Description

INTERCOM METHOD, APPARATUS, DEVICE, AND SYSTEM
FIELD OF THE TECHNOLOGY
The present disclosure relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to an intercom method, apparatus, device, and system.
BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURE
With the fast development of communications technologies, more and more intercom apparatuses or intercom supporting mobile terminals emerge, which bring great convenience to interaction of users. A simple and convenient intercom method and intercom apparatus can satisfy requirements of most users, thus bringing good intercom experience for users.
In the existing technology, during intercom implementation, generally there are several manners as follows:
First manner: Implement intercom by installing a specific intercom application (App) on a terminal. For example, both parties of intercom implement the intercom by installing a same intercom App on smart phones. A specific intercom process is: A sending party records intercom data by using an intercom App installed on a terminal, and sends the recorded intercom data to an App server; the App server forwards the intercom data to a same intercom App installed on a terminal of a receiving party; and the receiving party receives and plays the intercom data by using the intercom App installed on the terminal.
Second manner: Implement intercom by using a digital or radio signal type interphone. A specific intercom process is: Interphones used by a sending party and a receiving party establish a connection therebetween by using a dedicated intercom link and a dedicated intercom tower that are allocated to the interphones in advance. Therefore, during intercom implementation, the interphone of the sending party sends intercom data to the dedicated intercom tower through the dedicated intercom link, and the dedicated intercom tower processes the intercom data, and transmits the intercom data to the interphone of the receiving party through the intercom link in real time. For example, to implement intercom, it is required to specially open a signaling channel or frequency band for communication between the interphone of the sending party and the interphone of the receiving party, and the intercom process is implemented by using the signaling channel or frequency band.
In the implementation process of the present disclosure, the inventor finds that the related technology has at least the following problems:
With regard to the first manner in which intercom needs to be implemented by installing a same intercom App on terminals of a sending party and a receiving party, not only the installation of the intercom App on the terminals has a high configuration requirement on the terminals, but also when the intercom is implemented by installing the intercom App on the terminals, the intercom needs to be implemented by operating the intercom App; however, it is miscellaneous to operate the intercom App, which is difficult to some extent for groups such as the elderly and children, resulting in that the application scope of the intercom method is limited.
With regard to the second manner in which intercom needs to be implemented depending on a dedicated intercom tower and using a dedicated intercom link, the cost of infrastructure such as the dedicated intercom tower or the dedicated intercom link is high, causing a high intercom cost. In addition, in an intercom process, because the dedicated intercom tower needs to transmit intercom data of a sending party to a receiving party in real time, an interphone of the sending party and the dedicated intercom tower needs to process the intercom data in real time, which causes a high configuration requirement on the dedicated intercom tower and the interphone.
SUMMARY
An exemplary intercom method includes:
receiving, through a wireless network, intercom data and a receiving-party identifier that are sent by a sending-party intercom apparatus; and
forwarding the intercom data through the wireless network to at least one receiving-party intercom apparatus corresponding to the receiving-party identifier,
the intercom data being obtained after a processor of the sending-party intercom apparatus controls, according to a detected operation on an intercom button of the sending-party intercom apparatus, a microphone of the sending-party intercom apparatus to perform recording, and sent by using a transmitter of the sending-party intercom apparatus.
An exemplary intercom apparatus is provided, including: an intercom button, a microphone, a transmitter, and a processor,
the processor being configured to control, according to a detected operation on the intercom button, the microphone to record intercom data; and
the processor being further configured to control the transmitter to send the intercom data and a receiving-party identifier to an intercom server through a wireless network, so that the intercom server forwards the intercom data through the wireless network to at least one receiving-party intercom apparatus corresponding to the receiving-party identifier.

A manner of controlling, by the sending-party intercom apparatus according to an operation, detected by the processor, on the intercom button, the microphone to record intercom data is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
Multiple manners are available for controlling, according to an operation, detected by the processor, on the intercom button, the microphone to record intercom data. During specific implementation, the processor may detect whether the intercom button is pushed down, when detecting that the intercom button is pushed down, control the microphone to record intercom data, and after detecting a bounce operation on the intercom button, control the microphone to stop recording intercom data. Optionally, the processor may also: detect whether a time in which the intercom button is clicked exceeds a preset time, when detecting that the time in which the intercom button is clicked exceeds the preset time, control the microphone to record intercom data, and after detecting that the intercom button is pushed down again, control the microphone to stop recording intercom data. The length of the preset time in this manner is not specifically limited in this embodiment. Optionally, the processor may also: after detecting that the intercom button is pushed down, control the microphone to record intercom data, and after a time of the intercom data recording reaches a preset time, automatically control the microphone to stop recording intercom data.
