一种设置彩铃、彩铃音乐确定方法及装置
本申请要求于2014年04月02日提交中国专利局、申请号为201410130044.6、发明名称为“一种设置彩铃、彩铃音乐确定方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及终端领域,尤其涉及一种设置彩铃、彩铃音乐确定方法及装置。
背景技术
随着终端行业的快速发展,终端设备所能提供的功能越来越多;在现有的终端设备中,装备了大量的传感器,如:全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,简称GPS)传感器,加速度传感器、环境光传感器、声音传感器、接近度传感器、指南针、陀螺仪等;通过终端设备上的这些传感器,能够实时捕捉各个传感器微小的变化,进而分析获取使用该终端设备的用户的情景信息,即当前的状态和/或该用户当前的地点;例如,通过加速度传感器获取的加速度参数,可以计算分析用户的活动状态是走路、跑步、还是乘车;通过GPS,WIFI网络信息,电话网络的基站小区信息,可以统计分析用户所在的地点是办公室、还是在家等;
随着机器学习数据挖掘技术的推广,可以方便地获取分析人和环境的相关信息,这样,情景感知(context awareness)计算也就应运而生了;情景感知计算是利用人机交互或传感器提供给计算设备分析计算并预测人和设备的环境,活动等情景信息,并让计算设备自动做出相应的反应;那么,在终端设备中也可以通过情景感知计算,利用通过终端设备分析获取的情景信息,让设备自动的做出相应的反应;
在终端设备的众多业务应用中,彩铃业务,即自定义回铃音业 务,是一项被广泛使用的业务,是一项由被叫客户为呼叫自己移动电话的其他主叫客户设定特殊音效(音乐、歌曲、故事情节、人物对话)的回铃音的业务。在现有彩铃业务中,彩铃的设置一般是固定一种彩铃音乐,或者,若想使用不同的彩铃音乐来表达用户当前的状态,让来电者有一个较好的体验,则需要在不同的情景下通过用户在终端设备中的手工设置播放不同的彩铃音乐。然而在不同情景下通过用户的手动设置不同的彩铃音乐,当用户有多重活动或频繁更换地点时,手动设置彩铃繁琐且不方便,使得终端设备的用户体验很低。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种设置彩铃方法及装置,实现根据用户情景自动设置终端设备的彩铃音乐,从而提高终端设备的用户体验。
本发明的实施例采用如下技术方案:
第一方面,提供一种设置彩铃的方法,包括:
获取终端设备的情景参数的当前值,所述情景参数表示所述终端设备被应用的情景的特征,所述情景参数包括以下任意一种或多种的组合:地点参数、活动参数和环参数;
根据所述情景参数的当前值确定所述终端设备的当前情景;
将所述终端设备的彩铃设置为与所述当前情景对应的彩铃音乐。

可见,本发明的实施例提供的设置彩铃的方法及装置,通过获取终端设备的情景参数的当前值,根据情景参数的当前值确定终端设备的当前情景,将终端设备的彩铃设置为与当前情景对应的彩铃音乐,实现了根据终端设备的当前情景自动设置终端设备的彩铃音乐,解决了现有技术中当用户有多重活动或频繁更换地点时手动设置彩铃繁琐且不方便的问题,从而提高了终端设备的用户体验。

实施例一
本发明实施例提供一种设置彩铃的方法,可以应用于终端设备,例如手机、平板电脑、笔记本、台式计算机等。参见图1,该方法 可以包括:
101、获取终端设备的情景参数的当前值;
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中所述的“情景”为计算机技术领域的“情景(context)”。一个对象的情景包括该对象所处的位置、该对象所处的环境、以及该对象涉及的用户的活动、动作、状态等等信息。本领域技术人员可以参考现有技术的情景感知(context awareness)计算或技术发展后的情景感知计算中对情景的定义来理解本发明实施例的“情景”。
终端设备的情景参数表示该终端设备被应用的情景的特征,从而该情景参数的当前值表示该终端设备的当前情景的特征的值。
