During operation, the lock latch (110) uses the open state latch locking surface (121) and the locked state latch locking surface (122) found on the latch locking component (120). While the lock latch (1 10) is in normal state, the latch rear body (140) is reclined on the locked state latch locking surface (122). And while the lock latch (110) is in open state, the latch rear body (140) is reclined on the latch locking surface (121) found at the rear part of the lock latch (110) and thus the lock latch (1 0) is prevented from entering more.
The component that enables motion of the lock latch (1 10) is the motion latch (200) component shown in Figure 11 and Figure 12. Latch rear body (140) is positioned at the latch rear body space (210) formed at the upper part of the motion latch (200) component. Latch opening flat piece (260) and latch closing support flat piece (250) areas are found on the motion latch (200). These latch opening flat piece (260) and latch closing support flat piece (250) provides easy movement of the latch rear body (140) from which the lock latch (110) receives its motion and thus prevents the situations such as jamming of lock latch (110). On the motion latch (200), also lever space (240) and cover support protrusion (230) are formed in order to increase strength. Motion latch reclining flat piece (220) and continuous motion latch space (270) will be disclosed in detail during description of the operating principle.
Furthermore, motion latch locking component (300) given in Figure 7 is mounted at the middle part of the twisted lower body ( 00) by means of the motion latch locking component assembly spaces (320). Motion latch space (300) is formed at the middle part of the motion latch locking component (300) and motion latch (200) is positioned at this motion latch space (330). Again motion latch locking surface (310) is formed on the motion latch locking component (300). By means of this motion latch locking surface (310), harmonious operation of the motion latch (200) with the latch rear body (140) and restriction of its movement is achieved. Following positioning of the motion latch (200), the system is closed with the motion latch mechanism cover (600) shown in Figure 14.
The grooved and mobile bottom bracket (400) shown in detail in Figure 17 and Figure 18 is the component that is formed as the main body of the invention and that has the greatest role in operation of the system. Grooved and mobile bottom bracket (400) is connected to the twisted lower body (100) by means of the bracket assembly space (470) found on it. Lever space (410) is formed on the grooved and mobile bottom bracket (400), while the cover support protrusions (480) for strength and plane reference protrusions (460) are formed at the rear and front parts thereof, respectively. Lock-unlock piece fitting channel (420) is formed at the middle part of the grooved and mobile bottom bracket (400) and the lock-unlock piece (500) shown, in Figure 19 is positioned on this part. During positioning of the lock-unlock piece (500), the positioning flat piece (550) and the narrow positioning flat piece (540) provide strength. Following positioning of the lock-unlock piece (500), lock-unlock frame spring (1200) is connected using the lock-unlock frame spring assembly space (440) found on the grooved and mobile bottom bracket (400). Lock-unlock piece (500) moves towards right and left hand sides within the lock-unlock piece fitting channel (420). It is the barrel (800) component that provides this motion. With the opening and closing of the barrel (800), it transmits the motion to the open lock latch end (510) of the lock-unlock piece (500) and thus movement of the lock-unlock piece (500) towards the left and right hand sides is achieved. Lock-unlock piece (500) comprises frame (560). The frame (560) makes a sound at the lock-unlock frame spring indent (1210) lower part found at the lock-unlock frame spring (1200) shown in Figure 15 during its right-and-left side movement and thus the perception of locking is provided. Moreover, lock-unlock frame reclining flat piece (450) is formed on the grooved and mobile bottom bracket (400) in order to restrict the movement of the frame (560). Lock-unlock piece (500) comprises motion transmitting flat piece (520) and continuous opening space (530), which will be described in detail while disclosing the operating principle.
The barrel strength component (700) shown in Figure 23 is connected to the twisted lower body (100) lower part by means of the barrel strength component connection area (730). Furthermore, the barrel (800) is positioned on the barrel positioning space (720) and operates in this way. In order to restrict the barrel (800) rotating motion, the barrel locking pin (1000) given in Figure 22 is positioned on the barrel locking pin space (190) found on the twisted lower body (100). In this way, the keys are prevented from rotating continuously in a locking manner. Return spring assembly space (710) is formed at the corners parts of the barrel strength component (700). While return spring (1100) is connected at one end of this part, the other end is connected to the return spring assembly area (430) found on the grooved and mobile bottom bracket (400). In this way, the grooved and mobile bottom bracket (400) completes its motion and returns back to its previous position.
