本发明公开了一种应用服务的提供方法及装置,该方法包括:解析所述终端接收的消息,确定所述消息中包含的应用服务特征信息;根据所述应用服务特征信息,确定其对应的应用服务;在所述消息的显示界面提供确定的所述应用服务接口,以引导用户进入相应的服务界面。依据本发明实施例能够达到提供相应的应用服务接口以便用户能够直接进行相关操作,节约用户时间精力,以便用户更加高效管理生产生活,提升用户体验的有益效果。本发明还公开了一种终端信息的提示方法和装置及终端。

Description

应用服务以及终端信息的提供方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及互联网应用领域,特别是涉及一种应用服务的提供方法及装置,以及,一种快递状态信息的查询方法及装置。
背景技术
随着通讯技术的飞速发展,人们越来越习惯通过终端接收消息进行交流。终端信息,例如短信、彩信是伴随数字移动通信系统而产生的一种电信业务,通过移动通信系统的信令信道和信令网,传送短信文字或数字短信息,属于一种非实时的、非语音的数据通信业务。
终端信息可以由移动通信终端(例如手机)始发,也可由移动网络运营商的短信平台服务器始发,还可由与移动运营商短信平台互联的网络业务提供商始发。
终端信息的发送和接收是终端开始,最终到终端,中间经过GSM网/CDMA网、短信中心等网络要素;随着终端信息点播及定制业务的出现,终端和互联网站、终端信息增值业务系统可以互相发送终端信息,互联网站和终端信息增值业务系统成为新的网络要素。从实现终端信息业务功能的技术手段而言,通过终端发送和接收点对点消息虽然占据主流地位,但并非唯一形式,固定电话、平板电脑以及其他移动互联网终端正在成为新的工具和载体。
例如,手机短信由于其快捷方便的操作,成为了重要的通讯方式之一。用户日常接收的短信中,部分短信为垃圾短信,还有部分短信能够为用户提供有效信息,用户能够利用这部分有效信息通过各种渠道提高生产生活效率。例如,用户能够在接收到手机话费余额不足的提醒时,及时通过运营商落地网点、网上支付等方式进行话费充值。
起初,手机短信仅仅用于私人交流,而随着社会商业化的迅速发展,短信开始被各类商业机构选择为与客户最直接最及时的沟通方式。随着短信在商业社会表现出来的价值,短信的功能不断增强,这又进一步导致短信成为商家与客户之间不可取代的沟通介质。
当今社会中,几乎每个手机用户都会收到来自商家的短信,有的手机用户甚至超过百分之八十的短信均来自各个商业机构。在这些来自商家的短信中,部分短信为垃圾短信,还有部分短信能够为用户提供有效信息,用户能够利用这部分有效信息通过各种渠道提高生产生活效率。例如,用户能够在接收到手机话费余额不足的提醒时,及时通过运营商落地网点、网上支付等方式进行话费充值。
终端信息可以通过文字传递信息和沟通,具有语音通信不可替代的作用,但是有些终端信息包括用户没有定制过的包含有广告、欺骗、色情、诅咒等违法内容以 及短时间内连续发送同样内容,影响了用户的正常使用、工作和生活。而且传统的终端信息的提示方法在利用声音或者灯光提示后,用户需要进入收件箱查找未读信息并打开阅读,在收件箱存储大量信息时,用户使用十分不便,会出现遗漏重要信息等情况。但是,如上所述,现有技术中,短信等终端接收到的消息仅能够对用户进行提醒或者通知,无法在提醒或者通知用户之后,提供相应渠道以便用户根据短信等消息中的提醒或者通知直接进行相关操作,导致用户获知短信等消息中的提醒或者通知之后浪费大量时间及精力进行相关操作,降低用户体验。
例如,现有技术中,当用户接收到内容为“明晚在香山酒店聚餐,晚上七点半开始,请准时参加。”的短信时,能够获知需要参加聚餐的时间,但短信仅能够通知用户,无法避免用户由于工作忙碌等原因忘记聚餐。
再例如,当用户接收的短信内容中含有用户不熟悉或者不知道的地址信息时,用户需要记住短信内容中的地址信息,再通过询问或者通过终端搜索查询等方式了解地址信息以及如何达到地址信息展示的位置。
另一方面,例如,当用户接收的短信内容中含有快递单号时,用户需要通过登录到快递公司的网站或者购物网站或者其他搜索页面,并手动将快递单号输入查询框等一系列复杂繁琐的操作才能够查找到快递的物流信息。
现有技术中,当终端接收到的短信等消息中包含地址信息时,该消息仅能够对用户进行提醒或者通知,无法提供相应渠道以便用户及时高效地对消息中的特定信息(例如地址信息和/或如何到达地址信息展示的位置、快递的物流状态和/或快递的到达时间等信息)进行了解或者掌握,导致用户获知短信等消息中的地址信息之后,通过复杂的操作步骤了解或者掌握地址信息和/或如何到达地址信息展示的位置,或者,快递的物流状态和/或快递的到达时间等信息浪费用户大量时间及精力,降低用户体验。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,提出了本发明以便提供一种克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决或者减缓上述问题的一种应用服务的提供方法及装置,以及,一种快递状态信息的查询方法及装置。
基于本发明的一个方面,本发明提供了一种应用服务的提供方法,应用于能够接收消息的终端,包括:解析所述终端接收的消息,确定所述消息中包含的应用服务特征信息;根据所述应用服务特征信息,确定其对应的应用服务;在所述消息的显示界面提供确定的所述应用服务接口,以引导用户进入相应的服务界面。
本发明还提供了一种应用服务的提供装置,应用于能够接收消息的终端,包括:解析模块,适于解析所述终端接收的消息,确定所述消息中包含的应用服务特征信息;确定模块,适于根据所述应用服务特征信息,确定其对应的应用服务;接口提供模块,适于在所述消息的显示界面提供确定的所述应用服务接口,以引导用户进 入相应的服务界面。
依据本发明实施例提供的应用服务的提供方法,能够解析终端接收的消息,确定消息的来源,并根据来源筛选出与应用服务相关的服务消息。并且,在筛选出服务消息之后,本发明实施例对服务消息的消息内容进行进一步解析,并在确定需要为用户提供对应的应用服务时,在服务消息的消息界面中提供应用服务接口,以引导用户进入相应的服务界面。现有技术中终端接收的消息仅能够对用户进行提醒或者通知,因此,现有技术中用户若需要启动相应应用服务,需要重新打开或登录或查找所需的应用服务,进而使用相应服务造成时间浪费。而本发明实施例能够主动在服务消息的消息界面中即为用户提供所需服务的应用服务接口,用户可以通过点击等触发该应用服务接口的操作直接进入相应的服务界面,从而节省了大量时间。并且,采用本发明实施例能够便于用户更加高效管理生产生活,提升用户感受体验。
基于本发明的另一个方面,本发明还提供了一种终端信息的提示方法。该提示方法包括:接收终端信息;判断终端信息是否属于预设信息类型;若是,按照与预设信息类型匹配的模板对终端信息的内容进行编辑;在终端的屏幕上显示编辑后的终端信息。
本发明还提供了一种终端信息的提示装置。该提示装置包括:接收模块,配置为接收终端信息;判断模块,配置为判断终端信息是否属于预设信息类型;编辑模块,配置为在判断模块的判断结果为是的情况下,按照与预设信息类型匹配的模板对终端信息的内容进行编辑;显示模块,配置为在终端的屏幕上显示编辑后的终端信息。
本发明还提供了一种终端,该终端包括以上介绍的任一种终端信息的提示装置。
本发明一个进一步的目的是要使得将终端短信以更适合用户使用的方式进行提示,提高用户的使用方便性。本发明另一个进一步的目的是要对终端短信进行筛选,提高安全性。
本发明的终端信息的提示方法与装置由于对预设信息类型的信息按照模板进行了编辑,然后以编辑后的信息在终端屏幕上进行显示,由于预设的模板按照短信的类型进行了简化的设计,提示界面更加精炼,用户可以在无需打开收件箱的情况下直观地得到信息包含的内容。
进一步地,本发明在判断终端信息内容时,对信息内容和信息发送号码进行了判断,从而可以过滤垃圾短信,提高了用户的安全性,消除了例如伪基站等对移动终端的安全影响。
根据本发明的又一个方面,提供了一种计算机程序,其包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在计算设备上运行时,导致所述计算设备执行任一个所述的应用服务的提供方法,和/或,任一个所述的终端信息的提示方法。
根据本发明的再一个方面,提供了一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了上述计算机程序。

