本发明的目的是提供尿液承接器,其中,此尿液承接器的结构轻巧纤薄,再加上,此尿液承接器可提供患者一整夜的使用。换句话说,卫生保健工作者不需要频繁地更换尿液
承接器。
本发明的另一目的是提供尿液承接器,其是一个简单纎薄的尿液承接器,并能不断把尿液排掉。
本发明的另一目的是提供尿液承接器,其承接范围是整个臀部而不是局限于小便部位,因而尿液不会渗漏出来。同时它的环带形上盖微微向中央倾斜,这可进一步保证尿液流进下面的承接器,不会外溅和渗漏。由于本发明尿液承接器不是用来储存尿液,而是作为中转站不断把尿液引导到收集容器中,因而承接器可以做得很纎薄轻巧,而且可以整晚连续小便免更换。正因它上述优点,病情不太严重的病人,小便可自理;病情较重病人,也只需协助其稍微提高臀部就能放进和取出承接器,减轻痛苦,也减少护理负担。医院、安老院如果在各病床安放承接器并将尿液引导到污水去水管,集中到集尿池统一消毒处理,将可节省许多人手,并且更加环保卫生。
根据本发明,为了达到上述的目的和优势,此尿液承接器,包括收集器、输送管和储存器。输送管可以是PET管、乳胶管或硅胶管。收集器是一个盆状的容器,收集器的顶部有一个开口,而且收集器最好是由硬质塑料、泡沫材料或硬质橡胶所制成。尿液承接器进一步包括环型顶盖,此环形顶盖扣接在收集器的上方边缘处,其中,环形顶盖最好是由塑料或乳胶制成,并向中央倾斜,也就是说,环形顶盖的结构是朝收集器顶部的开口向下倾斜。尿液承接器的底部进一步包含引流槽和排液装置,其中,引流槽的底部边缘高度低于收集器的底壁表面高度。此外,收集器具有一个周围侧壁,其周围侧壁可以为直壁,向下延伸的倾斜弧形墙或倾斜的直墙。值得一提的收集器也可由金属或木头做成。
因此,排液装置包括收集口和排液口,排液口位于输送管的内壁,其中,引流槽与收集口互相连接,输送管与排液口互相连接。收集口和排体口彼此连接。
因此,患者的臀部部分坐在收集器上,并且将收集器覆盖于患者小便的部分,因而防止的尿液渗漏,其中,收集器为一个临时的收集站,可以引导尿液流入储存器中,所以可以连续的收集病患的尿液,并且不需要经常得更换收集器。
因此,收集器是不限制于一个有刻度或无刻度的容器,或者是为污水排水管等。
本发明具有简单结构,重量轻,易于操作等优点,因此,本发明有利于长期卧床病人的临床护理及家庭护理,对于长期卧床和不能去洗手间小便的病人,此发明可以提供他们自己解决小便的问题。同时,环形顶盖是用乳胶制成,使用者坐在上面非常舒适,并且环型顶盖是微微向中央倾斜,可以确保尿液流入收集器。引流槽的形状和侧壁的形状有利于
尿液排入收集器,因次,尿液可以有效率的从收集器排入储存器中,避免尿液漏出污染被褥,进而减少褥疮的发生。

根据本发明的权利要求和说明书所公开的内容,本发明的技术方案具体如下文所述。
如图1到2图所示,为尿液承接器的典型实施例,此尿液承接器包括一个具有顶部开口和收集腔的收集器1、由PET材料制成的输送管2和储存器3,其中,输送管2是连接到收集器1和储存器3,并且用于运送尿液,储存器3可以储存从输送管2运送来的尿液。收集器1是一个盆型的的收集器,并且由刚性的塑料材料制成。收集器1包括引流槽11和排液装置12,引流槽11位于收集器1的底部,并且可以引导尿液至收集器1的收集腔中,而排液装置12是与引流槽11连接,其中,引流槽11是一个引导的槽,并且由收集槽1的底壁周围的部份向下缩进。值得一提的是,引流槽11的顶部高度低于收集器的底壁高度。而且,收集器1进一步包括一个周围侧壁,其中,周围侧壁是一个从收集器1底壁垂直向上延伸的侧壁,而且,收集器1的顶部开口的尺寸大小与收集器的底壁大小一致。换句话说,引流槽11是形成在周围侧壁和收集器1的底壁之间。
