在此,网络设备包括但不限于网络主机、单个网络服务器、多个网络服务器集合或多个服务器构成的云。在此,云由基于云计算(Cloud Computing)的大量主机或网络服务器构成,其中,云计算是分布式计算的一种,由一群松散耦合的计算机集合组成的一个超级虚拟计算机。
进一步地,本发明中,网络设备可作为整体,或由其中部分网络主机/服务器,甚至装置于一个或多个网络主机/服务器中的特定装置,如扩展提供装置,来与用户设备进行交互并提供扩展搜索项。如无特别说明,本文中网络设备与扩展提供装置等同使用,用户设备与扩展呈现装置等同使用。
图1为根据本发明一个方面的方法流程图,示出一种提供扩展搜索项的过程。如图1所示,在步骤S1中,用户在搜索框中输入搜索序列;在步骤S2中,用户的用户设备1将用户在该搜索框中已输入的搜索序列发送至网络设备2,相应地,网络设备2接收该搜索序列;在步骤S3中,网络设备2根据该搜索序列,获取与该搜索序列相对应的扩展搜索项,包括但不限于扩展搜索标签和分类搜索选项中至少之一;在步骤S4中,网络设备2将所获得的扩展搜索项提供给用户设备1,相应地,用户设备1接收该(等)扩展搜索项;在步骤S5中,用户设备1向用户呈现该(等)扩展搜索项,以供用户选择。
具体地,在步骤S1中,用户在搜索框中输入搜索序列。
在此,搜索框供用户输入搜索序列以进行搜索使用。搜索框可在多种场景中被提供,这些场景包括但不限于页面、各种浏览器的工具 栏以及各种应用程序的用户界面,例如,搜索框可以在各种搜索引擎的主页、各种页面的导航区域或者各种导航页中呈现给用户。本发明在此不做限制。
在上述场景中,搜索框被呈现给用户,从而用户可激活搜索框来输入搜索序列,例如,用户将鼠标光标移入搜索框并点击鼠标,此时搜索框被激活,用户可在其内输入搜索序列。
在此,搜索序列意指用户在搜索框中输入的用于搜索的字符串,其具体包括但不限于关键词、语句以及其他字符等。
需要说明的是,本领域技术人员应能理解,对用户输入搜索序列需做广义理解,即用户不仅可以直接以文字形式输入搜索序列,还可以其他形式进行输入,如用户输入一段语音,用户设备1可通过语音识别来获取该段语音所对应的搜索序列。
在步骤S2中,用户设备1将用户在搜索框中已输入的搜索序列发送至网络设备2,相应地,网络设备2接收该搜索序列。在此,用户设备1与网络设备2之间可采用任何预定的通信方式进行数据传输,例如用户设备1可通过HTTP或HTTPS通信协议向网络设备2发送用户已输入的搜索序列。本发明在此不做限制。
随后,在步骤S3中,网络设备2根据该搜索序列,获取与该搜索序列相对应的一个或多个扩展搜索项。
其中,扩展搜索项是与搜索序列相对应的扩展搜索建议,其包括但不限于扩展搜索标签和/或分类搜索选项。
扩展搜索标签
在此,扩展搜索标签对应于搜索序列的特定属性。
特定属性可以概括搜索序列某一方面的特征。例如,搜索序列“新浪”、“搜狐”、“网易”均为网站的名称,这些搜索序列具有地址属性。再如,搜索序列“刘诗诗”、“杨幂”、“吴奇隆”均为人名,这些搜索序列具有人物属性。又如,搜索序列“爸爸去哪儿2”、“陈升”、“催眠大师”均为当前热点,这些搜索序列具有热点属性。
扩展搜索标签是对应于搜索序列的特定属性的搜索建议,但其与通常的搜索建议在搜索框的下拉框中分行逐条呈现的方式不同,其是以标签的形式呈现给用户。例如,当搜索序列具有地址属性时,如搜索序列“新浪”,用户可能具有寻址需求,因此,网络设备2获取的扩展搜索标签包括但不限于网站一级或二级栏目的名称,如“首页”、“微博”等。再如,当搜索序列具有人物属性时,如搜索序列“刘诗诗”,用户可能具有了解该人物相关信息的需求,因此,网络设备2获取的扩展搜索标签包括但不限于围绕该人物的各应用领域的名称,如“百科”、“贴吧”、“图片”等。又如,当搜索序列具有热点属性时,如搜索序列“爸爸去哪儿2”,用户可能具有了解当前热点的需求,网络设备2获取的扩展搜索标签包括但不限于由以该搜索序列为主题的热门搜索序列中获得的扩展序列,如“名单”、“什么时候播出”等。
根据关键词-属性-扩展搜索标签的对应关系,网络设备2可预先建立搜索建议库。以下将针对每种具体属性来举例描述如何获得其对应的扩展搜索标签。
1)地址属性
例如,网络设备2可先查询一预定词库来获得具有地址属性的关键词,如各网站的名称,具体诸如“百度”、“新浪”、“搜狐”等;据此,网络设备2可抓取其中每个网站的导航信息,从而获得相应网站的各级栏目的名称,并将每个网站中各级栏目的名称作为与其网站名称相对应的扩展搜索标签。网络设备2存储各关键词(如“新浪”)-属性(如“地址”)-扩展搜索标签(如“首页”、“微博”)的对应关系,从而建立搜索建议库,并可按照前述方式来定期或基于其他触发条件更新该搜索建议库。
可替代地,网络设备2可直接查询搜索引擎的搜索信息库,该搜索信息库中存储有一倒排索引表,其中记录了关键词及其对应的页面,每个关键词的属性被标注且页面之间的链接关系也被标注。因此,通过查询该索引信息库,网络设备2可获得具有地址属性的关键词及 其对应页面的链接页面,进而根据网址的正则表达式分析这些链接页面的网址,以获得相应网站中的各级栏目及其名称,从而建立搜索建议库。优选地,网络设备2也可查询上述预定词库来获得具有地址属性的关键词,如各网站的名称,并根据这些关键词查询索引信息库来获得其中每个所对应的各级栏目名称,从而建立搜索建议库。
2)人物属性
