本发明涉及通信领域,具体而言,涉及一种遥控方法及装置。
背景技术
对于目前的移动智能终端,已经预置了红外遥控功能,不同的手机在红外遥控功能上基本相同。都是通过红外遥控软件来控制红外遥控设备,通过访问网络来加载所要控制的红外遥控设备数据库代码,然后在手机上来控制遥控设备。实际上,目前家庭的遥控电器是越来越多,比如空调、电视、机顶盒等,在控制时本身就需要进行不同设备之间的切换,如果设备更多的话,还需要归类管理。对于同一种遥控设备,也需要手动进行按键才能控制设备,对于按键较多的设备,还需要手动滚动屏幕来寻找按键,操作起来非常的不便,对于老人来说,进行频繁的操作也很麻烦,用户体验不好。
针对现有技术中需要手动操作遥控设备进行控制比较繁琐的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明实施例的主要目的在于提供一种遥控方法及装置,以解决现有技术中需要手动操作遥控设备进行控制而导致比较繁琐的问题。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明实施例的一个方面,提供了一种遥控方法,包括:接收用户的语音信息;根据所述语音信息生成控制指令,该控制指令用于对被遥控设备进行遥控操作;将所述控制指令发送给被遥控设备。
优选地,根据所述语音信息生成控制指令,包括:从所述语音信息中获取所述被遥控设备的设备信息和用于对所述被遥控设备进行操作的按键信息;根据所述设备信息和所述按键信息生成所述控制指令。

该语音遥控系统还包括设置模块36,用来设置是否启用语音红外遥控功能。
为了能清楚的描述上述系统以及模块的操作流程,下面结合以下步骤对上述系统以及模块进行说明。
步骤S202:用户在设置模块中开启语音遥控选项,用来在遥控设备中开启语音控制功能;
步骤S204:启动红外遥控软件子系统,同时在后台启动语音接收、识别和处理模块;
步骤S206:配置要遥控的设备,使用网络更新要控制的设备的遥控数据库,预置要控制的遥控设备的红外遥控按键数据库,比如空调、电视、机顶合等设备,切换到要控制遥控设备的主遥控界面;

步骤S408:接收语音信息,启动语音子系统中相应的模块功能;
其中,语音子系统包括:语音接收模块、语音识别模块、语音转换模块开始协同工作。语音接收模块处于工作就绪状态,实时准备接收语音信息;语音识别模块处于等待状态,准备等待语音信号的输入;语音转换模块处于等待转换状态,等待对语音信号进行转换处理。
步骤S410:存储该语音信息;
其中,当语音信号进入,经语音接收模块、语音识别模块和语音转换模块处理后,发送给设备按键存储模块,设备按键存储模块进行按键二维信息的存储并进行缓冲。
步骤S412:获取被遥控设备的按键信息;
其中,红外软件从按键存储模块读取相应的二维按键信息,首先判断控制的是哪个设备,其次判断是哪个按键,读取相应设备按键的红外遥控数据码流,执行步骤S414。
步骤S414:对该按键信息进行格式化处理;
步骤S416:红外控制芯片接收处理后的按键信息,并发送给被遥控设备;
红外控制芯片根据发送的码流信息,进行射频信号的转化,转化为相应按键的红外射频信号,发送出去,控制相应的红外遥控设备,至此,红外语音遥控的过程完毕。等待下一个语音指令的输入。
在本发明优选实施例中,通过语音来操作遥控设备,并操作遥控按键来控制遥控设备,实现了不同设备之间频繁的设备切换、同一个设备之间不同按键的切换,进而实现了较高的智能化系统,提高了用户体验。
工业实用性
通过本发明实施例,采用接收用户的语音信息;根据语音信息生成控制指令,该控制指令用于对被遥控设备进行遥控操作;将控制指令发送给被遥控设备;解决了现有技术中需要手动操作遥控设备进行控制而导致比较繁琐的问题,从而使用户能够更加方便、快捷地进行操控操作,提高了用户体验。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种遥控方法,包括:
    接收用户的语音信息;
    根据所述语音信息生成控制指令,该控制指令用于对被遥控设备进行遥控操作;
    将所述控制指令发送给被遥控设备。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,根据所述语音信息生成控制指令,包括:
    从所述语音信息中获取所述被遥控设备的设备信息和用于对所述被遥控设备进行操作的按键信息;
    根据所述设备信息和所述按键信息生成所述控制指令。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,将所述控制指令发送给被遥控设备之前,包括:
    在预设遥控界面上,将当前被遥控设备切换为与所述设备信息对应的设备。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,将所述控制指令发送给被遥控设备包括:
    获取所述按键信息对应的数据码流;
    将所述数据码流转换为射频信号,并发送所述射频信号。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述接收语音控制信号之前还包括:
    接收来自网络侧的更新信息,该更新信息用于更新遥控设备数据库中的被遥控设备信息;以及根据所述更新信息配置所述更新信息所指示的被遥控设备的按键信息。
  6. 一种遥控装置,包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收用户的语音信息;
    生成模块,设置为根据所述语音信息生成控制指令,该控制指令用于对被遥控设备进行遥控操作;
    发送模块,设置为所述控制指令发送给被遥控设备。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述生成模块包括:
    第一获取单元,设置为从所述语音信息中获取所述被遥控设备的设备信息和用于对所述被遥控设备进行操作的按键信息;
    生成子单元,设置为根据所述设备信息和所述按键信息生成所述控制指令。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    切换模块,设置为在预设遥控界面上,将当前被遥控设备切换为与所述设备信息对应的设备。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述发送模块包括:
    第二获取单元,设置为获取所述按键信息对应的数据码流;
    转换单元,设置为将所述数据码流转换为射频信号,并发送所述射频信号。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    更新模块,设置为接收来自网络侧的更新信息,该更新信息用于更新遥控设备数据库中的被遥控设备信息;以及根据所述更新信息配置所述更新信息所指示的被遥控设备的按键信息。
