所述采集模块将当前用户信息反馈回所述发布模块,所述发布模块通过分 析用户信息,将对应的投票信息下发给用户端组件;所述用户信息至少包括用 户当前观看的频道信息。
进一步的 ,所述生产模块根据不同的用户类型生成不同的投票信息下载地 址;发布模块根据采集的用户信息将对应的下载地址传送给显示模块,显示模 块下载投票信息后在用户端组件中显示。 此为一种电视用户端通过地址访问下 载投票信息的技术方案,生产模块可以根据录入的频道、 投票信息以及对应的 用户条件等依据,将投票信息分门别类,这样从用户端组件获取用户信息后, 发布模块就可以判断该用户适用于哪一类的投票信息,然后将对应的下载地址 发送给该用户端组件的显示模块, 由显示模块自行下载即可。 当然,也可以由 远程服务器组件的生产模块将录入的投票信息附加用户条件一起发给用户端组 件,然后由用户端组件的显示模块来判断是否显示以及何时显示。
进一步的 ,所述用户端组件包括电视机和机顶盒,所述采集模块和显示模 块集成在所述机顶盒中 ,所述显示模块在电视机屏幕的当前频道信息的图像上 层生成透明的图文显示层,所述投票信息图案在图文显示层的预设区域显示。 此为一种用户端组件的具体硬件架构及投票信息的显示方案,现有技术多采用 机顶盒加电视机的有线电视方案, 因此显示模块和采集模块可以集成在机顶盒 中实现本发明的功能;当然对于机顶盒功能集成在电视机的硬件架构, 显示模 块和采集模块也可以集成到电视机中。
本发明由于在推送投票信息之前先采集用户信息,先了解观众正在收看的 具体频道和节目 ,然后远程服务器端就可以在恰当的时间主动向观众推送投票 信息,这样观众在收看节目的时候,相关的投票信息会直接呈现出来,不存在 漏看的可能,确保投票的效果。 另外,整个投票信息的投放过程都是自动完成 了 ,观众无须任何操作就能看到相应的投票信息,操作上更为方便。 【附图说明】

【具体实施方式】
本发明公开了一种电视投票的方法,如图 1所示,本方法包括了步骤,
A、 生成投票信息:远程服务器端生成投票信息;
B、 采集用户信息:从电视用户端采集用户信息,所述用户信息至少包括用 户当前观看的频道信息;
C、 推送投票信息:远程服务器端根据采集的用户信息向该用户推送对应的 投票信息;
D、 显示投票信息:在电视机显示屏上显示投票信息图案。
本发明还公开了一种相应的电视投票系统。 如图 2所示,该电视投票系 统包括远程服务器组件和用户端组件,远程服务器组件包括产生投票信息的生 产模块和发布投票信息的发布模块;用户端组件包括用于采集用户信息的采集 模块、 以及用于显示投票信息的显示模块;采集模块将当前用户信息反馈回发 布模块,发布模块通过分析用户信息,将对应的投票信息下发给用户端组件; 用户信息至少包括用户当前观看的频道信息。
本发明由于在推送投票信息之前先采集用户信息,先了解观众正在收看的具 体频道和节目 ,然后远程服务器端就可以在恰当的时间主动向观众推送投票信 息,这样观众在收看节目的时候,相关的投票信息会直接呈现出来,不存在漏 看的可能,确保投票的效果。 另外,整个投票信息的投放过程都是自动完成了 , 观众无须任何操作就能看到相应的投票信息,操作上更为方便。 以目前国内的情况为例,远程服务器端一般设置在各省市广电运营商内 ,由 广电运营商进行投票的发起; 电视用户端一般包括机顶盒, 由机顶盒接收投票 信息并显示在电视机上。 下面以机顶盒作为电视用户端为例,结合附图和较佳 的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例一
本实施例公开一种电视投票的方法,如图 3所示,包括下面的步骤:
A、远程服务器端录入投票信息,并根据不同的用户类型生成不同的下载 地址;
B、 远程服务器端向电视用户端加载采集程序,通过采集程序来采集用户信 息,然后反馈回远程服务器端;完成采集任务后,采集程序终结; 当远程服务 器端检测到电视用户端切换频道,或者当有投票信息需要投放时,远程服务器 端会重新向电视用户端加载采集程序;
C、远程服务器端根据采集的用户信息将对应的下载地址发送回电视用户端, 由电视用户端根据接收到的下载地址从远程服务端下载投票信息;
D、 在当前频道信息的图像上层生成透明的图文显示层,所述投票信息图案 在图文显示层的预设区域显示;
