机顶盒切换网络的方法、装置及设有该装置的机顶盒 技术领域
本发明涉及机顶盒切换网络技术领域,尤其涉及一种机顶盒切换网络的方法、装置及设有该装置的机顶盒。
背景技术
交互式网络电视(IPTV,Interactive Personality TV),是一种利用宽带有线电视网,集互联网、多媒体、通讯等多种技术于一体,向家庭用户提供包括数字电视在内的多种交互式服务的崭新技术。IPTV服务一般通过机顶盒加普通电视机的方式实现,能够很好地适应当今网络飞速发展的趋势,充分有效地利用网络资源。
传统机顶盒只能通过有线网接入或无线wifi接入方式连接互联网。由于机顶盒的基本功能是视频播放,因此需要接入IPTV业务网,那么传统机顶盒的弊端显而易见,这种连网方式使用户只能享受到运营商提供的IPTV业务服务,极大地限制了机顶盒的上网功能。当用户需要访问除IPTV业务网之外的网络,相关技术中的机顶盒则不能满足用户的需求。
此外,以android(安卓系统)为平台的智能IP机顶盒已经成为机顶盒发展的趋势,基于android平台的许多第三方应用都需要除IPTV业务网以外的网络作为支持,因此需要改变相关技术的机顶盒的网络访问局限性,拓宽其网络访问范围。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种机顶盒切换网络的方法、装置及设有该装置的机顶盒,使得用户既能够享受IPTV业务网服务,也能享受其它的网络服务。
为解决上述技术问题,采用如下技术方案:
一种机顶盒切换网络的方法,包括步骤:
在所述机顶盒通过已经连接到接入第一网络的第一接入模块与所述第一网络连接的状态下,获取网络切换参数;
根据所述网络切换参数,确定需要执行切换操作时,执行切换操作,即通过已经连接到第二网络的第二接入模块接入所述第二网络。
可选地,所述执行切换的步骤包括:
移除当前默认网关的所有地址;
设置所述第二网络的网关为默认网关。
可选地,该方法还包括:
获取网络切换参数的步骤之前,根据初始网络选择参数从所述第一网络和所述第二网络中选择初始接入网络,并通过所述初始接入网络对应的接入模块接入所述初始接入网络。
可选地,该方法还包括:
在选择所述初始接入网络的步骤之前,控制所述第一接入模块和所述第二接入模块分别连接所述第一网络和所述第二网络。
可选地,该方法还包括:
执行所述切换操作的步骤后,检测是否退出所述第二网络,当检测到退出所述第二网络时,返回所述选择初始接入网络的步骤。
可选地,所述第一网络为交互式网络电视IPTV业务网络或公共网络,所述第二网络为交互式网络电视IPTV业务网络和公共网络中与所述第一网络不同的网络。

所述网络切换参数获取模块设置成:在所述机顶盒通过已经连接到第一网络的第一接入模块与所述第一网络连接的状态下,获取网络切换参数;
所述切换模块设置成:根据所述网络切换参数,确定需要执行切换操作时,通过已经连接到第二网络的第二接入模块接入所述第二网络。
可选地,所述切换模块包括移除单元和设置单元,其中:
所述移除单元设置成:移除当前默认网关的所有地址;
所述设置单元设置成:设置所述第二网络的网关为默认网关。

从上面所述可以看出,通过本发明实施例提供的机顶盒切换网络的方法,用户可以利用机顶盒访问除了IPTV业务网之外的网络,降低了相关技术的机顶盒的网络访问局限性,拓宽了网络访问范围。同时,通过本发明实施例提供的机顶盒切换网络的方法,用户可以利用机顶盒在不同的网络之间进行无缝切换,还可以随意浏览网络视频、进行在线下载和升级APP(应用)等操作。

首先,本发明实施例提供一种机顶盒切换网络的方法,包括步骤:
在所述机顶盒通过已经连接到接入第一网络的第一接入模块与所述第一网络连接的状态下,获取网络切换参数;
根据所述网络切换参数,确定需要执行切换操作时,执行切换操作:通过已经连接到第二网络的第二接入模块接入所述第二网络。
通过本发明实施例提供的机顶盒切换网络的方法,用户可以利用机顶盒在不同的网络环境之间进行切换,从而使用户能够进入传统机顶盒所能够连接的网络之外的网络环境,降低了相关技术的机顶盒的网络访问局限性,拓宽了网络访问范围。
参照图1所示的流程,对本发明实施例所提供的上述方法进行说明。本 实施例中,第一网络指IPTV业务网络,第二网络指公共网络。在机顶盒通过第一接入模块与IPTV连接的状态下,执行如下步骤:
步骤101:通过检测用户访问的网络环境,获取网络切换参数。
上述网络切换参数可以是一个体现用户进入的网络环境与IPTV业务网络环境是否一致的参数;也可以是一个代表用户访问的网络环境的参数。
