Description

Plug holding device
The present invention relates to a plug holding device that holds a plug connected to a plug receptacle.
Conventionally, a plug arranged at one end of a cable is connected to a wall outlet in order to supply electricity to an electric device or the like. Also on the device side, a plug arranged at the other end of the cable is connected to the inlet.
However, even if the plug was inserted into the outlet or inlet, the plug could be unintentionally removed. That is, it is difficult to prevent the plug member from being pulled out only by the frictional force by holding the blade member at the tip of the plug with the blade receiving member biased by the spring.
If the plug is pulled out or loosened in this way, there is a problem that the contact electrical resistance between the blade member and the blade receiving member increases, or the blade member and the blade receiving member vibrate to generate a voltage. Furthermore, in an important device such as a medical device, if the plug is removed, it becomes a big problem related to life. In addition, for example, people other than the person in charge accidentally unplugged important devices at the company or factory, etc., or karaoke boxes were unplugged accidentally in the karaoke box. Yes. In this way, regardless of whether intentionally, artificially, or spontaneously, when the power plug or IEC plug is removed, measurement equipment, machine tools, equipment, communication data with built-in storage devices (for example, HDD (Hard Disk Drive)) etc. Communication karaoke, communication games, and the like that store data may destroy stored data (because the main body is not properly shut down).
In order to solve such a problem, for example, the connector holding device of Patent Document 1 discloses a pressing unit that presses the connection terminal in a direction in which the connector body portion incorporating the connection terminal approaches the counterpart member. Yes. According to this structure, a connector body part can be made into the state connected with the other party member.
However, the configuration of Patent Document 1 described above is a technique based on the premise that the back surface of the plug is flat. Therefore, when the back surface of the plug has undulations / inclinations, the plug cannot be pressed vertically against the plug receptacle such as the outlet or inlet of the other party. Furthermore, since power plugs of various shapes and sizes are currently available, there is a problem that the configuration of Patent Document 1 described above cannot be used.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a plug holding device that can press the back surface of the plug substantially vertically.
In order to achieve the above object, a plug holding device of the present invention is a plug holding device that holds a plug in a state of being connected to the plug receiver, and is substantially the same as the wall or the surface of the housing on which the plug receiver is disposed. A support leg member attached vertically; and a pressing member attached to the support leg member and configured to press the back surface of the plug substantially perpendicularly to the surface of the wall or housing.
As described above, the plug holding device of the present invention includes a support leg member attached substantially perpendicularly to the surface of the wall or casing on which the plug receiver is disposed, and the support leg member attached to the wall or casing. And a pressing member configured to press the back surface of the plug substantially perpendicularly to the surface. Therefore, the back surface of the plug can be pressed substantially perpendicular to the wall or the surface of the housing.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In the first embodiment, a case where the plug 5 is connected to the outlet 6 (plug receptacle) of the wall 7 will be described.
First, the overall configuration of the plug holding device 1 of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The plug holding device 1 of this embodiment holds the plug 5 in a state where it is connected to an outlet 6 as a plug receptacle. The plug holding device 1 includes two support leg members 2 and 2 that are attached substantially perpendicular to the surface of the wall 7 on which the outlet 6 is disposed, and the support leg members 2 and 2 that are attached to the surface of the wall 7. And a pressing member 3 configured to press the back surface of the plug 5 substantially vertically. Further, the plug holding device 1 is fitted to the outside so as to hold the pressing member 3 and the supporting leg member 2 together, in a direction substantially perpendicular to the surface of the wall 7. Further, a guide member 8 is provided so that only the pressing member 3 can be moved. In FIG. 1, for convenience of explanation, the state in which the plug 5 is inserted only into the upper part of the two insertion holes in the outlet 6 will be described. Of course, the plug 5 is also inserted into the lower insertion hole. You can also.