例如,网络设备2同样可先查询一预定词库来获得具有人物属性的关键词,如各种人名、社团名,具体前者如“刘诗诗”,后者如“maroon5”;随后,网络设备2可通过海量数据挖掘,如对搜索引擎的搜索日志进行数据挖掘,统计大量用户搜索前述各具有人物属性的关键词时所访问的搜索结果,并对这些搜索结果进行分类/聚类,将所获得的类别作为具有人物属性的关键词所对应的扩展搜索标签。其中,网络设备2可基于每个具有人物属性的关键词,对用户访问的搜索结果进行分类/聚类以获得多个分组,并将所获得分组所对应的应用领域作为关键词所对应的扩展搜索标签;或者,网络设备2可基于所有具有人物属性的关键词,对用户访问的全部搜索结果进行分类/聚类以获得多个分组,并将所获得分组所对应的应用领域作为具有人物属性的关键词所对应的扩展搜索标签。可替代地,网络设备2可按照预定的应用领域划分,统计用户访问的搜索结果中属于各应用领域的搜索结果的数量,将其中对应搜索结果的数量超过预定阈值的应用领域作为与相应具有人物属性的关键词或所有具有人物属性的关键词相对应的扩展搜索标签。
3)热点属性
例如,网络设备2可从搜索引擎的搜索日志获取当前的一段预定时间内用户搜索量超过预定阈值的搜索序列,即热门搜索序列,随后,网络设备2可对这些热门搜索序列进行切词,以获得其中的热门关键词、与其中每个热门关键词对应的多个热门搜索序列,以及其中每个热门搜索序列中的其他关键词和/或片段,据此,网络设备2将这些热门关键词作为具有热点属性的关键词,将其对应的热门搜索序列中的 其他关键词和/或片段作为与该具有热点属性的关键词相对应的扩展搜索标签,从而建立搜索建议库。
在此,需要说明的是,上述用于查询具有地址属性的预定词库和用于查询具有人物属性的预定词库,可以是两个相互独立的词库,也可以是一个词库,其中包括多个关键词且每个关键词具有多种属性。并且,上述基于各种属性所建立的搜索建议库也可以是相互独立,或者部分或全部集成在一起的。
还需要说明的是,尽管本发明在此仅列举了搜索序列的3种属性及其分别对应的扩展搜索标签,然而本领域技术人员应能理解,这是列举式的,而非穷尽式的,故仅用于解释说明本发明之目的,而不应被理解为对本发明的任何限制。根据具体应用的需要,搜索序列的其他属性可以被使用并获得对应的扩展搜索标签,这些其他属性及其各自对应的扩展搜索标签的确定方式与上述3种属性及其各自对应扩展搜索标签的确定方式并无实质不同,因此应被包含于本发明的专利保护范围之内。
上述搜索建议库建立之后,当接收到用户已输入的搜索序列后,网络设备2可确定该搜索序列的一个或多个特定属性;接着,网络设备2根据其中至少一个特定属性,获得相应的扩展搜索标签。
其中,网络设备2例如可查询上述搜索建议库中来获取搜索序列的特定属性,进而根据搜索序列的特定属性,查询依照上述各方式建立的搜索建议库,来获得相应的扩展搜索标签。其中,当搜索序列具有多个特定属性时,网络设备2可以仅基于其中一个特定属性来获得与该特定属性相对应的扩展搜索标签,也可以基于其中的部分或全部特定属性来获得扩展搜索标签。
分类搜索选项
每个分类搜索选项对应有一个或多个搜索建议项,多个分类搜索选项以选项卡形式被呈现给用户时,用户可通过选择不同的选项卡来在各分类搜索选项中进行切换,并进一步浏览切换后的分类搜索选项 所对应的搜索建议项。在此,搜索建议项可以通常的列表形式或标签形式在其对应分类搜索选项的选项卡中呈现给用户。
在此,网络设备2例如可查询一已有搜索建议库来获得搜索序列的搜索建议序列,并对所获得的搜索建议序列进行分类,从而获得相应的多个分类搜索选项以及至少一个分类搜索选项所对应的搜索建议序列。这一过程可以在网络设备2接收到用户的搜索序列时实时进行,也可以由网络设备2针对特定的关键词按照前述过程为其建立包括关键词-分类搜索选项-搜索建议项的对应关系的搜索建议库,以在后续当用户的搜索序列包括这些关键词时为用户提供相应的分类搜索选项及其分别对应的搜索建议项。在此,这些特定的关键词例如可以为影视作品的名称。
其中,当搜索建议项以通常的列表形式呈现给用户时,相应分类搜索选项下的搜索建议序列可直接作为搜索建议项提供给用户。例如,对于用户的搜索序列“big bang”,网络设备2确定其对应的分类搜索选项包括美剧和韩国乐队且每个分类搜索选项下还对应有多个搜索建议序列,如分类搜索选项“美剧”下对应有“big bang第一季”、“big bang第二季”等,分类搜索选项“韩国乐队”下对应有“big bang主唱”、“big bang MV”等。
当搜索建议项以标签形式呈现给用户时,网络设备2可以对相应分类搜索选项下的搜索建议序列去重,即去掉搜索建议序列中与搜索序列及其对应分类搜索选项的重复部分,以减少在标签中呈现的内容,同时更突出重点地向用户提供搜索建议。例如,对于用户的搜索序列“疑犯追踪”,网络设备2确定其对应的分类搜索选项包括第一季、第二季和第三季且每个分类搜索选项下还对应有一个或多个搜索建议序列,如分类搜索选项“第一季”包括“疑犯追踪第一季第一集”、“疑犯追踪第一季第二集”等,去重后每个分类搜索选项下对应的搜索建议标签可以仅呈现“第一集”、“第二集”等。进一步地,标签中呈现的内容还可通过同义替换来进一步减少和突出,如将标签“第一集”替换为标签“1”。
在此,分类搜索选项在一些情形下也可以不对应有搜索建议项,例如,当前big bang第八季尚未发布,但其预告片已发布或第八季已确定要发布,网络设备2可以提供分类搜索选项“big bang第八季”,但其下可以不对应任何搜索建议项。或者,网络设备2将“预告片”作为分类搜索选项“big bang第八季”下的搜索建议项。
优选地,一个分类搜索选项下还可以进一步包括次级分类搜索选项,每个次级分类搜索选项对应有一个或多个搜索建议项。
