图5是根据本发明优选实施例的黑名单处理装置的框图三,如图5所示,处理模块26包括:
删除单元52,设置为删除接收到的该信息。
下面结合优选实施例对本发明实施例进行进一步说明。
智能终端降功耗主要体现在降功耗设计上,低功耗设计已经是智能终端的一个越来越迫切的问题。本发明实施例通过在智能终端Modem侧增加一个模块,从而把以前在应用侧实现的黑名单有选择的转移到Modem侧,让Modem有选择的来唤醒AP,从而实现手机降功耗。延长用户的手待机时间,对手机的可用性和用户体验有着积极有益的作用。本发明实施例在已有的黑名单应用中,添加一种处理策略,把用户某些想要拦截的内容,直接转移到由Modem来处理,由Modem直接丢弃,从而实现Modem有选择的唤醒AP,实现降低功耗的目的。
本发明优选实施例中AP与Modem之间进行黑名单数据的交互,Modem存储黑名单的数据,在有黑名单中的用户的信息或来电触发时对黑名单进行直接处理。图6是根据本发明优选实施例一的黑名单处理装置的框图,如图6所示,主要包括策略设置模块62、AP和Modem之间数据交互模块64、Modem处理模块66,上述模块的功能可以由本发明实施例中的接收模块22、第一判断模块24、处理模块26来实现,下面对各个模块进行简要说明。
策略设置模块62,该模块负责处理用户设置的黑名单及对待黑名单的策略;Modem按照用户设置上报拦截的消息显示;用户取消Modem拦截消息的设置。
AP和Modem之间数据交互模块64,该模块负责处理用户需要设置或者取消需要Modem侧处理的黑名单,即上层和Modem之间连接的数据通道。
Modem处理模块66,实现具体的Modem黑名单功能,拦截在黑名单中的用户消息。
基于上述架构,本发明实施例中Modem侧设置黑名单及Modem处理黑名单的方法包括:进入黑名单策略设置模块62,用户设置黑名单,并选择是需要AP侧应用处理黑名单,还是由Modem处理黑名单。需要Modem直接处理的黑名单信息(号码、策略等),通过数据传输模块传送到Modem侧,由Modem保存。在收到短信、彩信或者来电后,Modem处理模块66预先取出号码,进行黑名单判断,根据设置条件进行在做相应处理。采用本发明实施所述的黑名单处理方法,可以减少AP被唤醒的次数,从而实现降功耗。
策略设置模块62,对用户的黑名单策略设置进行管理,允许用户有两种选择。这个是新添模块。对应的AP和Modem侧都需要添加代码。黑名单的处理方法主要有两种:由用户来处理黑名单,由Modem来处理的黑名单。对于由上层应用处理的黑名单,代码不做改动,现在大部分软件具备的黑名单就有这个功能。对于由Modem实现黑名单的处理,需要新添加代码,Modem将从AP接收到的黑名单数据保存,并对黑名单进行处理。
AP和Modem之间数据交互模块64,实现数据交互,包括:用户设置的黑名单,包括电话号码,是否需要上报等信息。该模块需要扩充数据交互命令,用来将黑名单数据传输到Modem侧。
其中策略的值可以为:
0:Modem直接丢弃接收到的短信、彩信或者来电,不需要上报唤醒AP;
1:Modem直接丢弃接收到的短信、彩信或者来电,需要把结果上报AP。
Modem处理模块66,首先负责处理应用层下发的黑名单数据,把需要modem的负责的黑名单保存起来。为了尽量减少Modem侧的改动,需要在Modem处理模块66维护一个黑名单标志,用来表示用户是否对Modem设置过黑名单,该标志的默认值为假。当Modem接收到设置黑名单的数据后,设置该标志为真。在Modem接收到短信、彩信或者电话时,先查看该标志位的值,若为真,则实施黑名单计划,直接抛弃该条消息,否则,唤醒AP并正常上报接收到的短信、彩信或者电话,由AP处理该消息。
图7是根据本发明优选实施例的黑名单处理方法的示意图,如图7所示,具体包括:当Modem侧收到短信/彩信/电话时,先查看Modem侧是否被设置了黑名单处理标志。如果Modem侧设置了黑名单处理标志,则在短信/彩信/电话中提取出号码,查看黑名单中是否包含了该号码。如果包含了提取的号码,则根据该号码的处理策略,直接处理该短信/彩信/电话。如果没有包含提取的号码或没有设置Modem侧黑名单处理标志,唤醒AP,把短信/彩信/电话传入AP,由AP侧对应应用的黑名单策略模块,根据黑名单的设置情况具体处理新到的短信/彩信/电话。
图8是根据本发明优选实施例的黑名单处理方法的流程图二,如图8所示,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤S802,Modem侧收到短信/彩信/电话;
步骤S804,判断Modem侧是否被设置黑名单处理标志;在判断结果为是情况下,执行步骤S806,在判断结果为否的情况下,执行步骤S812;
步骤S806,从短信/彩信/电话中提取出号码;
步骤S808,判断黑名单中是否包含该号码,在判断结果为是的情况下,执行步骤S810,在判断结果为否的情况下,执行步骤S812;
步骤S810,根据该号码的处理策略,直接处理该短信/彩信/电话;
步骤S812,唤醒AP,把短信/彩信/电话传入AP,由AP侧对应应用进行处理。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
如上所述,通过上述实施例及优选实施方式,解决了相关技术中由于黑名单处理由AP执行,在黑屏的情况下,AP不断地被唤醒,导致智能终端的待机时间减短的问题,进而达到了减少智能终端的功耗,从而延长待机时间的效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种黑名单处理方法,包括:
    调制解调器Modem接收到用户设备UE发送的信息;
    所述Modem判断接收到的所述信息对应的UE是否存在于预定黑名单中;
    在判断结果为是的情况下,所述Modem对接收到的所述信息进行黑名单处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述Modem判断接收到的所述信息对应的所述UE是否存在于所述预定黑名单中之前,还包括:
    所述Modem通过预定方式接收到所述预定黑名单,依据所述预定黑名单判断接收到的所述信息对应的所述UE是否存在于所述预定黑名单中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述Modem判断接收到的所述信息对应的所述UE是否存在于所述预定黑名单中包括:
    所述Modem从接收到的所述信息中提取所述信息对应的UE的用户信息;
    所述Modem依据所述用户信息判断所述UE是否存在于所述预定黑名单中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述用户信息包括以下至少之一:
    所述UE的电话号码、所述UE的标识。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述Modem对接收到的所述信息进行黑名单处理包括:
    所述Modem删除接收到的所述信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述信息包括以下至少之一:
    彩信、短信、来电信息。
  7. 一种黑名单处理装置,应用于调制解调器Modem,包括:
    第一接收模块,设置为接收到用户设备UE发送的信息;
    判断模块,设置为判断接收到的所述信息对应的UE是否存在于预定黑名单中;
    处理模块,设置为在判断结果为是的情况下,对接收到的所述信息进行黑名单处理。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第二接收模块,设置为通过预定方式接收到所述预定黑名单,依据所述预定黑名单判断接收到的所述信息对应的所述UE是否存在于所述预定黑名单中。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述判断模块包括:
    获取单元,设置为从接收到的所述信息中提取所述信息对应的UE的用户信息;
    判断单元,设置为依据所述用户信息判断所述UE是否存在于所述预定黑名单中。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述处理模块包括:
    删除单元,设置为删除接收到的所述信息。