在本发明实施例中,情景参数可以包括以下任意一种或多种的组合:地点参数、活动参数和环境参数。
其中,地点参数用来反映终端设备或终端设备的持有者所处的地点或场所。地点参数可以包括终端设备的GPS(Global Positioning System,全球定位系统)参数、WIFI网络参数、电话网络的基站小区参数等,对于地点参数的具体内容,本发明对此不进行具体限定。活动参数用来反映终端设备或终端设备的持有者的活动情况。活动参数可以包括终端设备的速度、加速度参数等。终端设备的活动参数反映的可能是终端设备本身的活动情况,也可能是持有终端设备的用户的活动情况,尤其是对于智能手机而言,情景感知中获取的活动参数通常反映的是智能手机持有者当前的活动情况。
环境参数用来反映当前终端设备所处的环境特征。环境参数可以包括终端设备周围环境的声音大小、光线强度等。
需要说明的是,本领域技术人员还可以根据实际情况选取其它的参数来反映终端设备或终端设备的持有者所处的地点或场所、活动情况以及环境特征等,以上仅作为示例。
具体的,这些情景参数的当前值可以通过设置在终端设备上的传感器采集获取。传感器可以是终端设备上设置的一个或多个检测装置,能将感受到的信息,按一定规律变换成为电信号或其他所需 形式的信息输出。
例如,可以通过终端设备的GPS传感器采集获取终端设备的地点参数中的GPS位置、可以通过终端设备的加速度传感器采集获取终端设备的活动参数中的加速度值、可以通过终端设备的声音传感器采集获取终端设备的环境参数中的周围环境的声音大小、可以通过终端设备的环境光传感器采集获取终端设备的环境参数中的周围环境的光线强度等。
102、根据情景参数的当前值确定终端设备的当前情景;
该步骤的实现可以通过预测感知模型来自动判断完成。该预测感知模型是终端设备通过采集多个测试用户群体的基础数据作为样本数据,再进行机器学习算法的模型训练生成的,用于根据情景参数的当前值确定终端设备的当前情景。
需要说明的是,终端设备存在冷启动的状态,即终端设备从切断电源的状态重新启动,内存的东西全部丢失,重新检测硬件并启动操作系统。当终端设备系统在冷启动的情况下,是没有足够的数据用来做聚类分析,故可能无法使用预测感知模型进行自动判断。
因此,当终端设备系统在冷启动的情况下,对于终端设备的当前情景的确定,可以使用预设规则的方法确定终端设备的当前情景。
具体的,预先设定时间规则:当时间在上午9点~下午18点区间内时,对应终端设备的当前地点是在办公室;当时间在晚上20点~次日上午7点区间内时,对应终端设备的当前地点是在家。这样,当终端设备冷启动时,对于终端设备的当前情景的确定,可以采用上述预先设定的时间规则,根据当前时间来初步确定终端设备的当前地点;若当前时间在上午9点~下午18点区间内时,则初步确定终端设备的当前地点是在办公室;若当前时间在晚上20点~次日上午7点区间内时,则初步确定终端设备的当前地点是在家。
需要说明的是,上述在终端设备冷启动时所使用的预设的时间规则只是以示例的形式说明终端设备在冷启动时如何确定终端设备的当前情景的方式,在实际应用中,在终端设备冷启动时使用的用 于确定终端设备的当前情景的预设规则,可以采用预设的时间规则,也可以采用预设的地点规则,或者其他的预设规则,或者也可以采用前述任意一种规则的综合决策方法。在终端设备冷启动时所采用的具体规则的类型及内容,可以根据实际需求设定,本发明所有实施例对此不做限定。
可以理解的是,除以上之外,本发明实施例还可以通过现有的情景感知技术中所使用的任意一种方法来确定终端设备的当前情景,本发明实施例在此不再赘述。
示例性的,本发明实施例提供一种具体的情景确定方法,该方法中使用的情景参数包括地点参数、活动参数和环境参数。根据地点参数的当前值确定终端设备所处的当前地点、根据活动参数的当前值及环境参数的当前值确定终端设备对应的用户的当前活动;根据当前地点和当前活动确定终端设备的当前情景。
具体的,根据终端设备的地点参数的当前值,可以通过聚类分析获取终端设备的当前地点;根据终端设备的活动参数的当前值及环境参数的当前值,可以通过决策树模型获取终端设备的当前活动;然后再根据终端设备的当前地点和当前活动确定终端设备的当前情景。