In the single-phase AC 100V to 125V, the outlet 6 corresponds to the three blade members (hot, cold, ground) of the plug 5 called 3P (grounding 2P), and has a blade receiving member inside the three insertion holes. I have. The front surface of the outlet 6 is covered with a rectangular plate, and a bottom plate portion 21 of the support leg member 2 described later is attached to the plate. The front surface (surface) of the outlet 6 is generally continuous with the surface of the wall 7 and forms a plane parallel to the surface of the wall 7. The plug 5 may be of a type having two blade members called 2P of single phase 100V. Furthermore, the present invention is not limited to AC100V, but can also be applied to AC200V or 4P (grounding 3P) used in a three-phase AC200V that is a multiphase. Moreover, although the case where two sets of three insertion holes are arrange | positioned in the outlet socket 6 was demonstrated, it is not limited to this, One set may be sufficient and three sets or more may be sufficient.
The support leg member 2 is formed by bending a metal plate into an L shape as a whole, as shown in FIGS. Specifically, the supporting leg member 2 includes a bottom plate portion 21 attached to the plate of the outlet 6 with screws, and a side plate portion 22 that is bent at a right angle from the bottom plate portion 21 and protrudes at a substantially right angle with respect to the surface of the wall 7. And a protruding portion 23 attached to the side surface of the side plate portion 22. In this embodiment, the case where the left and right support leg members 2 are used has been described. However, only one support leg member may be provided on one side. That is, in particular, since the other connection terminals are densely arranged on the back surface of the device and space is limited, it is preferable to use only one support leg member (see FIG. 12). However, if there is enough space, regardless of the power plug or the inlet plug, the supporting leg members 2 and 2 are provided on the left and right, so that the vertical pressing can be performed more accurately.
The bottom plate portion 21 is provided with a mounting hole 21a in the vicinity of the center, and is fixed to the plate with screws one on each side of the insertion hole of the outlet 6. In order to make the space for the plug 5 wide, the side plate portion 22 is fixed in the direction to become the outside. The bottom plate portion 21 is disposed in parallel with the surface of the outlet 6 and is in surface contact with the surface of the outlet 6. Further, the bottom plate portion 21 is provided with a dowel hole adjacent to the mounting hole 21a so as not to rotate when a screw (screw) is inserted and fixed to the mounting hole 21a.
Since the side plate portion 22 is formed by being bent at a right angle with respect to the bottom plate portion 21, the side plate portion 22 is formed so as to protrude substantially perpendicular to the plate forming the front surface of the outlet 6. The side plate portion 22 is provided with a plurality of (four in FIG. 2) mounting holes 22a,... At a predetermined interval from the proximal end side adjacent to the bottom plate portion 21 toward the distal end side. And according to the length of the plug 5, the turning shaft 24 comprised of a washer and a screw is attached to any one of these attachment holes 22a,. Since the side plate portion 22 is in a posture substantially perpendicular to the wall 7, the pivot shaft 24 is disposed substantially parallel to the wall 7.
The protrusion 23 is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and is provided with a screwing hole 23a penetrating between parallel surfaces. The projecting portion 23 is located near the tip on the inner side surface of the side plate portion 22 so as to be close to one side in the width direction while avoiding the mounting hole 22a so that the direction of the screw hole 23a is perpendicular to the bottom plate portion 21. It is attached. In addition, when shape | molding the support leg member 2 by casting, the projection part 23 can also be arrange | positioned in the position which overlaps with the attachment hole 22a in the center vicinity of the width direction.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the pressing member 3 is formed by bending a metal plate into a U-shape as a whole. Specifically, the pressing member 3 extends along the pressing surface portion 31 pressed against the back surface of the plug 5 and the two side plate portions 22 and 22 of the support leg member 2 formed by bending both sides of the pressing surface portion 31. The two side plate parts 32 and 32 are provided. When only one support leg member 2 is used, only one side plate portion 32 is provided.
The pressing surface portion 31 includes a cable passage portion 31b that is a notch for passing a cable connected to the plug 5 in the vicinity of the center, and insertion holes 31a and 31a are provided on both sides of the cable passage portion 31b. The insertion hole 31a is disposed at a position corresponding to the screwing hole 23a when viewed in the direction perpendicular to the wall 7 in a state where the pressing member 3 is attached to the support leg member 2.