此外,收集器1进一步包括一个环型顶盖13,环形顶盖13是同轴的扣接在收集器1的顶部开口,而且,此环形顶盖13部分地覆盖住收集器的顶部开口,其中,环形顶盖13最好是由乳胶制成。顶盖13的上部边缘是向顶盖13的中心向下倾斜地延伸,倾斜地朝
向收集器1的顶部开口,因此可以引导尿液通过收集器1的顶部开口,进而引导尿液向收集器1的收集腔集中。换句话说,顶盖13的顶部边缘斜率,是由外侧边缘向内侧边缘递减的。此外,排液装置12包括收集口121和排液口122,其中收集口121位于收集器1的周围侧壁上,并且与引流槽11连接,而排液口122与输送管2连接,并且收集口121和排液口122彼此连接。排液口122与输送管2的内壁连接。换句话说,尿液沿引流槽11移动到达排液口121,更进一步分别通过收集口121和排液口121,然后尿液到达输送管2,最后沿着输送管2导入储存器3。
因此,收集器1是放置在病人臀部的下方,尤其是对女性患者,其中收集器1是作为一个临时收集站,用于引导尿液流进储存器3。

根据上面所提到的实施例和替代模式的实施例,收集器1可以由高分子材料,如硬质塑料、硬橡胶或聚碳酸酯材料制成。换句话说,因为收集器1是由重量轻的材料制成,收集器1是方便携带的,并且方便病人使用。此外,在实施例和替代模式的实施例中的输送管2可以由PET,硅胶,和乳胶制成,因此收集器1的重量才可以很轻并且坚固耐用。
如图5所示,为尿液承接器的第2种典型实施例,解释了第一种典型实施例的替代模式,其中,此尿液承接器是特别针对女性使用者设计,用来收集女性使用者的尿液。如图5和图6所示,此尿液承接器包括一个盆座,此盆座包含收集器10',顶盖20'和引流槽
30'。
因此,盆座具有一个用来收集尿液的收集腔,和一个大小适用于覆盖住使用者的臀部的上侧,盆座还具有一个顶部开口,顶部开口在盆座的上侧形成,并且和收集腔连通。盆座被用于放置在使用者的臀部下方,因此,盆座的上侧大小必须够大,以至于可以覆盖住使用者的尿道,防止尿液的渗漏。优选的,使用者可以坐在盆座的上侧,而尿液会透过顶部开口,而被收集到收集腔中。此外,盆座的顶部开口的大小是够大的,可以覆盖住使用者的尿道。
收集器10'包括一个底壁11'和一个周围侧壁12',其中,周围侧壁12'是一个从盆座的底壁11'向上延伸的侧壁,并且定义一个位落于底壁11'和周围侧壁12'之间的收集腔。此外,收集器10'是一个浅口盆型结构,所以收集器10'可以被滑入使用者的臀部下方。优选的,收集腔的深度(周围侧壁12'的高度)大约是一吋。值得一提的是,收集器10'也可以是椭圆形或是不规则的形状。
顶盖20'是可拆卸的被支持在收集器10'的上方,其中,顶盖20’是一个圆环形状,而且顶盖20'定义一个外围边缘21'、一个内围边缘22'、一个在内围边缘22'中的通孔23'。盆座上的顶部开口是定义在顶盖20'的通孔23'上,而且,盆座的上方是定义在顶盖20'的上侧。
因此,顶盖20'的外围边缘21'使可以拆卸的扣皆在收集器10'的周围侧壁12'。优选的,一个连结槽111'形成在收集器10'的周围侧壁12'的上边缘处,其中,顶盖20'的外围边缘21'可以拆卸的扣接在收集器10'的连结槽111'处。值得一提的是,收集器10'的周围侧壁12'可以是垂直墙、弧形的墙或是倾斜的墙,相同于第一种典型实施例所提及的周围侧壁12。
