一种单手穿刺的留置针,包括留置针导管(2)、穿刺针管(1)、与所述穿刺针管连接的针翼(4)、与所述留置针导管连接的导管座(3),所述导管座一侧延伸形成有一侧接头(32),所述针翼上设有第一导引面(42a),用于引导所述针翼带动所述穿刺针管相对于所述侧接头位移,从所述留置针导管中回抽。单手穿刺的留置针能够实现在穿刺时全程单手操作,使得穿刺时操作更加方便、快捷,提高医护人员的工作效率。

Description

一种单手穿刺的留置针
本申请要求于2014年05月09日提交中国专利局、申请号为201410195610.1、发明名称为“一种单手穿刺的留置针”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及留置针技术领域,尤其涉及一种单手穿刺的留置针。
背景技术
留置针是一种用于在一段时间内多次进行输液治疗的医疗器械。现有技术中的留置针,其主要包括留置针导管、穿刺针管、与所述穿刺针管连接的针翼、与所述留置针导管连接的导管座,所述穿刺针管从所述导管座另一端的主接头完全穿入所述留置针导管后,所述穿刺针管的针尖刚好裸露在所述留置针导管外,所述导管座侧壁上延伸形成有一侧接头,所述侧接头与输液器连接。当医护人员使用留置针对患者的血管进行穿刺后,将穿刺针管从导管座后端及留置针导管中拔出,较为柔软的导管部分留置于患者的血管中,通过留置针导管给患者进行连续或间断地输液。
现有技术中留置针的穿刺过程如下:
首先用一只手捏住针翼,将穿刺针管和留置针导管一起穿刺进入血管。见回血后,用另一只手固定导管座,将穿刺针管回抽约3mm。然后保持导管座和针翼相对位置不变,将留置针导管全部送入血管,完成整个穿刺过程,然后,将穿刺针管全部抽出,封闭导管座开口,用敷贴在皮肤上固定导管座,并从侧接口连接输液器输液。从以上的描述可以看出,现有的留置针,由于结构设置的问题,在穿刺过程中需要医护人员两只手进行配合,操作较为复杂,对医护人员要求较高;且在穿刺前,穿刺针管的针尖裸露在外,容易误伤的接触人员,很不安全。
由此可见,如何对现有技术进行改进,提供一种单手穿刺的留置针,简化操作过程,提高使用的方便程度,这是本领域目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种单手穿刺的留置针,简化操作过程,提高使用的方便程度,提高留置针的安全性。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种单手穿刺的留置针,包括留置针导管、穿刺针管、与所述穿刺针管连接的针翼、与所述留置针导管连接的导管座,所述导管座一侧延伸形成有一侧接头,所述针翼上设有第一导引面,用于引导所述针翼带动所述穿刺针管相对于所述侧接头位移,从所述留置针导管中回抽。
优选地,所述针翼上还设有用于限制所述穿刺针管移动距离的限位部件。
优选地,所述侧接头上设有第二导引面,所述第二导引面与所述第一导引面对应设置。
优选地,所述穿刺针管的移动距离为2~4mm。
优选地,所述穿刺针管的移动距离为3mm。
优选地,所述限位部件位于所述针翼远离所述穿刺针管的一侧。
优选地,所述限位部件为限位销钉或限位板。
优选地,所述第一导引面和第二导引面为弧形面。
优选地,所述第一导引面和第二导引面为平面。
优选地,在所述针翼上,所述第一导引面与相邻平面所成夹角为120~150度。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种单手穿刺的留置针,由于包括留置针导管、穿刺针管、与所述穿刺针管连接的针翼、与所述留置针导管连接的导管座,所述导管座一侧延伸形成有一侧接头,所述针翼上设有第一导引面,用于引导所述针翼带动所述穿刺针管相对于所述侧接头位移,从所述留置针导管中回抽。所述留置针处于初始状态时,穿刺针的针尖收纳于所述留置针导管中,安全可靠。穿刺时,用手以自然力捏住针翼的翼板、导管座,将穿刺针管和留置针导管一起穿透皮肤刺入血管,见回血后,加大力量挤压针翼和导管座,在第一导引面的作用下,使得针翼向后滑动,穿刺针管逐步回抽,然后保持导管座与针翼的相对位置不变,将留置针导 管全部送入人体血管。穿刺过程完成,且整个过程为单手操作。由此可见,本发明的单手穿刺的留置针能够实现在穿刺时全程单手操作,使得穿刺时操作更加方便、快捷;穿刺针管回抽距离更加精准,便于标准化做业,提高医护人员的工作效率。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图1所示,本实施例的单手穿刺的留置针,由穿刺针管1、留置针导管2、导管座3、针翼4、管夹5、延长管6、接头7组成,其中穿刺针管1与留置针导管2连接,留置针导管2与导管座3的顶端连接,针翼4与所述穿刺针管1连接并套设在导管座3的底端,延长管6的一端与导管座3的侧端连接,另一端与接头7连接。管夹5夹在延长管6上。
如图2所示,针翼4包括连接机构41、与连接机构41连接的翼板42,翼板42的中部设置有第一导引面42a,边缘设置一个限位销钉43,第一导引面和与之相邻的平面所成的夹角为120~150度;连接机构包括连接座41a、设置在连接座41a上的连接头41b,连接头41b的外周直径小于连接座41a的外周直径。
如图3所示,导管座3包括主接头31以及连接在主接头31旁的侧接 头32,侧接头32上设有第二导引面33。针翼4的连接头41b与导管座主接头31的底部连接。导管座3的侧接头32用于连接延长管6。
如图4所示,初始状态的单手穿刺留置针,针翼4和侧接头32的两个导引面相互接触,侧接头31接触限位销钉41。此时穿刺针管1的针尖部完全被收容于所述留置针导管2中,不容易误伤到接触人员。
本实施例的单手穿刺的留置针的使用过程如下:
本实施例的单手穿刺的留置针在穿刺前的状态如图5、图6、图7所示,导管座3的侧接头32和针翼4的翼板42呈一定的夹角,导管座3的主接头31的底部边缘与针翼4的连接座41a两者之间距离L为0,连接头41b完全插入导管座3的主接头31的底部。穿刺时,用手以自然力捏住针翼4的翼板42、导管座3的主接头31和侧接头32,将穿刺针管1和留置针导管2一起穿透皮肤刺入血管。
见回血后,加大力量挤压针翼4的翼板42和侧接头32,使得第一导引面和第二导引面相互接触并挤压,导致针翼4向后滑动(或导管座3向前滑动),连接头41b逐渐露出,直到侧接头32接触限位销钉41。此时的状态如图8和图9所示,导管座3的主接头31的底部边缘与针翼4的连接座41a两者之间距离可准确达到预设值L(可设定为3mm),两者之间的夹角α为0。
然后,保持导管座3与针翼4的相对位置不变,将留置针导管2全部送入人体血管。穿刺过程完成,且整个过程为单手操作。
最后,将穿刺针管1全部抽出,用敷贴在皮肤上固定导管座3,并连接输液器。
由以上描述可知,本实施例以较为简单的结构就能实现单手穿刺,操作极为方便。
本实施例中,限位部件为限位销钉,在其他实施例中,也可设置限位板作为限位部件。