The lower body support protrusion space (170) and the lower body barrel space (180) formed on the twisted lower body (100) are used for increasing strength. In the same way, upper cover support protrusion space (9 0) and upper cover barrel space (920) are formed on the upper cover (900) shown in Figure 20 in order to improve strength. Assembly of the lock mechanism (10) is completed by closing the upper cover (900). The embodiment used and preferred in operation of the system is the lock mechanism (10) applied on emergency exit doors. The factor making this lock mechanism (10) different from other normal lock systems is the lack of the corresponding part to the lever space (240) found on the motion latch (200) component. In other words, the rear part of the motion latch (200) is designed in flat form without a hole. In this way, while at the inner part it directly enters into the motion latch (200), at the outer part, it is directly positioned on the lever space (410) of the grooved and mobile bottom bracket (400). As known, in emergency exit doors, exiting from inside to outside and entrance from outside to inside is possible while the barrel (800) is open; when the barrel (800) is locked, entrance from outside is not possible while exiting from inside is possible. In accordance with these descriptions, the drawings given in Figure 1 , Figure 2, Figure 3, Figure 4, Figure 5, Figure 24, and Figure 25 will be examined. Figure 1 ; is the view of the lock mechanism of the invention (10) showing the open inner state of the barrel (800) while it is in locked position and the lever opening from the inner side is pressed. When the barrel (800) is locked, the motion latch reclining flat piece (220) found at the lower part of the motion latch (200) enters into the continuous opening space (530) found on the lock- unlock piece (500) and thus the lock latch (1 0) takes its pressed position with the rotation of the lever connected to the motion latch (200).
Also in Figure 3, the view of the lock mechanism of the invention (10) showing the locked state of the barrel (800) while the outer lever is pressed. Since the lever is directly positioned onto the lever space (410) found on the grooved and mobile bottom bracket (400) from outside, when it is brought to pressed position, it rotates the grooved and mobile bottom bracket (400) and it can not transmit the motion to the motion latch (200), since the motion latch reclining flat piece (220) is left at the continuous opening space (530). This detail is given in Figure 24. The rotating angle of the grooved and mobile bottom bracket (400) is determined considering the idle position of the motion latch reclining flat piece (220) within the continuous opening space (530). In order to restrict this angle, the lever motions locking point (490) found on the grooved and mobile bottom bracket (400) is used. When the lever is pressed, the grooved and mobile bottom bracket (400) can rotate until it is reclined on the motion latch locking component (300) of the lever motions locking point (490). In this way, the angle is restricted and the motion latch reclining flat piece (220) is left idle within the continuous opening space (530). In summary, while the barrel (800) is locked, the position of the lock latch (110) does not change with the motion of the lever pressed from outside. Figure 2; is the view of the lock mechanism of the invention (10) showing the open state of the barrel (800) while the outer lever is pressed. In the open state of the barrel (800), when the lever is pressed from outside, the motion transmitting flat piece (520) found on the lock-unlock piece (500) reclines on the motion latch reclining flat piece (220) found at the motion latch (200) lower part with the rotation of the grooved and mobile bottom bracket (400) and changes the position of the motion latch (200). This detail is given in Figure 25. The grooved and mobile bottom bracket (400) takes its previous position with the help of the return spring (1100). Figure 4 is the perspective view showing the whole system in the lock mechanism of the invention (10) and Figure 5 is the drawing that shows the lock mechanism of the invention (10) with the motion latch mechanism cover (600).
In the open state of the barrel (800), together with the lever pressed from the inner side, the motion latch reclining flat piece (220) found in the motion latch (200) enters into the continuous opening space (530) found on the lock-unlock piece (500), and thus the lock latch (1 0) takes its pressed position. Since the lever is directly connected to the motion latch (200) at the inner part, when the lever is pressed, the motion is directly transmitted to the motion latch (200) and the grooved and mobile bottom bracket (400) remains still. The lock mechanism (10) of the invention can be used as right or left piece. In the same way, the grooved and mobile bottom bracket (400) is also available for use in both sides.
The protection area of this application has been specified under claims and cannot be limited to the descriptions only given as sampling above.