例如,搜索序列“big bang”对应的分类搜索选项“美剧”还可以进一步细分为次级分类搜索选项第一季、第二季、第三季等,分类搜索选项“韩国乐队”可以包括次级分类搜索选项音乐、视频、新闻等。在每个次级分类搜索选项的邻近区域,如其右侧,可提供有展开/收起功能项,如“+”、“>”,用户选择该功能项后,相应次级分类搜索选项下的一个或多个搜索建议项可以用户设备1上被展开或收起。
综上所述,网络设备2可以根据搜索序列,获取与该搜索序列相对应的扩展搜索标签和/或分类搜索选项。
优选地,网络设备2还可以获得与搜索序列相对应的一个或多个通常的搜索建议序列,并在随后的步骤中将其与按照前述方式获得的扩展搜索项一并提供给用户设备1。例如,当在用户设备1中呈现给用户时,扩展搜索项可以在搜索建议区域的显著位置呈现,如搜索建议列表的上部区域,其他的通常搜索建议可在该搜索建议列表中扩展搜索项的下方区域呈现给用户。
随后,在步骤S4中,网络设备2将所获得的扩展搜索项提供给用户的用户设备1,相应地,用户设备1接收网络设备2基于用户输入的搜索序列提供的扩展搜索项。
在步骤S5中,用户设备1向用户呈现扩展搜索项。
之后,当用户选择扩展搜索项时,更具体地,当用户选择扩展搜 索标签、或分类搜索选项、或次级分类搜索选项、或分类搜索选项对应的搜索建议项时,网络设备可以根据搜索序列以及用户所选的扩展搜索项来进行搜索,并提供对应的搜索结果页面。
而且,在用户选择扩展搜索项后,网络设备2返回对应的搜索结果页,该搜索结果页中仍可包括搜索框;如果该用户再次激活该搜索框,网络设备2可将用户之前输入的搜索序列及其选择的扩展搜索项作为用户已输入的搜索序列,再次为用户提供相应的扩展搜索项。例如,当搜索结果页的搜索框中包括用户之前输入的搜索序列及其选择的扩展搜索项时,用户设备1可将用户之前输入的搜索序列及其选择的扩展搜索项作为用户已输入的搜索序列提交至网络设备2来获得新扩展搜索项。
可替代地,如果用户选择的扩展搜索项指向一特定信息,网络设备2可直接向该用户返回该特定信息。其中,特定信息包括但不限于:页面、视频、音频、文档等。
扩展搜索项中可以包括特定信息的标识信息,该标识信息用于指向特定信息,如特定信息的各种名称、网页的URL,视频的播放地址等;当用户选择这样的扩展搜索项时,用户设备1将向网络设备2发送信息获取请求,该信息获取请求中至少包括该特定信息的标识信息;接着,网络设备2根据该标识信息获取特定信息并将其返回给用户。
扩展搜索项中也可以包括特定信息的指向链接,如网页的URL,视频的播放地址等;当用户选择扩展搜索项时,用户设备1根据该指向链接来获取相应的特定信息。
图2(a)、图3(a)、图4(a)为根据本发明一些优选实施例的为用户提供扩展搜索标签的示意图。
如图2(a)所示,用户在搜索框中输入搜索序列“新浪”,网络设备2根据“新浪”的地址属性,向用户提供的扩展搜索标签为“新浪”网站中一级或二级栏目的名称,如首页、微博、新闻、财经等,从而用户设备1上呈现这些扩展搜索标签。优选地,这些扩展搜索标 签还可通过展开/收起功能项,如搜索建议列表首行右侧的“∧”,来由用户选择是否展现。
进一步地,由于上述扩展搜索标签均可指向特定页面,如相应栏目的主页,当用户选择其中一个扩展搜索标签时,网络设备2可直接返回该扩展搜索标签所指向的页面。配合参阅图2(a)和(b),图2(a)中,用户设备1上呈现扩展搜索标签“首页”、“微博”、“新闻”、“财经”等,用户选择其中的扩展搜索标签“读书”,则网络设备2直接向用户返回“新浪”的“读书”栏目的主页,如图2(b)所示。可替代地,网络设备2可以在向用户提供扩展搜索标签时,即将其对应页面的URL也一并提供给用户,从而当用户选择一个扩展搜索标签时,用户设备1再向网络设备2提交对其URL所指向页面的访问请求。
如图3(a)所示,用户在搜索框中输入搜索序列“刘诗诗”,网络设备2根据“刘诗诗”的人物属性,向用户返回与人物属性相对应的扩展搜索标签,如“百科”、“贴吧”、“新闻”、“图片”等,从而用户设备1向用户呈现这些扩展搜索标签。并且,配合参阅图3(b),当用户在图3(a)所示的扩展搜索标签中选择“图片”,网络设备2向该用户返回相应的搜索结果页,如图3(b)所示。
如图4(a)所示,用户在搜索框中输入搜索序列“刘诗诗”,网络设备2根据“刘诗诗”的热点属性,向用户返回对应的扩展搜索标签如“公开恋情”、“是哪个学校毕业的”、“ELLE封面”等,从而用户设备1向用户呈现这些扩展搜索标签。优选地,配合参阅图4(b)和图4(c),当用户选择图4(a)中所示的扩展搜索标签“公开恋情”后,网络设备2向用户返回如图4(b)所示的搜索结果页,其中包括搜索框且该搜索框中包括用户之前输入的搜索序列“刘诗诗”及选择的扩展搜索标签“公开恋情”,从而当用户再次激活该搜索框后,如图4(c)所示,网络设备2将该“刘诗诗”及“公开恋情”作为用户已输入的搜索序列,继续为用户提供扩展搜索标签。在此,需要说明的是,无论上述搜索结果页的搜索框中是否呈现用户选择的 扩展搜索标签,由于网络设备2向用户提供搜索结果时均会记录该用户选择的扩展搜索标签,从而当用户在搜索结果页中再次激活搜索框后,网络设备2均可将用户之前输入的搜索序列及选择的扩展搜索标签作为新输入的搜索序列,再次为用户提供新扩展搜索标签。
优选地,在上述如图2(a)、图3(a)、图4(a)所示的向用户提供扩展搜索标签的场景中,当用户设备1检测到用户在其触摸屏屏幕上的下拉操作时,用户设备1向网络设备2发送关于扩展搜索标签的更新请求,以从网络设备2获取更新后的扩展搜索标签,并呈现给用户。
