本发明的有益效果在于: 本发明提供的自动循环夹, 结构简单, 通过推杆上设置的自动旋转推杆定位套的定位锁紧、复进簧以及顶条 的作用, 用单手循环推动推杆, 可完成开夹、 闭夹的循环开合过程, 操作舒适轻松简单便捷, 降低使用成本, 满足了市场需求。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一歩的描述。
参照图 1、 图 2和图 3所示, 本发明揭示的自动循环夹, 它包括 壳体 1、 位于壳体 1内并被壳体 1卡紧的一对可枢转的铰接板 2以及 分别固定于该对铰接板 2上的多对半环元件 3, 该半环元件 3从壳体 1上表面伸出, 具体的该半环元件 3为三对, 每对半环元件 3均由圆 勾环 700和斜勾环 701组成, 圆勾环 700和斜勾环 701可相互啮合, 圆勾环 700有利于翻转纸张, 斜勾环 701有利于固定收集纸张, 该自 动循环夹还包括一位于壳体 1内、并可沿该壳体 1轴线方向移动的推 杆 4, 具体的是壳体 1两侧底边分别向内延伸出一轨道, 推杆 4在轨 道内沿壳体 1轴线方向移动, 推杆 4移动轻松方便, 推杆 4位于铰接 板 2的下方,推杆 4上从左至右沿壳体 1轴线方向依次具有第一通槽 5和第二通槽 6, 第一通槽 5内设有一自动旋转推杆定位套 7, 对推 杆 4起到定位锁紧的作用, 自动旋转推杆定位套 7上端与壳体 1内表 面固定连接, 第二通槽 6内设有一复进簧 8, 起到拉动推杆 4在壳体 1内后退的作用, 复进簧 8与铰接板 2连接, 复进簧 8与铰接板 2连 接处靠近第二通槽 6右端, 推杆 4上端上还设有多个顶条 9, 顶条 9 的数量与半环元件 3的对数相同, 顶条 9位于半环元件 3的下方, 在 铰接板 2上与顶条 9相应位置处具有通槽 10, 顶条 9穿过通槽 10, 顶条 9上依次具有一体成型的开夹螺旋面 400、 关夹卡筒面 401和关 夹螺旋面 402, 在壳体 1内表面上还具有与关夹螺旋面 402前端相配 合的卡槽 11,推杆 4右端还设有手柄 12,手柄 12位于壳体 1右端处, 手柄 12上具有按手位, 方便手推进推杆 4, 壳体 1右端面向上延伸 一挡板 13, 挡板 13上具有与手柄 12相对应的手柄凹槽 14, 方便手 按手柄 12, 美观实用。
进一歩地, 自动旋转推杆定位套 Ί包括连接杆 100以及套设于连 接杆 100上的盖帽 101、 支撑套管 102、 位于支撑套管 102内的压缩 弹簧 103、 转盘套 104、 滑爪套 105, 连接杆 100左端与第一通槽 5 左端连接, 连接杆 100右端与第一通槽 5右端连接, 参照图 6所示, 支撑套管 102上端左右两边分别设有卡座 500, 支撑套管 102上端中 部设有卡柱 501, 在壳体 1内表面相应位置处设有分别与卡座 500、 卡柱 501卡扣连接的连接座和连接柱, 利于安装, 连接紧固, 防止支 撑套管 102随着连接杆 100的移动而移动,支撑套管 102左端与盖帽 101固定连接, 具体的是盖帽 101右端伸入支撑套管 102内, 参照图 7所示, 盖帽 101右端面上周向均匀设有三个挂钩 600, 在支撑套管 102上相应位置处具有与挂钩 600相对应的挂钩孔 601, 挂钩 600扣 在挂钩孔 601内, 连接紧固, 防止盖帽 101随着连接杆 100的移动而 移动,支撑套管 102右端内壁上具有三条与支撑套管 102轴向平行且 均匀分布的凸柱 106,转盘套 104右端伸入滑爪套 105内,滑爪套 105 右端靠近第一通槽 5右端,转盘套 104左端和滑爪套 105左端分别设 有转盘 107和滑爪 108, 转盘 107和滑爪 108的外圆周面上均具有与 凸柱 106相对应的凹槽 109, 转盘套 104和滑爪套 105通过凹槽 109 可沿着凸柱 106在支撑套管 102 内移动, 滑爪套 105可带动转盘套 104移动和转动, 连接杆 100上还设有一连接块 110, 连接块 110靠 近转盘套 104左端, 用于挡住转盘套 104移动, 压缩弹簧 103—端与 盖帽 101连接, 另一端与连接块 110连接。