更具体的,根据终端设备的地点参数的当前值以及预设预测感知模型,通过K-Means聚类分析法确定终端设备的当前地点;当然,也可以通过其他聚类分析法获取终端设备的当前地点,在本发明的所有实施例中,对于根据终端设备的地点参数确定终端设备的当前场所的聚类方法不进行具体限定。
示例性的,获取终端设备的活动参数的当前值,并根据活动参数的当前值判断终端设备短时间内从正面向上翻转到背面向上,且通过终端设备声音传感器获取到的环境参数的当前值,判断终端设备周围环境持续有人在说话且不是噪声,则预测终端设备当前在“会议”状态;再通过获取的终端设备的地点参数的当前值,确定终端设备当前在“会议室”或“办公地点”,则确定终端设备的当前情景 为“在会议室开会”。
示例性的,获取终端设备的地点参数中的WIFI网络参数,GPS参数,基站小区Cell参数的当前值,通过K-Means聚类方法进行地点的聚类分析,预测终端设备的当前地点为在家;再通过终端设备的声音传感器,获取终端设备的环境参数的当前值,预测终端设备的周围环境安静,同时通过终端设备的加速度传感器获取终端设备的活动参数中的加速度当前值,根据加速度当前值判断终端设备当前长时间静止,同时通过终端设备的光传感器获取终端设备的环境参数当前值,预测终端设备当前的周围环境光强度很低,则确定终端设备的当前情景为“已经入睡”,通常情况下,这意味着终端设备的当前持有者已经处于睡眠状态。
示例性的,获取终端设备的活动参数中的加速度当前值,判断该加速度当前值为汽车的速度,则预测终端设备的当前持有用户正在开车或乘车;再通过终端设备的声音传感器,获取终端设备的环境参数的当前值,根据环境参数的当前值判断周围环境安静,则确定终端设备的当前情景为“在开车”,通常情况下,这意味着终端设备的当前持有者正在开车,除非终端设备本身就有开车的功能。
需要说明的是,通过加速度传感器采集获取的终端设备的活动参数中的加速度数值,可以作为确定终端设备的当前活动的参考。具体的,加速度数值与终端设备的活动的对应关系本发明不进行限制,可以根据实际需求进行确定。
需要说明的是,根据终端设备的地点参数的当前值确定终端设备的当前地点、根据终端设备的活动参数的当前值及环境参数的当前值确定终端设备的当前活动,根据终端设备的当前地点和当前活动确定终端设备的当前情景,这些具体过程均可以由预测感知模型来完成。
上述示例只是举例说明确定,本发明对于确定的过程不进行具体限定,当然也可以采用现有技术中任何一种确定情景的方法,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要进行选择。
可以理解的是,某些情况下,单一的参数即可准确表示终端设备的情景,例如终端设备当前的速度大于700公里/时,那么可以判断终端设备或者说终端设备当前的持有者正在乘坐航班中(陆地交通工具的速度一般无法达到这个数值)。而大多数情况下,需要多种参数共同来确定终端设备的情景,例如根据环境参数和活动参数来确定终端设备持有者当前的活动,或者根据环境参数、活动参数、位置参数以及其它参数来共同确定终端设备的当前情景。这些情况在现有技术的情景感知计算中都有可能出现,以上根据三种参数来确定情景的方式仅为示例,本领域技术人员根据情景感知计算技术以及本发明公开的技术方案,容易想到其它的情景确定方法。
103、将终端设备的彩铃设置为与当前情景对应的彩铃音乐。
在一种实现方式下,在终端设备中保存有终端设备的多种情景和彩铃音乐的对应关系,根据终端设备保存的多种情景与多种彩铃音乐的对应关系,将终端设备的彩铃设置为与当前情景对应的彩铃音乐;
其中,终端设备的多种情景与多种彩铃音乐的对应关系包含多种情景及与情景对应的彩铃音乐。该对应关系可以由使用终端设备的用户设置,也可以由终端设备默认设置,也可以由终端设备初始判断后请终端设备的用户确定,或采用其它实现方式,本发明实施例对此不做限定。需要说明的是,当对应关系由终端设备默认设置时,对应关系的具体内容可以根据惯用规则来设定,本发明对此不做限定。例如会议情景对应音乐标题包含“会议”的彩铃音乐。