602: The sending-party intercom apparatus controls, by using the processor, the transmitter to send the intercom data and a receiving-party identifier to the intercom server through a wireless network.
In this embodiment, the sending-party intercom apparatus implements intercom with the receiving-party intercom apparatus by using the intercom server. Therefore, to implement intercom, after the sending-party intercom apparatus controls, by using the processor, the microphone to record the intercom data, the processor may control the transmitter to send the recorded intercom data to the intercom server through the wireless network. In addition, in order for the server to determine which receiving-party intercom apparatus the intercom data is to be sent to, the processor further needs to control the transmitter to send the receiving-party identifier to the intercom server through the wireless network. A manner of sending the intercom data and the receiving-party identifier to the intercom server through the wireless network is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
To save a local resource and save a configuration resource required for sending the intercom data, to ensure that the intercom data can be quickly sent to the intercom server, when controlling the transmitter to send the intercom data and the receiving-party identifier to the intercom server through the wireless network, the processor may first control the intercom data to be compressed, and control the compressed intercom data to be sent to the intercom server. A manner of compressing the intercom data is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
It should be noted that, in order for the intercom server to identify which sending-party intercom apparatus the intercom data comes from and which user uses the sending-party intercom apparatus, when sending the intercom data to the server, the sending-party intercom apparatus may further send a sending-party intercom apparatus identifier and an identifier of a user of the sending-party intercom apparatus.
603: The intercom server receives, through the wireless network, the intercom data and the receiving-party identifier that are sent by the sending-party intercom apparatus, and forwards the intercom data through the wireless network to at least one receiving-party intercom apparatus corresponding to the receiving-party identifier.
A manner of receiving, by the intercom server through the wireless network, the intercom data and the receiving-party identifier that are sent by the sending-party intercom apparatus and a manner of forwarding the intercom data through the wireless network to at least one receiving-party intercom apparatus corresponding to the receiving-party identifier are not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
In addition, the number of receiving-party intercom apparatuses is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention. When there are one receiving-party intercom apparatus, one-to-one intercom can be achieved. When there are multiple receiving-party intercom apparatuses, one-to-multiple intercom can be achieved. The number of receiving-party intercom apparatuses may be determined according to the number of receiving-party identifiers sent by the sending-party intercom apparatus, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
604: The receiving-party intercom apparatus receives, through the wireless network, the intercom data forwarded by the intercom server, and plays the intercom data.
A manner of receiving, by the receiving-party intercom apparatus through the wireless network, the intercom data forwarded by the intercom server and playing the intercom data is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention. The receiving-party intercom apparatus includes a receiver and a loudspeaker. Therefore, the receiving-party intercom apparatus receives, through the wireless network by using the receiver, the intercom data forwarded by the intercom server, and plays the intercom data by using the loudspeaker.
To remind in time a user using the receiving-party intercom apparatus to process the intercom data in time, the receiving-party intercom apparatus may further include components such as a playback button, an indicator, and a screen, so that after receiving the intercom data that is forwarded by the intercom server through the wireless network, the receiving-party intercom apparatus may issue a reminding signal by means of lighting of the indicator, display on the screen, a ring tone, or vibration, to trigger the user to operate the playback button according to the reminding signal, and accordingly the receiving-party intercom apparatus plays the intercom data. For example, after receiving the intercom data, the receiving-party intercom apparatus controls the indicator to be lit, to trigger the user to determine, according to the indicator, that there is intercom data needing to be processed, and thus push down the playback button, so that the receiving-party intercom apparatus plays the intercom data after detecting that the playback button is pushed down.
In addition, if the intercom data forwarded by the intercom server to the receiving-party intercom apparatus is compressed intercom data, before playing the intercom data, the receiving-party intercom apparatus further needs to decompress the compressed intercom data. A manner of decompressing the compressed intercom data is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention. During specific implementation, the compressed intercom data may be decompressed in a decompressing manner corresponding to a compressing manner used by the sending-party intercom apparatus.
Further, after listening to the intercom data, the user using the receiving-party intercom apparatus may return intercom content in response to the user using the sending-party intercom apparatus. A specific manner of returning, by the user using the receiving-party intercom apparatus, intercom content in response to the user using the sending-party intercom apparatus may be implemented with the foregoing steps 601 to 604, only needing to exchange the operations executed by the sending-party intercom apparatus with those executed by the receiving-party intercom apparatus. Details are not described herein again.