Although not shown, a buffer member that can be deformed following the undulation shape (non-landing) or inclination of the back surface of the plug 5 can be attached to the inner surface of the pressing surface portion 31 that contacts the back surface of the plug 5. As the buffer member, different materials can be used according to the undulation of the plug 5. For example, it is preferable to use low resilience urethane or sorbosein. Since these materials have a vibration absorbing effect, the contact electrical resistance between the blade member and the blade receiving member increases, or the blade member and the blade receiving member vibrate to generate a voltage. In combination with the plug holding device 1, it can be further reduced.
The side plate portion 32 is formed by being bent at a right angle with respect to the pressing surface portion 31, and is disposed substantially parallel to and in contact with the side plate portion 22 of the support leg member 2. Therefore, the pressing surface portion 31 is disposed in parallel to the surface of the outlet 6. The side plate portion 32 is provided with a long hole 32a having a predetermined length from the proximal end side toward the distal end side. Then, the turning shaft 24 attached to one of the attachment holes 22a is inserted into the long hole 32a. Accordingly, the pressing member 3 can move with respect to the support leg member 2 in a swingable and slidable manner.
And in the state which the attachment procedure of the plug holding device 1 was completed, after inserting the volt | bolt 4 in the insertion hole 31a provided in the press surface part 31 of the press member 3, as shown in FIG. The projection 23 is screwed into the screw hole 23a and tightened. With such a configuration, the back surface of the plug 5 can be pressed substantially perpendicularly to the surface of the wall 7.
That is, the pressing surface portion 31 can be held in parallel to the wall 7 by being fixed at a total of four positions including the positions of the left and right pivot shafts 24 and 24 and the positions of the bolts 4 and 4. More specifically, the vertical rotation is countered by the moment due to the difference in the distance from the pivot shaft 24 and the wall of the bolt 4, and the horizontal rotation of the rotary shaft 24 and the bolt 4 is counteracted with respect to the horizontal rotation. It counters by the moment by the difference in position and the moment by the support leg members 2 and 2 on both sides.
(About guide members)
Here, the guide member 8 is demonstrated using FIG.4 and FIG.5. As described above, the guide member 8 is fitted to the outside of these members so that the pressing member 3 and the supporting leg member 2 are stacked and gripped together so that the surface of the wall 7 is against the surface of the wall 7. Thus, the pressing member 3 can be moved only in a substantially vertical direction.
The guide member 8 is formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape as a whole by a metal plate, and includes a side plate portion 81 having a long hole 81a and a flange portion 82 perpendicular to the side plate portion 81 as shown in FIG. . The length and width of the side plate portion 81 of the guide member 8 are substantially the same as the length and width of the side plate portion 32 of the pressing member 3. The guide member 8 is not limited to the number of support leg members 2 used, and can be used regardless of the type of the pressing member 3.
The side plate portion 81 is brought into contact with the outer side of the side plate portion 32 of the pressing member 3, is overlapped in parallel with the side plate portion 32 of the pressing member 3 and the side plate portion 22 of the support leg member 2, and includes a washer and a screw in the long hole 81 a. It is attached by inserting the turning shaft 24. Therefore, the guide member 8 is slidable with respect to both the pressing member 3 and the supporting leg member 2.
The flange portion 82 is attached substantially perpendicular to the side plate portion 81 along two sides parallel to the long hole 81 a of the side plate portion 81. The protruding height of the flange portion 82 from the side plate portion 81 is a height that covers the upper edge and the lower edge of the side plate portion 32 of the pressing member 3 and the side plate portion 22 of the support leg member 2 in the overlapped state. For this reason, in a state where the two side plate portions 32 and the side plate portion 22 are overlapped, the relative vertical movement of the both can be suppressed.