可选的,在对应关系中,可以保存情景标识以及与情景标识对应的彩铃标识;也可以保存情景标识以及与情景标识对应的彩铃音乐的地址,本发明对于对应关系中保存的情景及彩铃音乐的类型不进行具体限定,可以根据实际需求进行确定。
其中,情景标识是可以唯一标识情景的信息,可以包括下述标识中的任意一种:情景名称、情景标签、情景代码等,本发明对此不进行具体限定。
彩铃标识是可以唯一标识彩铃的信息,可以包括下述标识中的任意一种:彩铃名称、彩铃标签、彩铃代码等,本发明对此不进行具体限定。
彩铃音乐的地址可以包括彩铃音乐的网址或链接地址,本发明对此不进行具体限定。
可选的,根据对应关系中保存的情景及彩铃音乐的类型的不同,所述根据终端设备的多种情景与多种彩铃音乐的对应关系,将终端设备的彩铃设置为与当前情景对应的彩铃音乐至少可以包括下述两种方式中的任意一种:
第一方式:当对应关系包含情景标识与所述情景标识对应的彩铃标识时,
根据对应关系,确定与当前情景标识对应的彩铃标识;
将所述终端设备的彩铃设置成所述彩铃标识指示的彩铃音乐。
第二方式:当对应关系包含情景标识与所述情景标识对应的彩铃音乐的地址时,
根据对应关系,确定与当前情景标识对应的彩铃音乐的地址;
将所述终端设备的彩铃设置成在所述彩铃音乐的地址存储的彩铃音乐。
示例性的,对应关系可以以表格的形式(如表1所示)保存在终端设备中,当然,也可以以其他形式保存,本发明对于对应关系的形式不做限定。
当对应关系以表格形式存在时,根据终端设备的当前情景,查询表1,将彩铃音乐设置为当前情景对应的彩铃音乐。
具体的,首先在表1中查找到与当前情景相同或相近的情景,然后找到与该情景对应的彩铃音乐。然后将终端设备的彩铃设置为对应关系中与当前情景对应的彩铃音乐。

值得注意的是,根据前述步骤确定出来的当前情景的值可能与表1中的值不完全一致,例如“在办公区域开会”和“在会议室开会”,此时可以通过语义匹配算法对两个值进行匹配,找到与当前情景最相近的情景。语义相似度匹配算法为现有技术的方法,本发明实施例在此不赘述。在另一种情况下,若表1是根据终端设备历史情景计算的结果生成的,那么根据前述步骤确定出来的当前情景的值和表1中的情景的值通常就会完全一致,此时只需查找到与当前情景相同的情景即可。
示例性的,若根据终端设备的情景参数的当前值,确定终端设备的当前情景为“在办公室工作”,那么,根据表1所示的对应关系,则可以将终端设备的彩铃设置为公司宣传语。公司宣传语的具体内容本发明实施例不做限定。若根据终端设备的情景参数的当前值,确定终端设备的当前情景为“开车”,那么,根据表1所示的对应关系,则可以将终端设备的彩铃设置为音乐2,该音乐2可以为与“开车”语义相关度比较接近的音乐,例如《牛仔很忙》,该音乐的音乐标签可能为“忙”,比较符合开车时终端持有者的状态。
进一步的,当对应关系由使用终端设备的用户设置时,本发明实施例提供的方法还可以包括:
首先,接收用户输入的情景信息。其中,情景信息用于表示相应的情景,例如情景的名称,标识情景的特征信息等。用户输入情景可以包括下述任意一种情形:
1、用户使用终端设备时,为设置对应关系主动输入情景信息。对于终端设备来说,接收的就是用户主动输入的情景信息。具体的,用户主动输入的情景信息可以包括用户随时输入的情景信息,或者用户在进入某个情景时输入该情景信息,本发明对此不进行具体限 定。例如,当用户在首次使用终端设备时,期望终端设备的彩铃音乐能更符合自己所处的不同情景的特征,因此在终端设备中为设置情景信息与彩铃音乐的对应关系主动输入一个或多个情景信息,例如“在家休息”、“在办公室办公”和“在开车”等。
2、用户在终端设备的推荐下输入情景信息。对于终端设备来说,在接收用户输入的情景之前向用户推荐了一种或多种情景信息以便用户进行选择,然后接受用户选择的情景信息作为用户输入的情景信息。例如,当终端设备或者说终端设备的用户回到家后,终端设备主动获取情景参数,并通过情景感知确定当前情景为“家”,然后推荐用户选择当前情景为“自己家”或者“父母家”,此时用户可以根据实际情况选择输入情景信息。
