Abstract

一种骨科医疗手术用手术器械,尤其是提供了一种扩张矫形器切割头的技术方案,包括有外套管,在外套管内腔有推拉杆,在推拉杆的顶端固定有二片金属片割刀,在外套管的顶端有外套管封头,在外套管的侧壁上对应二片金属片割刀有二个长条形割刀鼓出口,与该两金属片割刀能在对应的二个割刀鼓出口鼓出,在所述的二片金属片割刀之间还有一中心隔板固定在外套管封头上,其特点是所述的二个割刀鼓出口的顶端与外套管封头之间的距离存在偏差。具体的特点还有,所述的二个割刀鼓出口的顶端与外套管封头之间的距离存在的偏差为2-20毫米之内。

Description

一种扩张矫形器切割头 技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种骨科医疗手术用手术器械,尤其是一种扩张矫形器切割头。
背景技术
目前,对椎体压缩性骨折的病人,为缓解其疼痛需要进行椎体成形术的手术治疗,而在椎体成形手术中,需要应用球囊扩张器在椎体内扩张形成一个空腔后再注入骨水泥。但球囊在手术中长因椎体内有骨刺将球囊刺破,球囊破裂导致手术时间延长和增加手术费用。为防止球囊被骨刺刺破,一般采用扩张矫形器在椎体内扩张旋转去除椎体内的骨刺。由本申请人申请并由国家知识产权局授权的申请号为201120086384.5,名称:一种扩张矫形器工作头的实用新型专利就是解决这一问题的技术方案,但该方案两个割刀的割刀鼓出口顶端距外套管封头的距离相同,所以在轴向上能切削的空间相同,不适用较大轴向空间的切削,这是现有技术所存在的不足之处。
发明内容
本发明的目的,就是针对现有技术所存在的不足,而提供一种扩张矫形器切割头技术方案,该方案采用二个割刀鼓出口的顶端与外套管封头之间的距离存在一定偏差,可使割刀在轴向的切削空间加大。
本方案是通过如下技术措施来实现的:扩张矫形器切割头,包括有外套管,在外套管内腔有推拉杆,在推拉杆的顶端固定有二片金属片割刀,在外套管的顶端有外套管封头,在外套管的侧壁上对应二片金属片割刀有二个长条形割刀鼓出口,与该两金属片割刀能在对应的二个割刀鼓出口鼓出,在所述的二片金属片割刀之间还有一中心隔板固定在外套管封头上,本方案的特点是所述的二个割刀鼓出口的顶端与外套管封头之间的距离存在偏差。本方案具体的特点还有,所述的二个割刀鼓出口的顶端与外套管封头之间的距离存在的偏差为2-20毫米之内。
本方案的有益效果可根据对上述方案的叙述得知,由于在该方案中,采用二个割刀鼓出口的顶端与外套管封头之间的距离存在偏差。这一结构,可使两割刀在割刀鼓出口鼓出时两割刀鼓出的最大半径不在同一平面上,故加大了在轴向的切削空间。由此可见,本发明与现有技术相比,具有突出的实质性特点和显著的进步,其实施的有益效果也是显而易见的。

具体实施方式
为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点,下面通过一个具体实施方式,并结合其附图,对本方案进行阐述。
通过附图可以看出,本方案有外套管4,在外套管4内腔有推拉杆5,在推拉杆5的顶端固定有二片对应的金属片割刀2,在外套管4的顶端有外套管封头1,在外套管4的侧壁上对应二片金属片割刀2有长条形割刀鼓出口3,与该两金属片割刀2能在对应的二个割刀鼓出口3鼓出,在所述的二片金属片割刀2之间还有一中心隔板6固定在外套管封头1上,本方案所述的二个割刀鼓出口3的顶端与外套管封头1之间的距离存在偏差,该偏差为2-20毫米之内,本具体实施方式采用的偏差为10毫米。

  1. 一种扩张矫形器切割头,包括有外套管,在外套管内腔有推拉杆,在推拉杆的顶端固定有二片金属片割刀,在外套管的顶端有外套管封头,在外套管的侧壁上对应二片金属片割刀有二个长条形割刀鼓出口,与该两金属片割刀能在对应的二个割刀鼓出口鼓出,在所述的二片金属片割刀之间还有一中心隔板固定在外套管封头上,其特征是:所述的二个割刀鼓出口的顶端与外套管封头之间的距离存在偏差。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扩张矫形器切割头,其特征是:所述的二个割刀鼓出口的顶端与外套管封头之间的距离存在的偏差为2-20毫米之内。
