  • the method further comprises the step of simultaneously displaying one of the first or the second program contents and recording the other one of the first or the second program contents irrespective of the nature of the first or the second program contents being encrypted conditional access content or not.

  • said method further comprises the step of, a) recording a transport stream from which an encrypted conditional access content is selectable on a storage medium in encrypted format and, b) sending the transport stream previously recorded in encrypted format to the first or second conditional access modules to be decrypted and viewed at a later time than the time of recording.

  • the invention therefore provides a simple yet very efficient method for simultaneously displaying and recording of program contents and also enables recording of conditional access contents to be decrypted for displaying at a later time during which another conditional access program content can be recorded.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de visualisation et d'enregistrement simultanés de contenus à accès conditionnel séparés dans un dispositif d'affichage d'image. L'invention réalise un procédé de traitement d'au moins un premier contenu de programme et un deuxième contenu de programme, lesdits contenus de programme étant sélectionnés parmi au moins un premier flux de transport et un deuxième flux de transport. Le procédé de traitement d'au moins un premier contenu de programme et un deuxième contenu de programme peut être mis en œuvre par un dispositif d'affichage d'image en communication avec un premier module d'accès conditionnel et un deuxième module d'accès conditionnel, ledit dispositif d'affichage d'image étant en outre en communication avec un premier syntoniseur pour recevoir le premier flux de transport et avec un deuxième syntoniseur pour recevoir le deuxième flux de transport.