E、 用户完成投票操作后, 电视用户端将投票结果及用户的实名信息反馈回 服务器端,服务器端将统计的用户投票结果反馈回电视用户端显示;如果该投 票还需要付费或收费 ,投票成功后远程服务器端还会对相应用户的账户进行付 费或收费操作。
此为一种具体的投票机制。步骤 A中 ,远程服务器可以根据录入的频道、 投 票信息以及对应的用户条件等依据,将投票信息分门别类,这样在步骤 C中 , 从电视用户端获取用户信息后,就可以判断该用户适用于哪一类的投票信息, 然后将对应的下载地址发送给该电视用户端, 由电视用户端自行下载即可。 当 然,也可以由远程服务器端将录入的投票信息附加用户条件一起发给电视用户 端,然后由电视用户端来判断是否显示以及何时显示。 步骤 B 中 , 由远程服务 器端在需要的时候下发采集程序,用于采集用户信息, 当用户信息采集完毕以 后程序自动终结,这样可电视用户端无需长期运行采集程序,对其资源的占用 程度最小。 现有的电视用户端一般配备的是运营商配送的机顶盒,配置普遍不 高,完全是以满足电视节目信号的解码播放来设计的 ,没有过多的资源运行其 他程序, 因此本技术方案特别适用。 采集程序下发的控制逻辑以下两种,但不 局限于这两种: 电视用户端切换频道是下发,可以提前将需要的投票信息的下 载地址发给电视用户端,在需要投票的时候可以更快响应; 当有投票信息需要 投放时下发采集程序,这样就只在需要投票时才下发采集程序,可以减少下发 的次数,对电视用户端的资源占用最小。 步骤 D中 ,投票信息和电视节目的信 息完全隔离,两者在不同的图像层显示, 因此投票信息的显示程序相对独立, 技术方案更简单,可以降低开发难度和周期。 而投票信息的图文显示层由于是 透明的 ,只有投票信息需要显示的区域才会遮蔽电视节目的图像, 因此不会对 电视节目的播放造成额外的干扰。 步骤 E中 ,包括了投票结果反馈机制,这样 用户投完票以后还可以了解到总的投票结果,增强了投票的互动性,更能激发 用户的投票热情。
实施例二、
本实施例根据实施例一的技术方案进一步的细化,公开一种电视投票的方 法,如图 3所示,包括下面的步骤:
A、 广电集团在远程服务器端录入投票信息,投票信息包括但不局限于:频 道信息、 节目信息、 发起投票的时间、 发起投票的内容、 适用的用户条件、 植 入广告的内容等;
B、 根据投票信息的内容,按不同的用户类型建立不同的分类下载地址列表;
C、 需要投票的时候根据录入的投票信息,在服务器的内存中建立动态信息 表;
D、 远程服务器端向用户端的机顶盒下发采集程序;
E、 采集程序获取用户信息,反馈回远程服务器端;该用户信息包括但不局 限于机顶盒的硬件配置、 机顶盒 ID、 网络地址、 用户当前收看的频道等;
F、 远程服务器端将相应的投票信息的下载地址返回给机顶盒;
G、 机顶盒访问下载地址,远程服务器端根据请求将投票信息整合下发给机 顶盒;
H、 机顶盒在当前频道信息的图像上层生成透明的图文显示层,然后将投票 信息在图文显示层的预设区域内显示;
I、观众投票并提交答卷,如有需要,答卷连同用户的实名信息一起反馈回远 程服务器端,动态表根据提交的信息更新内容,并定时或所有投票结束后将统 计结果写入数据库中 ;
J、如果需要对投票进行付费或收费,则通过广电的运营支撑系统或应用管理 服务器进行付 /收费操作;
L、 如有必要,将投票的统计结果反馈回机顶盒。
实施例三
本实施例公开了一种电视投票系统,如图 4所述,该电视投票系统包括远程 服务器组件和用户端组件,远程服务器组件包括产生投票信息的生产模块、 两 级审核模块、 发布投票信息的发布模块、 数据处理模块和充值和扣费模块。 用 户端组件包括机顶盒,机顶盒集成了用于采集用户信息的采集模块、 以及用于 显示投票信息的显示模块。
生产模块提供人工排期或竞价排名后的自动排期,实现投票服务或者是调查 问卷的电子文件(即投票信息)生成和服务器上载;
两级审核模块包括业务审核和技术审核,将该电子文件进行两级审核确保内 容及下发正常;
发布模块通过 IP通道(既可以使用广播协议也可以使用点对点协议)先下发 一个通用的采集程序给网络中的机顶盒进行数据采集,采集该机顶盒型号、 硬 件配置、 机顶盒 ID网络地址、 当前收看的频道等用户信息;
