例如在本发明的其中一个示例中, 箱体 5大体形成为顶部敞开的长方体空壳, 以用 于容纳桶体 6, 上面板 7水平地盖合在箱体 5的顶部, 以用于安装电器控制元件和进水 阀等, 上面板 7上还设有上盖 8, 以用于打开或关闭箱体 5, 具体地, 桶体 6包括: 外 桶 61、 内桶 62、 减速离合器、 电机以及排水电磁铁等, 内桶 62可自转地安装在外桶 61内, 减速离合器、 电机和排水电磁铁等安装在外桶 61的底部。
进一步地, 上面板 7上可以形成有沿上下方向贯穿其的安装孔, 撞桶开关 2安装在 安装孔处, 且撞桶开关 2上具有检测杆 21, 检测杆 21向下延伸, 且穿过安装孔伸入到 箱体 5内, 检测杆 21可沿内外方向 (例如图 1中所示的前后方向) 摆动, 当检测杆 21 处于自由状态时, 撞桶开关的触点接触, 洗衣机可以正常工作, 当检测杆 21被向外推 摆时, 撞桶开关的触点分离, 洗衣机停止工作, 相应地, 外桶 61 的顶部设有外桶 61 盖, 以起挡水和加固外桶 61的作用, 外桶 61盖与检测杆 21大体位于同一高度范围内, 也就是说, 检测杆 21 的下端向下延伸至与外桶 61盖的底端相平齐, 这样, 当内桶 62 内的衣物摆放不均匀或洗衣机放置不平时, 桶体 6的重心偏移, 工作时剧烈振动, 外桶 61盖的周壁可以碰触检测杆 21, 检测杆 21带动撞桶开关的触点分离, 从而洗衣机停止 工作, 以起到保护作用。 这里, 可以理解的是, 撞桶开关的结构和原理已为本领域技术 人员所熟知, 这里不再详述。
再进一步地, 箱体 5的顶部的四个角 51上分别设有第一连接件 (例如下文所述的 第一安装板 52 ) , 桶体 6底部的外周壁上设有四个第二连接件 (例如下文所述的第二 安装板 61 1 ) , 第一连接件与第二连接件一一对应, 每个吊杆 1的上端均与相应的第一 连接件配合, 每个吊杆 1 的下端均与相应的第二连接件配合, 由此, 通过四个吊杆 1 可以将桶体 6悬挂在箱体 5 内, 且通过调整四个吊杆 1 的悬挂位置, 可以改变桶体 6 的振摆轨迹, 从而使桶体 6具有朝向检测杆 21运动的趋势, 这样, 当桶体 6偏心工作 时,外桶 61盖可以及时触碰检测杆 21 以停止洗衣机工作,避免桶体 6继续撞击箱体 5, 从而减小了噪音以及洗衣机移位 "走路"的概率, 另外, 也提高了箱体 5内部的空间利 用率。 这里, 需要说明的是, 悬挂位置指的是吊杆 1的上悬挂点 (每个吊杆 1的上端与 相应的第一连接件的配合点)和下悬挂点(每个吊杆 1的下端与相应的第二连接件的配 合点) 在水平面内的分布位置。
如图 1, 撞桶开关 2邻近箱体 5的其中一个角 51设置, 四个吊杆 1的上端在平面内 连线围成一个四边形, 四边形的与撞桶开关 2相对的且紧邻的第一边 3的边长为 Ω, 与 第一边 3相邻且邻近撞桶开关 2的第二边 4的边长为 ^ 其中 Ω〉 , 这样可以使桶体 6 具有朝向撞桶开关 2方向运动的趋势, 进而避免桶体 6撞击箱体 5, 减小了噪音以及洗 衣机移位 "走路" 的概率, 且延长了洗衣机的工作寿命。
另外, 可以理解的是, 吊杆的结构和原理已为本领域技术人员所熟知, 这里不再详 述。
根据本发明实施例的波轮洗衣机 100, 通过调整吊杆 1的悬挂位置, 从而可以使桶 体 6具有朝向撞桶开关 2方向运动的趋势, 进而避免桶体 6撞击箱体 5, 减小了噪音以 及洗衣机移位 "走路" 的概率, 且延长了洗衣机的工作寿命。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 桶体 6通过四个吊杆 1悬挂在箱体 5内, 其中, 箱体 5 顶部的四个角 51上分别设有第一安装板 52, 每个第一安装板 52上形成有贯穿的第一 通孔 521以使吊杆 1的上端悬挂在第一通孔 521处, 每个第一安装板 52从箱体 5的内 壁沿箱体 5的径向向内延伸, 外桶 61下部的外周壁上设有第二安装板 61 1, 第二安装 板 61 1上形成有贯穿的第二通孔 61 1 1以使吊杆 1的下端悬挂在第二通孔 61 1 1处。其中, "内"可以理解为朝向箱体 5中心的方向, 其相反方向被定义为 "外" , 即远离箱体 5 中心的方向。
