背景技术
智能终端,是指具有独立的移动操作系统,可通过安装应用软件、游戏等程序来扩充该智能终端的功能。常见移动操作系统包括谷歌的Android(安卓)系统、苹果的iOS系统、诺基亚的Symbian(塞班)系统、三星的Bada系统、微软的Windows Phone系统以及惠普的webOS系统等。
因为智能终端具有独立的移动操作系统,所以在进行移动操作系统升级时,有可能会升级失败;另外,在使用该智能终端的过程中,也可能因为种种原因使得智能终端的应用软件被破坏,导致智能终端不能正常使用。
以Android终端为例,为了解决智能终端的系统软件恢复问题,生产厂商事先把智能终端的移动操作系统打包成一个可加载到智能终端的软件包,称为恢复包或升级包。当智能终端的系统软件遭到破坏时,终端用户首先用电脑从终端厂商网站下载恢复包,然后将恢复包写入SD(Secure Digital,安全数位卡)卡,再将SD卡插入终端。在智能终端开机时,用户按特定的按键组合(如电源键+音量上键)使该智能终端进入一个特殊的系统恢复模式。在系统恢复模式下,智能终端使用恢复包恢复该智能终端的系统软件。
从上可知,现有技术是通过借助电脑下载恢复包并写入SD卡,在通过SD卡进行系统软件的恢复,整个操作流程较为烦琐,导致用户体验较差。

下面根据图1,描述本发明实施例的一种智能终端的系统软件恢复的方法,所述方法可应用于所述系统软件遭到破坏,无法进入正常工作模式的场景中,该方法具体包括步骤101至104。
101、接收恢复指令;
其中,当系统遭到破坏或者无法正常进入智能终端的操作界面时,智能终端可以根据设置自动跳入系统软件恢复模式,弹出系统软件恢复菜单以供用户进行选择。
可选的,在步骤101之前还包括步骤105(如图2所示);
所述步骤105具体为:显示系统软件恢复菜单,以供用户从所述菜单中选择系统恢复模式;
所述接收操作指令包括:
接收用户从所述菜单中选择的系统软件恢复模式所对应的指令。
其中,该系统软件恢复菜单可以包括多种系统软件恢复方案,本发明的技术方案为了与现有的系统恢复方案兼容,因此将本发明的系统软件方案作 为其中的一种可选方法嵌入到系统软件恢复菜单中以供用户选择。例如,现有技术可以通过计算机下载系统软件的恢复包,再将该恢复包导入到SD(Secure Digital,安全数位卡)卡中,智能终端在通过SD卡中的恢复包进行系统软件的恢复。现有技术也是系统软件恢复菜单中的一种可选方案。
其中,该系统软件恢复菜单中也可以只包含一种恢复方案,即为本发明提供的系统软件恢复方案。
102、根据所述恢复指令获取无线网络连接信息。
在本发明的一个实施例中,根据所述恢复指令获取无线网络连接信息:当接收到用户选择的系统软件恢复模式对应的指令为一键式系统软件恢复指令时,获取无线网络连接信息。
可选的,在本发明的一个实施例中,获取无线网络连接信息包括从预设位置获取预先存储的无线网络连接信息。其中,该无线网络连接信息是用户正常使用智能终端时的无线网络连接信息,该无线网络连接信息被智能终端保存在智能终端的预设位置中,当用户更改无线网络连接信息时,智能终端会自动记录新的无线网络信息,以便在系统软件恢复时,可以获取到与智能终端所无线网络匹配的无线网络连接信息。
可选的,在本发明的另一个实施例中,获取无线网络连接信息包括:接收用户输入的无线网络连接信息。其中,系统软件提供商的服务器地址可以进行预先存储,用户输入的无线网络连接信息包括无线网络标识符以及与该无线网络标识符对应的密码。其中,用户输入的无线网络连接信息包括无线网络标识符、与该无线网络标识符对应的密码、以及系统软件提供商的服务器地址。
其中,当该智能终端处于一个新的网络,并且之前没有保存过与这个新的网络匹配的无线网络连接信息时,这时候就需要用户手动进行输入无线网络的连接信息,以便连接该无线网络。
103、根据所述无线网络连接信息,从网络上下载所述系统软件的恢复包。
其中,该系统软件恢复包是生产厂商事先把智能终端的移动操作系统或应用软件打包成一个可加载到智能终端的软件包,该恢复包又可称为升级包。
可选的,在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述无线网络连接信息包括无线网络标识符、与所述无线网络标识符所对应的密码以及系统软件提供商的服务器地址;
所述获取无线网络连接信息之后,还包括:

在本发明的一个实施例中,为了与智能终端中的现有系统软件恢复方案兼容,因此在智能终端原有的系统软件恢复模式下增加了一种子模式,称为eRecovery模式,由该子模式实现本发明的技术方案。其中,eRecovery也可以作为一个独立的模式,不与现有的系统软件恢复方案兼容。
如图3所述,智能终端以菜单的方式将各种系统软件恢复模式呈现在屏幕上供用户选择。
201、当接收到用户选择的一键式系统软件恢复模式时,智能终端从预设的分区中读取预先存储的无线网络连接信息,并根据该无线网络连接信息连接到无线网络。
202、获取该无线网络连接信息中包含的系统软件恢复包下载地址,从该下载地址处获得与该智能终端类型匹配的系统软件恢复包,并检测该系统软件恢复包的有效性。
其中,检测该系统软件恢复包的有效性包括检测该系统软件恢复包是否为最近更新的恢复包以及该恢复包的签名是否正确等。

图7描述了本发明另一个实施例提供的智能终端的结构,包括至少一个处理器401(例如CPU),存储器402,至少一个网络接口403,至少一个通信总线404以及至少一个接收器405,用于实现这些装置之间的连接通信。处理器401用于执行存储器402中存储的可执行模块,例如计算机程序。存储器 402可能包含高速随机存取存储器(RAM:Random Access Memory),也可能还包括非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少eMMC(Embedded Multi Media Card,嵌入式多媒体卡)存储器。通过至少一个网络接口303(可以是有线或者无线)实现该网络设备与至少一个其他网元之间的通信连接,可以使用互联网,广域网、本地网、城域网等。