然后,获取与用户输入的情景信息匹配的第一彩铃音乐集合,其中,第一彩铃音乐集合包括M条彩铃音乐,M大于或等于1。优选的,获取与用户输入的情景信息匹配的第一彩铃音乐集合,可以实现为:获取彩铃音乐的标签与用户输入的情景信息的语义相关度大于第一预设阈值的所述第一彩铃音乐集合。进一步的,获取彩铃音乐的标签与用户输入的情景信息的语义相关度大于第一预设阈值的所述第一彩铃音乐集合,可以包括:采用数据分析技术对用户的使用记录进行分析,得到用户感兴趣的音乐类型,其中,用户的使用记录包括以下任意一项或多项的组合:所述用户的彩铃使用记录、和所述用户的彩铃音乐试听记录;在用户感兴趣的音乐类型中获取彩铃音乐的标签与用户输入的情景信息的语义相关度大于第一预设阈值的第一彩铃音乐集合。
其中,彩铃音乐的标签表示的是彩铃音乐的特征,可以包括彩铃音乐的歌曲名、演唱者、专辑名、年代、歌曲风格、类型、备注等信息,本发明对于彩铃音乐的标签的具体内容不进行限定。本发明实施例所述的语义相关度是指语料库中两个词语在一个或多个维度上的相关程度,维度可以包括词语含义、词语风格、词性等等。例如,若用户输入的情景为“在家”,可以在语料库中进行语义相关 度判断,计算“家”与“浪漫”在词语风格上的语义相似度为0.822,计算“家”与“励志”在词语风格上的语义相似度为0.48。
需要说明的是,语料库可以根据实际需求选择,目前有一些在线的语料库可以选择,也可以在终端设备上采集并建立语料库,对此本发明做限定。语料库的采集和建立可以采用现有技术的方案,本发明实施例不再赘述。第一预设阈值的具体取值也可以根据实际情况设定,例如设置为0.5或0.8等,本发明对此不进行具体限定。
其中,数据分析技术可以包括数据挖掘等相关技术,本发明对此不进行具体限定。
需要说明的是,第一彩铃音乐集合可以在音乐库的所有或部分音乐中选取,其中,音乐库可以是网络运营商公开的彩铃音乐网站,也可以是其他音乐网站,本发明对此不进行具体限定。还需要说明的是,第一彩铃音乐集合中包含的彩铃音乐的数量M可以预先设定,也可以是不预先设定,获取到多少与情景匹配的音乐,都加入到第一彩铃音乐集合中。
获取到第一彩铃音乐集合之后,将该第一彩铃音乐集合中的N条彩铃音乐推荐给用户以便用户选择,其中,N大于或等于1且N小于或等于M。具体的,将第一彩铃音乐集合中的N条彩铃音乐显示给用户以便用户选择。
需要说明的是,其中N的取值可以根据实际需求选取,可以选择将第一彩铃音乐集合中的全部音乐都显示给用户,也可以部分显示给用户,在做部分显示时可以是随机的,也可以是有选择的,本发明对此不进行具体限定。
可选的,将第一彩铃音乐集合中的N条彩铃音乐推荐给用户以便用户选择可以包括:将第一彩铃音乐集合中的所有彩铃音乐根据流行程度从高到低排序,选择前N个彩铃音乐推荐给用户以便用户选择。其中,所述流行程度由以下因素中的任意一种或多种确定:固定时间段内的访问次数、访问用户数以及单位时间内的访问频率。
需说明的是,为了获取彩铃音乐的流行程度设置的“固定时间 段”可以根据实际需求确定,例如一个月或一周时间。当流行程度由多种因素确定的时候,各个因素的获取时间段优选为相同,也可以根据实际需求设置为不同。另外,单位时间也可以很据实际需求确定,例如访问次数/天。
当流行程度由多种因素确定的时候,多种因素可以设置不同的权重值,也可以平均权重,也可以采用其他的计算方式综合获得流行程度。示例性的,流行程度由固定时间段内的访问次数u、访问用户数w以及单位时间内的访问频率p的共同确定,那么可以采用如下公式计算流行程度Y:u*a+w*b+p*c=Y。其中a、b和c分别是u、w和p的权重。例如,其中一首彩铃音乐一个月内的访问次数为3000,访问用户数为2000,访问频率为100次/天(一个月按照30天计算)。a、b和c分别设置为0.3、0.4以及0.3,那么流行程度Y=3000*0.3+2000*0.4+100*0.3=1730。按照这种方式计算多首音乐的流行程度,然后将多首音乐的流行程度从高到底排序后推荐全部或前几个给用户。
需说明的是,以上流行程度的计算方式仅作为示例,本发明实施例并不以此为限。