下面结合附图和具体的实施方式对本发明作进一步的描述。
相关技术中提及,短信等终端接收到的消息仅能够对用户进行提醒或者通知,无法在提醒或者通知用户之后,提供相应渠道以便用户根据短信等消息中的提醒或者通知直接进行相关操作,导致用户获知短信等消息中的提醒或者通知之后浪费大量时间及精力进行相关操作,降低用户体验。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种由消息来源确定的应用服务的提供方法,应用于能够接收消息的终端。图1示出了根据本发明一个实施例的由消息来源确定的应用服务的提供方法的处理流程图。参见图1,该流程至少包括步骤 S102至步骤S108。
步骤S102、解析终端接收的消息,确定消息的来源。
步骤S104、根据来源筛选出与应用服务相关的服务消息。
步骤S106、对服务消息的消息内容进行进一步解析。
步骤S108、确定需要为用户提供对应的应用服务时,在服务消息的消息界面中提供应用服务接口,以引导用户进入相应的服务界面。
依据本发明实施例提供的应用服务的提供方法,能够解析终端接收的消息,确定消息的来源,并根据来源筛选出与应用服务相关的服务消息。并且,在筛选出服务消息之后,本发明实施例对服务消息的消息内容进行进一步解析,并在确定需要为用户提供对应的应用服务时,在服务消息的消息界面中提供应用服务接口,以引导用户进入相应的服务界面。现有技术中终端接收的消息仅能够对用户进行提醒或者通知,因此,现有技术中用户若需要启动相应应用服务,需要重新打开或登录或查找所需的应用服务,进而使用相应服务造成时间浪费。而本发明实施例能够主动在服务消息的消息界面中即为用户提供所需服务的应用服务接口,用户可以通过点击等触发该应用服务接口的操作直接进入相应的服务界面,从而节省了大量时间。并且,采用本发明实施例能够便于用户更加高效管理生产生活,提升用户感受体验。
上文提及,本发明实施例中,能够根据确定的消息的来源筛选出与应用服务相关的服务消息(即步骤S104)。具体地,在根据来源筛选出与应用服务相关的服务消息时,首先在预设的号码库中匹配接收到的消息的来源,得到匹配结果。其次,根据匹配结果,本发明实施例确定消息是否为与应用服务相关的服务消息。本发明实施例中,在预设的号码库中匹配接收到的消息的来源,得到的匹配结果可以为多种,例如,匹配得到该消息为恶意消息,或者,匹配得到该消息为服务消息,再或者,匹配得到该消息为用户与非商业用户之间的交流信息。现对几种匹配结果进行举例说明。具体地,匹配到该消息的发送方为已被其他人标记为欺诈号码、骚扰号码等,则可以确定该消息为恶意消息。另外,本发明实施例还可以在终端接收到消息时,对消息进行安全性验证。例如,验证消息是否为通过伪基站发送的恶意消息。若判断该消息为通过伪基站发送的恶意消息,则直接对该消息执行拦截操作,并提示用户接收到的消息为通过伪基站发送的欺诈信息和/或骚扰信息。若接收到该消息时,并未判断出该消息为恶意消息,则继续执行在预设号码库中匹配消息来源的操作。
除上文提及的匹配到消息为恶意消息外,本发明实施例中,若匹配到该消息的发送方为商业用户,则可以确定该消息为服务消息,具体地,例如消息发送方为10086(中国移动官方号码)或10010(中国联通官方号码),该消息就可能是对手机话费进行充值的服务消息。另外,除商业用户外,还存在非商业用户,如用户与朋友、家人、同事、企业组之间的私人短信交流等等。
根据匹配结果的不同,本发明实施例能够确定消息是否为与应用服务相关的服 务消息,进而能够采取不同的处理操作。例如,当确定消息为恶意消息时,本发明实施例能够对恶意消息进行拦截,并提示用户对该恶意消息内容的查看存在安全威胁。再例如,当确定消息为用户与非商业用户间的交流信息时,本发明实施例能够放行消息不作任何处理。而当确定消息为与应用服务相关的服务消息时,如图1所示的步骤S106,对服务消息的消息内容进行进一步解析,并在确定需要为用户提供对应的应用服务时,在服务消息的消息界面中提供应用服务接口。
本发明实施例中,能够在服务消息的消息界面的任一位置增加应用服务接口,并且优选地,本发明实施例能够将应用服务接口设计为功能按钮的形式,以便用户了解接口的功能,并通过点击设计为功能按钮的接口进入应用服务的服务界面。考虑到用户通常是浏览完消息后才确定是否使用应用服务,因此,优选的,可以将应用服务接口设置在消息末端。后文的图3至图7均在消息末端提供应用服务接口。当然,图3至图7中的应用服务接口形式仅仅是一个例举,在具体应用中,可以根据用户意愿选择应用服务接口的形式,如圆形、筒形、平面、立体、不同颜色、不同背景等多种形式。
当在应用服务接口处接收到用户输入的点击指令,终端的屏幕显示能够从消息界面跳转至应用服务的服务界面。在终端的屏幕上对应用服务的服务界面进行显示,以供用户进行服务项选择。本发明实施例中,服务消息对应的应用服务可以是手机话费充值、流量购买、信用卡还款、时间提醒、快递查询、地图显示等任意能够通过终端进行操作的应用服务,本发明实施例对此并不加以限定。另外,当终端为手机时,为保证能够对任意接收的消息进行解析,并根据解析内容提供对应的应用服务,本发明实施例中终端接收的消息可以是短信,还可以是彩信。本发明实施例中,能够接收消息的终端可以是上文提及的手机,还可以是台式机电脑、笔记本电脑以及平板电脑等任意终端,本发明实施例对此并不加以限定。并且,终端接收到的消息的类型与终端类型相匹配,根据终端类型的不同,终端接收的消息可以是邮件、即时消息、彩信以及短信等任意与终端匹配的消息类型。
为将上文各实施例提供的应用服务的提供方法阐述得更加清楚明白,现以具体的优选实施例(实施例一、二)对本发明实施例提供的应用服务的提供方法进行介绍。
实施例一
为将本优选实施例阐述得更加简洁,本优选实施例中,设置能够接收消息的终端为手机,设置手机接收的消息为短信。
图2示出了根据本发明一个优选实施例的应用服务的提供方法的处理流程图。参见图2,该流程至少包括步骤S202至步骤S222。
步骤S202、接收短信。
步骤S204、判断步骤S202中接收到的短信是否为恶意短信。当判断结果为是,执行步骤S206,当判断结果为否,执行步骤S208。
具体地,在步骤S204中,通过判断接收到的短信是否为不法分子通过伪基站发送的诈骗短信和/或是否为已被标记为欺诈号码、骚扰号码等的发送方发送的诈骗短信、广告推销短信等来确定该短信是否为恶意短信。
步骤S206、当根据步骤S204确定接收到的短信为恶意短信时,拦截短信,并提示用户对该恶意短信的查看存在安全性威胁,如本例中当判断接收到的短信为通过伪基站发送的诈骗短信,则如步骤S206所示,拦截该短信,并提示用户该短信为通过伪基站发送的诈骗短信。
步骤S208、确定接收到的短信是否为服务短信。
具体地,在执行步骤S208之前,本优选实施例建立短信号码参数库,关键词参数库,并定义短信号码参数库、关键词参数库以及短信服务按钮之间的映射关系,以及各类服务按钮指向的规则。当根据步骤S204,确定接收到的短信非通过伪基站发送的恶意短信之后,对接收到的短信进行解析,确定短信的来源,并在建立的短信号码参数库中对短信的来源进行匹配。若在短信号码参数库中未匹配到短信的来源,执行步骤S210。若在短信号码参数库中匹配到短信的来源,则执行步骤S212。
优选地,本发明实施例在建立的短信号码参数库中还可以存在恶意短信号码参数。如,根据匹配到的短信号码参数,该短信号码被800人标记为诈骗短信发送方,则本优选实施例能够在短信界面提示用户当前短信的发送方被800人标记为诈骗短信发送方,避免用户上当受骗导致的财政损失和/或个人信息的泄漏。此处的800仅仅用于举例示意人数,不对具体人数造成限定。图2所示的优选实施例中,为强调对服务短信的匹配,并未示意当匹配到短信来源为恶意短信的情况。
步骤S210、放行短信,流程结束。
当在步骤S208中未匹配到短信来源,默认该短信为用户与非商业用户(如家人或者朋友)间的交流短信,则对短信执行放行操作,以便用户与短信发送方进行交流沟通。
步骤S212、标记为服务短信。
当在步骤S208中匹配到短信来源时,将短信标记为服务短信。
步骤S214、读取服务短信内容。
当在短信号码参数库中匹配到短信来源,并将短信标记为服务短信之后,读取短信的内容,并对该短信的内容进行进一步解析。
步骤S216、判断短信内容中是否存在有效关键词。若存在,执行步骤S218,若不存在,则继续执行步骤S210。
此处的有效关键词是指能够有效引起用户操作、引导用户启用相关应用服务的关键词。此处的相关应用服务包括手机话费充值、流量购买、信用卡还款、时间提醒、快递查询等多种业务。
根据步骤S214中对短信的内容的读取以及解析操作,判断短信内容中是否存在有效关键词。例如,短信内容为“小明,明晚吃饭的地点为云竹路23号的紫檀大酒 店”,则判断短信内容中存在有效关键词“地点”。
再例如,短信内容为“尊敬的客户:您好!您的账户当前的可用余额为10.05元,专用余额为0.0元,待返还余额为0.0元。中国移动”则判断短信内容中存在有效关键词“账户”、“余额”以及“中国移动”。再例如,短信内容为“清明节到了,让我们满怀无尽的思念,勿忘英烈的壮举”,则判断短信内容中不存在有效关键词。
步骤S218、判断短信是否处于有效期内。若是,执行步骤S220,若否,执行步骤S210。