优选地,如图2(a)、图3(a)、图4(a)所示,网络设备2向用户返回的搜索建议,不仅包括上述扩展搜索标签,这些扩展搜索标签通常呈现在搜索建议列表的上部区域,如搜索建议列表的首位,还包括其他通常的搜索建议序列,这些搜索建议序列通常呈现在搜索建议列表中扩展搜索标签的下方。
图5(a)、图5(b)和图5(c)为根据本发明另一些优选实施例的为用户提供分类搜索选项的示意图。
如图5(a)所示,用户在搜索框中输入搜索序列“BIG BANG”,网络设备2向用户返回“BIG BANG”的各分类搜索选项,如“美剧”、“韩国乐队”,这两个分类搜索选项分别对应有多个搜索建议序列,从而用户设备1呈现这些分类搜索选项的选项卡,并进一步呈现当前搜索选项“美剧”所对应的各搜索建议序列。
如图5(b)所示,用户在搜索框中输入搜索序列“哈利波特”,用网络设备2向用户返回“哈利波特”的各分类搜索选项,如“图书”、“电影”、“原声带”,每个分类搜索选项分别对应有多个搜索建议序列,从而用户设备1呈现这些分类搜索选项的选项卡,并进一步呈现当前搜索选项“图书”所对应的各搜索建议序列。
如图5(c)所示,用户在搜索框中输入搜索序列“生活大爆炸第”,网络设备2向用户返回“生活大爆炸第”的各分类搜索选项,如“第七季”、“第六季”、“第五季”等,每个分类搜索选项分别对应有 多个搜索建议标签,从而用户设备1呈现这些分类搜索选项的选项卡,并进一步呈现当前搜索选项“第七季”所对应的各搜索建议标签,如21、20、19等,这些搜索建议标签分别代表生活大爆炸第七季中的第X集节目。
优选地,在上述如图5(a)、图5(b)和图5(c)所示的向用户提供分类搜索选项的场景中,当用户设备1检测到用户在其触摸屏屏幕上的下拉操作时,同样可从网络设备2获取更新后的至少一个分类搜索选项下的搜索建议项,并呈现给用户。
优选地,如图5(c)所示,网络设备2向用户返回的搜索建议,不仅包括上述分类搜索选项及其对应的搜索建议标签,还包括其他通常的搜索建议序列,前者通常呈现在搜索建议列表的上部区域,如搜索建议列表的首位,后者通常呈现在搜索建议列表中前者的下方。此外,尽管图5(a)和图5(b)中并未示出,但本领域技术人员应能理解,图5(a)和图5(b)同样可采用与图5(c)类似的方式,在搜索建议列表的上部区域呈现分类搜索选项及其对应的搜索建议标签,在下部区域其他通常的其他通常的搜索建议序列。
优选地,在用户输入搜索序列之前,用户设备1向用户呈现搜索框或用户激活该搜索框时,网络设备2向用户提供预设的分类搜索选项,其中至少一个预设的分类搜索选项对应有一个或多个搜索建议项,从而用户设备1将该(等)预设的分类搜索选项呈现给用户。
具体地,如图6(a)所示,预设的分类搜索选项包括“历史记录”、“热门搜索”、“热门服务”,其中当前呈现的分类搜索选项为“历史记录”,该分类搜索选项对应有多个搜索建议项,如“百度视频”、“刘诗诗”、“刘德华”等。
当用户选择其它分类搜索选项时,例如,当用户选择分类搜索选项“热门搜索”,如图6(b)所示,用户设备切换至该“热门搜索”的选项卡,并呈现其所对应的搜索建议项,如“外国小伙”、“香港失踪女婴”等。
优选地,在上述如图6(a)和图6(b)所示的向用户提供预定 的分类搜索选项的场景中,当用户设备1检测到用户在其触摸屏屏幕上的下拉操作时,同样可从网络设备2获取更新后的其中至少一个分类搜索选项下的搜索建议项,并呈现给用户。
图7(a)和图7(b)为根据本发明再一个优选实施例的由搜索序列所对应的纠错搜索序列确定扩展搜索项的示意图。
如图7(a)所示,用户在搜索框中输入“刘试试”,网络设备2查询到与该搜索序列相对应的纠错搜索序列“刘诗诗”,并将该纠错搜索序列提供给用户设备1,从而用户设备1向用户呈现及提示该纠错搜索序列,如询问用户您是不是要搜“刘诗诗”。
当用户选择纠错搜索序列时,用户设备1将纠错搜索序列作为用户已输入的搜索序列提交给网络设备2来获得相应的扩展搜索项,如图7(b)所示。
本领域技术人员应能理解,当网络设备2获得与搜索序列“刘试试”相对应的纠错搜索序列“刘诗诗”后,网络设备2也可直接根据该纠错搜索序列来为用户提供相应的扩展搜索项。
优选地,用户设备1还可根据用户输入的搜索序列对搜索框的输入窗口的占用信息,动态调整搜索框的窗口显示属性,以在当前输入窗口始终呈现该搜索序列的全部字符。
在此,占用信息可以以搜索序列的字符数来确定,也可以搜索序列所占用的面积来确定。
在此,窗口显示属性可以以窗口显示的长宽来确定,也可以以窗口显示的面积来确定。
用户设备可根据用户输入的搜索序列对搜索框的输入窗口的占用信息,动态调整搜索框的窗口显示属性,以在当前输入窗口始终呈现该搜索序列的全部字符。
如图8(a)所示,当用户输入的搜索序列的长度(字符数)未超过搜索框一行所能容纳的预定长度阈值时,搜索框的窗口显示属性维持当前状态;当超过时,如图8(b)所示,用户设备1调高搜索框的窗口显示高度,以在当前输入窗口始终呈现该搜索序列的全部字符。
图9为根据本发明另一个方面的装置示意图,示出交互来为用户提供扩展搜索项的用户设备1和网络设备2的各装置。
如图9所示,扩展呈现装置10装置于用户设备1中,扩展呈现装置10包括装置11-13;扩展提供装置20装置于网络设备2中,扩展提供装置20包括装置21-22。