用户通常会选择与当前情景最匹配的彩铃音乐,当用户选择之后,保存用户选择的彩铃音乐与用户输入的情景信息之间的对应关系。
至此完成对应关系由使用终端设备的用户设置的过程。
需要说明的是,这个对应关系的设置过程可以是在用户使用终端设备的过程中随时发生的,和前述实施例提供的设置彩铃的方法并没有必然的前后关系。例如用户可以在随时增加情景信息。
在另一种实现方式下,终端设备可以实时获取与当前情景匹配的彩铃音乐,并将其提供该用户以便用户从中选择出与当前情景最匹配的彩铃音乐。具体的,在前述步骤102之后,步骤103之前,本发明实施例提供的设置彩铃的方法还可以包括:
获取与当前情景匹配的第二彩铃音乐集合,其中,第二彩铃音 乐集合包括Q条彩铃音乐,Q大于或等于1。所述Q可以根据实际需求确定,本发明对此不进行具体限定。其中,获取与所述当前情景匹配的第二彩铃音乐集合,可以包括:获取彩铃音乐的标签与当前情景的语义相关度大于第二预设阈值的第二彩铃音乐集合。其中,第二预设阈值可以根据实际需求确定,本发明对此不进行具体限定。进一步的,获取彩铃音乐的标签与当前情景的语义相关度大于第二预设阈值的第二彩铃音乐集合,可以包括:采用数据分析技术对用户的使用记录进行分析,得到用户感兴趣的音乐类型;其中,所述用户的使用记录包括以下任意一项或多项的组合:所述用户的彩铃使用记录、和所述用户的彩铃音乐试听记录;在所述用户感兴趣的音乐类型中获取彩铃音乐的标签与所述当前情景的语义相关度大于第二预设阈值的所述第二彩铃音乐集合。
具体的,用户感兴趣的音乐类型可以采用如下方式获取:根据用户的彩铃音乐使用记录和各个彩铃音乐的音乐类型,获取用户使用最多的一种或多种音乐类型;或者,根据用户的彩铃音乐试听记录和各个彩铃音乐的音乐类型,获取用户试听次数最多的一种或多种音乐类型;或者,综合考虑彩铃使用记录和彩铃音乐试听记录,获取用户使用最多且试听最多的一种或多种音乐类型。其实现方式多样,本发明实施例在此不再枚举。本领域技术人员根据本发明实施例提供的方法容易想到其它的实现方式。
将第二彩铃音乐集合中的P条彩铃音乐推荐给用户以便用户选择,其中,P大于或等于1且所述P小于或等于Q,其中,所述P可以根据实际需求确定,本发明对此不进行具体限定。
优选的,将第二彩铃音乐集合中的P条彩铃音乐推荐给用户以便用户选择,可以包括:将第二彩铃音乐集合中的所有彩铃音乐根据流行程度从高到低排序,选择前P个彩铃音乐推荐给所述用户以便所述用户选择;其中,所述流行程度由以下因素中的任意一种或多种确定:固定时间段内的访问次数、访问用户数以及单位时间内的访问频率。
相应的,步骤103中将所述终端设备的彩铃设置为与所述当前情景对应的彩铃音乐可以包括:将终端设备的彩铃设置为用户选择的彩铃音乐。其中,用户选择的彩铃音乐是指用户在第二彩铃音乐集合中选择的彩铃音乐。
在该实现方法下,进一步的,该方法还可以包括:
保存用户选择的彩铃音乐与当前情景之间的对应关系,以便于在下次终端设备处于当前情景时,根据对应关系将彩铃设置为与当前情景对应的用户选择的彩铃音乐。
根据本发明实施例提供的方法对彩铃进行设置或修改之后,还可以及时通知用户,因此,进一步的,在步骤S103之后,所述方法还可以包括:通知用户终端设备的彩铃已设置为与当前情景对应的彩铃音乐。例如,当将终端设备的彩铃设置为短语“公司宣传语”时,可以以通知消息的方式提示用户,在终端设备中显示“您已到办公室,当前的彩铃已设置为‘公司宣传语’”,及时告知用户,终端设备的彩铃已更改,以使得用户得知后可以选择接受或更改彩铃设置;
需要说明的是,上述示例只是以通知消息的形式说明如何将终端设备的彩铃已设置为与当前情景对应的彩铃音乐,对于通知的形式和内容,可以根据实际需求确定,本发明实施例对此不进行限定。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例描述设置彩铃的方法,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