With the method provided in this embodiment of the present invention, an intercom process is triggered by a processor by detecting an operation on an intercom button and controlling a microphone to record intercom data, so that operations for implementing intercom are simple, requirements of groups such as the elderly and children can be satisfied, and the application scope of the intercom method is larger. The intercom data is received and sent through a wireless network, so that the intercom process does not depend on infrastructure such as a dedicated intercom link and a dedicated intercom tower, which reduces the intercom cost. In addition, after being recorded, the intercom data is sent to an intercom server, which avoids real-time processing on the intercom data, thereby lowering a configuration requirement on an intercom apparatus.

A manner of receiving, by the receiving-party intercom apparatus through the wireless network, the intercom data sent by the sending-party intercom apparatus and playing the intercom data is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention. The receiving-party intercom apparatus includes a receiver and a loudspeaker. Therefore, the receiving-party intercom apparatus receives, through the wireless network by using the receiver, the intercom data sent by the sending-party intercom apparatus, and plays the intercom data by using the loudspeaker.
To remind in time a user using the receiving-party intercom apparatus to process the intercom data in time, the receiving-party intercom apparatus may further include components such as a playback button, an indicator, and a screen, so that after receiving the intercom data that is sent by the sending-party intercom apparatus through the wireless network, the receiving-party intercom apparatus may issue a reminding signal by means of lighting of the indicator, display on the screen, a ring tone, or vibration, to trigger the user to operate the playback button according to the reminding signal, and accordingly the receiving-party intercom apparatus plays the intercom data.
In addition, if the intercom data sent by the sending-party intercom apparatus to the receiving-party intercom apparatus is compressed intercom data, before playing the intercom data, the receiving-party intercom apparatus further needs to decompress the compressed intercom data.
A specific manner of returning, by the user using the receiving-party intercom apparatus, intercom content in response to the user using the sending-party intercom apparatus may be implemented with the foregoing steps 701 to 703, only needing to exchange the operations executed by the sending-party intercom apparatus with those executed by the receiving-party intercom apparatus.
Embodiment 4
With reference to the schematic diagram of the implementation environment shown in FIG. 1, the schematic structural diagram of the intercom apparatus shown in FIG. 2, and the content in the foregoing Embodiment 1, this embodiment of the present invention provides an intercom method. In this embodiment, a receiving-party intercom apparatus is an intercom apparatus on which an intercom App corresponding to an intercom server is installed. The intercom App corresponding to the intercom server is an App directly managed by the intercom server. The receiving-party intercom apparatus interacts with the intercom server by using the intercom App corresponding to the intercom server. In this embodiment, a sending-party intercom apparatus includes: an intercom button, a microphone, a transmitter, and a processor, and the intercom server includes a transmitter and a receiver. Referring to FIG. 8, a process of the method provided in this embodiment of the present invention includes:
801: The sending-party intercom apparatus controls, according to an operation, detected by the processor, on the intercom button, the microphone to record intercom data.
A principle of this step is the same as a principle of step 601 in the foregoing Embodiment 2. Reference may be made to the specific content of step 601 in Embodiment 2 for details, which are not described herein again.
802: The sending-party intercom apparatus controls, by using the processor, the transmitter to send the intercom data and a receiving-party identifier to the intercom server through a wireless network.
A principle of this step is the same as a principle of step 602 in the foregoing Embodiment 2. Reference may be made to the specific content of step 602 in Embodiment 2 for details, which are not described herein again.
803: The intercom server receives, through the wireless network, the intercom data and the receiving-party identifier that are sent by the sending-party intercom apparatus, and forwards the intercom data through the wireless network to at least one receiving-party intercom apparatus corresponding to the receiving-party identifier on which the intercom App corresponding to the intercom server is installed.
A manner of receiving, by the intercom server through the wireless network, the intercom data and the receiving-party identifier that are sent by the sending-party intercom apparatus and a manner of forwarding the intercom data through the wireless network to at least one receiving-party intercom apparatus corresponding to the receiving-party identifier on which the intercom App corresponding to the intercom server is installed are not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
Before forwarding the intercom data to the at least one receiving-party intercom apparatus corresponding to the receiving-party identifier on which the intercom App corresponding to the intercom server is installed, the intercom server may first detect whether the receiving-party intercom apparatus on which the intercom App corresponding to the intercom server is installed establishes a connection to the intercom server. If the receiving-party intercom apparatus on which the intercom App corresponding to the intercom server is installed establishes a connection to the intercom server, the intercom server directly forwards the intercom data to the receiving-party intercom apparatus. If the receiving-party intercom apparatus on which the intercom App corresponding to the intercom server is installed has not established a connection to the intercom server, the intercom server may detect in real time an operation of establishing a connection to the intercom server by the receiving-party intercom apparatus on which the intercom App corresponding to the intercom server is installed, and after detecting that the receiving-party intercom apparatus on which the intercom App corresponding to the intercom server is installed establishes a connection to the intercom server, forward the intercom data to the receiving-party intercom apparatus. The intercom server may further send an offline message to the receiving-party intercom apparatus on which the intercom App corresponding to the intercom server is installed, so that after logging in to the intercom App corresponding to the intercom server, the receiving-party intercom apparatus can directly receive and play the intercom data.