具体地,用户在用户设备1呈现的搜索框中输入搜索序列;用户设备的装置11将用户在该搜索框中已输入的搜索序列发送至网络设备2(为便于区分,以下将装置11称为发送装置11);网络设备2的装置21根据该搜索序列,获取与该搜索序列相对应的扩展搜索项,包括但不限于扩展搜索标签和分类搜索选项中至少之一(为便于区分,以下将装置21称为获取装置21);装置22将所获得的扩展搜索项提供给用户设备1(为便于区分,以下将装置22称为提供装置22),相应地,用户设备1的装置12接收该(等)扩展搜索项(为便于区分,以下将装置12称为接收装置12);装置13向用户呈现该(等)扩展搜索项,以供用户选择(为便于区分,以下将装置13称为呈现装置13)。
具体地,用户在用户设备呈现的搜索框中输入搜索序列。
在此,搜索框供用户输入搜索序列以进行搜索使用。搜索框可在多种场景中被提供,这些场景包括但不限于页面、各种浏览器的工具栏以及各种应用程序的用户界面,例如,搜索框可以在各种搜索引擎的主页、各种页面的导航区域或者各种导航页中呈现给用户。本发明在此不做限制。
在上述场景中,搜索框被呈现给用户,从而用户可激活搜索框来输入搜索序列,例如,用户将鼠标光标移入搜索框并点击鼠标,此时搜索框被激活,用户可在其内输入搜索序列。
在此,搜索序列意指用户在搜索框中输入的用于搜索的字符串,其具体包括但不限于关键词、语句以及其他字符等。
需要说明的是,本领域技术人员应能理解,对用户输入搜索序列需做广义理解,即用户不仅可以直接以文字形式输入搜索序列,还可 以其他形式进行输入,如用户输入一段语音,发送装置11或用户设备1中的其他装置可通过语音识别来获取该段语音所对应的搜索序列。
用户设备1的发送装置11将用户在搜索框中已输入的搜索序列发送至网络设备2,相应地,网络设备2接收该搜索序列。在此,发送装置11与网络设备2之间可采用任何预定的通信方式进行数据传输,例如发送装置11可通过HTTP或HTTPS通信协议向网络设备2发送用户已输入的搜索序列。本发明在此不做限制。
随后,网络设备2的获取装置21根据该搜索序列,获取与该搜索序列相对应的一个或多个扩展搜索项。
其中,扩展搜索项是与搜索序列相对应的扩展搜索建议,其包括但不限于扩展搜索标签和/或分类搜索选项。
扩展搜索标签
在此,扩展搜索标签对应于搜索序列的特定属性。
特定属性可以概括搜索序列某一方面的特征。例如,搜索序列“新浪”、“搜狐”、“网易”均为网站的名称,这些搜索序列具有地址属性。再如,搜索序列“刘诗诗”、“杨幂”、“吴奇隆”均为人名,这些搜索序列具有人物属性。又如,搜索序列“爸爸去哪儿2”、“陈升”、“催眠大师”均为当前热点,这些搜索序列具有热点属性。
扩展搜索标签是对应于搜索序列的特定属性的搜索建议,但其与通常的搜索建议在搜索框的下拉框中分行逐条呈现的方式不同,其是以标签的形式呈现给用户。例如,当搜索序列具有地址属性时,如搜索序列“新浪”,用户可能具有寻址需求,因此,获取装置21获取的扩展搜索标签包括但不限于网站一级或二级栏目的名称,如“首页”、“微博”等。再如,当搜索序列具有人物属性时,如搜索序列“刘诗诗”,用户可能具有了解该人物相关信息的需求,因此,获取装置21获取的扩展搜索标签包括但不限于围绕该人物的各应用领域的名称,如“百科”、“贴吧”、“图片”等。又如,当搜索序列具 有热点属性时,如搜索序列“爸爸去哪儿2”,用户可能具有了解当前热点的需求,获取装置21获取的扩展搜索标签包括但不限于由以该搜索序列为主题的热门搜索序列中获得的扩展序列,如“名单”、“什么时候播出”等。
根据关键词-属性-扩展搜索标签的对应关系,网络设备2可预先建立搜索建议库。以下将针对每种具体属性来举例描述如何获得其对应的扩展搜索标签。
1)地址属性
例如,网络设备2可先查询一预定词库来获得具有地址属性的关键词,如各网站的名称,具体诸如“百度”、“新浪”、“搜狐”等;据此,网络设备2可抓取其中每个网站的导航信息,从而获得相应网站的各级栏目的名称,并将每个网站中各级栏目的名称作为与其网站名称相对应的扩展搜索标签。网络设备2存储各关键词(如“新浪”)-属性(如“地址”)-扩展搜索标签(如“首页”、“微博”)的对应关系,从而建立搜索建议库,并可按照前述方式来定期或基于其他触发条件更新该搜索建议库。
可替代地,网络设备2可直接查询搜索引擎的搜索信息库,该搜索信息库中存储有一倒排索引表,其中记录了关键词及其对应的页面,每个关键词的属性被标注且页面之间的链接关系也被标注。因此,通过查询该索引信息库,网络设备2可获得具有地址属性的关键词及其对应页面的链接页面,进而根据网址的正则表达式分析这些链接页面的网址,以获得相应网站中的各级栏目及其名称,从而建立搜索建议库。优选地,网络设备2也可查询上述预定词库来获得具有地址属性的关键词,如各网站的名称,并根据这些关键词查询索引信息库来获得其中每个所对应的各级栏目名称,从而建立搜索建议库。
2)人物属性
例如,网络设备2同样可先查询一预定词库来获得具有人物属性的关键词,如各种人名、社团名,具体前者如“刘诗诗”,后者如“maroon5”;随后,网络设备2可通过海量数据挖掘,如对搜索引擎的搜索 日志进行数据挖掘,统计大量用户搜索前述各具有人物属性的关键词时所访问的搜索结果,并对这些搜索结果进行分类/聚类,将所获得的类别作为具有人物属性的关键词所对应的扩展搜索标签。其中,网络设备2可基于每个具有人物属性的关键词,对用户访问的搜索结果进行分类/聚类以获得多个分组,并将所获得分组所对应的应用领域作为关键词所对应的扩展搜索标签;或者,网络设备2可基于所有具有人物属性的关键词,对用户访问的全部搜索结果进行分类/聚类以获得多个分组,并将所获得分组所对应的应用领域作为具有人物属性的关键词所对应的扩展搜索标签。可替代地,网络设备2可按照预定的应用领域划分,统计用户访问的搜索结果中属于各应用领域的搜索结果的数量,将其中对应搜索结果的数量超过预定阈值的应用领域作为与相应具有人物属性的关键词或所有具有人物属性的关键词相对应的扩展搜索标签。