Furthermore, the length of the flange portion 82 in the direction along the long hole 81a is shorter than the full length of the side plate portion 81 (the same as the full length of the side plate portion 32 of the pressing member 3). With such a configuration, the turning operation (vertical movement) of the pressing member 3 with respect to the support leg member 2 can be suppressed depending on the position of the guide member 8.
That is, as shown in FIG. 5A, the guide member 8 is slid toward the outlet 6, and the flange portions 82 are formed on the upper and lower side end surfaces of the side plate portion 22 of the support leg member 2 and the side plate portion 32 of the pressing member 3. In a state where the two are in contact with each other, the pressing member 3 does not turn with respect to the support leg member 2.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5B, in the state where the guide member 8 is slid to the pressing member 3 side and the flange portion 82 is in contact with only the upper and lower side end surfaces of the side plate portion 32 of the pressing member 3, The pressing member 3 turns with respect to the support leg member 2.
(procedure)
Next, procedures (1) to (4) for holding the plug 5 in a state of being connected to the outlet 6 as a plug receptacle by the plug holding device 1 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
(1) Immediately before plug insertion (Fig. 6)
Before the plug 5 (not shown) is inserted, the pressing member 3 is mounted in the state where the pressing member 3 is attached to the support leg member 2 so that it does not get in the way when the plug 5 is inserted into the insertion hole of the outlet 6. Turn (or down) and lift. The guide member 8 is pulled out to the pressing member 3 side so as to allow the pressing member 3 to rotate with respect to the support leg member 2.
(2) Immediately after plugging (Fig. 7)
Hold the plug 5 by hand and insert it into the insertion hole of the outlet 6. That is, the three blade members are held between the blade receiving members inside the insertion hole. In this state, the plug 5 can be pulled out by holding the plug 5 by hand and pulling it away from the wall 7. The guide member 8 remains pulled out.
(3) Turn and slide the pressing member (Fig. 8)
The pressing member 3 is swung by hand (not shown) to a position where the cable passing portion 31b of the pressing surface portion 31 corresponds to the cable. The inner surface of the pressing member 3 is not in contact with the back surface of the plug 5. The guide member 8 remains pulled out.
(4) Tighten the pressing member (Fig. 9)
As shown in FIG. 9A, the guide member 8 is pushed into the support leg member 2 side (wall 7 side) to stop the turning movement of the pressing member 3. That is, the flange portions 82 and 82 of the guide member 8 grip the upper and lower edges of the side plate portion 22 of the support leg member 2 and the side plate portion 32 of the pressing member 3 to prevent relative rotation of both.
Next, as shown in FIG. 9B, the pressing member 3 is pushed into contact with the back surface of the plug 5. Then, the bolt 4 is inserted into the insertion hole 31 a of the pressing surface portion 31 while being in contact with the back surface of the plug 5, and is further screwed into the screwing hole 23 a of the protruding portion 23 of the support leg member 2 and tightened.
(effect)
Next, effects of the plug holding device 1 of this embodiment will be listed and described.
(1) The plug holding device 1 of this embodiment is a plug holding device 1 that holds the plug 5 in a state of being connected to an outlet 6 as a plug receptacle. The plug holding device 1 is attached to the support leg member 2 substantially perpendicular to the surface of the wall 7 on which the outlet 5 is disposed, and attached to the support leg member 2 so as to be substantially perpendicular to the surface of the wall 7. And a pressing member 3 configured to press the back surface of the plug 5.
According to such a configuration, the back surface of the plug 5 can be pressed substantially perpendicularly to the surface of the wall 7. That is, by restricting the pressing member 3 to slide and move only in a substantially vertical direction with respect to the surface of the wall 7, the plug 5 is pressed vertically even when the plug 5 has a concave or convex shape or an inclination. be able to.
(2) The support leg member 2 has a screwing hole 23 a disposed substantially perpendicular to the surface of the wall 7, and the pressing member 3 maintains a state substantially parallel to the surface of the wall 7. An insertion hole 31a is provided in the pressing surface portion 31 that can move while the bolt 4 is inserted into the insertion hole 31a and tightened to the screw hole 23a.