804: The receiving-party intercom apparatus receives, through the wireless network by using the intercom App corresponding to the intercom server, the intercom data forwarded by the intercom server, and plays the intercom data by using the intercom App corresponding to the intercom server.
A manner of receiving, by the receiving-party intercom apparatus through the wireless network by using the intercom App corresponding to the intercom server, the intercom data forwarded by the intercom server and a manner of playing the intercom data by using the intercom App corresponding to the intercom server are not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
In addition, if the intercom data forwarded by the intercom server to the receiving-party intercom apparatus on which the intercom App corresponding to the intercom server is installed is compressed intercom data, before playing the intercom data by using the intercom App corresponding to the intercom server, the receiving-party intercom apparatus further needs to decompress the compressed intercom data.
Specifically, a manner of returning, by the user using the receiving-party intercom apparatus, intercom content in response to the user using the sending-party intercom apparatus may be implemented with the foregoing steps 801 to 804, only needing to exchange the operations executed by the sending-party intercom apparatus with those executed by the receiving-party intercom apparatus.
Embodiment 5
With reference to the schematic diagram of the implementation environment shown in FIG. 1, the schematic structural diagram of the intercom apparatus shown in FIG. 2, and the content in the foregoing Embodiment 1, this embodiment of the present invention provides an intercom method. In this embodiment, an intercom App corresponding to a third-party communications server is installed on a receiving-party intercom apparatus, intercom data recorded by a sending-party intercom apparatus is to be sent to the receiving-party intercom apparatus on which the intercom App corresponding to the third-party communications server is installed. That is, the sending-party intercom apparatus implements intercom with the receiving-party intercom apparatus on which the intercom App corresponding to the third-party communications server is installed. In this embodiment, the sending-party intercom apparatus includes: an intercom button, a microphone, a transmitter, and a processor, and an intercom server includes a transmitter and a receiver. Referring to FIG. 9, a process of the method provided in this embodiment of the present invention includes:
901: The sending-party intercom apparatus controls, according to an operation, detected by the processor, on the intercom button, the microphone to record intercom data.
A principle of this step is the same as a principle of step 601 in the foregoing Embodiment 2. Reference may be made to the specific content of step 601 in Embodiment 2 for details, which are not described herein again.
902: The sending-party intercom apparatus controls, by using the processor, the transmitter to send the intercom data and a receiving-party identifier to the intercom server through a wireless network.
A principle of this step is the same as a principle of step 602 in the foregoing Embodiment 2. Reference may be made to the specific content of step 602 in Embodiment 2 for details, which are not described herein again.
903: The intercom server receives, through the wireless network, the intercom data and the receiving-party identifier that are sent by the sending-party intercom apparatus, and forwards the intercom data and the receiving-party identifier to the third-party communications server through the wireless network.
In this embodiment, the sending-party intercom apparatus implements intercom with the receiving-party intercom apparatus on which the intercom App corresponding to the third-party communications server is installed. Generally, the receiving-party intercom apparatus on which the intercom App corresponding to the third-party communications server is installed implements communication by interacting with the third-party communications server. Therefore, the intercom server needs to receive, through the wireless network, the intercom data and the receiving-party identifier that are sent by the sending-party intercom apparatus, and forward the intercom data and the receiving-party identifier to the third-party communications server through the wireless network.
A manner of receiving, by the intercom server through the wireless network, the intercom data and the receiving-party identifier that are sent by the sending-party intercom apparatus and a manner of forwarding the intercom data and the receiving-party identifier to the third-party communications server through the wireless network are not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
When forwarding the intercom data and the receiving-party identifier to the third-party communications server through the wireless network, the intercom server may directly forward the intercom data and the receiving-party identifier to the third-party communications server; or as shown in FIG. 1, forward the intercom data and the receiving-party identifier to the third-party communications server by using an interface server. The third-party communications server specifically may be a server corresponding to a third-party App. A specific type of the third-party communications serve is not limited in this embodiment.