3)热点属性
例如,网络设备2可从搜索引擎的搜索日志获取当前的一段预定时间内用户搜索量超过预定阈值的搜索序列,即热门搜索序列,随后,网络设备2可对这些热门搜索序列进行切词,以获得其中的热门关键词、与其中每个热门关键词对应的多个热门搜索序列,以及其中每个热门搜索序列中的其他关键词和/或片段,据此,网络设备2将这些热门关键词作为具有热点属性的关键词,将其对应的热门搜索序列中的其他关键词和/或片段作为与该具有热点属性的关键词相对应的扩展搜索标签,从而建立搜索建议库。
在此,需要说明的是,上述用于查询具有地址属性的预定词库和用于查询具有人物属性的预定词库,可以是两个相互独立的词库,也可以是一个词库,其中包括多个关键词且每个关键词具有多种属性。并且,上述基于各种属性所建立的搜索建议库也可以是相互独立,或者部分或全部集成在一起的。
还需要说明的是,尽管本发明在此仅列举了搜索序列的3种属性及其分别对应的扩展搜索标签,然而本领域技术人员应能理解,这是 列举式的,而非穷尽式的,故仅用于解释说明本发明之目的,而不应被理解为对本发明的任何限制。根据具体应用的需要,搜索序列的其他属性可以被使用并获得对应的扩展搜索标签,这些其他属性及其各自对应的扩展搜索标签的确定方式与上述3种属性及其各自对应扩展搜索标签的确定方式并无实质不同,因此应被包含于本发明的专利保护范围之内。
上述搜索建议库建立之后,当接收到用户已输入的搜索序列后,获取装置21可确定该搜索序列的一个或多个特定属性;接着,获取装置21根据其中至少一个特定属性,获得相应的扩展搜索标签。
其中,获取装置21例如可查询上述搜索建议库中来获取搜索序列的特定属性,进而根据搜索序列的特定属性,查询依照上述各方式建立的搜索建议库,来获得相应的扩展搜索标签。其中,当搜索序列具有多个特定属性时,获取装置21可以仅基于其中一个特定属性来获得与该特定属性相对应的扩展搜索标签,也可以基于其中的部分或全部特定属性来获得扩展搜索标签。
分类搜索选项
每个分类搜索选项对应有一个或多个搜索建议项,多个分类搜索选项以选项卡形式被呈现给用户时,用户可通过选择不同的选项卡来在各分类搜索选项中进行切换,并进一步浏览切换后的分类搜索选项所对应的搜索建议项。在此,搜索建议项可以通常的列表形式或标签形式在其对应分类搜索选项的选项卡中呈现给用户。
在此,获取装置21例如可查询一已有搜索建议库来获得搜索序列的搜索建议序列,并对所获得的搜索建议序列进行分类,从而获得相应的多个分类搜索选项以及至少一个分类搜索选项所对应的搜索建议序列。这一过程可以由获取装置21在网络设备2接收到用户的搜索序列时实时进行,也可以由网络设备2针对特定的关键词按照前述过程为其建立包括关键词-分类搜索选项-搜索建议项的对应关系的搜索建议库,以在后续当用户的搜索序列包括这些关键词时由获取装 置21查询该搜索建议库为用户提供相应的分类搜索选项及其分别对应的搜索建议项。在此,这些特定的关键词例如可以为影视作品的名称。
其中,当搜索建议项以通常的列表形式呈现给用户时,相应分类搜索选项下的搜索建议序列可直接作为搜索建议项提供给用户。例如,对于用户的搜索序列“big bang”,获取装置21确定其对应的分类搜索选项包括美剧和韩国乐队且每个分类搜索选项下还对应有多个搜索建议序列,如分类搜索选项“美剧”下对应有“big bang第一季”、“big bang第二季”等,分类搜索选项“韩国乐队”下对应有“big bang主唱”、“big bang MV”等。
当搜索建议项以标签形式呈现给用户时,获取装置21可以对相应分类搜索选项下的搜索建议序列去重,即去掉搜索建议序列中与搜索序列及其对应分类搜索选项的重复部分,以减少在标签中呈现的内容,同时更突出重点地向用户提供搜索建议。例如,对于用户的搜索序列“疑犯追踪”,获取装置21确定其对应的分类搜索选项包括第一季、第二季和第三季且每个分类搜索选项下还对应有一个或多个搜索建议序列,如分类搜索选项“第一季”包括“疑犯追踪第一季第一集”、“疑犯追踪第一季第二集”等,去重后每个分类搜索选项下对应的搜索建议标签可以仅呈现“第一集”、“第二集”等。进一步地,标签中呈现的内容还可通过同义替换来进一步减少和突出,如将标签“第一集”替换为标签“1”。
在此,分类搜索选项在一些情形下也可以不对应有搜索建议项,例如,当前big bang第八季尚未发布,但其预告片已发布或第八季已确定要发布,获取装置21可以获取分类搜索选项“big bang第八季”,但其下可以不对应任何搜索建议项。或者,获取装置21将“预告片”作为分类搜索选项“big bang第八季”下的搜索建议项。
优选地,一个分类搜索选项下还可以进一步包括次级分类搜索选项,每个次级分类搜索选项对应有一个或多个搜索建议项。
例如,搜索序列“big bang”对应的分类搜索选项“美剧”还可 以进一步细分为次级分类搜索选项第一季、第二季、第三季等,分类搜索选项“韩国乐队”可以包括次级分类搜索选项音乐、视频、新闻等。在每个次级分类搜索选项的邻近区域,如其右侧,可提供有展开/收起功能项,如“+”、“>”,用户选择该功能项后,相应次级分类搜索选项下的一个或多个搜索建议项可以用户设备1上被展开或收起。
综上所述,获取装置21可以根据搜索序列,获取与该搜索序列相对应的扩展搜索标签和/或分类搜索选项。