According to such a configuration, the pressing member 3 can be pressed substantially perpendicularly to the surface of the wall 7 by the bolt 4. Furthermore, since the length of the bolt 4 can be shortened by providing the screwing hole 23a in the protrusion 23 attached to the distal end side of the support leg member 2, the bending of the bolt 4 can be minimized.
(3) The pivot leg 24 is attached to the support leg member 2 substantially in parallel to the surface of the wall 7, and the pressing member 3 is provided with a long hole 32a, and the pivot axis 24 is provided in the long hole 32a. The pressing member 3 can be turned and slid with respect to the support leg member 2 by being inserted.
According to such a configuration, since the turning and sliding can be achieved by one mechanism by the combination of the long hole 32a and the turning shaft 24, the entire structure can be simplified.
Furthermore, since the sliding direction can be defined twice by the sliding mechanism by the long hole 32a and the sliding mechanism by the bolt 4 described above, the vertical movement at the time of sliding can be further suppressed.
(4) The support leg member 2 is provided with a plurality of attachment holes 22a,... Spaced from the surface of the wall 7, and the pivot shaft 24 is attached to any of the attachment holes 22a. Yes. Therefore, by selecting an appropriate mounting hole 22a depending on the size of the plug 5, it becomes possible to deal with plugs 5 of various sizes.
(5) The plug holding device 1 is fitted to the outside so as to hold the pressing member 3 and the supporting leg member 2 together, and is substantially perpendicular to the surface of the wall 7. It is possible to further include a guide member 8 that allows the pressing member 3 to move only to the center. Therefore, the vertical movement at the time of sliding further can be suppressed. In addition, by pulling out the guide member 8, the pressing member 3 (and the guide member 8) can be turned with respect to the support leg member 2 while the guide member 8 remains attached.
(6) By placing a buffer member that deforms following the undulating shape of the back surface of the plug 5 on the front surface of the pressing member 3, the back surface of the plug 5 can be pressed with a surface instead of a point. The plug 5 can be pressed more stably.
Next, a plug holding device 1A having a form different from that of the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In the second embodiment, a case where the plug 5 is connected to the inlet 6A of the housing 7A of the device as a plug receiver will be described. The description of the same or equivalent parts as those described in the above embodiment will be given the same reference numerals.
(Constitution)
First, the configuration will be described. The plug holding device 1A of the present embodiment is implemented except that there is only one support leg member 2 and accordingly the side plate portion 32 of the pressing member 3 is one. The configuration is substantially the same as the plug holding device 1 of Example 1.
Specifically, the plug holding device 1A includes one support leg member 2 that is attached substantially perpendicularly to a mounting plate 71 that is attached to the surface of the housing 7A in which the inlet 6A is disposed, and the support leg member 2. And a pressing member 3 configured to press the back surface of the plug 5 substantially perpendicularly to the surface of the housing 7A. Since the support leg member 2 is mounted on the plug 5, the pivot shaft 24 is provided vertically, and thus the pressing member 3 pivots in the horizontal direction.
As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the support leg member 2 is formed by bending a metal plate into an L shape as a whole. The support leg member 2 includes a bottom plate portion 21, a side plate portion 22, and a protruding portion 23.
As shown in FIGS. 10 and 12, the pressing member 3 is formed by bending a metal plate into an L shape as a whole. Specifically, the pressing member 3 includes a pressing surface portion 31 that is pressed against the back surface of the plug 5 and a side plate portion that is formed by bending one side of the pressing surface portion 31 along the side plate portion 22 of the support leg member 2. 32.
And in the state which the attachment procedure of 1 A of plug holding devices completed, after inserting the volt | bolt 4 in the insertion hole 31a provided in the press surface part 31 of the press member 3, as shown in FIG. The projection 23 is screwed into the screw hole 23a and tightened.