其中, 第一安装板 52可以通过焊接或者铆接的方式安装在箱体 5 内壁上, 且每个 第一安装板 52均从箱体 5的内壁向箱体 5的中心方向延伸,每个第一安装板 52的上表 面的中心处均形成有向下凹入的第一球面凹槽,每个第一球面凹槽的中心处均形成有沿 上下方向贯穿第一安装板 52的第一通孔 521, 每个吊杆 1 的上端均具有吊杆座, 每个 吊杆 1的上端均穿过相应的第一通孔 521, 且每个吊杆座均适于配合在相应的第一球面 凹槽内, 以防止吊杆 1向第一通孔 521的下方运动脱出。 当然, 本发明不限于此, 第一 安装板 52还可以与箱体 5—体成型。
相应地, 第二安装板 61 1可以通过焊接或者铆接的方式安装在外桶 61的外周壁上, 每个第二安装板 61 1均从外桶 61的外周壁向远离外桶 61中心的方向延伸,每个第二安 装板 61 1的下表面的中心处均形成有向上凹入的第二球面凹槽,每个第二球面凹槽的中 心处均形成有沿上下方向贯穿第二安装板 61 1 的第二通孔 61 1 1, 每个吊杆 1 的下端均 具有吊杆托, 每个吊杆 1 的下端均穿过相应的第二通孔 61 1 1, 且每个吊杆托均适于配 合在相应的第二球面凹槽内, 以防止吊杆 1 向第二通孔 61 1 1的上方运动脱出, 这样, 每个吊杆 1的上端均挂接在箱体 5上, 外桶 61挂接在每个吊杆 1的下端上, 从而桶体 6可以平稳地悬挂在箱体 5 内。 当然, 本发明不限于此, 外桶 61 的底部还可以设有金 属托架(图未示出) , 第二通孔 61 1 1形成在金属托架的四个角 51处, 从而可以避免外 桶 61受拉力而变形。 在本发明的另一个示例中, 第二安装板 61 1还可以为一个, 该第 二安装板 61 1大体为环形且套设在外桶 61下部的外周壁上, 第二安装板 61 1上形成有 彼此间隔开的四个第二通孔 61 1 1, 四个第二通孔 61 1 1分别与四个第一通孔 521—一对 应 (图未示出) 。
可选地, 参照图 1和图 2, 第一边 3与第二边 4之间的夹角 α满足: α〉90 ° 。 例如在本发明的其中一个示例中,撞桶开关 2可以邻近箱体 5的左后侧(或右后侧) 布置, 四个吊杆 1的上端在平面内的连线围成平行四边形, 四个吊杆 1的下端在平面内 连线围成正方形, 此时, 位于箱体 5后侧的两个第一安装板 52的第一通孔 521的中心 连线与位于箱体 5前侧的两个第一安装板 52的第一通孔 521的中心连线平行且相等, 从而位于箱体 5左侧的两个第一安装板 52的第一通孔 521的中心连线与位于箱体 5右 侧的两个第一安装板 52的第一通孔 521的中心连线平行且相等, 且位于箱体 5后侧的 两个第一安装板 52的第一通孔 521的中心连线与位于箱体 5左侧的两个第一安装板 52 的第一通孔 521的中心连线夹角为钝角, 从而内桶 62偏心运动可以使桶体 6振荡、 摆 动的轨迹大体为椭圆形, 且椭圆形长轴的一端 (例如图 2 中所示的左端) 朝向箱体 5 的左后侧(或右后侧)延伸, 进而桶体 6具有向箱体 5左后侧(或右后侧)运动的趋势, 以撞击撞桶开关 2的检测杆 21, 如图 1和图 2所示。
由此,仅需改变第一安装板 52的位置或者改变每个第一安装板 52上的第一通孔 521 的位置, 就可以改变桶体 6的运动趋势, 降低了成本, 且方便实施。 另外, 需要说明的 是, 每个第一安装板 52均需设在外桶 61与箱体 5之间, 以避免干涉洗衣正常的工作和 桶体 6的安装。