其中,语义相关度是指语料库中两个词语的不同维度上的相关程度,不同的维度可以包括词语含义、词语风格、词性等等;例如,若用户输入的情景为在家,可以在语料库中进行语义相关度判断,计算“家”与“浪漫”的语义相似度为0.822,计算“家”与“励志”的语义相似度为0.48。
需要说明的是,语料库可以根据实际需求选择,目前有一些在线的语料库可以选择,也可以在终端设备上采集并建立语料库,对 此本发明做限定。语料库的采集和建立可以采用现有技术的方案,本发明实施例不再赘述。

在一种实现方式下,在终端设备中保存有终端设备的多种情景和彩铃音乐的对应关系,所述处理器801具体可以用于,根据终端设备的多种情景与多种彩铃音乐的对应关系保存的对应关系,将终端设备的彩铃设置为与当前情景对应的彩铃音乐。
其中,终端设备的多种情景与多种彩铃音乐的对应关系,该对应关系包含多种情景及与情景对应的彩铃音乐。该对应关系可以由使用终端设备的用户设置,也可以由终端设备默认设置,也可以由终端设备初始判断后请终端设备的用户确定,或采用其它实现方式,本发明实施例对此不做限定。需要说明的是,当对应关系由终端设备默认设置时,对应关系的具体内容可以根据惯用规则来设定,本发明对此不做限定。例如会议情景对应音乐标题包含“会议”的彩铃音乐。
可选的,在对应关系中,可以保存情景标识以及与情景标识对应的彩铃标识;也可以保存情景标识以及与情景标识对应的彩铃音乐的地址,本发明对于对应关系中保存的情景及彩铃音乐的类型不进行具体限定,可以根据实际需求进行确定;
其中,情景标识是可以唯一标识情景的信息,至少包括下述标识中的任意一种:情景名称、情景标签、情景代码等,本发明对此 不进行具体限定;
彩铃标识是可以唯一标识彩铃的信息,至少包括下述标识中的任意一种:彩铃名称、彩铃标签、彩铃代码等,本发明对此不进行具体限定;
彩铃音乐的地址可以包括彩铃音乐的网址或链接地址,本发明对此不进行具体限定。
可选的,根据对应关系中保存的情景及彩铃音乐的类型的不同,所述根据终端设备的多种情景与多种彩铃音乐的对应关系,将终端设备的彩铃设置为与当前情景对应的彩铃音乐至少可以包括下述两种方式中的任意一种:

可见,本发明的实施例提供的终端设备80,通过获取终端设备的情景参数的当前值,根据情景参数的当前值确定终端设备的当前情景,将终端设备的彩铃设置为与当前情景对应的彩铃音乐,实现了根据终端设备的当前情景自动设置终端设备的彩铃音乐,解决了现有技术中当用户有多重活动或频繁更换地点时手动设置彩铃繁琐且不方便的问题,从而提高了终端设备的用户体验。
进一步的,通过在终端设备中预先存储情景与彩铃音乐的对应关系,提高了彩铃音乐的动态设置效率;或者,通过即时获取彩铃音乐并根据用户选择即时动态设置的方式,能够一定程度上解决对应关系不全面的情况,并能够及时将新的对应关系保存下来,保证了下一次遇到同一场景时彩铃音乐的动态设置效率。
进一步的,在获取与当前情景匹配的彩铃音乐时,可以结合用户的使用记录尽量在用户感情趣的音乐类型中选择彩铃音乐,提高了彩铃音乐的设置成功率,进一步提升了终端设备的用户体验。
实施例八
本发明实施例八提供另一种终端设备100,参见图10,终端设 备100可以包括:传感器1004、至少一个处理器1001、存储器1002、显示器1005以及通信总线1003,用于实现以上模块之间的连接和相互通信。
其中,通信总线1003可以是ISA总线、PCI总线或EISA总线等。该总线1003可以分为地址总线、数据总线、控制总线等。为便于表示,图10中仅用一条粗线表示,但并不表示仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。
存储器1002可以包括只读存储器和随机存取存储器,并向处理器1001提供指令和数据。存储器1002的一部分还可以包括NVRAM。

该处理器1102是终端设备110的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个终端设备的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在该存储器1101内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在该存储器1101内的 数据,执行终端设备110的各种功能和处理数据,从而对终端设备110进行整体监控。可选的,该处理器1102可包括一个或多个处理单元。