如图6所示,顶盖20'的上侧是从从外周边缘21'向内周边缘22'向下倾斜,用于引导尿液流入收集器10'。在此情况下,尿液会被洒在顶盖20'上,倾斜的顶盖20'上侧可以将尿液导流向通孔23',以便收集尿液在收集器10中'。
此外,顶盖20'进一步包含多个在顶盖20'上缩进形成的尿液导向槽24',而且,尿液导向槽24'延伸到顶盖20'的内周边缘22',用于引导尿液流向顶盖20'的通孔23'。如图5所示,尿液导向槽24'被分成第一槽组和第二槽组,其中第一槽组和第二槽组彼此相交。优选地,所述尿液导向槽24'是细长的直槽,且径向朝着顶盖20'的通孔23延伸'。值得一提的是,在顶罩20'上侧的尿液导向槽24'可以有不同的形状和尺寸,例如圆形形状、星形形状或矩形形状,用于引导尿液流入收集腔,如图7所示。
所述的引流槽30'是设置在盆座的底部,用于收集尿液至盆座的收集腔中。特别的是,引流槽30'被设置在收集器10'的底壁11'的周边部分,尿液被收集于盆座的收集腔中的引流槽30',尿液被收集后,可以提高收集器10'的稳定性。值得一提的是,当尿液被收集在收集器10'的收集腔中,尿液会随着收集器10'的移动而流动。因此,该盆座的质心将被转移,这可能导致该盆座被不小心的翻转。当尿液被收集在收集器10'的底壁11'周围部分的引流槽尿30'处时,尿液因为重力的原因,将被保留在收集器10'的外周围部分,使得该收集器10'可以被稳定住,以减少收集器10'因移动而产生的质量中心转移。
如图6所示,引流槽30'是集成在收集器10'的底壁11'处,底壁11'是一个凸壁,并且径向地向外周围倾斜,用于收集尿液至收集器10'的周边部分,在尿液被收集后,从而提高了收集器10'的稳定性。可以理解的是,引流槽30'可以是在收集器10'的底壁11'的外周边围缩进形成的引导槽,如上述第一实施例中,用于收集尿液于收集器10'的周边部分,进而在尿液被收集后,提高了收集器10'的稳定性。
收集器10'进一步包含一个连接于引流槽30'且用来排出来自引流槽的尿液的排液装置40',其中排液装置40'包括排液口41'和输送管42',其中排液口41'位于盆座上,并且与引流槽30'连接,输送管42'可拆卸地扣接在排液口41'上,用于排放引流槽30'中的尿液。
如图6所示,排液口41'是在收集器10'的周围侧壁12'的较低部分所形成的贯穿的狭长孔,且排液口41'与引尿槽30'相互连通。优选地,排液口40'还包括一个联接在排液口41'的排液阀43',以使得排液阀43'可以被选择性地打,用以排出从引流槽30'来的尿液,也可以选择性的打开以保持尿液滞留在引流槽30'中。值得一提的是,排液口41'是形成在收集器10'的周围侧壁12'上,使得该收集器10'的底壁11'可以稳定地放置在一个支撑表面上,此支撑表面可以是床的表面。
排液装置40'还包括可拆卸地连接于输送管42'的储存器44',用于收集从引尿槽30'通过输送管42'流动来的尿液。因此,输送管42'的一端可拆卸地连接在排液口41',而输送管42'另一个相对的端部可拆卸地连接到储存器44'。因此,一旦排液阀43'被打开时,在引流槽30'的尿液将通过输送管42'被排出到储存器44'。值得一提的是,输送管42'可以延伸到排水口直接排出尿液,不用排放至储存器44'。
为了使用本发明的尿液承接器,使用者可以将盆座放置在病人臀部的下方,其中,使用者能够坐在盆座,使用者的尿道对准盆座的顶部开口。其结果,尿液将临时被存储在引尿槽30'和随后被引导去排放到储存器44'中。根据储存器44'的体积大小,使用者能够