此处的有效期是指短信本身的有效期,若短信已存在超过一定的时限,则该短信中的信息很可能已经失效,对用户不具备任何意义。例如,信用卡还款短信超过两个月,则已经超过信用卡还款的最长期限(56天)。
考虑到各项应用服务的有效期,短信有效期可以初步设置为60天。也可以根据用户的意愿更改短信有效期为其他天数。
步骤S220、根据关键词匹配结果显示相应功能按钮。
经过步骤S216以及步骤S218对短信的判断过之后,若判断结果均为是,在关键词参数库中对步骤S216中查找到的有效关键词进行匹配,并根据匹配结果在短信界面显示相应的功能按钮。如,短信内容为“尊敬的客户,您尾号为XXXX的信用卡本期人民币全部应还款额1234.5元,还需存入123元,到期还款日为07月21日”,则判断短信内容中存在有效关键词“信用卡”、“还需存入”,根据对有效关键词的匹配,在短信界面显示“信用卡还款”的功能按钮。
再例如,短信内容为“尊敬的客户:您好!您的账户当前的可用余额为10.05元,专用余额为0.0元,待返还余额为0.0元。中国移动”则判断短信内容中存在有效关键词“账户”、“余额”以及“中国移动”,根据对有效关键词的匹配,在短信界面显示“话费充值”的功能按钮。
步骤S222、用户点击功能按钮,调起对应的应用服务,流程结束。
根据步骤S220,本优选实施例在短信界面显示相应的功能按钮,当在该功能按钮处接收到用户输入的点击指令,则调起对应的应用服务,显示应用服务的服务界面,以供用户进行服务项选择。例如,当用户点击步骤S220中提及的“话费充值”按钮,则调起话费充值页面,用户通过在话费充值页面输入身份验证信息以及手机号码等信息能够进行话费充值操作,避免用户接收到余额不足短信时浪费时间和/或精力到运营商营业厅或者网上支付系统进行话费充值操作,提升用户体验。
需要说明的是,本优选实施例中采用的有效关键词、短信内容以及点击功能按钮之后的操作均仅为示例,实际操作中根据服务消息种类的不同和/或关键词参数库的更新等变化,上述信息均可能不同,本发明实施例对此并不加以限定。
实施例二
为将上文各实施例提供的应用服务的提供方法阐述得更加清楚明白,现提供图 3至图7所示的优选实施例对本发明实施例提供的应用服务的提供方法进行介绍。
参见图3,当接收到短信时,确定短信的来源为中国联通的客户服务号码,如图3所示的第一条短信中不存在有效关键词,则直接放行该短信,并不显示功能按钮,而如图3所示的第二条短信中,存在有效关键词“直充话费”,则在短信界面提供“话费充值”按钮。当用户点击“话费充值”按钮,则引导用户进入话费充值的服务界面,以供用户进行话费充值操作。
如图4所示,当确定短信的来源为中国移动的客户服务号码时,在如图4所示的第一条短信中存在有效关键词“余额”以及“欠费金额”,提供“话费充值”按钮,而如图4所示的第二条短信中存在有效关键词“流量已使用”以及“剩余流量”,则本优选实施例提供“流量购买”按钮。当用户点击“流量购买”按钮,则调用并显示流量购买的服务界面,以供用户选择流量套餐等服务项并进行流量购买操作。
如图5示出了根据本发明一个优选实施例的提供信用卡还款按钮的界面示意图。参见图5,确定短信来源为广发银行信用卡专线之后,若短信中存在有效关键词“信用卡”以及“还款”,则提供“信用卡还款”按钮。当用户点击该按钮时,调用并显示信用卡还款的服务界面,以供用户进行安全高效的信用卡还款操作。
本优选实施例中,当接收到如图6所示的、来源为铁路客户服务号码或者航空公司客户服务号码的短信时,提供“时间提醒”按钮。当用户点击该按钮,则调用时间提醒服务,设置闹钟等时间提醒功能,在用户的飞机起飞之前或者用户搭乘的或者开动之前的预定时间内(如提前一天)提醒用户,避免用户错过飞机或者火车。
另外,本发明实施例中还可以对团购时间,和/或与好友或同事或家人约定的聚会或出行的时间进行提醒。例如,接收到团购短信,其内容为“您团购的一份单人精品商务套餐密码为22XXXXXX90,请于12月23日之前到店消费”,则在该短信的显示界面下方提供“时间提醒”按钮。当用户点击该按钮,则调用时间提醒服务,设置闹钟等时间提醒功能,在12月23日之前预定天数(如3天)内,即12月20日开始,每天提醒用户该团购即将过期,直至接收到短信,获知该团购券已被使用,避免用户由于忘记团购的时间期限错过消费团购券的时间。
再例如,接收到短信内容为“小红,我们这个月的聚餐时间定在下周六,也就是5月10日,请准时参加哟”,则在该短信的显示界面下方提供“时间提醒”按钮。当用户点击该按钮,则调用时间提醒服务,设置闹钟等时间提醒功能,提前一天(即5月9日)提醒用户第二天需要参加聚餐,方便用户合理安排时间,避免用户错过与好友或同事或家人约定的聚会或出行的时间。
图7示出了根据本发明一个优选实施例的提供“快递查询”按钮的短信界面示意图。如图7所示,当短信中存在关键词“快递单号”时,提供“快递查询”按钮。当用户点击该“快递查询”按钮时,本优选实施例能够调用浏览器等应用,并根据短信中的快递单号以及物流公司名称(如图7所示的“顺丰”)等信息获取快递的物流信息和/或送货员信息,以便用户及时了解快递的信息,安全取快递的时间等。
本发明实施例根据建立的短信号码参数库、关键词参数库,以及短信号码参数库、关键词参数库与功能按钮之间的映射关系,确定短信来源,并提供相应的功能按钮以引导用户进入相应的服务界面。在用户收到有效通知短信时,本优选实施例能够提供直接便捷的渠道实现对短信中通知事项的操作。因此,本优选实施例为用户提供了便利,减少用户手机话费充值、信用卡还款等操作的步骤,并构建便捷、独立、智能、保险、主动的安全短信服务功能,为用户的移动支付提供全新的方式,更加方便用户的移动智能生活。
基于上文各优选实施例提供的应用服务的提供方法,基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例提供了一种由消息来源确定的应用服务的提供装置,应用于能够接收消息的终端,以实现应用服务的提供方法。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例还提供了一种时间类消息的提醒方法。图9示出了根据本发明一个实施例的时间类消息的提醒方法的处理流程图。参见图9,该流程至少包括步骤S902至步骤S904。
步骤S902、当接收到携带有时间信息的消息时,解析获取时间信息,以及与时 间信息匹配的关键词。
步骤S904、在消息的显示界面提供时间信息提醒接口,以引导用户触发将时间信息与关键词导入时间提醒类应用的操作。
依据本发明实施例提供的时间类消息的提醒方法,能够在接收到携带有时间信息的消息时,解析获取时间信息,以及与时间信息匹配的关键词,并在消息的显示界面提供时间信息提醒接口,以引导用户触发将时间信息与关键词导入时间提醒类应用的操作。现有技术中终端接收的消息仅能够对用户进行通知,因此,现有技术中用户若需要根据接收到的消息中的时间信息设置提醒,需要重新打开或者登陆或者查找所需的时间提醒类应用,进而根据消息中的时间信息设置时间提醒,操作步骤繁琐复杂。并且,有时消息中的时间信息比较复杂(如时间信息为“公元二零一三年五月十五日星期四下午两点二十三分”),则用户需要多次返回消息的显示界面对时间信息进行查看才能够将时间信息准确填入时间提醒类应用,以进行时间提醒的设置,以上多步骤的操作均造成用户时间以及精力的大量浪费。而本发明实施例能够主动在消息的显示界面中为用户提供时间信息提醒接口,用户可以通过点击等触发该时间信息提醒接口的操作直接进入时间提醒类应用的界面,从而节省大量时间。并且,采用本发明实施例能够便于用户更加高效管理生产生活,提升用户感受体验。
上文提及,在解析获取到时间信息以及与时间信息匹配的关键词之后,本发明实施例在消息的显示界面提供时间信息提醒接口。而实际操作中,解析获取的时间信息可能为已过期的时间信息(如接收到消息时的时间为2014年5月7日,而消息中的时间信息为2013年4月2日)。当时间信息为已过期的时间信息时,若仍旧在消息的显示界面提供时间信息提醒接口,并引导用户触发将时间信息与关键词导入时间提醒类应用,则时间已过期,向用户提醒已过期的时间信息没有意义,并且时间提醒类应用并不支持对已过期时间的提醒,因此,优选地,本发明实施例在解析获取时间信息之后,确定时间信息为未到达的时间信息。需要说明的是,本发明实施例中,在接收到消息的时间之前的时间均为已过期的时间信息。
在解析获取时间信息,并确定时间信息为未到达的时间信息时,具体地,本发明实施例解析接收到的消息,并将消息的内容与预设的时间格式进行匹配。匹配成功的内容即为时间信息,进而获取该时间信息。获取到时间信息之后,将获取到的时间信息与当前时间进行比较,若获取到的时间信息晚于当前时间,则能够确定时间信息为未到达的时间信息。本发明实施例中,预设的时间格式可以是年、月、日以不同顺序以及不同间隔符结合生成的任意时间格式与不同小时制时间的任意组合。例如,本发明实施例中预设的时间格式可以是:
年-月-日-小时(24小时制)-分钟,如2014-5-7-16-01;
年/月/日小时(24小时制):分钟,如2014/5/7 16:01;
日-月-年小时(24小时制):分钟,如7-5-2014 16:01;
月-日-年小时(24小时制):分钟,如5-7-2014 16:01;