生产模块根据上述用户信息经过一套算法生成几套特定信息的分类下载地 址回传给不同分类组的机顶盒;每个机顶盒针对收到的分类下载地址下发相应 的投票信息,如电子票或者电子问卷;
显示模块将投票信息展示在机顶盒图像层和图文显示层( OSD )的业务应用 层,该业务应用层采用 HTTP协议控制,并可以覆盖机顶盒图像层和 OSD层的 显示内容,即可以在节目图像层上面生成一透明的图文显示层,而投票信息就 显示在图文显示层的预设区域。 在机顶盒上通过遥控器应答后将用户的答题结 果以及用户实名信息通过点到点 TCP/IP协议回传至中心数据库,由数据处理模 块进行相应处理;如果投票需要涉及付费或收费 ,投票成功后由充值和扣费模 块进行相应的扣费 /充值操作。 服务器组件的所有模块的过程经由监控模块全程 以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明 ,不能 认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技 术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种电视投票的方法,包括步骤:
A、 远程服务器端生成投票信息;
B、 电视用户端采集用户信息反馈回远程服务器端,所述用户信息至少包括 用户当前观看的频道信息;
C、 远程服务器端根据采集的用户信息向该用户推送对应的投票信息;
D、 在电视机显示屏上显示投票信息图案。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的一种电视投票的方法,其中 ,所述步骤 D后面还包 括步骤 E:用户完成投票操作后,电视用户端将投票结果及用户的实名信息反馈 回服务器端,服务器端将统计的用户投票结果反馈回电视用户端显示。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的一种电视投票的方法,其中 ,所述步骤 A包括:远 程服务器端录入投票信息,并根据不同的用户类型生成不同的下载地址;所述 步骤 C包括:远程服务器端根据采集的用户信息将对应的下载地址发送回电视 用户端, 由电视用户端根据接收到的下载地址从远程服务端下载投票信息。

5. 如权利要求 1所述的一种电视投票的方法,其中 ,所述步骤 B包括:远 程服务器端向电视用户端加载采集程序,通过采集程序来采集用户信息,然后 反馈回远程服务器端;完成采集任务后,采集程序终结。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的一种电视投票的方法,其中 ,所述步骤 D后面还包 括步骤 E:用户完成投票操作后,电视用户端将投票结果及用户的实名信息反馈 回服务器端,服务器端将统计的用户投票结果反馈回电视用户端显示。
7. 如权利要求 3所述的一种电视投票的方法,其中 ,所述步骤 B中 ,当远 程服务器端检测到电视用户端切换频道,或者当有投票信息需要投放时,远程 服务器端会重新向电视用户端加载采集程序。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的一种电视投票的方法,其中 ,所述步骤 D后面还包 括步骤 E:用户完成投票操作后,电视用户端将投票结果及用户的实名信息反馈 回服务器端,服务器端将统计的用户投票结果反馈回电视用户端显示。

13. 一种电视投票系统,包括远程服务器组件和用户端组件,其中 , 所述 远程服务器组件包括产生投票信息的生产模块和发布投票信息的发布模块; 所述用户端组件包括用于采集用户信息的采集模块、 以及用于显示投票信 息的显示模块;
所述采集模块将当前用户信息反馈回所述发布模块,所述发布模块通过分 析用户信息,将对应的投票信息下发给用户端组件;所述用户信息至少包括用 户当前观看的频道信息。
14. 如权利要求 13所述的一种电视投票系统,其中 ,所述生产模块根据不 同的用户类型生成不同的投票信息下载地址;发布模块根据采集的用户信息将 对应的下载地址传送给显示模块,显示模块下载投票信息后在用户端组件中显 示。