优选地,获取装置21或网络设备2中的其他装置还可以获得与搜索序列相对应的一个或多个通常的搜索建议序列,并在随后的步骤中将其与按照前述方式获得的扩展搜索项一并提供给用户设备1。例如,当在用户设备1中呈现给用户时,扩展搜索项可以在搜索建议区域的显著位置呈现,如搜索建议列表的上部区域,其他的通常搜索建议可在该搜索建议列表中扩展搜索项的下方区域呈现给用户。
随后,提供装置22将所获得的扩展搜索项提供给用户的用户设备1,相应地,用户设备1的接收装置12接收网络设备2基于用户输入的搜索序列提供的扩展搜索项。随后,用户设备1的呈现装置13向用户呈现扩展搜索项。
之后,当用户选择扩展搜索项时,更具体地,当用户选择扩展搜索标签、或分类搜索选项、或次级分类搜索选项、或分类搜索选项对应的搜索建议项时,网络设备可以根据搜索序列以及用户所选的扩展搜索项来进行搜索,并提供对应的搜索结果页面。
而且,在用户选择扩展搜索项后,网络设备2返回对应的搜索结果页,该搜索结果页中仍可包括搜索框;如果该用户再次激活该搜索框,网络设备2的获取装置21可将用户之前输入的搜索序列及其选择的扩展搜索项作为用户已输入的搜索序列,并再次为用户提供相应的扩展搜索项。例如,当搜索结果页的搜索框中包括用户之前输入的 搜索序列及其选择的扩展搜索项时,用户设备1的发送装置11可将用户之前输入的搜索序列及其选择的扩展搜索项作为用户已输入的搜索序列提交至网络设备2来获得新扩展搜索项。
可替代地,如果用户选择的扩展搜索项指向一特定信息,网络设备2中的一信息获取装置(未示出)可直接向该用户返回该特定信息。其中,特定信息包括但不限于:页面、视频、音频、文档等。
扩展搜索项中可以包括特定信息的标识信息,该标识信息用于指向特定信息,如特定信息的各种名称、网页的URL,视频的播放地址等;当用户选择这样的扩展搜索项时,用户设备1将向网络设备2发送信息获取请求,该信息获取请求中至少包括该特定信息的标识信息;接着,网络设备2的信息获取装置根据该标识信息获取特定信息并将其返回给用户。
扩展搜索项中也可以包括特定信息的指向链接,如网页的URL,视频的播放地址等;当用户选择扩展搜索项时,用户设备1根据该指向链接来获取相应的特定信息。
需要注意的是,本发明可在软件和/或软件与硬件的组合体中被实施,例如,可采用专用集成电路(ASIC)、通用目的计算机或任何其他类似硬件设备来实现。在一个实施例中,本发明的软件程序可以通过处理器执行以实现上文所述步骤或功能。同样地,本发明的软件程序(包括相关的数据结构)可以被存储到计算机可读记录介质中,例如,RAM存储器,磁或光驱动器或软磁盘及类似设备。另外,本发明的一些步骤或功能可采用硬件来实现,例如,作为与处理器配合从而执行各个步骤或功能的电路。
另外,本发明的一部分可被应用为计算机程序产品,例如计算机程序指令,当其被计算机执行时,通过该计算机的操作,可以调用或提供根据本发明的方法和/或技术方案。而调用本发明的方法的程序指令,可能被存储在固定的或可移动的记录介质中,和/或通过广播或其他信号承载媒体中的数据流而被传输,和/或被存储在根据所述程序指 令运行的计算机设备的工作存储器中。在此,根据本发明的一个实施例包括一个装置,该装置包括用于存储计算机程序指令的存储器和用于执行程序指令的处理器,其中,当该计算机程序指令被该处理器执行时,触发该装置运行基于前述根据本发明的多个实施例的方法和/或技术方案。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化涵括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。此外,显然“包括”一词不排除其他单元或步骤,单数不排除复数。系统权利要求中陈述的多个单元或装置也可以由一个单元或装置通过软件或者硬件来实现。第一,第二等词语用来表示名称,而并不表示任何特定的顺序。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种在网络设备中提供扩展搜索项的方法,其中,该方法包括:
    a根据用户在搜索框中已输入的搜索序列,获取与所述搜索序列相对应的扩展搜索项,所述扩展搜索项包括但不限于以下至少任一项:
    -扩展搜索标签,其中,所述扩展搜索标签对应于所述搜索序列的特定属性;
    -分类搜索选项,其中,一个分类搜索选项对应有一个或多个搜索建议项;
    b将所述扩展搜索项提供给所述用户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述扩展搜索标签基于以下步骤获得:
    -确定所述搜索序列的一个或多个特定属性;
    -根据所述特定属性中至少一个,获得相对应的扩展搜索标签。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述分类搜索选项基于以下步骤获得:
    -根据所述搜索序列,查询预设的搜索建议库,以获得与所述搜索序列相对应的一个或多个分类搜索选项,其中至少一个分类搜索选项对应有一个或多个搜索建议项。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:
    -在用户输入搜索序列之前,向用户提供预设的分类搜索选项,其中至少一个预设的分类搜索选项对应有一个或多个搜索建议项。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述扩展搜索项进一步由所述搜索序列所对应的纠错搜索序列确定。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:
    -如果所述用户选择的扩展搜索项指向一特定信息,直接向所述用 户返回所述特定信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:
    -在所述用户选择所述扩展搜索项后,如果所述用户再次激活搜索框,将所述搜索序列与所述扩展搜索项作为所述已输入的搜索序列,重复所述步骤a-b。
  8. 一种在用户设备中呈现扩展搜索项的方法,其中,该方法包括:
    -将用户在搜索框中已输入的搜索序列发送至网络设备;
    -自所述网络设备接收与所述搜索序列相对应的扩展搜索项,其中,所述扩展搜索项包括但不限于以下至少任一项:
    -扩展搜索标签,其中,所述扩展搜索标签对应于所述搜索序列的特定属性;
    -分类搜索选项,其中,一个分类搜索选项对应有一个或多个搜索建议项;
    -向所述用户呈现所述扩展搜索项。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:
    -根据用户输入的搜索序列对搜索框的输入窗口的占用信息,动态调整搜索框的窗口显示属性,以在当前输入窗口始终呈现所述搜索序列的全部字符。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:
    -根据所述用户的下拉操作,从所述网络设备获取更新后的扩展搜索项。
  11. 一种在网络设备中提供扩展搜索项的装置,其中,该装置包括:
    用于根据用户在搜索框中已输入的搜索序列,获取与所述搜索序列相对应的扩展搜索项的装置,所述扩展搜索项包括但不限于以下至少任一项:
    -扩展搜索标签,其中,所述扩展搜索标签对应于所述搜索序列 的特定属性;
    -分类搜索选项,其中,一个分类搜索选项对应有一个或多个搜索建议项;
    用于将所述扩展搜索项提供给所述用户的装置。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述扩展搜索标签基于以下操作获得:
    -确定所述搜索序列的一个或多个特定属性;
    -根据所述特定属性中至少一个,获得相对应的扩展搜索标签。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的装置,其中,所述分类搜索选项基于以下操作获得:
    -根据所述搜索序列,查询预设的搜索建议库,以获得与所述搜索序列相对应的一个或多个分类搜索选项,其中至少一个分类搜索选项对应有一个或多个搜索建议项。
  14. 根据权利要求11至13中任一项所述的装置,其中,该装置还包括:
    用于在用户输入搜索序列之前,向用户提供预设的分类搜索选项的装置,其中至少一个预设的分类搜索选项对应有一个或多个搜索建议项。
  15. 根据权利要求11至14中任一项所述的装置,其中,所述扩展搜索项进一步由所述搜索序列所对应的纠错搜索序列确定。
  16. 根据权利要求11至15中任一项所述的装置,其中,该装置还包括:
    用于如果所述用户选择的扩展搜索项指向一特定信息,直接向所述用户返回所述特定信息的装置。
  17. 根据权利要求11至15中任一项所述的装置,其中,该装置还包括:
    用于在所述用户选择所述扩展搜索项后,如果所述用户再次激活搜索框,将所述搜索序列与所述扩展搜索项作为所述已输入的搜索序列传递至所述用于获取与所述搜索序列相对应的扩展搜索项的装置的装 置。
  18. 一种在用户设备中呈现扩展搜索项的装置,其中,该装置包括:
    用于将用户在搜索框中已输入的搜索序列发送至网络设备的装置;
    用于自所述网络设备接收与所述搜索序列相对应的扩展搜索项的装置,其中,所述扩展搜索项包括但不限于以下至少任一项:
    -扩展搜索标签,其中,所述扩展搜索标签对应于所述搜索序列的特定属性;
    -分类搜索选项,其中,一个分类搜索选项对应有一个或多个搜索建议项;
    用于向所述用户呈现所述扩展搜索项的装置。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其中,该装置还包括:
    用于根据用户输入的搜索序列对搜索框的输入窗口的占用信息,动态调整搜索框的窗口显示属性,以在当前输入窗口始终呈现所述搜索序列的全部字符的装置。
  20. 根据权利要求18或19所述的装置,其中,该装置还包括:
    用于根据所述用户的下拉操作,从所述网络设备获取更新后的扩展搜索项的装置。
  21. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质包括计算机指令,当所述计算机指令被执行时,如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法被执行。
  22. 一种计算机程序产品,当所述计算机程序产品被执行时,如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法被执行。
  23. 一种计算机设备,所述计算机设备包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机指令,所述处理器被配置来通过执行所述计算机指令以执行如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法。
