本发明涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种群发消息方法及装置、网页显示、搜索显示方法。
背景技术
随着信息化技术的发展,当今世界各种消息纵横交错,人们周围充斥着各种各样的消息,消息的接收者希望得到的是有效的消息,屏蔽对自己无用的消息,同样的,消息的发送者希望能够有效地将消息发送给相关的接收者。
现有技术中,基于发送者指定发送目标,由信息网络实现将消息发送到发送者指定的目标用户。
现有技术存在下述问题:
(1)消息发送者并不能确定哪些用户需要此信息。导致发消息具有相当大的盲目性,给消息接收者带来了较差的体验,而且成本也被提高。
(2)消息接收者往往收到了大量的自己不需要的信息,受到了严重干扰。且往往由于垃圾消息太多,误删了一些对其有用的信息。对被误删的消息也无法重新获取。
(3)消息接收者要求屏蔽垃圾信息的权利也没有得到保护。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明实施例提供了一种群发消息方法及装置、网页显示、搜索显示方法,能够根据用户对待群发消息的接收配置信息,确定待群发消息的接收用户,从而,避免了消息接收者接收到无用消息的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施例提供了一种群发消息方法,包括: 根据待群发消息携带的消息类别信息,确定所述待群发消息所对应的类别;根据预先存储的用户对所述类别的消息的接收配置信息,确定所述待群发消息的接收用户;将所述待群发消息发送给所述待群发消息的接收用户。
上述的群发消息方法,其中,所述待群发消息中还携带有对接收用户的要求信息,所述根据预先存储的用户对所述类别的消息的接收配置信息,确定所述待群发消息的接收用户具体为:根据所述对接收用户的要求信息、预先存储的用户信息及预先存储的用户对所述类别的消息的接收配置信息,确定所述待群发消息的接收用户。

上述的网页显示方法,其中,所述将为所述用户反馈的搜索链接显示 给所述用户之后还包括:接收所述用户对为所述用户反馈的小网页和/或链接的接收配置反馈消息;根据所述接收配置反馈消息,调整所述用户对相应类别的小网页和/或链接的接收配置信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种搜索显示方法,包括:接收用户的搜索请求;根据所述搜索请求,确定与搜索请求对应的搜索链接及与搜索请求对应的搜索链接的类别;根据所述与搜索请求对应的搜索链接的类别及预先存储的用户对每个类别的搜索链接的接收配置信息,确定为所述用户反馈的搜索链接;将为所述用户反馈的搜索链接显示给所述用户。
上述的搜索显示方法,其中,所述将为所述用户反馈的搜索链接显示给所述用户之后还包括:接收所述用户对为所述用户反馈的搜索链接的接收配置反馈消息;根据所述接收配置反馈消息,调整所述用户对相应类别的搜索链接的接收配置信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种群发消息装置,包括:第一确定模块,用于根据待群发消息携带的消息类别信息,确定所述待群发消息所对应的类别;第二确定模块,用于根据预先存储的用户对所述类别的消息的接收配置信息,确定所述待群发消息的接收用户;第一发送模块,用于将所述待群发消息发送给所述待群发消息的接收用户。

本发明实施例针对现有技术中,消息接收者接收到大量无用的消息的问题,提供了一种群发消息方法及装置、网页显示、搜索显示方法,能够根据用户对待群发消息的接收配置信息,确定待群发消息的接收用户,从而,避免了消息接收者接收到无用消息的问题。

