Abstract

A stopcock including a base portion, the base portion defining at least a first port, a second port and a third port, which extend generally along parallel axes, a handle portion, rotatably and sealingly engaging the base portion, the handle portion being rotatable relative to the base portion between a first operative orientation in which the first port is coupled only to the second port and a second operative orientation in which the first port is coupled only to the third port and a second operative orientation locking assembly including a resilient locking pin operative to lock the handle portion in the second operative orientation.