其中,“a.m.”以及“p.m.”分别表示“上午”以及“下午”,用以区分十二小时制时间显示中的上下午时间。
当根据上文介绍的预设的时间格式匹配到时间信息,并确定时间信息为未到达的时间信息之后,在消息的显示界面提供时间信息提醒接口(即如图9所示的步骤S904)。当在时间信息提醒接口处接收到来自用户的触发指令时,调起时间提醒类应用,并将时间信息以及获取到的关键词导入时间提醒类应用,以根据时间信息对关键词对应的事项进行提醒。具体地,在将时间信息与关键词导入时间提醒类应用时,确定调起的时间提醒类应用能够识别的预定格式,并将时间信息与关键词根据预定格式封装成数据包。之后,将封装得到的数据包导入时间提醒类应用。另外,本发明实施例中,根据调起的时间提醒类应用确定的预定格式包括与获取的关键词相关的信息。例如,预定格式包括的信息可以是带关键词的主题,和/或关键词对应的事项的起始时间和/或结束时间,和/或关键词对应的事项内容信息。
将获取的时间信息以及关键词导入时间提醒类应用之后,本发明实施例能够预先设置提前提醒的时间。例如,获取的时间信息为“2014年5月30日20点49分”,并且获取的关键词为“火车票”时,设置提前提醒时间为24小时,则在时间信息的前24个小时时提醒用户已购得24小时之后发车的火车票,即在2014年5月29日20点49分时提醒用户。再例如,获取的时间信息为“2014年5月10日”以及“2014年12月21日”,获取的关键词为“团购券”,设置提前提醒时间为一个星期,则在2014年12月21日的前一个星期时提醒用户团购券还有一个星期到期。
另外,当根据获取的时间信息确定时间信息为一个时间段(如3天或者2个星期或者3个月)时,本发明实施例还能够设置多个提前提醒的时间。例如,上例中获取的时间信息为“2014年5月10日”以及“2014年12月21日”,获取的关键词为“团购券”,则本发明实施例可以设置在5月至12月的每一个月的最第二个星期五均提醒用户团购券的过期时间,直至接收到消息用户的团购券已被消费,以便用户在有效期内选择适合的时间对关键词对应的事项进行及时处理。
本发明实施例中,获取的与时间信息匹配的关键词可以是任意能够表示需要设置时间提醒的事项的词,例如:火车票、飞机票、团购券、聚会、信用卡还款、话费充值、房贷还款、账户到期续费。相应的,本发明实施例中,能够在包含上述关键词的消息的显示界面提供时间信息提醒接口,以引导用户触发接口,进而对关键词对应的票务信息,团购消费,聚会信息,信用卡还款、话费充值、房贷还款等的时限等事项进行时间提醒,以提高用户生产生活的效率,帮助用户合理规划或者分配处理事务的时间。
本发明实施例中,能够在消息的显示界面的任一位置增加时间信息提醒接口, 并且优选地,本发明实施例能够将时间信息提醒接口设计为功能按钮的形式,以便用户了解接口的功能,并通过点击设计为功能按钮的接口进入时间信息提醒应用的服务界面。考虑到用户通常是浏览完消息后才确定是否使用时间信息提醒应用,因此,优选的,可以将时间信息提醒接口设置在消息末端。后文的图11在消息末端提供时间信息提醒接口。当然,图11的时间信息提醒接口形式仅仅是一个例举,在具体应用中,可以根据用户意愿选择时间信息提醒接口的形式,如圆形、筒形、平面、立体、不同颜色、不同背景等多种形式。
当终端为手机时,为保证能够对任意接收的消息进行解析,并根据获取的时间信息以及关键词调用时间信息提醒应用,本发明实施例中终端接收的消息可以是短信,还可以是彩信。本发明实施例中,能够接收消息的终端可以是上文提及的手机,还可以是台式机电脑、笔记本电脑以及平板电脑等任意终端,本发明实施例对此并不加以限定。并且,终端接收到的消息的类型与终端类型相匹配,根据终端类型的不同,终端接收的消息可以是邮件、即时消息、彩信以及短信等任意与终端匹配的消息类型。
为将本实施例提供的时间类消息的提醒方法阐述得更加清楚明白,现以一个优选实施例对本发明实施例提供的时间类消息的提醒方法进行介绍。需要说明的是,本例中,为介绍简洁,设置接收消息的终端为手机,接收的消息为短信。
图10示出了根据本发明一个优选实施例的时间类消息的提醒方法的处理流程图。参见图10,该流程至少包括步骤S1002至步骤S1018。
步骤S1002、接收短信。
步骤S1004、判断接收到的短信是否为恶意短信。当判断结果为是,执行步骤S1006,当判断结果为否,执行步骤S1008。
具体地,在步骤S1004中,通过判断接收到的短信是否为不法分子通过伪基站发送的诈骗短信和/或是否为已被标记为欺诈号码、骚扰号码等的发送方发送的诈骗短信、广告推销短信等来确定该短信是否为恶意短信。
步骤S1006、当确定短信为恶意短信时,拦截短信,流程结束。
具体地,当根据步骤S1004确定接收到的短信为恶意短信时,拦截短信,并提示用户对该恶意短信的查看存在安全性威胁,如本例中当判断接收到的短信为通过伪基站发送的诈骗短信,则如步骤S1006所示,拦截该短信,并提示用户该短信为通过伪基站发送的诈骗短信。
步骤S1008、当确定短信非恶意短信时,解析短信,获取时间信息以及关键词。
具体地,解析接收到的短信,并将短信的内容与预设的时间格式进行匹配,匹配成功即为时间信息,则获取匹配成功的时间信息。例如,接收到的短信内容为“2014年5月7日晚9点在香山九点聚餐,请准时参见”,解析该短信,获取到能够与预设的时间格式“年-月-日-小时”匹配的时间信息“2014年5月7日晚9点”,并获取关键词“聚餐”。
此处,本发明的方法也可以对于一些表示时间的词语进行解析,例如“明天”、“后天”、“周三”、“下午”等等,并且参照信息的发送时间来确定该表示时间的词语所对应的具体日期和时间段。步骤S1010、确定获取到的时间信息为未到达的时间信息。若是,则继续执行步骤S1012,若否,则流程结束。
若获取到的时间信息非未到达的时间信息,则在消息的显示界面提供时间信息提醒接口,以引导用户触发接口设置对应事项的时间提醒是无意义的,因此,在获取到时间信息之后,确定时间信息为未到达时间信息。
步骤S1012、提供时间信息提醒接口。
当步骤S1010中确定获取的时间信息为未到达的时间信息,则在短信的显示界面提供时间信息提醒接口,以引导用户触发将时间信息与关键词导入时间提醒类应用的操作。图11示出了根据本发明一个优选实施例的在短信的显示界面提供时间信息提醒接口的界面示意图。其中,图11所示的时间信息提醒接口设置为功能按钮的形式(参见图11中标注“时间提醒”的黑框)。
步骤S1014、用户触发时间信息提醒接口。
参见图11,当接收到短信,并确定短信非恶意短信之后,解析获取时间信息为“05月06日”以及“13:47”,并获取到关键词“车票”,则在短信的显示界面提供时间信息提醒接口,如图11所示的标注“时间提醒”的黑框。若用户需要对该火车票的时间信息设置提醒,则触发时间信息提醒接口。
步骤S1016、在时间信息提醒接口处接收到来自用户的触发指令时,调起时间提醒类应用,并将时间信息与关键词导入时间提醒类应用。
例如,当图11所示的时间信息提醒接口处接收到用户的触发指令,则调用时间提醒类应用,并将时间信息以及关键词导入时间提醒类应用,避免用户错过火车。
步骤S1018、设置提前提醒时间。
将时间信息以及关键词导入时间提醒类应用之后,设置提取提醒时间。例如,当对火车票对应的乘车时间进行提醒时,可以设置提前24小时提醒用户,以便用户合理分配工作生活时间,避免用户错过火车。
设置提前提醒时间这一步骤也是可选的,用户可以在之前设置一个默认的时间提前值,也可以针对不同的关键词设置不同的默认时间提前值。例如火车票的时间提前值为3小时,而团购的时间提前值为3天等等。

