吸管 技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸管结构设计。
背景技术
吸管是一吸食饮料的用品, 是生活中常见且不可少用的物品。 吸管供货 商在制造上主要关注以下两个方向: 第一为吸管结构, 包括: 管径大小、 管 身长度、 弯折结构、 结构韧度以及管末结构; 第二为吸管制造材料的选择使 用, 目前多以石油提炼之塑化材料为主。 目前吸管材料的开发上朝向更容易 让生物分解的材料科学研究上, 以降低废弃吸管对环境的伤害。
废弃吸管在使用材料上可能对环境产生污染问题, 还会同时产生空间浪 费的问题。 一般吸管具有一长直管状结构, 使用过后的废弃吸管在垃圾袋中 占据本身长度大小一样的空间。 因此, 废弃吸管会浪费垃圾袋的使用空间, 加上其结构本身容易发生刺破垃圾袋表面产生一破洞, 使得垃圾袋内的气、 液体流出而造成二次环境污染。
废弃吸管在本身材料特性上, 具有一般外力不易改变其结构的问题, 须 以利刃破坏吸管结构才可改变其占据垃圾袋的空间, 并减少刺破该垃圾袋表 面的机会。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足, 本发明的吸管可以大幅减少其空间使用并降 低其破坏垃圾袋表面的可能。
为实现上述实用新型目的, 本发明提供一种吸管, 具有一中空管体, 其 中, 一拆解拉线接合在所述中空管体上, 对所述拆解拉线施以一外力后, 所 述吸管由原本的管状结构改变成一管体平面结构, 以大幅减少该吸管的空间 使用, 降低该吸管破坏垃圾袋表面的可能。
同样, 本发明还提供另一种以外力改变吸管结构的吸管, 具有一中空管 体, 其中, 至少一列撕裂印痕设置在所述中空管体上, 沿着所述撕裂印痕施 以一外力后, 所述吸管由原本的中空管体结构改变成一管体平面结构, 同样 地大幅减少该吸管的空间使用, 降低该吸管破坏垃圾袋表面的可能。

请参考图 1所表示, 本发明的一种吸管 1, 具有一中空管体 12, 在所述 中空管体 12上接合一拆解拉线 11, 所述拆解拉线 11是一沿着所述中空管体 12的直线。 请参考图 2a, 对所述拆解拉线 11施以一外力后, 所述吸管的中 空管体改变成一弯曲管体平面 13。 请参考图 2b, 对所述拆解拉线 11施以外 力后, 不仅所述吸管的中空管体改变成弯曲管体平面, 所述吸管材料因所述 拆解拉线 1 1施力过程中产生的摩擦热能,使得所述弯曲管体平面呈一卷筒曲 面 1 4。
请参考图 3所表示, 本发明的另一种吸管 1设计, 其特征在于所述拆解 拉线 1 1接合在所述中空管体 12上, 所述拆解拉线为一沿着所述中空管体 12 的螺旋线。 请参考图 4a , 对所述拆解拉线 1 1 施以一外力后, 所述吸管的中 空管体改变成一螺旋管体平面 15。 请参考图 4b , 对所述拆解拉线 1 1施以外 力后, 不仅所述吸管的中空管体改变成所述螺旋管体平面, 所述吸管材料因 所述拆解拉线 1 1施力过程中产生的摩擦热能,使所述螺旋管体平面呈一卷筒 螺旋曲面 1 6。
请参考图 5所表示, 本发明的另一种吸管 1 的设计, 其特征在于一对撕 裂印痕 17设置在所述中空管体 12上,所述撕裂印痕 17为一沿着所述中空管 体 12 的直虚线。 请参考图 6a , 沿着所述撕裂印痕施以一外力后, 所述吸管 的中空管体改变成一弯曲管体平面 1 3。 请参考图 6b , 对所述撕裂印痕施以外 力后, 不仅所述吸管的中空管体改变成弯曲管体平面, 由于所述吸管材料本 身韧性的缘故, 使得所述弯曲管体平面呈一卷筒曲面 1 4。
请参考图 7所表示, 本发明的另一种吸管 1 的设计, 其特征在于一对撕 裂印痕 17设置在所述中空管体 12上,所述撕裂印痕 17为一沿着所述中空管 体的螺旋虚线。 请参考图 8a , 沿着所述撕裂印痕施以一外力后, 所述吸管的 中空管体改变成一螺旋管体平面 15。 请参考图 8b , 沿着所述撕裂印痕施以外 力后, 不仅所述吸管的中空管体改变成一螺旋管体平面, 由于所述吸管材料 本身韧性的缘故, 使得所述螺旋管体平面呈一卷筒螺旋曲面 1 6。
请参考图 9所表示, 本发明的另一种吸管 1 的设计, 其特征在于复数个 撕裂印痕 17设置在所述中空管体 12上,所述撕裂印痕 17为复数个平行于所 述吸管 1 的管口的直虚线。 请参考图 10 , 沿着所述撕裂印痕施以一外力后, 所述吸管的中空管体改变复数个较小中空管体 1 2 1。

4. 一种吸管, 具有一中空管体, 其中, 至少一列撕裂印痕设置在所述中空管 体上。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的吸管, 其中, 所述撕裂印痕为一直虚线。
6. 如权利要求 4所述的吸管, 其中, 所述撕裂印痕为一螺旋虚线。
