Definitions
- the payment network is proposed to be made of unified, identical in internal content, i.e. on hardware and software, electronic payment devices, which are actually calculators - substitutes for banknotes that have the ability to communicate with each other informationally, for example, via radio or mechanical contact, and also containing unified elements of tax deduction at a certain specified percentage.
- Each payment device contains a transceiver, which has a technical one, for example, in the form of resonant cavities or circuits, and software for determining whether a connected device belongs to a single payment network using a friend or foe system.
- the transceiver in the device, is connected, via the reception line of a certain amount, to a memory unit or files for storing currency amounts in electronic form through a tax-removal element.
- the element of tax deduction removes and nullifies the tax from the passing amount, i.e. directing the amount of money to the memory block after its decrease.
- the payment device also has a line for transferring money from the memory unit to the transceiver for transferring it to another payment device of the payment network.
- One of the payment devices of the network is the issuer, and has special, different from other devices, technical and software for entering currency into the payment network.
- the drawing illustrates the invention.
- Figure 1 shows a diagram of a payment network.
- the payment network contains an electronic payment device 1, the technical and software of which allows issuing electronic currency into it, and therefore into the network.
- Device 1 is informationally, through communication channels (radio channels, cable) or through mechanical contacts, connected to other standardized, identical in terms of technical and software, payment devices - 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, etc.
- Each of the payment devices, for example, 2 has a transceiver 7 for establishing communication, for example, through a switching unit or through mechanical contact, with a selected other payment device.
- a transceiver 7, in each payment device is connected by a line for passing an incoming signal through a tax-removal element 8, with a memory unit (or files) 9, which is connected by a line for an output signal to a transceiver 7.
- Payment devices, for example, 2 or their blocks 9 can be associated with any device 10 for the removal of information, but not for payments.
- the initial budget amount calculated taking into account the level of deflation or inflation, is emitted or entered into the memory unit of payment device 1, which redistributes it to other payment devices and the money circulates further through the network, decreasing in total amount.
- a signal is received to conduct a certain amount of money from one payment device to another, for example, from 4 to 2, their transceivers 7, using special codes, algorithms, devices that prevent unauthorized interference, establish a connection with each other and carry out the process of transferring the amount from the memory unit of device 4 to the transceiver 7 of device 2.
- the tax-deductible element reduces the amount of money recorded in the memory unit
- s Device 1 is located in the central State Authority, for example, in the Ministry of Finance.
- the rest can be in banks, organizations and with individual citizens, for example, to prevent losses, in apartments. And you can control them both directly, the keyboard on the payment device, and at a distance, for example using payment cards, via the Internet.
- Communication between devices can also be different, for example, using infrared rays. But the most protected from unauthorized entry is the mechanical contact between the devices (as in these applications).
- the application of this invention will allow the bulk of the economy to be exempted from numerous reports, especially to the tax authorities, i.e. significantly reduce workflow, freeing people for creative tasks; reorient the attention of the State authorities from worries about the welfare of large monopolies to small businesses, small settlements, improvement of the Natural Environment. Those. the application of the invention will allow shifting the attention of state bodies from the worries of supporting large monopolies and replenishing the Budget with the transfer of money into large “projects” and frightening armaments, to questions of reasonable spending of state money. Any sufficiently intense activity associated with increased circulation of money will benefit the State Budget. Etc.