904: The third-party communications server receives, through the wireless network, the intercom data and the receiving-party identifier that are forwarded by the intercom server, and forwards the intercom data through the wireless network to at least one receiving-party intercom apparatus corresponding to the receiving-party identifier on which the intercom App corresponding to the third-party communications server is installed.
A manner of receiving, by the third-party communications server through the wireless network, the intercom data and the receiving-party identifier that are forwarded by the intercom server and a manner of forwarding the intercom data and the receiving-party identifier through the wireless network to at least one receiving-party intercom apparatus on which the intercom App corresponding to the third-party communications server is installed are not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
In addition, the third-party communications server may correspond to multiple types of intercom Apps. For example, the intercom App corresponding to the third-party communications server may be an instant messaging App. For example, the intercom App corresponding to the third-party communications server may be QQ or Weixin, or may be Short Messaging Service, Multimedia Message Service, e-mail, or the like.
Before forwarding the intercom data through the wireless network to the at least one receiving-party intercom apparatus corresponding to the receiving-party identifier on which the intercom App corresponding to the third-party communications server is installed, the intercom server may first detect whether the receiving-party intercom apparatus establishes a connection to the third-party communications server by using the installed intercom App corresponding to the third-party communications server. If the receiving-party intercom apparatus establishes a connection to the third-party communications server by using the installed intercom App corresponding to the third-party communications server, the third-party communications server may directly forward the intercom data to the receiving-party intercom apparatus corresponding to the receiving-party identifier on which the intercom App corresponding to the third-party communications server is installed. If the receiving-party intercom apparatus on which the intercom App corresponding to the third-party communications server is installed has not established a connection to the third-party communications server, the third-party communications server may detect in real time an operation of establishing a connection by using the installed intercom App corresponding to the third-party communications server by the receiving-party intercom apparatus, and after detecting that the receiving-party intercom apparatus establishes a connection to the third-party communications server by using the installed intercom App corresponding to the third-party server, forward the intercom data to the at least one receiving-party intercom apparatus corresponding to the receiving-party identifier on which the intercom App corresponding to the third-party communications server is installed. The third-party communications server may further send an offline message to the receiving-party intercom apparatus on which the intercom App corresponding to the third-party communications server is installed, so that after logging in to the intercom App corresponding to the third-party communications server, the receiving-party intercom apparatus can directly receive and play the intercom data.
905: The receiving-party intercom apparatus receives, through the wireless network by using the intercom App corresponding to the third-party communications server, the intercom data forwarded by the third-party communications server, and plays the intercom data by using the intercom App corresponding to the third-party communications server.
A manner of receiving, by the receiving-party intercom apparatus through the wireless network by using the intercom App corresponding to the third-party communications server, the intercom data forwarded by the third-party communications server and a manner of playing the intercom data by using the intercom App corresponding to the third-party communications server are not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
To remind in time a user using the receiving-party intercom apparatus to process the intercom data in time, the receiving-party intercom apparatus may further include components such as a playback button, an indicator, and a screen, so that after receiving the intercom data that is forwarded by the third-party communications server through the wireless network, the receiving-party intercom apparatus may issue a reminding signal by means of lighting of the indicator, display on the screen, a ring tone, or vibration, to trigger the user to operate the playback button according to the reminding signal, and accordingly the receiving-party intercom apparatus plays the intercom data.
In addition, if the intercom data forwarded by the third-party communications server to the receiving-party intercom apparatus on which the intercom App corresponding to the third-party communications server is installed is compressed intercom data, before playing the intercom data by using the intercom App corresponding to the third-party communications server, the receiving-party intercom apparatus further needs to decompress the compressed intercom data.
Specifically, a manner of returning, by the user using the receiving-party intercom apparatus, intercom content in response to the user using the sending-party intercom apparatus may be implemented with the foregoing steps 901 to 905, only needing to exchange the operations executed by the sending-party intercom apparatus with those executed by the receiving-party intercom apparatus. Details are not described herein again.
With the method provided in this embodiment of the present invention, cross App intercom is provided. That is, a sending-party intercom apparatus can send intercom data to a receiving-party intercom apparatus on which a third-party intercom App is installed, thus expanding the use scope of the intercom method.
Embodiment 6
With reference to the schematic diagram of the implementation environment shown in FIG. 1, the schematic structural diagram of the intercom apparatus shown in FIG. 2, and the content in the foregoing Embodiment 1, this embodiment of the present invention provides an intercom method.
