如图 9所示, 当各种的食物被从顶罩 40放入后, 操作人员就可以利用压棒 43推挤食物, 并开启研磨型搾汁机 10的电源, 以使动力装置 60获得电力, 而 开始带动过滤装置 20及刀盘装置 30转动, 这样食物就会先在压棒 43底端与刀 盘装置 30之间研磨, 而使食物粉碎。 此外, 初步被粉碎的食物切割会在过滤装 置 20中转动而被甩动,而受到顶罩 40的导引斜面 42导引,而通过过滤装置 20 的第一研磨环 22及顶罩 40的第二研磨环 41之间, 来进行第二次研磨, 如此, 本发明的研磨型搾汁机 10就能比先前技术更确实地将初步被粉碎的食物再次粉 碎, 而让食物的残渣更为细小。
再者, 由于过滤装置 20的第一研磨环 22与顶罩 40的第二研磨环 41之间 有一间隙 g, 也就表示, 第一研磨环 22与第二研磨环 41不会相接触, 所以, 在 研磨的过程中, 两研磨环 22、 41就不会因为摩擦, 而分解出非食物的碎屑。
又, 研磨过程中产生的汁液, 会从过滤装置 20的第二滤网组 23及第一滤 网组 24的网体 231、 241的网目流至中座 50的容置空间 51中, 并且随着斜面 52流至外管 55的通道 55a。
由于, 中座 50的环墙 53位于过滤装置 20的连接罩 25内, 且过滤装置 20 的连接罩 25有一檐部 253, 檐部 253与中座 50的环墙 53间隔面对。 因此, 从 过滤装置 20流出的汁液就不会流入动力装置 30中, 以避免动力装置 60损坏。
综合上述, 本发明的研磨型搾汁机可通过顶罩与过滤装置的结构及配置来 达到两次研磨食物的目的, 并可确实将食物粉碎。
最后, 要再次强调的是, 本发明在前述实施例中所揭示的构成元件, 仅为 举例说明, 并非用来限制本案的专利保护范围, 其他等效元件的替代或变化, 也应被本案的专利保护范围所涵盖。 工业应用性
本发明提供的研磨型搾汁机能满足各类餐饮服务行业及家庭使用需求, 因 而具有广阔的工业应用性。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种研磨型搾汁机, 其特征在于包括:
一过滤装置, 包括一固定环、 一第一研磨环、 一第一滤网组、 一第二滤网 组及一连接罩, 所述固定环具有一支撑环片、 一顶连接片及一底连接片, 所述 支撑环片具有一顶面及一底面,所述顶连接片自所述支撑环片的外缘向上延伸, 且位于所述支撑环片的顶面, 所述底连接片自所述支撑环片的内缘向下延伸, 且位于所述支撑环片的底面, 所述第一研磨环固接所述支撑环片, 且位于所述 支撑环片的顶面, 所述第二滤网组固接所述固定环的顶连接片, 所述第一滤网 组具有一网体及一底盘, 所述第一滤网组的网体的顶缘固接所述固定环的底连 接片, 所述第一滤网组的网体的底缘固接所述第一滤网组的底盘, 且位于所述 底盘的顶面, 所述底盘具有贯穿其顶、 底两面的一枢接孔, 所述连接罩固接所 述底盘, 且位于所述底盘的底面, 并具有连通所述枢接孔的一穿孔;
一刀盘装置, 设置在所述过滤装置内, 且位于所述第一滤网组的底盘的顶 面上, 并有一枢轴, 所述枢轴穿过所述底盘的枢接孔及所述连接罩的穿孔; 一顶罩, 罩住所述过滤装置, 且具有一第二研磨环及一导引斜面, 所述第 二研磨环间隔面对所述过滤装置的第一研磨环, 所述导引斜面间隔面对所述过 滤装置的第一滤网组的网体;
一中座, 具有一容置空间, 所述容置空间接收所述过滤装置;
一动力装置, 穿过所述中座, 且连接所述刀盘装置的枢轴, 以固定连接所 述过滤装置及所述刀盘装置, 所述动力装置带动所述过滤装置及所述刀盘装置 转动。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的研磨型搾汁机, 其特征在于: 所述第二滤网组的底 缘贴合所述固定环的顶连接片, 所述第一滤网组的网体的顶缘贴合所述固定环 的底连接片。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的研磨型搾汁机, 其特征在于: 所述过滤装置还有多 个铆钉, 所述各铆钉分别铆接在所述固定环的支撑片及所述第一研磨环。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的研磨型搾汁机, 其特征在于: 所述第一滤网组的底 盘具有一底壁、 一外环墙及一内环墙, 所述外环墙及所述内环墙分别自所述底 壁向上延伸, 且相面对, 所述外环墙贴接所述第一滤网组的网体的底缘, 所述 内环墙围绕形成所述穿孔, 所述连接罩具有一定位环墙, 所述定位环墙位于所 述底盘的穿孔内, 且连接所述底盘的内环墙。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的研磨型搾汁机, 其特征在于: 所述中座的容置空间 内有一斜面及自所述斜面向上延伸的一环墙, 所述环墙位于所述过滤装置的连 接罩内, 且形成一通孔, 其中, 所述动力装置穿过所述通孔。
6、如权利要求 5所述的研磨型搾汁机,其特征在于:所述中座还有一外管, 所述外管的通道连通所述容置空间, 且位于所述中座的斜面的最低处。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的研磨型搾汁机, 其特征在于: 所述过滤装置的连接 罩有一檐部, 所述檐部与所述中座的环墙间隔面对。