相关技术中提及,当终端接收到的短信等消息中包含地址信息时,该消息仅能 够对用户进行提醒或者通知,无法提供相应渠道以便用户及时高效地对消息中的地址信息和/或如何到达地址信息展示的位置进行了解或者掌握。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种地址信息的显示方法,应用于能够接收消息的终端。图14示出了根据本发明一个实施例的地址信息的显示方法的处理流程图。参见图14,该流程至少包括步骤S1402至步骤S1404。
步骤S1402、当终端接收到携带有地址信息的消息时,解析获取地址信息。
步骤S1404、在消息的显示界面提供地图查看接口,以引导用户进入利用地图模式显示地址信息的应用。
依据本发明实施例提供的地址信息的显示方法,能够在终端接收到携带有地址信息的消息时,解析获取消息中的地址信息,并在消息的显示界面提供地图查看接口,以引导用户进入利用地图模式显示地址信息的应用。现有技术中终端接收的含有地址信息的消息仅能够对用户进行通知用户,因此,现有技术中若用户对地址信息不清楚或者不知道或者不了解,则用户重新打开或登陆或查找所需的应用,进而由查找到的应用利用地图模式显示地址信息,造成用户时间及经历的大量浪费。而本发明实施例能够主动在消息的显示界面中即为用户提供地图查看接口,用户可以通过点击等触发该地图查看接口的操作直接进入利用地图模式显示地址信息的应用,从而简化进入利用地图模式显示地址信息的应用的操作步骤,节省了大量时间及精力,提升用户体验。
根据如图14所示的处理流程图,在对接收到的消息进行解析获取到地址信息之后,本发明实施例在消息的显示界面提供地图查看接口。当在提供的地图查看接口处接收到来自用户的触发指令时,调用应用利用地图模式对地址信息进行显示。例如,用户的手机接收到短信,该短信的内容为“明晚在香山大酒店吃饭,地址是海淀区大望路66号”对该短信进行解析获取到地址信息为“海淀区大望路66号”,则在短信的显示界面提供地图查看接口,提示用户触发该接口之后,能够利用地图模式对该地址信息进行查看。当在地图查看接口处接收到用户的触发指令时,调用手机中的应用利用地图模式对地址信息进行显示。
本发明实施例中,当接收到用户的触发指令,可以仅调用应用,并由用户在调用的应用界面输入地址信息,进而利用地图模式对地址信息进行查看。为更加合理地节省用户时间,更加高效地提供地址信息显示服务,优选地,本发明实施例调用应用之后,通过地图查看接口,将地址信息导入调用的应用,直接由调用的应用利用地图模式显示地址信息,避免调用应用之后,由用户手动输入地址信息导致用户时间被浪费的问题。另外,接收到用户的触发指令之后,若仅调用应用,并且地址信息较长(如地址信息为海南省海口市西城区羊角路36号新街小区2单元),用户可能无法一次性记住地址信息,则用户需要返回消息的显示界面重新查看地址信息,并输入调用的应用,造成用户利用地图模式对地址信息进行查看步骤的繁琐与不易执行。而本发明实施例中,能够将地址信息导入调用的应用,由调用的应用直接利 用地图模式显示地址信息。即,本发明实施例中,当用户触发地图查看接口,则直接显示调用的应用利用地图模式显示的地址信息,操作步骤简单易行,提高用户体验。
上文提及,当在地图查看接口处接收到来自用户的触发指令时,本发明实施例调用应用利用地图模式对地址信息进行显示。当接收消息的终端中存在超过一个能够利用地图模式对地址信息进行显示的应用时,根据预设规则在终端中所有能够利用地图模式对地址信息进行显示的应用中选择一个,并调用选择的应用利用地图模式对地址信息进行显示。在对多个应用中进行选择时利用的预设规则可以是任意预先设定的能够对应用进行有效筛选的规则。例如,预设规则可以是根据应用的历史使用情况选择最近一次使用的应用。使用该预设规则对应用进行选择能够选择出用户近期更倾向于选择的应用。另外,选择历史使用情况中用户最近一次使用的应用进行调用时,可能用户终端的后台该应用并未关闭,则本发明实施例能够直接调用该应用,节省启动应用的时间。例如,用户刚刚使用高德地图对居住地附近的超市位置进行查看,还未退出高德地图应用时,接收到含有地址信息的消息,并触发消息界面的地图查看接口,则本发明实施例根据历史使用情况中用户最近一次使用的应用调用高德地图对地址信息进行显示,节省应用的启动时间。需要说明的是,本发明实施例中提及的高德地图,以及下文将要提到的百度地图、搜狗地图,以及上述三种应用的属性仅用作示例,并不对本发明造成任何限定,本发明实际操作中调用的应用可以是终端中任意能够利用地图模式对地址信息进行显示的应用。
另外,对应用进行选择的预设规则还可以是根据应用的历史使用情况选择使用次数最多的应用进行调用,还可以是根据对应用的启动时间的统计,选择启动时间最短的应用。具体地,根据应用的历史使用情况选择使用次数最多的应用进行调用能够选择出用户习惯使用的应用对地址信息进行显示。例如,有些用户的手机中存在两种地图类应用,其中一个地图类应用作为常规查询地址信息时使用的应用,而另一个应用仅在少数认为前一个应用的查询结果不够全面的情况下才使用。则利用使用次数最多的预设规则对应用进行选择,选择出的应用在界面风格和/或显示信息种类和/或个性化设置等方面更加符合用户的期望。而上文提及的,预设规则还可以是根据对应用的启动时间的统计,选择启动时间最短的应用,能够提高利用地图模式对地址信息的显示速度,节省用户时间,提高用户体验。
在根据预设规则在多个应用中选择一个,并调用该选择的应用利用地图模式对地址信息进行显示之后,为保证用户能够通过不同应用对地址信息及其周边环境信息了解得更加彻底,优选地,本发明实施例在选择的应用的界面上提供应用切换接口。当在该应用切换接口处接收到用户的点击指令时,切换到其他应用利用地图模式对地址信息进行显示。
需要说明的是,切换到的其他应用可以是在除已选择的应用外的所有应用中按照上文介绍的预设规则选择出的应用,并且此处使用的预设规则可以与上一次对应 用进行选择使用的预设规则不同或者相同,本发明实施例对此并不加以限定。例如,用户终端中存在高德地图、百度地图以及搜狗地图三个能够利用地图模式对地址信息进行显示的应用。当根据应用的历史使用情况选择使用次数最多的高德地图对地址信息进行显示,并在应用切换接口处接收到用户的点击指令,根据对应用的启动时间的统计,选择启动时间最短的搜狗地图对地址信息进行显示。另外,在搜狗地图对地址信息进行显示的界面还可以提供应用切换接口,以便用户切换至百度地图对地址信息进行显示的界面。
本发明实施例中,在选择的应用的界面上提供的应用切换接口可以是应用切换接口列表,用户能够通过点击列表中的不同应用切换接口查看不同应用对地址信息的显示。例如,用户终端中存在高德地图、百度地图以及搜狗地图三个能够利用地图模式对地址信息进行显示的应用。当根据应用的历史使用情况选择使用次数最多的高德地图对地址信息进行显示,在高德地图的界面提供应用切换接口列表。该列表中存在“切换至百度地图接口”以及“切换至搜狗地图接口”两个接口。在哪个接口处接收到用户的点击指令,则启动相应的应用对地址信息进行显示。
本发明实施例中,利用地图模式对地址信息进行显示的应用可以是地图类应用(如高德地图、百度地图),可以是浏览器类应用(如欧朋浏览器、谷歌浏览器),还可以是搜索类应用(如百度、谷歌)。其中,浏览器类应用能够利用搜索引起查找地址信息,并进行显示,而搜索类应用能够利用自带的搜索引擎查找地址信息,并进行显示。
另外,本发明实施例中,能够在消息的显示界面的任一位置增加地图查看接口,并且优选地,本发明实施例能够将地图查看接口和/或上文提及的应用切换接口设计为功能按钮的形式,以便用户了解接口的功能,并通过点击设计为功能按钮的接口进入利用地图模式显示地址信息的应用。考虑到用户通常是浏览完消息后才确定是否使用应用对地址信息进行显示,因此,优选地,可以将地图查看接口设置在消息末端。后文的图15在消息末端提供地图查看接口。当然,图15中的地图查看接口形式仅仅是一个例举,在具体应用中,可以根据用户意愿选择地图查看接口的形式,如圆形、筒形、平面、立体、不同颜色、不同背景等多种形式。
为将上文各实施例提供的地址信息的显示方法阐述得更加清楚明白,现以具体的优选实施例对本发明实施例提供的地址信息的显示方法进行介绍。
为将本优选实施例阐述得更加简洁,本优选实施例中,设置能够接收消息的终端为手机,设置手机接收的消息为短信。
图15示出了根据本发明一个优选实施例的接收到的包含地址信息的短信的显示界面示意图。参见图14,当接收到来自13X66XX1430的短信,该短信内容为“明晚在香山大酒店吃饭,地址是海淀区大望路66号金桥国际公寓”。即短信中含有地址信息,则在短信的显示界面提供“查看地图”按钮。当用户点击该“查看地图”按钮,根据应用的历史使用情况选择最近一次使用的应用,并调用该应用利用地图 模式对该地址信息进行显示。
当用户的手机中除上述对地址信息进行显示的应用外,还存在搜狗地图时,如图16所示,在应用对地址信息进行显示的界面上提供“切换至搜狗地图”按钮(即上文介绍的应用切换接口)。当用户点击该按钮时,调用搜狗地图对该地址信息进行显示。
基于上文各实施例提供的地址信息的显示方法,基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例提供了一种地址信息的显示装置,应用于能够接收消息的终端,以实现上述地址信息的显示方法。
图17示出了根据本发明一个实施例的地址信息的显示装置的结构示意图。参见图17,本发明实施例的地址信息的显示装置至少包括:解析模块1710以及接口提供模块1720。

