Description
DESCRIPTION
MODULAR SYSTEM FOR CUTTING EDGES TOOL HOLDER
TECHNICAL FIELD
This invention relates to modular tool holder cutting edge blade system type A, Type B and Type C regarding rendering burrs formed after welding process of PVC profiles modular and easily cleanable with scraping blades used in corner cleaning CNC machines.
PRIOR ART
Considering the prior art, as blades used in cleaning the burrs formed after welding process of the PVC profiles is in a body form of one piece, abrasion in blades during the operations in said applications is inevitable. In this case, the blade in a body form of one piece requires to be changed wholly which turns into a disadvantage increasing the cost.
In the prior art, providing blades in a casing blade of one piece in different dimensions and numbers during the process of different PVC profiles is both costly and causes the process time to increase.
However in the invention, rather than providing blades in a casing blade of one piece in different dimensions and numbers during the process of different PVC profiles, it is enabled to provide only one universal casing and cutting edge in different configurations. Also in this manner there is a rapid and easy shift from one cutting edge to another cutting edge.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The aim of this invention is to enable the blade systems used in the PVC profiles to provide cutting edges solely in different configurations.
Another aim of the invention is to enable that the shift from one cutting edge to another cutting edge is rapid and easy.
Another aim of the invention is the ability to adjust burr scraping with forward- backward movements.
Another aim of the invention is to enable adjustment possibility in different profiles. Another aim of the invention is that surface cleanings of profiles coated with tree and color patterns is realized more safely.
Another aim of the invention is to prevent the coated profiles from getting scratched.

Basically, the invention comprises:
-a tool holder type A (2) having a universal structure,
-a cutting edge type A (3) enabling the cleaning of the burrs formed after welding, -a screw (A) (4) enabling the fixation of the cutting edge to the tool holder type A (3),
-a whole blade type A (1) comprising an adjustment screw (A) (5) enabling the convenience of forward-backward movement,
-a tool holder type B (7) having a universal structure,
-a cutting edge type B (8) enabling the cleaning of the burrs formed after welding, -a screw (B) (9) enabling the fixation of the cutting edge to the tool holder type B (8),
-a tool holder type B (7) comprising a blade connection member (B) (10), -a tool holder type C (12) having a universal structure,
-a cutting edge type C (13) enabling the cleaning of the burrs formed after welding,
-a screw (C) (14) enabling the fixation of the cutting edge to the tool holder type C (13),
-a whole blade type C (1 1) comprising an adjustment screw (C) (15) enabling the convenience of forward-backward movement.
The invention relates to modular tool holder cutting edge blade system type A, Type B and Type C regarding rendering burrs formed after welding process of PVC profiles modular and easily cleanable with scraping blades used in corner cleaning CNC machines.
In the whole blade type A (1), whole blade type B (6) and whole blade type C (1 1) there exist a universal casing and easily changeable cutting edge. Rather than providing a casing blade of single piece in different dimensions and numbers during the process of different PVC profiles, provision of only one universal casing and cutting edge in different configurations is enabled. There is a rapid and
easy shift from one cutting edge to another cutting edge. Moreover, the fact that the connection of the blade is grooved enables adjustment opportunity in different profiles and the surface cleaning of the profiles coated with the angles on the blade (tree patterned, color patterned etc.) is realized more safely, thereby eliminating the scratching of the coated profiles.
In the whole blade type A (1), considering that burr scraping differs in accordance with different profiles, connection hole on the blade is made grooved shaped as slots in order to enable the adjustment so that the adjustment screw (5) on the tool holder type A (2) can be adjusted with forward-backward movement. Cutting surface of the blade is arranged with angle in order that blade will not rub against that areas other than the cleaning surface.
In the whole blade type B (6), the tool holder type B (7) is made of plastic (castamide) material in order to prevent the scratching of the surfaces during burr removal process of the coated profiles (wood patterned, different color patterned etc.).
In the whole blade type C (1 1), considering the diversity while performing the corner cleaning process in outer door profiles, connection hole on the blade is made grooved shaped as slots in order to enable the adjustment so that the adjustment screw (15) on the tool holder type C (12) can be adjusted with forward-backward movement. Cutting surface of the blade is arranged with angle in order that blade will not rub against that areas other than the cleaning surface.
The improvement of a variety of applications of the invention is possible and the invention cannot be limited to the examples disclosed herein, rather it is essentially as defined in the claims.