As shown in FIG. 13A, the mounting plate 71 is formed in a U shape as a whole by a metal plate when only one supporting leg member 2 is used. Each of the two protruding portions of the mounting plate 71 is provided with mounting holes 71a, which are attached to the housing 7A with screws for mounting the inlet 6A. Further, a mounting hole 21b of the support leg member 2 is provided in the central portion, and a dowel hole is provided adjacently. When two support leg members 2 are used, the mounting plate 71 is formed in a square shape as a whole by a metal plate, as shown in FIG.
The plug holding device 1 of this embodiment further includes a cable support 34 that supports the cable connected to the plug 5 on the outside of the pressing member 3. This is to prevent the pressing member 3 from being displaced (shifted) to the side without the supporting leg member because the supporting leg member 2 is one. For example, in FIG. 10, the cable support 34 prevents downward displacement (displacement) of the plug 5. The cable support 34 can move up and down relatively with respect to the pressing member 3, and supports the base of the cable with respect to the plug 5 from below, and prevents the downward displacement of the plug 5 together with the base of the cable. is there. That is, the cable support 34 is for suppressing the displacement (or inclination) of the plug 5 due to the one-side support.
(Action / Effect)
Next, the effects of the plug holding device 1A of the present embodiment will be listed and described.
(1) A plug holding device 1A that holds the plug 5 in a state of being connected to the inlet 6A of the housing 7A of the device as a plug receiver. The plug holding device 1A includes a support leg member 2 attached substantially perpendicularly to the surface of the housing 7A on which the inlet 6A is disposed, and is attached to the support leg member 2 so as to be substantially attached to the surface of the housing 7A. And a pressing member 3 configured to press the back surface of the plug 5 vertically.
According to such a configuration, the back surface of the plug 5 can be pressed substantially perpendicularly to the surface of the housing 7A. That is, by restricting the pressing member 3 to slide and move only in a substantially vertical direction with respect to the surface of the housing 7A, the plug 5 is pressed vertically even when the back surface shape of the plug 5 is uneven or inclined. can do.
Furthermore, the cable support 34 can move up and down relatively with respect to the pressing member 3, and can support the base of the cable with respect to the plug 5 from below, thereby preventing the downward displacement of the plug 5 together with the base of the cable. .
Note that other configurations and operational effects are substantially the same as those of the above-described embodiment, and thus description thereof is omitted.
Next, a plug holding device 1B having a form different from those of the first and second embodiments will be described with reference to FIG. In the third embodiment, a case where the pressing member 3 has a double shape will be described. The description of the same or equivalent parts as those described in the above embodiment will be given the same reference numerals.
As shown in FIG. 14, the pressing member 3 of the plug holding device 1 </ b> B according to the present embodiment includes two cable passage portions in the shape of glasses (two stations) so that the two plugs 5 can be pressed. That is, two U-shaped cable passing portions are arranged side by side with the U-shaped open portion in the same direction.
Thus, since the plug holding device 1B of the present embodiment includes the double-shaped pressing member 3, the back surfaces of the two plugs 5 and 5 can be pressed simultaneously. Furthermore, even when there is no gap between the two inlets 6A and 6A, the two plugs 5 and 5 can be firmly pressed by arranging the support legs 2 and 2 so as to include the whole. When the heights of the back surfaces of the plugs 5 and 5 are different, a buffer member can be attached to the inner surface of the pressing member 3 for height adjustment.
Note that other configurations and operational effects are substantially the same as those of the above-described embodiment, and thus description thereof is omitted.
Next, with reference to FIG. 15, a description will be given of an audio power supply box 7B including the plug holding devices 1, 1, 1B. The description of the same or equivalent parts as those described in the above embodiment will be given the same reference numerals.
The power supply box 7B (or power supply tap) of the present embodiment is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped box shape with metal or the like. One surface is provided with two plug holding devices 1 and 1 of the type arranged on the outlet 6, and the other surface is provided with one plug holding device 1B of the type arranged on the inlet 6A.
As described above, by attaching the plug holding devices 1, 1, 1B to the power supply box 7B, it is possible to prevent the plug (not shown) attached to the power supply box 7B from being detached.