本发明实施例提供的群发消息方法,能够根据用户对待群发消息所对应的类别的消息的接收配置信息,确定待群发消息的接收用户,从而,只将待群发消息发送给接受该待群发消息的用户,避免了消息接收者接收到 无用消息的问题。
上述的群发消息方法,其中,所述消息类别信息可以包括:所述消息的类别标识、消息头标识或消息特征信息。
在对群发消息进行识别分类时,可以依据消息中携带的能够显示消息类别的接入码、包括消息类别信息的消息特殊字段(比如消息头)、消息特征描述(比如SIP类消息中的xml描述)或消息转发商与消息发送者之间的相互协商确定的消息类别等等,其中,消息转发商指的是:发送(或转发)网络各种信息,比如短信、邮件、即时信息、网页等信息的企业、组织等统称为消息转发商,消息发送者指的是:发送网络各种信息,比如短信、邮件、即时消息的广告商,也可以是网站、网页、搜索引擎等。
上述的群发消息方法,其中,所述待群发消息中还可以携带有对接收用户的要求信息,所述根据预先存储的用户对所述类别的消息的接收配置信息,确定所述待群发消息的接收用户可以具体为:根据所述对接收用户的要求信息、预先存储的用户信息及预先存储的用户对所述类别的消息的接收配置信息,确定所述待群发消息的接收用户。
待群发消息中可以携带对群发消息的接收者的具体要求,可以为对接收者的年龄、学历、置业、收入、家庭成员、朋友、位置等的要求,例如可以设置接收者的年龄超出18岁,则在确定接收用户时,需要确定接收用户满足该要求,即:接收用户的年龄超出18岁,根据用户的信息确定满足此要求的用户,然后根据满足要求的用户对该类别的消息的接收配置信息,确定接收用户。

每个用户对各种类别的消息的接收配置信息初始设置均可以为“接受”,当用户反馈对某类别的消息拒绝接受时,将该用户对该类别的消息的接收配置设置为“屏蔽”,当然,也可以设置为“拒绝”,只要能够表明不接受该类别的消息即可。当用户对群发消息所对应的类别的消息的接收配置信息为“屏蔽”时,表明该用户不是待群发消息的接收用户,否则,认为该用户为待群发消息的接收用户。
上述的群发消息方法,其中,所述将所述待群发消息发送给所述待群发消息的接收用户之后还可以包括:接收所述待群发消息的接收用户对所述待群发消息的接收配置反馈消息;根据所述接收配置反馈消息,调整所述用户对所述类别的消息的接收配置信息。
当用户接收到待群发消息后,如果用户希望以后不再接收到类似的消息,可以发送反馈信息,表明不接受相应类别的消息,则用户对所述类别的消息的接收配置信息需要进行相应的调整。
用户可能由于误操作,造成将有用的消息删除,此时,用户希望能够重新获取到被删除的消息,则通过发送信息查询请求,获取到对应的消息,即:上述的群发消息方法还可以包括:接收用户发送的信息查询请求;根据所述信息查询请求,将与所述信息查询请求对应的待群发消息发送给所述用户。
上述的群发消息方法,其中,所述待群发消息可以为:待群发短信、待群发邮件或待群发即时消息。

步骤S200,用户对各种类别的短信进行接收配置,可以设置为“接收”或“屏蔽”。各种类别的短信还可以有缺省配置,由消息转发商根据各种策略确定,比如可以接收此类短信的用户类别,比如年龄、学历、置业、收 入、家庭成员、朋友等,可以接收此类短信的用户所处的位置。
步骤S202,消息发送者为其需要群发的短信向消息转发系统发出请求消息。请求消息中可以写携带有待群发短信的标识、短信类别、短信内容以及群发的具体要求,比如接收用户的年龄、学历、置业、收入、家庭成员、朋友、位置等,其中,在此请求消息中不需要指定短信接收者,消息转发系统指的是:发送(或转发)网络各种信息,比如短信、邮件、即时信息、网页等信息的系统。
步骤S204,消息转发系统收到来自于消息发送者的待群发的短信,对待群发短信进行分类。群发短信的识别、分类的依据可以是请求消息中携带的能够显示短信类别的接入码、短信特殊字段如消息头、短信特征描述如SIP类消息中的xml描述或消息转发商与消息发送者之间的相互协商如到营业厅进行人工协商确定的短信的类别等等。
步骤S206,消息转发系统根据用户的接收配置以及其它策略确定待群发短信的所有消息接收者,并将待群发短信发送到所有消息接收者。
步骤S208,每个消息接收者在收到短信后,可以重新对此类别的短信进行接收配置,可以回复是否“屏蔽”或“接收”同类短信的指示信息。
步骤S210,消息转发系统根据每个用户指示对各个用户的该类短信的接收配置做修改,后续按此配置确定是否将同类短信发送给此用户。

