By generating a vortex inside the main body 6, dust existing in the space including the surface of the image sensor is rolled up, and efficient cleaning of the main body 6 is realized. Below, the flow of the air which generate | occur | produces in the cleaning apparatus 1 and the main body inside 6 is demonstrated in detail.
The air from the outside of the cleaning device 1 is first taken into the intake passage 40 formed around the exhaust passage 30 in which the exhaust means 32 is arranged as shown in FIG. The intake passage 40 is an annular passage, and a filter member 42 is disposed at the inlet of the intake passage 40.
As the filter member 42, it is preferable to adopt a filter member that can filter out foreign matter of 1.0 μm or more and remove it from the intake air, and has a size of 0.1 μm or more corresponding to fine particles such as PM2.5. It is good also as what can filter the foreign material.
The clean air filtered by the filter member 42 passes through the intake passage 40 and is sent into the main body interior 6 through an opening formed on the inner side of the engaging portion 20.
In the main body 6, an image sensor and a shutter unit are arranged in addition to the mirror unit 7 for guiding light that has passed through the lens to the optical viewfinder during imaging (the image sensor and the shutter unit are not shown in FIG. 3). ) In the state in which the exhaust means 32 is driven, a vortex flow around the rotation axis is constantly generated, and the air supplied from the intake passage 40 is swirled, so that the image pickup element in the main body interior 6 and the inside of the main body The detachment of the dust adhered to the wall surface 6 is promoted.
The dust peeled off from the wall surface or the like of the inside 6 of the main body is swirled by the vortex generated from the inside 6 of the main body to the inside of the exhaust passage 30 and is discharged to the outside through the exhaust passage 30. As described above, the wall surface and the like of the inside 6 of the camera body are cleaned by the clean air filtered by the filter member 42.
Further, as a method for cleaning the camera in the present embodiment, for example, the mirror unit 7 is driven to repeat the mirror-up state and the mirror-up state while maintaining the state of driving the exhaust unit 32. Alternatively, opening and closing of the shutter may be repeated by driving the shutter unit arranged in front of the image sensor while maintaining the mirror-up state. In this way, by driving the structure inside the main body 6 such as the mirror portion 7 while the exhaust means 32 of the cleaning device 1 is driven, the air flow inside the main body 6 changes drastically. The discharge of dust is promoted.
Alternatively, when the image pickup device is driven to vibrate while maintaining the mirror-up state or the shutter open state while the exhaust unit 32 is being driven, dust shaken off from the surface of the image pickup device is immediately generated. It will be wound up by a vortex, and the dust from the inside 6 of the camera body will be efficiently discharged.
Next, the structure of the intake passage 40 and the like of the cleaning device 1 will be described in more detail with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a cross section in a predetermined direction of the cleaning device according to the first embodiment, and is a perspective view of a cross section including the current plate 44.
As shown in FIG. 4, the exhaust passage 30 is a cylindrical passage having a substantially constant cross-sectional area, but the intake passage 40 is formed by a partition wall formed by the inside of the cylindrical housing 2 and the outside of the inner cylinder member. It is configured so that it gradually becomes narrower as it goes to the camera body 5 side (engagement part 20 side), and reaches the opening 48 on the camera body 5 side of the intake passage 40.
By forming the intake passage 40 in this manner, the pressure blown from the opening 48 located on the inner side of the engaging portion 20 is improved, and the air is sucked into the main body interior 6 and attached to the wall surface of the main body interior 6. Peeling of the dust that has been done is promoted.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4 (and FIG. 1), the intake passage 40 is partitioned into a plurality of places by the rectifying plate 44, so that the momentum of the intake air into the main body interior 6 is further improved. The rectifying plate 44 is a flat fin extending along the direction in which the intake air flows (the direction parallel to the central axis of the exhaust means 32), and the intake passage 40 is partitioned by the rectifying plate 44. The intake air is blown to a deep position inside the main body 6. As the intake air is blown in this way, a vortex other than the vortex is generated around the vortex with the center of the discharge means 32 as the rotation axis, and the dust adhering to the wall surface inside the main body 6 is further separated. Promoted.
In the cleaning device 1 of the present embodiment, vortex flows different from the central vortex rotation by the discharge means 32 are generated at four locations corresponding to the four corners of the main body interior 6. It is possible to discharge the dust accumulated in the outside.