  1. 一种单手穿刺的留置针,包括留置针导管、穿刺针管、与所述穿刺针管连接的针翼、与所述留置针导管连接的导管座,所述导管座一侧延伸形成有一侧接头,其特征在于,所述针翼上设有第一导引面,用于引导所述针翼带动所述穿刺针管相对于所述侧接头位移,从所述留置针导管中回抽。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的单手穿刺的留置针,其特征在于,所述针翼上还设有用于限制所述穿刺针管移动距离的限位部件。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的单手穿刺的留置针,其特征在于,所述侧接头上设有第二导引面,所述第二导引面与所述第一导引面对应设置。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的单手穿刺的留置针,其特征在于,所述穿刺针管的移动距离为2~4mm。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的单手穿刺的留置针,其特征在于,所述穿刺针管的移动距离为3mm。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的单手穿刺的留置针,其特征在于,所述限位部件位于所述针翼远离所述穿刺针管的一侧。
  7. 如权利要求2或6所述的单手穿刺的留置针,其特征在于,所述限位部件为限位销钉或限位板。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的单手穿刺的留置针,其特征在于,所述第一导引面和第二导引面为弧形面。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的单手穿刺的留置针,其特征在于,所述第一导引面和第二导引面为平面。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的单手穿刺的留置针,其特征在于,在所述针翼上,所述第一导引面与相邻平面所成夹角为120~150度。