步骤S1102,搜索引擎为能够搜索到的所有链接等信息标记类别。

需要说明的是,上述仅为本专利的原理性说明,所以,实施利中的流程为示意流程,具体消息与流程未在流程中体现,比如消息(短信、邮件、即时信息)可以是媒体信息也可以是message。根据实际需要确定消息存储,可以是为各个用户做不同的存储,也可以是统一存储。对于本发明实施例提供的网页显示方法及搜索显示方法,如果基于用户隐式或用户信息保密等原因,用户信息及其配置信息,该类信息及过滤功能可以由一个独立的,被授权的网元来实现,也可称为信息转发系统,消息接收者、消息发送者与消息转发商(系统)之间的协商可以通过操作(消息),也可以人工协商。
本发明还提供了一种群发消息装置,包括:
第一确定模块,用于根据待群发消息携带的消息类别信息,确定所述待群发消息所对应的类别;
第二确定模块,用于根据预先存储的用户对所述类别的消息的接收配置信息以及所述待群发消息所对应的类别,确定所述待群发消息的接收用户;
第一发送模块,用于将所述待群发消息发送给所述待群发消息的接收用户。
上述的群发消息装置,其中,所述消息类别信息包括:所述消息的类别标识、消息头标识或消息特征信息。
上述的群发消息装置,其中,所述待群发消息中还携带有对接收用户的要求信息,所述第二确定模块进一步用于根据所述对接收用户的要求信息、预先存储的用户信息及预先存储的用户对所述类别的消息的接收配置信息,确定所述待群发消息的接收用户。
上述的群发消息装置,其中,所述第二确定模块进一步用于当所述预先存储的接收配置信息表明用户接受所述待群发消息,确定所述用户为所述待群发消息的接收用户。
上述的群发消息装置还包括:
第一接收模块,用于接收所述待群发消息的接收用户对所述待群发消息的接收配置反馈消息;
第一调整模块,用于根据所述接收配置反馈消息,调整所述用户对所述类别的消息的接收配置信息。
上述的群发消息装置还包括:
第二接收模块,用于接收用户发送的信息查询请求;
第二发送模块,用于根据所述信息查询请求,将与所述信息查询请求对应的待群发消息发送给所述用户。
上述的群发消息装置,其中,所述待群发消息为:待群发短信、待群发邮件或待群发即时消息。
上述的网页显示方法对应的网页显示装置,可以包括:第三确定模块,用于为网页中携带的小网页和/或链接确定对应的类别;第三接收模块,用于接收用户对所述网页的访问请求;第四确定模块,用于根据预先存储的用户对每个类别的小网页和/或链接的接收配置信息,确定为所述用户反馈的小网页和/或链接;第一显示模块,用于将所述网页及为所述用户反馈的小网页和/或链接显示给所述用户。
上述的网页显示装置还包括:第四接收模块,用于接收所述用户对为所述用户反馈的小网页和/或链接的接收配置反馈消息;第二调整模块,用于根据所述接收配置反馈消息,调整所述用户对相应类别的小网页和/或链接的接收配置信息。
上述的搜索显示装置对应的搜索显示装置,可以包括:第五接收模块,用于接收用户的搜索请求;第五确定模块,用于根据所述搜索请求,确定与搜索请求对应的搜索链接及与搜索请求对应的搜索链接的类别;第六确定模块,用于根据所述与搜索请求对应的搜索链接的类别及预先存储的用户对每个类别的搜索链接的接收配置信息,确定为所述用户反馈的搜索链接;第二显示模块,用于将为所述用户反馈的搜索链接显示给所述用户。
上述的搜索显示装置还包括:第六接收模块,用于接收所述用户对为所述用户反馈的搜索链接的接收配置反馈消息;第三调整模块,用于根据所述接收配置反馈消息,调整所述用户对相应类别的搜索链接的接收配置信息。