当然, 本发明不限于此, 参照图 3, 四边形还可以是梯形, 优选地, 四边形为直角 梯形。 例如, 与第一边 3相对的边和与第二边 4相对的边的夹角为直角 β, 而第一边 3 和第二边 4的长度以及夹角均不变, 此时, 桶体 6仍然具有朝向撞桶开关 2方向的运动 趋势, 从而说明在一般情况下, 偏心的桶体 6大体具有朝向四个吊杆 1的上端在平面内 的连线围成的四边形的较长边 (例如图 1和图 3中所示的第一边 3 ) 和钝角 (例如图 1 和图 3中所示的 α角) 的方向运动的趋势。 另外, 需要说明的是, 内桶 62偏心运动使 桶体 6发生振荡、 摆动过程中, 桶体 6大体处于平动状态, 也就是说, 桶体 6周壁上任 意点在水平面内的运动轨迹均相同。
在本发明另一些实施例中, 当四个吊杆 1的上端在平面内连线围成正方形时, 四个 吊杆 1的下端在平面内连线还可以围成平行四边形,以使桶体 6具有向撞桶开关 2方向 运动的趋势, 此时, 可以通过调整第二安装板 61 1或者第二通孔 61 1 1的位置来实现。 另外, 需要理解的是, 四个吊杆 1的上端在平面内连线围成的四边形形状以及四个吊杆 1的下端在平面内连线围成的四边形的形状还可以分别根据实际要求设置, 以更好地满 足实际要求。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种波轮洗衣机, 其特征在于, 包括:
形成为长方体形状的箱体;
桶体, 所述桶体包括设在所述箱体内的外桶和内桶, 所述内桶套设在所述外桶内且 绕自身的中心轴线可转动;
撞桶开关, 所述撞桶开关设在所述箱体内; 以及
四个吊杆, 所述四个吊杆的上端分别连接在所述箱体顶部的四个角上、 且下端连接 在所述外桶的外周壁上以使所述外桶朝向所述撞桶开关的方向摆动,
其中, 所述撞桶开关邻近所述箱体的其中一个角设置, 所述四个吊杆的上端在平面 内连线围成一个四边形, 所述四边形的与所述撞桶开关相对的第一边的边长为 Ω, 与所 述第一边相邻且邻近所述撞桶开关的第二边的边长为 b, 其中 a > b。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的波轮洗衣机, 其特征在于, 所述第一边与所述第二边之 间的夹角 α满足: α〉90 ° 。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的波轮洗衣机, 其特征在于, 所述四边形为平行四边 形。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的波轮洗衣机, 其特征在于, 所述四边形为梯形。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的波轮洗衣机, 其特征在于, 所述四边形为直角梯形。
6、根据权利要求 1 -5中任一项所述的波轮洗衣机, 其特征在于, 所述箱体顶部的四 个角上分别设有第一安装板,每个所述第一安装板上形成有贯穿的第一通孔以使所述吊 杆的上端悬挂在所述第一通孔处。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的波轮洗衣机, 其特征在于, 每个所述第一安装板从所述 箱体的内壁沿所述箱体的径向向内延伸。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的波轮洗衣机, 其特征在于, 所述外桶下部的外周壁 上设有第二安装板,所述第二安装板上形成有贯穿的第二通孔以使所述吊杆的下端悬挂 在所述第二通孔处。
9、根据权利要求 1 -8中任一项所述的波轮洗衣机, 其特征在于, 所述撞桶开关包括 检测杆, 所述检测杆在所述箱体的内外方向上可摆动,
所述波轮洗衣机进一步包括:
上面板, 所述上面板设在所述箱体的顶部, 所述检测杆穿过所述上面板伸入所述箱 体内。