进一歩地, 参照图 4和图 5所示, 凹槽 109将转盘 107外圆周面 分成三个大小一致的转盘凸块 200, 转盘凸块 200右端依次具有倾斜 弧面 201、竖直面 202和倾斜直面 203,倾斜弧面 201和倾斜直面 203 倾斜方向一致, 凸柱 106左端与倾斜直面 203相对应, 凹槽 109将滑 爪 108外圆周面分成三对大小一致的滑爪凸块,其中每对滑爪凸块均 包括相互分离的第一凸块 300和第二凸块 301, 第一凸块 300和第二 凸块 301大小一致且并排设置,第一凸块 300和第二凸块 301左端均 具有第一倾斜面 302和第二倾斜面 303, 第一倾斜面 302和第二倾斜 面 303成一夹角, 第一倾斜面 302与倾斜弧面 201相对应, 第二倾斜 面 303与倾斜直面 203相对应,当第一凸块 300的第一倾斜面 302抵 压在倾斜弧面 201、 第二凸块 301的第二倾斜面 303抵压在倾斜直面 203上时,转盘套 104转动,第一凸块 300卡入转盘 107上的凹槽 109 中, 凸柱 106左端与倾斜直面 203接触。
通过上述结构, 本发明的关夹原理为: 单手按住手柄 12将推杆 4往壳体 1左端方向推动, 推杆 4带动顶条 9和连接杆 100移动, 复 进簧 8被拉伸, 关夹卡筒面 401、 关夹螺旋面 402和开夹螺旋面 400 将铰接板 2向下顶起, 第一通槽 5右端推动滑爪套 105移动, 滑爪套 105带动转盘套 104移动, 压缩弹簧 103被压缩, 当关夹螺旋面 402 前端卡入卡槽 11中的同时, 第一凸块 300的第一倾斜面 302抵压在 倾斜弧面 201、 第二凸块 301的第二倾斜面 303抵压在倾斜直面 203 上, 此时转盘套 104转动, 第一凸块 300卡入转盘 107上的凹槽 109 中, 凸柱 106左端与倾斜直面 203接触, 松手后, 转盘套 104转动, 此时凸柱 106左端抵压在倾斜直面 203上,凸柱 106侧面抵压在竖直 面 202上, 完成锁紧动作, 圆勾环 700和斜勾环 701相互啮合, 即完 成了关夹动作; 开夹原理为: 单手按住手柄 12将推杆 4往壳体 1左 端方向推动, 第一凸块 300、 第二凸块 301挤压转盘凸块 200, 转盘 套 104转动, 此时凸柱 106卡入转盘 107上凹槽 109中, 转盘套 104 和滑爪套 105沿着凸柱 106往壳体 1右端方向移动, 完成开锁动作, 压缩弹簧 103复位, 带动推杆 4往壳体 1右端方向移动, 推杆 4带动 顶条 9移动, 关夹螺旋面 402前端与卡槽 11脱离, 开夹螺旋面 400、 关夹卡筒面 401从通槽 10中退出, 复进簧 8复位, 铰接板 2向上运 动, 圆勾环 700和斜勾环 701相互分离, 即完成了开夹动作, 本发明 结构简单, 通过单手循环推动推杆 4, 即可完成打开、 闭合的循环开 合过程, 操作舒适轻松简单便捷, 降低使用成本, 满足了市场需求。

Claims

权利要求