另外,在本发明各实施例中的各功能单元可以全部集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各单元分别单独作为一个单元,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中;上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
工业实用性
本发明公开了一种群发消息方法及装置、网页显示、搜索显示方法, 其中,所述群发消息方法,包括:根据待群发消息携带的消息类别信息,确定所述待群发消息所对应的类别;根据预先存储的接收配置信息、以及所述待群发消息所对应的类别,确定所述待群发消息的接收用户;将所述待群发消息发送给所述接收用户。能够根据用户对待群发消息的接收配置信息,确定待群发消息的接收用户,从而,避免了消息接收者接收到无用消息的问题。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种群发消息方法,包括:
    根据待群发消息携带的消息类别信息,确定所述待群发消息所对应的类别;
    根据预先存储的接收配置信息、以及所述待群发消息所对应的类别,确定所述待群发消息的接收用户;
    将所述待群发消息发送给所述待群发消息的接收用户。
  2. 如权利要求1所述方法,其中,所述待群发消息携带有对接收用户的要求信息;
    所述根据预先存储的接收配置信息、以及所述待群发消息所对应的类别,确定所述待群发消息的接收用户,为:
    根据所述对接收用户的要求信息、预先存储的用户信息及用户对所述类别的消息的接收配置信息,确定所述待群发消息的接收用户。
  3. 如权利要求1所述方法,其中,所述根据预先存储的接收配置信息、以及所述待群发消息所对应的类别,确定所述待群发消息的接收用户,为:
    当所述预先存储的接收配置信息表明用户接受所述待群发消息时,确定所述用户为所述待群发消息的接收用户。
  4. 如权利要求1所述方法,其中,所述将待群发消息发送给所述接收用户之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述待群发消息的接收用户对所述待群发消息的接收配置反馈消息;
    根据所述接收配置反馈消息,调整所述用户对所述类别的消息的接收配置信息。
  5. 如权利要求1所述方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    接收用户发送的信息查询请求;
    根据所述信息查询请求,将与所述信息查询请求对应的待群发消息发送给所述用户。
  6. 一种网页显示方法,包括:
    为网页中携带的小网页和/或链接确定对应的类别;
    接收用户对所述网页的访问请求;
    根据预先存储的用户对每个类别的小网页和/或链接的接收配置信息,确定为所述用户反馈的小网页和/或链接;
    将所述网页及为所述用户反馈的小网页和/或链接显示给所述用户。
  7. 如权利要求6所述方法,其中,所述将为所述用户反馈的搜索链接显示给所述用户之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述用户对为所述用户反馈的小网页和/或链接的接收配置反馈消息;
    根据所述接收配置反馈消息,调整所述用户对相应类别的小网页和/或链接的接收配置信息。
  8. 一种搜索显示方法,包括:
    接收用户的搜索请求;
    根据所述搜索请求,确定与搜索请求对应的搜索链接及与搜索请求对应的搜索链接的类别;
    根据所述与搜索请求对应的搜索链接的类别及预先存储的用户对每个类别的搜索链接的接收配置信息,确定为所述用户反馈的搜索链接;
    将为所述用户反馈的搜索链接显示给所述用户。
  9. 如权利要求8所述方法,其中,所述将为所述用户反馈的搜索链接显示给所述用户之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述用户对为所述用户反馈的搜索链接的接收配置反馈消息;
    根据所述接收配置反馈消息,调整所述用户对相应类别的搜索链接的 接收配置信息。
  10. 一种群发消息装置,包括:
    第一确定模块,配置为根据待群发消息携带的消息类别信息,确定所述待群发消息所对应的类别;
    第二确定模块,配置为根据预先存储的接收配置信息、以及所述待群发消息对应的类别,确定所述待群发消息的接收用户;
    第一发送模块,配置为将所述待群发消息发送给所述待群发消息的接收用户。