重复使用盆座相对于一段较长的时间,如过夜,而不直接手动的倒出盆座内的尿液,以便减少的医护人员或家庭成员的工作量。值得一提的是,该尿液承接器可通过直接倒入清水进入收集器10'的收集腔中,通过顶部开口冲洗整个尿液承接器,并且将收集器10'内的水排出到到储存器44'内进行清洗。
据上述实施例和实施例的替代模式,收集器1,10'可以由聚合物材料制成,例如硬质塑料、硬质橡胶或聚碳酸酯的材料制成。换句话说,由于收集器1,10'是由的重量轻的材料制成,收集器1,10'可以很容易被携带,所以可以方便病人使用。此外,在实施例和实施例的替代模式中的输送管2,42'可以由PET,硅胶和乳胶制成,因此,上述所述的材料重量轻而且坚固耐用。
据上述实施例和实施例的替代模式,本发明提供的尿液承接器结构轻巧纤薄,再加上,此尿液承接器能不断把尿液排掉,可提供患者一整夜的使用。换句话说,卫生保健工作者不需要频繁地更换尿液承接器。

本发明尿液承接装置适合任何人,尤其适合产后和患病妇女,老人家,尿频、尿失禁人士,及其他伤病人士。它更是女性首个可以卧床小便又不渗漏、不满溢的尿液承接装置。这是市场上至今未有的产品。本发明尿液承接装置设计简单,取材容易,成本低廉,可以大量工业生产。所需生产设备要求不高,若是采用塑料原料,一般塑料制品厂已能胜任。这对生产商和消费者都有利。

Claims (20)
- 一种用于收集尿液的尿液承接器包含:一个具有一个收集腔的盆座,和一个大小适用于覆盖住使用者的臀部的上侧,和一个和收集腔连通顶部开口;和设置在盆座底部的引流槽,可以收集尿液至盆座的收集腔中。
- 如权利要求1中所述的尿液承接器,其中,该盆座包含一个具有收集腔在内的收集器,和一个可拆卸并被支持在收集器上方的顶盖,其中,顶盖是一个圆环形状,而且顶盖定义一个外围边缘、一个内围边缘、一个在内围边缘中的通孔,该通孔为与收集腔的盆座上的顶部开口连通,其中,该盆座的上侧是定义在顶盖的上侧,用来确保尿液可以通过通孔流入收集腔中。
- 如权利要求2中所述的尿液承接器,其中,引流槽被设置在收集器的底壁的周边部分,用于收集尿液于盆座收集腔的引流槽中,所以可以提高的收集器的稳定性。

- 如权利要求1中所述的尿液承接器,进一步包含一个连接于引流槽的排液装置,其中, 排液装置包括一个位于盆座上并且与引流槽连接的排液口,和一个可拆卸地扣接在排液口上的输送管,引流槽中的尿液透过排液口和输送管排放。
- 如权利要求5中所述的尿液承接器,进一步包含一个连接于引流槽的排液装置,其中,排液装置包括一个位于盆座上并且与引流槽连接的排液口,和一个可拆卸地扣接在排液口上的输送管,引流槽中的尿液透过排液口和输送管排放。
- 如权利要求7中所述的尿液承接器,进一步包含一个连接于引流槽的排液装置,其中,排液装置包括一个位于盆座上并且与引流槽连接的排液口,和一个可拆卸地扣接在排液口上的输送管,引流槽中的尿液透过排液口和输送管排放。
- 如权利要求8中所述的尿液承接器,其中,排液装置还包括可拆卸地连接于输送管的储存器,用于收集从引尿槽通过输送管流出的尿液。
- 如权利要求9中所述的尿液承接器,其中,排液装置还包括可拆卸地连接于输送管的储存器,用于收集从引尿槽通过输送管流出的尿液。
- 如权利要求10中所述的尿液承接器,其中,排液装置还包括可拆卸地连接于输送管的储存器,用于收集从引尿槽通过输送管流出的尿液。
- 如权利要求3中所述的尿液承接器,其中,引流槽是在收集器的底壁外周围部分形成的引导槽,用于收集尿液于收集器的周边部分,进而在尿液被收集后,提高了收集器的稳定性。