步骤102:根据所述网络切换参数,确定需要执行切换操作时,执行切换操作;所述切换操作包括这样的步骤:通过已经连接到第二网络的第二接入模块接入所述第二网络。
可选地,该方法还包括:断开与第一接入模块的连接,接通第二接入模块,并通过第二接入模块接入公共网络。从而,用户能够通过机顶盒访问除IPTV业务网之外的公共网络,其访问行为不再受传统机顶盒的局限。
在一些实施例中,执行切换操作之前,还执行:根据网络切换参数,判断是否执行切换。若判断不执行切换,则保持通过第一接入模块接入第一网络的状态。若判断执行切换,则进入所述执行切换操作的步骤。
可选地,当第一网络指IPTV业务网络、第二网络指公共网络时,判断方法可以是:判断用户进入IPTV业务网络环境还是公共网络环境;若所述网络切换参数表示用户进入IPTV业务网络环境,则判断不执行切换;若所述网络切换参数表示用户进入了公共网络环境,则判断执行切换。
在其它实施例中,第一网络可以指公共网络,从而第二网络指IPTV业务网络。
在其它实施例中,第一网络可以是IPTV业务网络,第二网络可以是除IPTV业务网络之外的其它业务网络。反过来,第一网络也可以是除IPTV业务网络之外的其它业务网络,第二网络可以是IPTV业务网络。
在其它实施例中,获取网络切换参数之前,根据初始网络选择参数从第一网络和第二网络中选择初始接入网络,并通过所述初始接入网络对应的接入模块接入所述初始接入网络。
作为一个实施例,所述初始接入网络可以指机顶盒未通过第一接入模块接入第一网络、也未通过第二接入模块接入第二网络的状态下,从第一网络 和第二网络中选择并通过相应的接入模块接入的网络。
作为一个实施例,所述初始网络选择参数是从第一网络和第二网络中选择初始接入网络的依据。
可选地,所述初始网络选择参数可以是预先设置的默认参数,也可以是根据用户初始访问行为获取的参数。
以第一网络和第二网络分别为IPTV业务网络和公共网络为例,若依据所述初始网络选择参数从公共网络和IPTV业务网络中选择IPTV业务网络为初始接入网络,则将连接IPTV业务网络时获取的网关设置为默认网关,保证机顶盒与IPTV业务网络之间通道的畅通。若依据所述初始网络选择参数从公共网络和IPTV业务网络中选择公共网络为初始接入网络,则将连接公共网络时获取的网关设置为默认网关,保证机顶盒与公共网络之间通道的畅通。
在一些实施例中,机顶盒开启之后,在选择所述初始接入网络之前,控制所述第一接入模块和第二接入模块分别连接所述第一网络和第二网络。
通过第一接入模块与第一网络之间的连接以及第二接入模块与第二网络之间的连接可以通过有线网络和无线网络的方式实现。
以控制第一接入模块以有线网络的方式连接IPTV业务网络为例,参照图2,执行下述步骤:
步骤201:通过机顶盒中设置的配置信息管理模块读取有线网络连接配置信息。
步骤202:按照默认设置初始化有线网络连接。
可选地,可以通过关闭相应的进程来实现初始化。所述相应进程包括动态主机配置协议(DHCP,Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol)进程和非对称数字用户线路(ADSL,Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line)拨号进程。
步骤203:检查网线连接状态。
步骤204:判断有线网络的接入方式;并控制第一接入模块对应于有线网络接入的方式,依据所述有线网络连接配置信息连接有线网络。
若判断是以LAN(Local Area Network,局域网)方式连接有线网络,则依据所述有线网络连接配置信息,直接设置的IP地址、网关、子网掩码、DNS (Domain Name System,域名系统)服务器,控制第一接入模块连接有线网络;
若判断是以DHCP方式连接有线网络,则启动DHCP进程,控制第一接入模块依据所述有线网络连接配置信息连接有线网络;
若判断是以以太网上点对点协议(PPPOE,Point-to-point Protocol Over Ethernet)方式连接有线网络,则启动PPPD进程和ADSL拨号进程,控制第一接入模块依据所述有线网络连接配置信息连接有线网络。
可选地,步骤204以后,还执行以下步骤:
步骤205:判断有线网络连接是否成功,若是,则进入下一步骤;若否,则进入步骤207。
步骤206:保存有线网络连接状态及有线网络参数,通知机顶盒其它模块有线网络连接成功。
步骤207:发送有线网络连接失败事件,同时附带失败错误代码。
以控制第二接入模块以无线网络的方式连接公共网络为例,参照图3,执行如下步骤:
步骤301:通过机顶盒中设置的配置信息管理模块读取无线网络连接配置信息。
步骤302:按照默认设置初始化网络连接。
可选地,可以通过关闭相应的进程来实现初始化。所述相应进程包括DHCP(Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol,动态主机配置协议)进程和ADSL(Point-to-point Protocol Over Ethernet,以太网上点对点协议)拨号进程。
步骤303:依据所述网络连接配置信息设置无线配置文件,关联AP(WirelessAccess Point,无线访问接入点)。
步骤304:通过查询无线状态文件判断无线路由是否连接成功;若是,则进入下一步骤;若否,则进入步骤306。
步骤305:设置无线网络状态为连接成功,进入步骤308。
步骤306:设置无线网络状态为连接不成功并报错,进入步骤307。
步骤307:保存无线网络连接状态和无线网络参数。
步骤308:判断无线网络的接入方式;并控制第二接入模块对应于无线网络接入的方式,依据所述无线网络连接配置信息连接有线网络。
若判断是以LAN方式连接无线网络,则依据所述无线网络连接配置信息,直接设置IP地址、网关、子网掩码、DNS服务器,控制第二接入模块连接无线网络;
若判断是以DHCP方式连接无线网络,则启动DHCP进程,控制第二接入模块依据所述无线网络连接配置信息连接无线网络;
若判断是以PPPOE方式连接无线网络,则启动PPPD进程和ADSL拨号进程,控制第二接入模块依据所述无线网络连接配置信息连接无线网络。
步骤309:判断有线网络连接是否成功;若是,则进入步骤307;若否,则进入步骤310。
步骤310:发送无线网络连接失败事件,同时附带失败错误代码。
在本发明另一些实施例中,在机顶盒开启之后,在选择所述初始接入网络之前,控制所述第一接入模块以无线网络的方式连接IPTV业务网络,并控制所述第二接入模块以有线网络的方式接入公共网络。
为了在切换网络时不影响用户体验,真正实现无缝切换,在一些可选,实施例中,所述执行切换的步骤包括:
移除当前默认网关的所有地址;
设置所述第二网络网关为默认网关。
可选地,当第一网络为通过有线网络方式连接的IPTV业务网络,第二网络为通过无线网络方式连接的公共网络时,移除当前有线网关的所有IPTV业务网络地址,设置无线网关为默认网关。
当第一网络为通过无线网络方式连接的公共网络,第二网络为通过有线网络方式连接的IPTV业务网络时,移除当前无线网关所有的公共网络地址,设置有线网关为默认网关。
当第一网络为通过无线网络方式连接的IPTV业务网络,第二网络为通过有线网络方式连接的公共网络时;或当第一网络为通过有线网络方式连接的公共网络,第二网络为通过无线方式连接的IPTV业务网络时,依据前面两 段的原理执行切换操作。
在一些实施例中,执行所述切换操作后,还检测是否退出第二网络,当检测到退出所述第二网络时,返回所述选择初始接入网络的步骤。
若第二网络为公共网络且第一网络为IPTV业务网络,则检测用户是否退出公共网络环境,依据用户访问行为获取初始网络选择参数。若用户进入公共网络环境,则依据该初始网络选择参数从IPTV业务网络和公共网络中选择公共网络作为初始接入网络,并通过第二接入模块接入公共网络。若用户进入IPTV业务网络,则依据所述初始网络选择参数从IPTV业务网络和公共网络中选择IPTV业务网络为初始接入网络,并通过第一接入模块接入IPTV业务网络。
若第二网络IPTV业务网络为且第一网络为公共网络,则检测用户是否退出IPTV业务网络环境,依据用户访问行为获取初始网络选择参数。若用户进入公共网络环境,则依据该初始网络选择参数从IPTV业务网络和公共网络中选择公共网络作为初始接入网络,并通过第一接入模块接入公共网络。若用户进入IPTV业务网络,则依据所述初始网络选择参数从IPTV业务网络和公共网络中选择IPTV业务网络为初始接入网络,并通过第二接入模块接入IPTV业务网络。
在一些可选实施例中,为了使机顶盒具有尽可能大的网络访问范围,所述第一网络为交互式网络电视IPTV业务网络和公共网络中的一个,所述第一网络为交互式网络电视IPTV业务网络和公共网络中的另一个。
可选地,本发明实施例提供一种机顶盒切换网络的装置,结构如图4所示,包括:
网络切换参数获取模块401设置成:在所述机顶盒通过已经连接到第一网络的第一接入模块与所述第一网络连接的状态下,获取至少一个网络切换参数;