Note that other configurations and operational effects are substantially the same as those of the above-described embodiment, and thus description thereof is omitted.
Next, the reinforcing member 9 that reinforces the back panel 73 of the housing 7A will be described with reference to FIGS. The description of the same or equivalent parts as those described in the above embodiment will be given the same reference numerals.
Generally, when viewed from the inside of the casing 7A, mounting screws 72 (or screws) for mounting the inlet 6A protrude from the back panel 73 of the casing 7A of the device. That is, as shown in FIG. 16B, the tip of the mounting screw 72 protrudes from the back panel 73. The amount of protrusion is about 6 mm on average.
In the present embodiment, the block-shaped reinforcing member 9 is attached along the back panel 73 from the inside by using the mounting screw 72 protruding in this manner. Specifically, first, the receiving holes 90, 90 on the left and right sides of the reinforcing member 9 are aligned with the positions of the mounting screws 72, 72. Next, the dowel members 91, 91 are passed through the receiving holes 90, 90, and the female screw groove provided in the dowel member 91 itself is fastened with the wrench 92 to the mounting screw 72 that is a millimeter screw. Alternatively, the mounting screw 72, which is a tapping screw, is tightened into a prepared hole provided in the dowel member 91 itself while cutting a groove with a wrench 92.
The reinforcing member 9 is formed in a U shape as a whole by a thick metal plate (block), and a receiving hole 90 for fitting the dowel member 91 is provided in a protruding portion of the U shape. ing. In the attached state, one side of the reinforcing member 9 is pressed against the back panel 73. The thickness of the reinforcing member 9 is larger than the protruding amount of the mounting screw 72 and has a predetermined thickness in order to ensure the vertical screwability of the dowel member 91.
The dowel member 91 is formed of a metal in a substantially columnar shape, and includes a columnar main body portion and a diameter-enlarged portion (an heel portion) obtained by expanding one end portion of the main body portion in the radial direction. . The main body portion has the same outer diameter as the inner diameter of the receiving hole 90 of the reinforcing member 9, and is provided with a thread groove or a pilot hole that penetrates along the axis. Although the thickness (length) of the main body is smaller than the thickness of the reinforcing member 9, it is screwed with the tip of the mounting screw 72 protruding from the back panel 73 while being fitted to the reinforcing member 9. The thickness of is necessary. And in the attached state, the main-body part is inserted in the receiving hole 90, and the enlarged diameter part (ridge part) presses the reinforcement member 9 against the back panel 73.
As described above, in this embodiment, in order to reinforce the back panel 73 of the device casing 7A from the inside of the device, the block-shaped reinforcing member 9 can be attached using the attachment screw 72 of the inlet 6A. .
According to such a configuration, the back panel 73 of the device can be reinforced from the inside of the device, and deformation of the back panel 73 can be suppressed. In particular, when the plug holding device 1 is attached to the back panel 73 as in the present invention, the load acting on the back panel 73 is increased by the lever principle. That is, since the rigidity of the entire holding structure including the plug 5 is increased by using the plug holding device 1, the load that was previously acting to pull out the plug 5 acts to pull the housing 7 </ b> A. become.
Therefore, as in this embodiment, the back panel 73 is reinforced by the reinforcing member 9 to suppress deformation of the back panel 73 in the vicinity of the inlet 6A. In addition, since the panel which makes upper and lower surfaces of the housing | casing 7A exists above and below the inlet 6A, the deformation of the entire back panel 73 can be suppressed by suppressing the deformation near the inlet 6A.
Note that other configurations and operational effects are substantially the same as those of the above-described embodiment, and thus description thereof is omitted.
Next, with reference to FIGS. 18 and 19, a plug holding device 1C having a form different from those of the first to fifth embodiments will be described. In the sixth embodiment, a case where the support leg member 2 and the mounting plate 71 are integrally formed and the guide portion 25 is provided on the support leg member 2 will be described. The description of the same or equivalent parts as described in the first to fifth embodiments will be given the same reference numerals.
