Description

一种避免用户设备掉话的方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信系统领域,尤其是移动通信系统中小区关断时避免用户设备(UE,User Equipment)掉话的方法和装置。
背景技术
移动通信网络大规模部署的时候,网络中会出现物理小区识别码(PCI,Physical Cell Id)冲突或者混淆的情况,在修改PCI时或者其他需要进行小区关断或小区删建的情况下,会导致小区中的大量UE出现掉话现象,客户体验不佳。
发明内容
本发明实施例针对移动通信系统中的上述问题做出改进,即本发明实施例至少能够解决的技术问题是提供一种避免UE掉话的方法及装置,该方法或装置能够有效地避免因小区关断而引起的小区中大量UE掉话的现象。
为至少解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供的避免UE掉话的方法,包括:在进行小区关断前,向所述小区中存在业务的UE下发测量请求,指示UE测量邻小区的质量;在预定时间内接收到UE上报的满足测量要求的测量报告时,根据所述测量报告的内容将UE切换或者重定向到目标小区。
上述测量为3GPP(3rd Generation Partnership Project,第三代合作伙伴计划)协议中规定的A4事件(event A4)测量。
上述避免UE掉话的方法还包括:在所述进行小区关断前,禁止所述小区之外的UE接入或切换到所述小区。
禁止小区之外的UE接入所述小区包括:将广播消息中第一类系统资讯区块中的小区禁止字段改为禁止,然后进行广播更新;禁止小区之外的UE切换到所述小区,包括:在接收到UE发送的要切换到所述小区的切换请求时,回复切换失败消息。
上述测量请求包含在RRC(Radio Resource Control,无线资源控制)链接重配消息中。

上述装置还包括禁止模块,设置为禁止所述小区之外的UE接入或切换到所述小区。
采用本发明实施例提供的方法或装置,在修改PCI或其他原因导致要进行小区删建时,根据小区中UE的具体情况分别进行处理,当小区中的UE都没有业务存在时,直接进行小区删建。短时间内,UE则会重建立到源小区,减少短时间内的信令风暴。若小区中部分UE有业务存在,则将小区中存在业务的UE迁出该小区,没有业务UE则直接重建立,减少UE的掉话,从而提升了用户的体验。

图1是本发明避免UE掉话的方法基本步骤的流程图,如图1所示,本发明避免UE掉话的方法包括:
101:在进行小区关断前,基站向小区中存在业务的UE发送测量请求,指示UE测量邻小区的质量。
102:在预定时间内接收到UE上报的满足测量要求的测量报告时,基站根据所述测量报告的内容将UE切换或者重定向到目标小区。
在LTE通信系统中,UE上下文中会保存已建数据无线承载的每个E-RAB(Evolved-Radio Access Bearer,演进型无线接入承载)的信息,基站可以以UE的E-RAB建立情况来判断此UE是否存在业务,例如:当UE的E-RAB已建立的情况下,判定UE存在业务。
步骤101中的测量请求可以包含在RRC Connection Reconfiguration(RRC连接重配)消息中,也可以作为一个单独的消息发送,测量请求包含测量配置信息;UE根据测量请求中的测量配置信息对邻小区进行测量。本发明的是实施例中,测量配置信息包括邻小区质量门限,测量的内容包括邻小区质量信息,如:参考信号接收功率(RSRP,Reference Singnal Received Power)、参考信号接收质量(RSRQ,Reference Singnal Received Quanity)等;UE执行测量并在满足测量条件时上报测量结果给基站。具体的,可以是3GPP通信协议中规定的A4事件来触发上报测量报告,即当邻小区质量高于设定门限时,即认为满足测量要求,通过测量报告消息将测量结果发送给基站。基站根据测量报告携带的满足测量要求的邻小区的小区ID将UE切换到该小区。当测量报告携带的满足测量要求的邻小区的小区ID有多个时,可以把UE切换或重定向到小区质量最好的小区,或者优先级高的频点对应的小区;也可以按照其他规则选择切换或重定向的目标小区。
如图2所示,小区A要进行删建,小区A所在的基站记为基站A。本实施例中避免UE掉话的方法包括:
步骤201:基站A在接收到要关断小区A的指令后开启一个定时器,并给小区A中的存在业务的UE按照一定的时间间隔T依次下发A4测量请求;
具体的,该A4测量请求可以包含在RRC Connection Reconfiguration消息中,也可以作为一个单独的消息发送。
步骤202:小区A中的存在业务的UE接收到A4测量请求后,进行A4测量,当满足测量要求时,在定时器超时前上报测量报告给基站A;当UE不满足测量要求,或者在定时器超时之前没有上报A4测量报告,则跳转至步骤204。
所述测量报告中携带满足测量要求的小区的物理标识;为方便描述,这里假设UE1上报的测量报告中满足测量要求的小区为小区B。
步骤203:基站A把UE1切换或者重定向到目标小区B。
切换和重定向都属于现有技术的内容,不再赘述。如果满足测量要求的的邻小区有多个,基站A可以把UE1切换或重定向到小区质量最好的小区。
步骤204:基站根据邻区配置信息和预定的优先级将UE重定向到优先级高的小区。
具体的,可以是基站根据邻区配置信息将UE重定向到频点优先级高的邻小区。
步骤205:当小区A中有业务的UE迁出后,进行小区关断。
图3是本发明优选实施例的示意图,如图3所示,本实施例中避免UE掉话的方法包括:
步骤301:基站A在接收到要删除小区A的指令后,禁止新的UE接入到小区A。
具体实现方式可以是:基站将小区广播消息中SystemInformationBlockType1(第一类系统资讯区块)的cellBarred(小区禁止)字段改为barred(禁止),然后进行广播更新。
步骤302:基站A禁止UE从其他小区切换到小区A。
具体的,若有UE请求从其他小区切换到小区A,即:把小区A作为目标小区发送切换请求时,基站A给UE回复切换失败消息。
步骤303:基站A开启一个定时器,并给小区A中的存在业务的UE按照一定的时间间隔T依次下发A4测量请求;具体的,该A4测量请求可以包含在RRC Connection Reconfiguration消息中,也可以作为一个单独的消息发送。
步骤304:小区A中的存在业务的UE接收到A4测量请求后,进行A4测量,当满足测量要求时,在定时器超时前上报测量报告给基站A;当UE不满足测量要求,或者在定时器超时之前没有上报A4测量报告,则跳转至步骤306。

本发明实施例避免UE掉话的装置还可以包括禁止模块,设置为禁止所述小区之外的UE接入或切换到所述小区。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:在所述进行小区关断前,禁止所述小区之外的UE接入或切换到所述小区。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述禁止所述小区之外的UE接入所述小区包括:将广播消息中第一类系统资讯区块中的小区禁止字段改为禁止,然后进行广播更新;所述禁止所述小区之外的UE切换到所述小区,包括:在接收到UE发送的要切换到所述小区的切换请求时,回复切换失败消息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述测量请求包含在RRC链接重配消息中。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,若UE不满足测量要求,或者在定时器超时之前没有上报测量报告,则根据邻区配置信息将UE重定向到优先级高的小区。
  7. 一种避免用户设备UE掉话的装置,包括:发送模块,设置为在进行小区关断前,向所述小区中所有存在业务的UE下发测量请求,指示UE测量邻小区的质量;执行模块,设置为在预定时间内接收到UE上报的满足测量要求的测量报告时,根据所述测量报告的内容将UE切换或者重定向到目标小区。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,还包括禁止模块,设置为禁止所述小区之外的UE接入或切换到所述小区。