相关技术中提及,当终端接收到的短信等消息中包含快递信息时,该消息仅能够通知用户快递的单号或者订单号,无法提供相应渠道以便用户及时高效地获知快 递的物流状态和/或快递的到达时间等信息。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种快递状态信息的查询方法。图19示出了根据本发明一个实施例的快递状态信息的查询方法的处理流程图。参见图19,该流程至少包括步骤S1902至步骤S1904。
步骤S1902、当终端接收到携带有快递信息的消息时,解析获取快递信息。
步骤S1904、在消息的显示界面提供快递状态信息查询接口,以引导用户进入查询快递状态信息的应用。
依据本发明实施例提供的快递状态信息的查询方法,在终端接收到携带有快递信息的消息时,能够解析获取消息中的快递信息,并在消息的显示界面提供快递状态信息查询接口,以引导用户进入查询快递状态信息的应用。现有技术中终端接收的含有快递信息的消息仅能够通知用户的快递单号或者订单号,因此,现有技术中若用户需要获知快递的物流状态或者到达时间等快递状态信息,用户需要重新打开或登录或查找对应的应用,进而由查找到的应用对快递状态信息进行查询,造成用户时间及精力的大量浪费。而本发明实施例能够主动在消息的显示界面提供快递状态信息查询接口,用户可以通过点击等触发该快递状态信息查询接口的操作直接进入查询快递状态信息的应用,从而简化进入应用对快递状态信息进行查询的步骤,节省用户时间,提升用户体验。
根据如图19所示的处理流程图,在对接收到的消息进行解析获取到地址信息之后,本发明实施例在消息的显示界面提供快递状态信息查询接口。当在提供的快递信息查询接口处接收到来自用户的触发指令时,启动查询快递状态信息的应用。例如,用户的手机接收到短信,其内容为“您于4月30日下午购买的爽肤水已发货,快递单号为6789XXXX”。对该短信进行解析获取到快递信息为“快递单号为6789XXXX”,则在短信的显示界面提供快递状态信息查询接口,以引导用户进入查询快递状态信息的应用。当在快递状态信息查询接口处接收到用户的触发指令时,启动查询快递状态信息的应用。
本发明实施例中,当在快递状态信息查询接口处接收到来自用户的触发指令,可以仅调用应用,并由用户在调用的应用界面输入快递信息,进而查看对应的快递状态信息。为更加合理地节省用户时间,更加高效地对快递状态信息进行查询,优选地,本发明实施例可以在启动应用之后,通过快递状态信息查询接口,将快递信息导入到应用,直接由启动的应用对快递状态信息进行查询,并在应用的界面对查询到的快递状态信息进行显示,避免启动应用之后,由用户手动输入快递信息导致用户时间被浪费的问题。另外,接收到用户的触发指令之后,若仅启动应用,由于快递信息多为订单号和/或快递号等十几位的数字信息,用户可能无法一次性记住快递信息,则用户需要多次返回消息的显示界面重新查看快递信息,并将快递信息输入启动的应用,造成用户利用应用对快递状态信息进行查询的步骤的繁琐与不易执行。而本发明实施例中,能够将快递信息通过快递状态信息查询接口导入启动的应 用,由应用根据快递信息查询快递状态信息,并在应用的界面对快递状态信息进行显示,操作步骤简单易行,提高用户体验。
本发明实施例中,快递信息可以是商家信息以及订单信息,还可以是快递单信息。根据快递信息的不同,本发明实施例能够启动对应的应用查询快递状态信息。现对快递信息为商家信息以及订单信息,或者快递信息为快递单信息时,启动何种查询快递状态信息的应用分别进行介绍。
当快递信息为商家信息以及订单信息时,商家信息以及订单信息通常由用户购买此快递时的卖方(如购物类应用)提供,并在卖方保存有订单信息与快递状态信息的映射,卖方能够根据订单信息查找到对应的快递状态信息,而运送快递的物流公司并不对商家信息以及订单信息进行保存。因此,当快递信息为商家信息以及订单信息时,选择与商家信息对应的购物类应用,并启动选择的购物类应用查询快递状态信息。
例如,解析用户手机接收到的短信,获取到快递信息为“您于4月30日上午购买的两千克话梅糖已发货,订单号为XXXX2248555。某淘皇冠信誉话梅糖金凤专卖店”,则快递信息为“某淘皇冠信誉话梅糖金凤专卖店”(商家信息),以及“XXXX2248555”(订单信息)。当在快递状态信息查询接口处接收到用户的触发指令,根据获取的商家信息,启动名称为“某淘”的应用,并将订单信息“XXXX2248555”通过快递状态信息查询接口导入到“某淘”,由“某淘”根据订单信息查询到对应的快递状态信息,并在“某淘”的界面对快递状态信息进行显示。
当快递信息为快递单信息,并且该快递单信息中携带有物流公司标识时,本发明实施例优选浏览器类应用,并启动选择的浏览器类应用查询快递状态信息。如图20示出了根据本发明一个优选实施例的短信中快递信息为携带有物流公司标识的快递单信息的显示界面图。参见图20,该短信中的快递单信息为“礼券号12345678”以及“快递单号:123456789876”,快递单信息中携带的物流公司标识为“顺丰快递”。当快递信息为携带有物流公司标识的快递单信息时,能够根据物流公司标识,启动浏览器类应用进入对应物流公司的官方网站。在对应物流公司的官方网站能够查询到更加准确及时的快递状态信息。
当快递信息为快递单信息,并且该快递单信息中并未携带有物流公司的标识时,本发明实施例能够随机选择浏览器类应用或者购物类应用进行启动,以查询快递状态信息。另外,还能够根据预设规则启动浏览器类应用或者购物类应用查询快递状态信息。其中,该预设规则可以是根据应用的历史使用情况选择最近一次启动的浏览器类应用或者购物类应用查询快递状态信息,可以是根据应用的历史使用情况选择启动次数最多的浏览器类应用或者购物类应用查询快递状态信息,还可以是根据对应用启动时间的统计,选择启动时间最短的浏览器类应用或者购物类应用查询快递状态信息。
本发明实施例中,当快递信息为快递单信息,还能够根据快递单信息确定物流 公司。例如,根据快递单号的位数和/或快递单号的数字组成确定快递的物流公司。确定物流公司之后,启动浏览器类应用进入对应物流公司的官方网站,以便能够查询到更加准确及时的快递状态信息。例如,解析获取快递信息为快递单号12XX8586666,根据快递单号为11位,确定物流公司为顺丰快递、圆通快递、申通快递以及全峰快递之一,再根据顺丰快递单号前四位为12XX,圆通快递单号前四位为122X,申通快递单号前四位为1XX2,全峰快递单号前四位为1XXX,确定物流公司为顺丰快递。之后,选择浏览器类应用进入顺丰快递公司的官方网站,并根据快递单号12358586666对快递状态信息进行查询。需要说明的是,上文提及的根据快递单号的位数以及快递单号的数字组成确定快递公司仅为示例,并不能代表实际操作中确定物流公司的规则或者方法。
本发明实施例中,当选择启动浏览器类应用对快递状态信息进行查询时,浏览器类应用能够提供多种界面对快递状态信息进行查询的界面。例如,图21示出了根据本发明一个优选实施例的利用浏览器搜索引擎对快递状态信息进行查询的界面示意图。参见图21,通过快递状态信息查询接口,将快递信息导入图21左侧黑框中,并在后台触发搜索按钮,对快递状态信息进行查询,并在浏览器类应用的界面对查询结果进行显示。
图22示出了根据本发明又一个实施例的利用浏览器搜索引擎对快递状态信息进行查询的界面示意图。其中,第一栏的“快件查询”、“物流查询”以及“国际货运”三个按钮为对不同种类的快递进行的分类。第三栏的“申通快递”、“韵达快递”以及“顺丰快递”为常用物流公司。而第四栏为按照物流公司名称的首字母对物流公司进行的分类,图22中仅示出了首字母为B,以及首字母为C的物流公司。
当快递信息为快递单信息,并且该快递单信息中携带有物流公司标识时,启动如图22所示的浏览器类应用的查询界面,根据物流公司标识选择对应的物流公司,并将快递单信息导入标注有“请输入快递单号”的黑框,触发查询按钮,对快递状态信息进行查询,并在浏览器类应用的界面对查询结果进行显示。另外,当快递单信息中携带有物流公司标识时,能够启动浏览器类应用进入对应物流公司的官方网站对快递状态信息进行查询。如图23示出了根据本发明一个优选实施例的启动浏览器类应用进入物流公司官方网站的界面示意图。参见图23,在物流公司的官方网站的查询输入框内导入快递信息,并触发“开始查询”按钮,对快递状态信息进行查询,并在浏览器类应用的界面对查询结果进行显示。需要说明的是,图22所示的查询界面中各个物流公司的名称仅用于示例,并不能对本发明实施例中提供的浏览器类应用构成任何限制,并且,图22所示的各个物流公司的名称并不能代表实际操作中浏览器类应用的界面显示的物流公司名称。
如图23所示,物流公司的官方网站的查询输入框内的文字提示用户需要输入的快递信息,并通知用户如何同时对多个快递状态信息进行查询。本发明实施例可以将需要输入的快递信息按照查询输入框内要求的格式导入该查询输入框。需要说明 的是,不同的物流公司对查询输入框内需要输入的快递信息,以及输入多个快递信息的格式要求可能不一致,图23所示的文字提示仅用作示例,实际操作中,查询输入框内需要输入的快递信息,以及输入多个快递信息的格式要求可以由物流公司预先设置。
本发明实施例中,根据快递信息启动相应的应用对快递状态信息进行查询,并在应用的界面对快递状态信息进行显示。优选地,本发明实施例中的快递状态信息可以是快递信息对应的快递是否发货的确定信息,可以是快递信息对应的快递的物流信息,还可以是快递信息对应的快递的送货员信息(如送货员的姓名信息,和/或送货员的联系方式信息)等任意的快递相关信息,本发明实施例对此并不加以限定。
另外,本发明实施例中,能够在消息的显示界面的任一位置增加快递状态信息查询接口,并且优选地,本发明实施例能够将快递状态信息查询接口设计为功能按钮的形式,以便用户了解接口的功能,并通过点击设计为功能按钮的接口启动对快递状态信息进行查询的应用。考虑到用户通常是浏览完消息后才确定是否对快递状态信息进行查询,因此,优选地,可以将快递状态信息查询接口设置在消息末端。如上文介绍的图20在消息末端提供快递状态信息查询接口。当然,图20中的快递状态信息查询接口形式仅仅是一个例举,在具体应用中,可以根据用户意愿选择快递状态信息查询接口的形式,如圆形、筒形、平面、立体、不同颜色、不同背景等多种形式。
本发明实施例中,当终端为手机时,为保证能够对任意接收的消息进行解析,并启动快递状态信息查询应用,本发明实施例中终端接收的消息可以是短信,还可以是彩信。本发明实施例中,能够接收消息的终端可以是上文提及的手机,还可以是台式机电脑、笔记本电脑以及平板电脑等任意终端,本发明实施例对此并不加以限定。并且,终端接收到的消息的类型与终端类型相匹配,根据终端类型的不同,终端接收的消息可以是邮件、即时消息、彩信以及短信等任意与终端匹配的消息类型。
基于上文各实施例提供的快递状态信息的查询方法,基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例提供了一种快递状态信息的查询装置,应用于能够接收消息的终端,以实现上述快递状态信息的查询方法。
图24示出了根据本发明一个实施例的快递状态信息的查询装置的结构示意图。参见图24,本发明实施例的快递状态信息的查询装置至少包括:解析模块2410以及接口提供模块2420。
现对本发明实施例的快递状态信息的查询装置的各组成或期间的功能以及各部分间的连接关系进行介绍:

由上述各实施例或其结合可以得知,本发明实施例应用于能够接收消息的终端,通过对消息进行解析,获取其中的应用服务特征信息,从而确定能够为该消息的使用者提供的应用服务,进而引导用户进行相应的服务界面。应用服务特征信息可以由消息的来源和/或内容综合分析得到,消息的内容可以包括时间信息、地址信息、快递信息等应用范围较广且目前具备专用应用服务的类似信息。综合上述各实施例,本发明实施例提供了一种应用服务的提供方法,应用于能够接收消息的终端。该方法的步骤包括:
步骤A、解析终端接收的消息,确定消息中包含的应用服务特征信息;
步骤B、根据步骤A确定的应用服务特征信息,确定其对应的应用服务;
步骤C、在接收的消息的显示界面提供确定的应用服务接口,以引导用户进入相应的服务界面。
基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例还提供了与应用服务的提供方法相应对的应用服务的提供装置。具体的,该应用服务的提供装置,应用于能够接收消息的终端,包括:解析模块,适于解析终端接收的消息,确定消息中包含的应用服务特征信息;确定模块,适于根据应用服务特征信息,确定其对应的应用服务;以及,接口提供模块,适于在消息的显示界面提供确定的应用服务接口,以引导用户进入相应的服务界面。
图26是根据本发明一个实施例的终端信息的提示装置2600的示意图。该终端信息的提示装置2600一般性地可以包括:接收模块2610、判断模块2620、编辑模块2630、显示模块2640、信息处理模块2650,以上模块可以根据具体实施环境的要 求,灵活进行选择使用,本实施例中并不要求终端信息的提示装置2600必须设置以上所有模块。
在本实施例的终端信息的提示装置2600中,接收模块2610配置为接收终端信息;判断模块2620配置为判断终端信息是否属于预设信息类型;编辑模块2630配置为在判断模块2620的判断结果为是的情况下,按照与预设信息类型匹配的模板对终端信息的内容进行编辑;显示模块2640配置为在终端的屏幕上显示编辑后的终端信息。
以上预设信息类型可以包括:移动网络运营商或网络业务提供商发送的各类信息。判断模块2620的一种可选流程为:判断终端信息的发送号是否为预设号码;若是,提取终端信息的内容,并从终端信息的内容中查找内容关键字;判断内容关键字是否属于与预设号码的模板关键字匹配;若是,确定终端信息属于该模板关键字对应的信息类型。
以上预设号码可以包括各类产品服务提供商的客服号码,例如各移动网络运营商的客服号码(如中国移动通信的10086、中国电信的10000、中国联通的10010等)、各大银行的客服号码(如工商银行的95588、建设银行95533等)、各大快递公司的客服号码(如顺丰快递的4008111111、申通快递的4008895543等)、电商公司的客服号码(如京东商城的4006065500、当当网的4007116699等)等等。针对每一类的客服号码,可以将其发送的短信进行总结分类,对每一类短信形成一种模板,并总结出模板关键字,例如针对移动网络运营商的短信设计出套餐余量模板(模板关键字为套餐余量)、充值模板(模板关键字为充值)、余额提醒模板(模板关键字为余额)、业务推荐模板(模板关键字为业务办理);例如针对银行的短信设计出账户变动模板(模板关键字为支出或收入)、验证码模板(模板关键字为验证码)、缴费模板(模板关键字为缴费)。以上仅以移动网络运营商和银行举例进行说明,并不对本实施例进行限定,在实际使用中可以根据不同短息发送方的业务类型,总结出各类短信模板及其对应的模板关键字,并预设在终端信息的提示装置2600中。
以上各类预设号码发送的短信中,均包含着表示短信类型的内容关键字,例如缴费类短信中包括有“缴费”的文字、账户变动短信中包括有“收入”或“支出”的文字、广告类短信中包括有“优惠”、“推荐”、“折扣”的文字,通过在短信内容中提取出这类关键字即可与预设号码的模板关键字进行匹配,进一步确定出短信类型。
例如,终端信息的提示装置2600当前接收到的短信为某银行后台发送的账户变动信息,判断模块2620首先判断短信发送方的号码为某银行的公共号码,然后判断模块2620提取终端信息的内容,并查询得到短信关键词为“支出”,此时判断模块2620可以与“支出”匹配的短信模块关键字为账户变动,从而确定出该短信为银行账户变动提醒短信,则在后续处理过程中可以使用银行账户变动模板。
又例如,终端信息的提示装置2600当前接收到的短信为火车票订购通知短信, 判断模块2620首先判断短信发送方的号码为铁道售票服务号(如12306),然后判断模块2620提取终端信息的内容,并查询得到短信关键词为“火车票”,此时判断模块2620可以与“火车票”匹配的短信模块关键字为火车票订购通知,从而确定出该短信为购票平台发送的火车票订购通知短信,则在后续处理过程中可以使用火车票订购模板。
以上判断模块2620的判断过程由于对短信提供号码以及短信内容进行提取,还可以将可能包括恶意内容的信息进行屏蔽,例如将伪基站设备发送的终端信息进行屏蔽。
在判断模块2620确定出终端信息类型后,编辑模块2630将短信内容编辑为模板的格式,例如表格、图像或者组合等便于用户迅速阅读的方式。编辑模块2630的一种可选流程为:将终端信息的内容进行语意拆分,得到终端信息中一个或多个的描述字符;将描述字符分别填入模板中对应的位置,以生成符合模板的终端信息。
例如针对上述银行账户变动提醒短信,编辑模块2630可以将提供服务的银行的标识填入银行账户变动模板中银行的位置。另外,通过语意拆分可以得到该短信中包含支出或收入、变动的金额、变动原因等内容,以上内容在模板中均具有对应的填写位置,编辑模块2630在进行编辑时,将变动类型(收入或者支出)内容填入变更类型的位置,以及将变动金额填入金额对应的位置,将变动原因(购物、还款等)填入变动原因的位置。
又例如针对上述支付平台发送的购票平台发送的火车票订购通知短信,编辑模块2630可通过语意拆分可以得到该短信中包含车次、出发地、目的地、触发时间、乘车人、车厢座位等内容,以上内容在模板中均具有对应的填写位置。编辑模块2630在进行编辑时,将提取出的短信内容依次填入对应的位置,形成编辑为模板的终端信息。
以上编辑后的模板格式的终端信息,可以由显示模块2640以屏幕弹窗形式显示编辑后的终端信息。该弹窗可以在当前运行界面的最上一层显示,从而及时地提供进行信息提示。
在本发明的一个更优实施例中,信息处理模块2650还可以在弹窗上提供对终端信息的处理按钮,以接收来自用户的操作;按照用户的操作对所述终端信息进行对应的处理。这些处理可以包括但不限于以下几种:关闭弹窗、删除信息、快速回复、进入收件箱等。
以上预设模板可以针对常用的各种短信进行设计,并可以进行升级和添加,例如可以包括账单模板、票据模板、备忘录模板、广告模板等。
本发明实施例还提供了使用以上介绍的终端信息的提示装置2600的终端,该终端可以为手机、平板电脑等移动终端。
本发明实施例还提供了一种终端信息的提示方法,该终端信息的提示方法可以由以上实施例介绍的任意一种终端信息的提示装置来执行,以提高用户的终端使用 体验。图27是根据本发明一个实施例的终端信息的提示方法的示意图,如图所示,该终端信息的提示方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S2702,接收终端信息;
步骤S2704,判断终端信息是否属于预设信息类型;
步骤S2706,若是,按照与预设信息类型匹配的模板对终端信息的内容进行编辑
步骤S2708,在终端的屏幕上显示编辑后的终端信息。
其中,步骤S2704的一种可选流程为:判断终端信息的发送号是否为预设号码;若是,提取终端信息的内容,并从终端信息的内容中查找内容关键字;判断内容关键字是否属于与预设号码的模板关键字匹配;若是,确定终端信息属于该模板关键字对应的信息类型。
通过步骤S2704对终端信息的发送号以及终端信息的内容的提取,可以对信息进行安全性分析,屏蔽垃圾信息对应用户的干扰,减小伪基站的危害。
伪基站利用移动信令监测系统监测移动通讯过程中的各种信令,获得手机用户当前的位置信息。当用户的位置信息与业务选择发送的特定区域一致时,为用户下发业务定制的短信。为获得准确、全面的用户信息(当前位置信息和用户手机号),信令检测系统需要监控移动通信网络中的相关信令链路。伪基站启动后,干扰和屏蔽一定范围内的运营商信号,伪基站则趁着这个时间,搜索出附近的手机号,并将垃圾信息发送到这些号码上。伪基站可以屏蔽运营商的信号,能持续10秒到20秒,在推送信息完成后,手机终端才能重新搜索到信号。有很多用户的手机不能自动恢复信号,需要重启。伪基站能把发送号码显示为任意号码,严重危害了终端的通信安全。利用本实施例的终端信息的提示方法,在进行预设信息类型的判断的过程中,可以利用短信内容和发送号码,识别出伪基站发送的信息,及时对其进行屏蔽和其他处理。
步骤S2704得到终端信息的信息类型后且确定终端信息并非伪基站发送的垃圾短信后,步骤S2706可以使用以下流程进行信息的重新编辑:将终端信息的内容进行语意拆分,得到终端信息中一个或多个的描述字符;将描述字符分别填入模板中对应的位置,以生成符合模板的终端信息。以上描述字符包括信息中的主要词语,例如对于账单终端信息,描述字符可能包括:金额、账户、变动类型、变动原因、时间等。又例如票据信息,描述字符可能包括:地点、时间、金额、注意事项等。
步骤S2708可以以屏幕弹窗形式显示编辑后的终端信息,在弹窗上提供对终端信息的处理按钮,以接收来自用户的操作;按照用户的操作对终端信息进行对应的处理。这些处理按钮可以包括关闭弹窗、删除信息、快速回复、进入收件箱等。
以上预设模板可以针对常用的各种短信进行设计,并可以进行升级和添加,例如可以包括账单模板、票据模板、备忘录模板、广告模板、快递模板等。以下结合附图对终端信息的处理过程进行说明:
图28是根据本发明一个实施例的终端信息的提示方法的一种弹窗提示的效果图,例如手机终端收到的终端信息为“账户****于4月24日15:55支出100.00元,余额为9000.00元,快捷支付”,首先判断该条短信的发送号码为某银行的服务号码955XX,然后对该短信内容进行提取,根据其中“账户”“支出”确定该短信为账户变动提醒短信。提取出对应的账户支出模板,将账号、类型、时间、金额、余额、银行名称等内容,填写入信息模板的对应位置,并以弹窗形式显示,得到如图28所示的效果,用户查看该模板的短信明显比文字短信更直观。另外如果对短信分析时发现,该短信的发送号码并非预置的银行或金融服务商的公共号码,又出现了类似与账号转账等的内容,则确定短信可能存在风限,则不执行信息重新编辑的步骤,并向用户提示风险。
图29是根据本发明一个实施例的终端信息的提示方法的另一种弹窗提示的效果图,例如手机终端收到的终端信息为“订单号E464248868,某先生已购04月30日G108次15车05B号A城至B城火车票,可持二代身份证直接乘车或换取纸质车票后乘车”,首先判断该条短信的发送号码为铁路客服号码12306,然后对该短信内容进行提取,根据其中“火车票”“订单”确定该短信为订票短信。并从信息中提取出对应出发的车次G108次、出发地A城、目的地B城、出发时间4月30日,车厢座位15车05B号,分别填写入订票短信模板的对应位置,并以弹窗形式显示,得到如图29所示的效果,可以看出该短信提示弹窗类似与火车票的票面,用户可以更直观得到信息。
类似地,本实施例还可以对快递信息、账单信息、广告信息、时间提醒信息等分别设计并保存模板,并将常用地公共信息服务号码进行保存。从而在确保信息安全性的前提下,提高用户的阅读短信的便利性。
此外,本领域的技术人员能够理解,尽管在此所述的一些实施例包括其它实施例中所包括的某些特征而不是其它特征,但是不同实施例的特征的组合意味着处于本发明的范围之内并且形成不同的实施例。例如,在下面的权利要求书中,所要求保护的实施例的任意之一都可以以任意的组合方式来使用。

