户使用虚拟桌面时,虽然相比传统pc在管控方面有了很大的提升,但是总体来说,桌面的使用还是以用户操作为中心,用户在云桌面里面的操作有很大的自主性,从而带来了很多的安全隐患。比如某个用户恶意在云桌面里面散播病毒、木马等,由于云桌面都是集成式部署,因此,用户的这种恶意操作相对于传统的pc办公场景具有更大的危害和风险。特别是公有云的场景,客户类型多样,云桌面的运行可能面对更多的风险因此,需要在云桌面的场景中提供一种监控方法,以便管理员能够直观、快捷的发现用户的非健康操作,并针对客户的操作做出相应的应急措施。
针对相关技术云桌面使用存在的不安全的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
针对相关技术中云桌面使用存在的不安全的问题,本发明提供了一种云桌面的监控方法及装置,以至少解决上述问题。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种云桌面的监控方法,包括:向云桌面系统的服务器发送监控请求,请求监控所述云桌面系统的一个或多个云桌面;接收所述服务 器发送的所述一个或多个云桌面的桌面视频流;播放所述一个或多个云桌面的桌面视频流,对所述一个或多个云桌面的桌面操作进行监控。
可选地,播放多个所述云桌面的桌面视频流,包括:同时播放多路所述桌面视频流,每路所述桌面视频流占用屏幕的一部分,且每路所述桌面视频流相互独立。
可选地,所述方法还包括:响应对一个或多个所述云桌面进行录屏的操作,对播放一个或多个所述云桌面的图像进行录屏。

在具体实施过程中,上述云桌面的监控方案可以应用在云桌面的后台系统管理员端对云桌面进行监控。后台系统管理员可以针对单个用户或者用户群组进行桌面显示内容的采集监控的方法,并且在必要的时候可以对用户的操作进行录屏取样。通过本发明实施例提供的技术方案能有效提升当前云桌面应用场景中故障处理的效率,在用户敏感动作监控、云桌面信息安全等方面也有很高的实用性。
采用本发明实施例提供的技术方案,系统管理员需要对云桌面系统中的单个用户或者多个用户进行云桌面监控时,可以通过管理员的操作菜单中提供的监控桌面功能实现,通过该功能可以实时抓取用户的桌面到管理员端。在本发明实施例中,云桌面视频流是在后台进行复制,针对用户没有任何影响,因此,用户并不知道自己的桌面后台管理员正在监控,如果管理员发现用户的使用有违规现象,也可设置对图像进行录屏并保存,录屏保存的时候根据系统策略任意可配,策略包括根据时间段录屏、设置图像的码率录屏等。
在本发明实施例中,系统管理员可以针对一个或多个用户进行监控,图4示出系统管理员对一个云桌面进行视频监控维护的部署示意图。采用这种方式,管理员同时只能同时对一个用户进行监控,因此,系统管理员在监控其中的一个用户时,对其他用户的行为全然不知。
在本发明实施例中,当系统管理员是针对多个用户同时监控,如图5所示,则管理员侧的图像可以根据被监控用户数自动排列成多路云桌面的图像组合,如九宫格、16宫格等。每一路云桌面占据一个宫格,可以任意增加、暂停、关闭其中每一路云桌面。并针对每一路云桌面进行录屏策略的设置。当录屏取样完成后,还可以远端进行云桌面的锁屏操作,中止用户继续使用云桌面。相比上述监控只监控单一用户的实施方式,此方式提出的方法能同时对多个用户进行监控,监控效率提高数倍。
采用本发明实施例提供的技术方案,管理员可以对用户的异常举动进行录屏并永久保存,录屏可以根据多种策略进行,如时间段、码率、文件大小上限设置策略。在本发明实施例中,当管理员进行了录屏等操作以后,认为当前用户已经不适合继续使用云桌面,则发出锁屏动作,用户的云桌面立即锁屏,用户需要联系管理员处理解决
从以上的描述中,可以看出,在本发明实施例中,通过服务器获取云桌面的桌面视频流,可以通过后台对云桌面进行监控,另外,本发明实施例可以同时多路进行云桌面监控,并且针对异常举动进行录屏留证,在必要时提供紧急锁屏手段。从而提高了运维效率,保证云桌面系统正常运行。

如上所述,通过上述实施例及优选实施方式,不仅可以有效提升当前云桌面应用场景中故障处理的效率,可以对用户敏感动作进行监控,提升云桌面信息安全。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种云桌面的监控方法,包括:
    向云桌面系统的服务器发送监控请求,请求监控所述云桌面系统的一个或多个云桌面;
    接收所述服务器发送的所述一个或多个云桌面的桌面视频流;
    播放所述一个或多个云桌面的桌面视频流,对所述一个或多个云桌面的桌面操作进行监控。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,播放多个所述云桌面的桌面视频流,包括:
    同时播放多路所述桌面视频流,每路所述桌面视频流占用屏幕的一部分,且每路所述桌面视频流相互独立。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    响应对一个或多个所述云桌面进行录屏的操作,对播放一个或多个所述云桌面的图像进行录屏。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,对播放一个或多个所述云桌面的图像进行录屏,包括:
    根据预先为各个所述云桌面设置的录屏策略,对播放一个或多个所述云桌面的图像进行录屏,其中,所述录屏策略包括以下至少之一:进行录屏的时间段、及录屏图像的码率。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,不同的所述云桌面对应的录屏策略不相同。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,在对所述一个或多个云桌面的桌面操作进行监控时,所述方法还包括:
    响应对一个或多个所述云桌面进行锁屏的操作,向使用一个或多个所述云桌面的终端发送锁屏操作指令。
  7. 一种云桌面的监控装置,包括:
    发送模块,设置为向云桌面系统的服务器发送监控请求,请求监控所述云桌面系统的一个或多个云桌面;
    接收模块,设置为接收所述服务器发送的所述一个或多个云桌面的桌面视频流;
    监控模块,设置为播放所述一个或多个云桌面的桌面视频流,对所述一个或多个云桌面的桌面操作进行监控。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述监控模块通过以下方式播放多个所述云桌面的桌面视频流:同时播放多路所述桌面视频流,每路所述桌面视频流占用屏幕的一部分,且每路所述桌面视频流相互独立。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    录屏模块,设置为响应对一个或多个所述云桌面进行录屏的操作,对播放一个或多个所述云桌面的图像进行录屏。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    设置模块,设置为预先所述录屏模块对各个所述云桌面进行录屏时的录屏策略,其中,所述录屏策略包括以下至少之一:进行录屏的时间段、及录屏图像的码率。
  11. 根据权利要求7或8所述的装置,其中,所述发送模块还设置为响应对一个或多个所述云桌面进行锁屏的操作,向使用一个或多个所述云桌面的终端发送锁屏操作指令。