First, the configuration will be described. As shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, the plug holding device 1 </ b> C of the present embodiment is formed integrally with the mounting plate 71 attached to the back surface of the outlet plate 6 and the mounting plate 71. Two support leg members 2, 2 mounted substantially perpendicular to the surface, and configured to press the back surface of the plug 5, attached to the support leg members 2, 2, substantially perpendicular to the surface of the wall 7 The pressing member 3 is provided.
The support leg member 2 includes a side plate portion 22 and a projection portion 23. The pivot shaft 24 is screwed into the attachment hole 22 a provided in the side plate portion 22 through the long hole 32 a of the side plate portion 32 of the pressing member 3. The support leg member 2 is formed integrally with a mounting plate 71 that is formed to be approximately the same size as the outlet plate 6. That is, the support leg member 2 is formed by bending a part of the left and right side edges of the mounting plate 71 so as to be substantially perpendicular to the mounting plate 71. In other words, the support leg member 2 of the plug holding device 1C according to the present embodiment does not include a portion referred to as the bottom plate portion 21 in the above-described embodiment.
Further, the supporting leg member 2 is fitted so as to hold the pressing member 3 in a state where the pressing member 3 and the supporting leg member 2 are overlapped, and is pressed only in a direction substantially perpendicular to the surface of the wall 7. Guide portions 25 and 25 are provided integrally so that the member 3 can be moved. The guide portions 25, 25 are formed by bending the upper and lower edges of the side plate portion 22 outward. The plate surface of each guide portion 25 is substantially perpendicular to the outlet plate 6. The vertical distance between the pair of guide portions 25, 25 is substantially the same as the width of the side plate portion 32 of the pressing member 3.
Further, the pressing portion 3 includes a pressing surface portion 31 and a side plate portion 32. And the L-shaped notch 35 for hold | maintaining so that the press member 3 may not be rotated in the state which removed the volt | bolt 4 and opened the press member 3 in the front-end | tip of the side-plate part 32 of a present Example is provided. ing. The direction of the notch 35 is set so that the upper pressing member 3 that moves upward faces upward. In other words, the cutout portion 35 is formed by removing the upper corner portion at the tip of the side plate portion 32.
Next, actions and effects exhibited by the plug holding device 1C of the present embodiment will be listed and described.
(1) The support leg member 2 is formed integrally with a mounting plate 71 formed to be approximately the same size as the outlet plate 6. With such a configuration, the support leg member 2 can be fixed vertically and firmly to the wall 7 via the mounting plate 71. That is, since the support leg member 2 is formed by bending the side edge of the mounting plate 71, the support leg member 2 is more rigid than fixing with a bolt or the like. Furthermore, the number of parts to be attached can be reduced and the number of parts can be reduced.
(2) The supporting leg member 2 holds the pressing member 3 from above and below in a state where the pressing member 3 and the supporting leg member 2 are overlapped, and the pressing member 3 is only in a direction substantially perpendicular to the surface of the wall 7. Are integrally provided. For this reason, in addition to inserting the swivel shaft 24 into the long hole 32a and fixing it to the mounting hole 22a, and inserting the bolt 4 into the insertion hole 31a and fixing it to the screwing hole 23a, the guide portion 25 also has verticality. Can be secured. Furthermore, since the guide part 25 is formed integrally with the support leg member 2, the rigidity can be increased. In addition, the number of parts is smaller than that formed as a separate body.
(3) The pressing portion 3 includes an L-shaped cutout portion 35 at the tip of the side plate portion 32. For this reason, it can prevent that the press member 3 rotates below and damages the code | cord | chord of the plug 5 by latching the notch part 35 to the guide part 25 in the state which open | released the press member 3. FIG. Further, by holding the pressing member 3 in an open state, the plug 5 can be easily removed and inserted.
Note that other configurations and operational effects are substantially the same as those of the above-described embodiment, and thus description thereof is omitted.
Next, a plug holding device 1D having a form different from those of the first to sixth embodiments will be described with reference to FIG.