切换模块402设置成:根据所述网络切换参数,确定需要执行切换操作时,通过已经连接到第二网络的第二接入模块接入所述第二网络。

当机顶盒以无线的方式通过第一接入模块连接IPTV业务网络和公共网络中的一个、以有线的方式通过第二接入模块连接IPTV业务网络和公共网络中的另一个时,道理与前段相同。
在本发明另一些实施例中,所述装置还包括初始接入模块,设置成:在所述网络切换参数获取模块获取网络切换参数之前,根据初始网络选择参数从第一网络和第二网络中选择初始接入网络,并通过初始接入网络所对应的接入模块接入所述初始接入网络。
所述初始网络选择参数可以是预设的参数,也可以是根据用户访问行为获取的参数。
作为一个实施例,所述第一网络为IPTV业务网络,所述第二网络为公共网络。所述初始接入模块在所述网络切换参数获取模块获取所述网络切换参数之前,根据预设的初始网络选择参数从IPTV业务网络和公共网络中选择IPTV业务网络为初始接入网络,并通过第一接入模块继而IPTV业务网络。
作为另一个实施例,所述第一网络为IPTV业务网络,所述第二网络为公共网络。所述初始接入模块在所述网络切换参数获取模块获取所述网络切换参数之前,根据用户的访问IPTV业务网络行为,从IPTV业务网络和公共网络中选择IPTV业务网络为初始接入网络,并通过第一接入模块继而IPTV业务网络。
在其它实施例中,初始接入网络可以是公共网络或IPTV业务网络。

若第二网络为公共网络且第一网络为IPTV业务网络,则退出检测模块检测用户是否退出公共网络环境,依据用户访问行为获取初始网络选择参数。若用户进入公共网络环境,则退出检测模块依据该初始网络选择参数从IPTV业务网络和公共网络中选择公共网络作为初始接入网络,并通过第二接入模块接入公共网络。若用户进入IPTV业务网络,则退出检测模块依据所述初始网络选择参数从IPTV业务网络和公共网络中选择IPTV业务网络为初始接入网络,并通过第一接入模块接入IPTV业务网络。
若第二网络IPTV业务网络为且第一网络为公共网络,则退出检测模块检测用户是否退出IPTV业务网络环境,依据用户访问行为获取初始网络选择参数。若用户进入公共网络环境,则退出检测模块依据该初始网络选择参数从IPTV业务网络和公共网络中选择公共网络作为初始接入网络,并通过第一接入模块接入公共网络。若用户进入IPTV业务网络,则退出检测模块依据所述初始网络选择参数从IPTV业务网络和公共网络中选择IPTV业务网络为初始接入网络,并通过第二接入模块接入IPTV业务网络。
在一些实施例中,所述退出模块按照预设的时间间隔,在所述切换模块通过所述第二接入模块连接第二网络后,检测是否退出第二网络。
在一些可选实施例中,为了使机顶盒具有尽可能大的网络访问范围,所述第一网络为交互式网络电视IPTV业务网络和公共网络中的一个,所述第一网络为交互式网络电视IPTV业务网络和公共网络中的另一个。
从上面所述可以看出,通过本发明实施例提供的机顶盒切换网络的方法,用户可以利用机顶盒在不同的网络环境之间进行切换,从而使用户能够进入IPTV业务网之外的网络环境,降低了相关技术的机顶盒的网络访问局限性,拓宽了网络访问范围。同时,通过本发明实施例提供的机顶盒切换网络的方法,可依据用户的访问行为检测用户是否退出当前所处的网络环境并在判断需要切换时进行切换操作,实现了不同网络之间进行无缝切换。本发明实施例还采用IPTV业务网络和公共网络中的一个作为第一网络,采用IPTV业务网络和公共网络中的另一个作为第二网络,进而用户不仅可以享受IPTV业务网络的服务,还可以随意在公共网络上浏览网络视频、进行在线下载和升级 APP(应用)等操作。
可选地,本发明实施例还提供一种机顶盒,包括用于接入第一网络的第一接入模块和用于接入第二网络的第二接入模块;还包括本发明任意一个实施例所提供的机顶盒切换网络的装置。
应当理解,本说明书所描述的多个实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。并且在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
工业实用性
通过本发明实施例提供的机顶盒切换网络的方法,用户可以利用机顶盒访问除了IPTV业务网之外的网络,降低了相关技术的机顶盒的网络访问局限性,拓宽了网络访问范围。同时,通过本发明实施例提供的机顶盒切换网络的方法,用户可以利用机顶盒在不同的网络之间进行无缝切换,还可以随意浏览网络视频、进行在线下载和升级APP(应用)等操作。因此本发明具有很强的工业实用性。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种机顶盒切换网络的方法,包括步骤:
    在所述机顶盒通过已经连接到接入第一网络的第一接入模块与所述第一网络连接的状态下,获取网络切换参数;
    根据所述网络切换参数,确定需要执行切换操作时,执行切换操作,即通过已经连接到第二网络的第二接入模块接入所述第二网络。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的机顶盒切换网络的方法,其中,所述执行切换的步骤包括:
    移除当前默认网关的所有地址;
    设置所述第二网络的网关为默认网关。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的机顶盒切换网络的方法,该方法还包括:
    获取网络切换参数的步骤之前,根据初始网络选择参数从所述第一网络和所述第二网络中选择初始接入网络,并通过所述初始接入网络对应的接入模块接入所述初始接入网络。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的机顶盒切换网络的方法,该方法还包括:
    在选择所述初始接入网络的步骤之前,控制所述第一接入模块和所述第二接入模块分别连接所述第一网络和所述第二网络。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,该方法还包括:
    执行所述切换操作的步骤后,检测是否退出所述第二网络,当检测到退出所述第二网络时,返回所述选择初始接入网络的步骤。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的机顶盒切换网络的方法,其中:
    所述第一网络为交互式网络电视IPTV业务网络或公共网络,所述第二网络为交互式网络电视IPTV业务网络和公共网络中与所述第一网络不同的网络。
  7. 一种机顶盒切换网络的装置,包括网络切换参数获取模块和切换模块,其中:
    所述网络切换参数获取模块设置成:在所述机顶盒通过已经连接到第一网络的第一接入模块与所述第一网络连接的状态下,获取网络切换参数;
    所述切换模块设置成:根据所述网络切换参数,确定需要执行切换操作时,通过已经连接到第二网络的第二接入模块接入所述第二网络。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的机顶盒切换网络的装置,其中,所述切换模块包括移除单元和设置单元,其中:
    所述移除单元设置成:移除当前默认网关的所有地址;
    所述设置单元设置成:设置所述第二网络的网关为默认网关。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的机顶盒切换网络的装置,该装置还包括初始接入模块,其中:
    所述初始接入模块设置成:在所述网络切换参数获取模块获取网络切换参数之前,根据初始网络选择参数从所述第一网络和所述第二网络中选择初始接入网络,并通过初始接入网络所对应的接入模块接入所述初始接入网络。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的机顶盒切换网络的装置,该装置还包括控制模块,其中:
    所述控制模块设置成:在所述初始接入模块选择初始接入网络之前,控制所述第一接入模块和所述第二接入模块分别连接所述第一网络和所述第二网络。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的机顶盒切换网络的装置,该装置还包括退出检测模块,其中:
    所述退出检测模块设置成:在所述切换模块通过所述第二接入模块连接第二网络后,检测是否退出所述第二网络。
  12. 根据权利要求7-11中任意一项所述的机顶盒切换网络的装置,其中:
    所述第一网络为交互式网络电视IPTV业务网络或公共网络;所述第二网络为交互式网络电视IPTV业务网络或公共网络中与所述第一网络不同的网络。
  13. 一种机顶盒,包括用于接入第一网络的第一接入模块和用于接入第二网络的第二接入模块;
    还包括权利要求7-12中任意一项所述的机顶盒切换网络的装置。
  14. 一种计算机程序,包括程序指令,当该程序指令被机顶盒切换网络 的装置执行时,使得该机顶盒切换网络的装置可执行权利要求1-6中任一项所述的机顶盒切换网络的方法。
  15. 一种载有权利要求14所述计算机程序的载体。