FIG. 5 is a view in which a part of the cylindrical casing 2 of the cleaning device 1 of the present embodiment is omitted, and an intake passage 40 formed by the inner side surface of the cylindrical casing 2 and the outer side surface of the inner cylindrical member 2. It is a figure for demonstrating the mode of. FIG. 6 is a perspective view for explaining the state of the inner cylinder member 2.
As shown in these drawings, in the cleaning device 1 of the present embodiment, the cylindrical wall surface that forms the exhaust passage 30 is formed further inside the square structure that forms the inner surface of the intake passage 40. The In addition, an electric motor circuit or the like for driving the exhaust means 32 is accommodated in the square structure.
Also, the intake passage 40 is divided into a plurality of regions so that a rectifying plate 44 is arranged in a square structure and is in a mesh shape. Some of the rectifying plates 44 are arranged at positions corresponding to the apexes of the square-shaped structures and the centers of the sides, and extend radially from the center of the exhaust passage.
FIG. 7A is a view showing a state of the rectifying member 38 that is detachably attached to the opening of the exhaust passage 30 on the engaging portion 20 side. FIG. 7B is a view of the exhaust side of the exhaust passage 30. It is a figure which shows the mode of the protection member 39 attached in the opening part and the opening part by the side of the intake of the intake passage 40 so that attachment or detachment is possible.
The rectifying member 38 in FIG. 7A is a separator disposed between the main body interior 6 and the exhaust unit 32, and a steady vortex generated by the exhaust unit 32 when the user of the cleaning device 1 attaches or detaches. It is a member that can be changed. Therefore, the cleaning device 1 of the present embodiment may be able to discharge the dust inside the main body 6 that could not be discharged when the rectifying member 38 is not attached when the rectifying member 38 is attached. Emissions will be promoted.
Further, in the exhaust passage 30 between the main body interior 6 and the exhaust means 32, instead of the separator as shown in FIG. 7 (a), a rectifying member having a plurality of blades and having a thickness of about 5 mm can be attached and detached. 38 may be arranged. As the blade member, each blade is disposed in a ring-shaped region in the exhaust passage 30 so as to be spirally inclined with respect to the central axis of the exhaust passage 30, and each blade is generated by the exhaust means 30. What is necessary is just to make it arrange | position so that it may become spiral along the rotation direction of the eddy current.
Alternatively, two wing members are detachably disposed as rectifying members 38 in the exhaust passage 30 up to the exhaust means 32, and for example, a wing member (first wing member) disposed on the exhaust means 32 side is provided. The wing member (second wing member) that is fixed and disposed on the main body inner side 6 may be rotatably engaged. Specifically, for the first wing member, the position of each wing is fixed and attached, whereas for the second wing member, the user sets the position of each wing in the exhaust passage 30 in the attached state. It can be rotated around the center axis of. With such two wing members attached, the user can change the angle of the second wing member with respect to the first wing member, so that the vortex generated from the inside 6 of the main body to the exhaust passage 30 is generated. This influences the phase of the dust and facilitates the discharge of dust to the outside.
7 (b) is a member for protecting the user of the cleaning device 1 from accidentally inserting a finger into the exhaust passage 30 while the discharge means 32 in the cleaning device 1 is being driven. Further, the protection member 39 is removed when the filter member 42 disposed at the inlet of the intake passage 40 is replaced, and is attached to fix the filter member 42.
A plurality of dimples may be formed on the wall surfaces of the intake passage 40 and the exhaust passage 30. By forming a plurality of dimples on the wall surface constituting the intake passage 40, the speed of the air passing through the intake passage 40 is improved, and the intake air is blown to a deeper position inside the main body 6.
Note that the cleaning device 1 of the above embodiment is fixed to the camera body 5 so as not to interfere with movable members inside the body 6 such as a shutter part (not shown) and the mirror part 7. ing. Thus, no matter what operation the user performs, the cleaning device 1 is fixed so that the movable region of the mirror unit 7 or the like is not limited, thereby suppressing the risk of damage due to erroneous operation. Can do. Moreover, as an internal structure of the cleaning device 1 such as the inner cylinder member 3, it is desirable that the protrusion does not protrude beyond the tip of the engaging portion 20.
In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the case where the cleaning device 1 is attached to the camera body 5 having the mirror portion 7 has been described. However, as the cleaning device 1 of the present invention, It may be used for a so-called mirrorless digital camera, and can be applied to any imaging device that includes an imaging device and can exchange lenses.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made. For example, the configuration described in the embodiment can be replaced with a configuration that is substantially the same, a configuration that exhibits the same effects, or a configuration that can achieve the same purpose.