  1. 一种应用服务的提供方法,应用于能够接收消息的终端,包括:
    解析所述终端接收的消息,确定所述消息中包含的应用服务特征信息;
    根据所述应用服务特征信息,确定其对应的应用服务;
    在所述消息的显示界面提供确定的所述应用服务接口,以引导用户进入相应的服务界面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述应用服务特征信息由如下信息确定:
    所述消息的来源;和/或,所述消息的内容。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述消息的内容包括下列至少之一:
    时间信息;
    地址信息;
    快递信息。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,当所述应用服务特征信息由所述消息的来源和内容确定时,根据如下步骤确定应用服务:
    解析所述终端接收的消息,确定所述消息的来源;
    根据所述来源筛选出与应用服务相关的服务消息;
    对所述服务消息的消息内容进行进一步解析,确定需要为用户对应的应用服务。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,根据所述来源筛选出与应用服务相关的服务消息,包括:
    在预设的号码库中匹配所述来源,得到匹配结果;
    根据所述匹配结果确定所述消息是否为与应用服务相关的服务消息。

    所述消息为恶意消息;
    所述消息为服务消息;
    所述消息为用户与非商业用户间的交流信息。

    解析所述终端接收的消息,确定所述消息中包含的应用服务特征信息,包括:当接收到携带有时间信息的消息时,解析获取所述时间信息,以及与所述时间信息匹配的关键词;
    在所述消息的显示界面提供确定的所述应用服务接口,以引导用户进入相应的服务界面,包括:在所述消息的显示界面提供时间信息提醒接口,以引导用户触发将所述时间信息与所述关键词导入时间提醒类应用的操作。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,在所述时间信息提醒接口处接收到来自用户的触发指令时,
    调起所述时间提醒类应用;
    将所述时间信息与所述关键词导入所述时间提醒类应用,以根据所述时间信息对所述关键词对应的事项进行提醒。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,将所述时间信息与所述关键词导入时间提醒类应用,包括:
    将所述时间信息与所述关键词根据预定格式封装成数据包,其中,所述预定格式为导入的时间提醒类应用能够识别的格式;
    将所述数据包导入所述时间提醒类应用。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述预定格式包括如下信息:
    带所述关键词的主题;
    所述关键词对应的事项的起始时间和/或结束时间;
    所述关键词对应的事项内容信息。
  11. 根据权利要求7至10任一项所述的方法,其中,解析获取所述时间信息之后,还包括:
    确定所述时间信息为未到达的时间信息。

    解析所述消息,将所述消息的内容与预设的时间格式进行匹配,匹配成功即为时间信息;

  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,在所述地图查看接口处接收到来自用户的触发指令时,调用所述应用利用地图模式对所述地址信息进行显示。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,调用所述应用对所述地址信息进行显示,包括:
    调用所述应用;
    通过所述地图查看接口,将所述地址信息导入到所述应用,由所述应用利用地图模式显示所述地址信息。
  17. 根据权利要求15或16所述的方法,其中,若存在多个应用,调用所述应用利用地图模式对所述地址信息进行显示,包括:
    根据预设规则在所述多个应用中选择一个;
    调用选择的应用利用地图模式对所述地址信息进行显示。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,所述预设规则包括下列任意之一:
    根据所述应用的历史使用情况选择最近一次使用的应用;
    根据所述应用的历史使用情况选择使用次数最多的应用;
    根据对所述应用的启动时间的统计,选择启动时间最短的应用。
  19. 根据权利要求17或18所述的方法,其中,调用所述应用利用地图模式对所述地址信息进行显示之后,还包括:
    在所述选择的应用的界面上提供应用切换接口;
    在所述应用切换接口处接收用户的点击指令,切换到其他应用,利用地图模式对所述地址信息进行显示。
  20. 根据权利要求15至19任一项所述的方法,其中,所述应用包括下列至少之一:
    地图类应用;
    浏览器类应用,其中,所述浏览器类应用利用搜索引擎查找地址信息,并进行显示;
    搜索类应用。
  21. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述消息内容包括快递信息时,
    解析所述终端接收的消息,确定所述消息中包含的应用服务特征信息,包括:当所述终端接收到携带有快递信息的消息时,解析获取所述快递信息;
    在所述消息的显示界面提供确定的所述应用服务接口,以引导用户进入相应的服务界面,包括:在所述消息的显示界面提供快递状态信息查询接口,以引导用户进入查询所述快递状态信息的应用。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其中,在所述快递状态信息查询接口处接收到来自用户的触发指令时,启动查询所述快递状态信息的应用。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的方法,其中,启动查询所述快递状态信息的应用之后,还包括:
    通过所述快递状态信息查询接口,将所述快递信息导入到所述应用,得到包括所述快递状态信息的查询结果以在所述应用的界面显示所述快递状态信息。
  24. 根据权利要求21至23任一项所述的方法,其中,所述快递信息包括下列至少之一:
    商家信息以及订单信息;
    快递单信息。

    解析模块,适于解析所述终端接收的消息,确定所述消息中包含的应用服务特征信息;
    确定模块,适于根据所述应用服务特征信息,确定其对应的应用服务;
    接口提供模块,适于在所述消息的显示界面提供确定的所述应用服务接口,以引导用户进入相应的服务界面。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的装置,其中,所述应用服务特征信息由如下信息确定:所述消息的来源;和/或,所述消息的内容。

  52. 根据权利要求51所述的方法,其中,判断所述终端信息是否属于预设信息类型包括:
    判断所述终端信息的发送号是否为预设号码;
    若是,提取所述终端信息的内容,并从所述终端信息的内容中查找内容关键字;
    判断所述内容关键字是否属于与所述预设号码的模板关键字匹配;
    若是,确定所述终端信息属于该模板关键字对应的信息类型。
  53. 根据权利要求52所述的方法,其中,在所述终端的屏幕上显示编辑后的所述终端信息包括:

    接收模块,配置为接收终端信息;
    判断模块,配置为判断所述终端信息是否属于预设信息类型;
    编辑模块,配置为在所述判断模块的判断结果为是的情况下,按照与所述预设信息类型匹配的模板对所述终端信息的内容进行编辑;
    显示模块,配置为在所述终端的屏幕上显示编辑后的所述终端信息。
  58. 根据权利要求57所述的装置,其中,所述判断模块还配置为:
    判断所述终端信息的发送号是否为预设号码;
    若是,提取所述终端信息的内容,并从所述终端信息的内容中查找内容关键字;
    判断所述内容关键字是否属于与所述预设号码的模板关键字匹配;
    若是,确定所述终端信息属于该模板关键字对应的信息类型。
  59. 根据权利要求57所述的装置,其中,所述显示模块还配置为:
    以屏幕弹窗形式显示所述编辑后的终端信息。
  60. 根据权利要求59所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    信息处理模块,配置为在弹窗上提供对所述终端信息的处理按钮,以接收来自用户的操作;按照所述用户的操作对所述终端信息进行对应的处理。
  61. 根据权利要求57至60中任一项所述的装置,其中,所述编辑模块还配置为:
    将所述终端信息的内容进行语意拆分,得到所述终端信息中一个或多个的描述字符;将所述描述字符分别填入所述模板中对应的位置,以生成符合所述模板的终端信息。
  62. 一种终端,包括权利要求57至61中任一项所述的终端信息的提示装置。
  63. 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在计算设备上运行时,导致所述计算设备执行根据权利要求1-27中的任一个所述的应用服务的提供方法,和/或,权利要求51-56中的任一个所述的终端信息的提示方法。
  64. 一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求63所述的计算机程序。