1.一种自动循环夹, 它包括壳体、位于壳体内并被壳体卡紧的一 对可枢转的铰接板以及分别固定于该对铰接板上的多对半环元件,所 述半环元件从所述壳体上表面伸出, 其特征在于: 它还包括一位于所 述壳体内、并可沿该壳体轴线方向移动的推杆, 所述推杆位于所述铰 接板的下方,推杆上从左至右沿所述壳体轴线方向依次具有第一通槽 和第二通槽, 所述第一通槽内设有一自动旋转推杆定位套, 所述自动 旋转推杆定位套上端与所述壳体内表面固定连接,所述第二通槽内设 有一复进簧, 所述复进簧与所述铰接板连接, 推杆上端上还设有多个 顶条,在所述铰接板上相应位置处具有通槽,所述顶条穿过所述通槽, 在所述壳体内表面上还具有与所述顶条前端相配合的卡槽。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的自动循环夹, 其特征在于: 所述自动旋 转推杆定位套包括连接杆以及套设于连接杆上的盖帽、支撑套管、位 于支撑套管内的压缩弹簧、 转盘套、 滑爪套, 所述连接杆左端与所述 第一通槽左端连接, 连接杆右端与第一通槽右端连接, 所述支撑套管 上端与所述壳体内表面固定连接, 支撑套管左端与所述盖帽固定连 接,支撑套管右端内壁上具有三条与支撑套管轴向平行且均匀分布的 凸柱,转盘套右端伸入所述滑爪套内,滑爪套右端靠近第一通槽右端, 转盘套左端和滑爪套左端分别设有转盘和滑爪,所述转盘和滑爪的外 圆周面上均具有与所述凸柱相对应的凹槽,转盘套和滑爪套通过凹槽 可沿着凸柱在支撑套管内移动, 滑爪套可带动转盘套移动和转动, 所 述连接杆上还设有一连接块, 所述连接块靠近转盘套左端, 所述压缩 弹簧一端与盖帽连接, 另一端与连接块连接。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的自动循环夹, 其特征在于: 所述凹槽将 所述转盘外圆周面分成三个大小一致的转盘凸块,所述转盘凸块右端 依次具有倾斜弧面、竖直面和倾斜直面, 所述倾斜弧面和所述倾斜直 面倾斜方向一致,所述凹槽将所述滑爪外圆周面分成三对大小一致的 滑爪凸块, 其中每对滑爪凸块均包括相互分离的第一凸块和第二凸 块, 所述第一凸块和第二凸块大小一致且并排设置, 第一凸块和第二 凸块左端均具有第一倾斜面和第二倾斜面,所述第一倾斜面与所述倾 斜弧面相对应, 所述第二倾斜面与所述倾斜直面相对应, 当第一凸块 的第一倾斜面抵压在倾斜弧面、第二凸块的第二倾斜面抵压在倾斜直 面上时, 转盘套转动, 所述第一凸块卡入所述转盘上的凹槽中, 凸柱 左端与倾斜直面接触。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的自动循环夹, 其特征在于: 所述顶条上 依次具有一体成型的开夹螺旋面、关夹卡筒面和关夹螺旋面, 关夹螺 旋面前端与所述卡槽相配合。
5.根据权利要求 2所述的自动循环夹, 其特征在于: 所述支撑套 管上端左右两边分别设有卡座, 支撑套管上端中部设有卡柱, 在所述 壳体内表面相应位置处设有分别与所述卡座、卡柱卡扣连接的连接座 和连接柱。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的自动循环夹, 其特征在于: 所述推杆右 端设有手柄, 所述手柄位于所述壳体右端处。
7.根据权利要求 6所述的自动循环夹, 其特征在于: 所述壳体右 端面向上延伸一挡板, 所述挡板上具有与所述手柄相对应的手柄凹 槽。
8.根据权利要求 2所述的自动循环夹, 其特征在于: 所述盖帽右 端伸入所述支撑套管内, 盖帽右端面上周向均匀设有三个挂钩, 在支 撑套管上相应位置处具有与所述挂钩相对应的挂钩孔,所述挂钩扣在 所述挂钩孔内。
9.根据权利要求 1至 8中任一权利要求所述的自动循环夹,其特 征在于: 所述多对半环元件中每对半环元件均由圆勾环和斜勾环组 成, 所述圆勾环和所述斜勾环可相互啮合。
