Abstract

The invention provides a unitary system for the packaging of bakery premix and yeast as a single use packaging unit, which packaging unit, in use, contains a pre-measured quantity of both premix and yeast calculated to be used in a single dough mixing event without the need to weigh-off any portion thereof, said premix and yeast being isolated from each other with the single use packaging unit.