该终端设备80还可以包括显示单元1105,该显示单元1105可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及终端设备80的各种界面。该显示单元1105可包括显示面板11051,可选的,可以采用LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)或OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)等形式来配置显示面板11051。该显示单元1105可以通过文字、动画等形式通知用户终端设备的彩铃已设置为与当前情景对应的彩铃音乐。
进一步的,该终端设备80还可以包括音频电路1106,用于当用户试听彩铃音乐时的音频输出。该音频电路1106还可以通过音频形式通知用户终端设备的彩铃已设置为与当前情景对应的彩铃音乐。

    根据所述情景参数的当前值确定所述终端设备的当前情景;
    将所述终端设备的彩铃设置为与所述当前情景对应的彩铃音乐。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的设置彩铃的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述终端设备的彩铃设置为与所述当前情景对应的彩铃音乐包括:
    根据所述终端设备的多种情景与多种彩铃音乐的对应关系,将所述终端设备的彩铃设置为与所述当前情景对应的彩铃音乐。

  5. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的设置彩铃的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收用户输入的情景信息,所述情景信息用于表示相应的情景;
    获取与所述用户输入的情景信息匹配的第一彩铃音乐集合,其 中,所述第一彩铃音乐集合包括M条彩铃音乐,所述M大于或等于1;
    将所述第一彩铃音乐集合中的N条彩铃音乐推荐给所述用户以便用户选择,其中,所述N大于或等于1且所述N小于或等于M;
    保存所述用户选择的彩铃音乐与所述用户输入的情景信息之间的对应关系。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的设置彩铃的方法,其特征在于,所述获取与所述用户输入的情景信息匹配的第一彩铃音乐集合,包括:
    获取彩铃音乐的标签与所述用户输入的情景信息的语义相关度大于第一预设阈值的所述第一彩铃音乐集合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的设置彩铃的方法,其特征在于,所述获取彩铃音乐的标签与所述用户输入的情景信息的语义相关度大于第一预设阈值的所述第一彩铃音乐集合,包括:
    采用数据分析技术对所述用户的使用记录进行分析,得到所述用户感兴趣的音乐类型;其中,所述用户的使用记录包括以下任意一项或多项的组合:所述用户的彩铃使用记录、和所述用户的彩铃音乐试听记录;
    在所述用户感兴趣的音乐类型中获取彩铃音乐的标签与所述用户输入的情景信息的语义相关度大于第一预设阈值的所述第一彩铃音乐集合。
  8. 根据权利要求5-7任意一项所述的设置彩铃的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述第一彩铃音乐集合中的N条彩铃音乐推荐给所述用户以便用户选择,包括:
    将所述第一彩铃音乐集合中的所有彩铃音乐根据流行程度从高到低排序,选择前N个彩铃音乐推荐给所述用户以便所述用户选择;其中,所述流行程度由以下因素中的任意一种或多种确定:固定时间段内的访问次数、访问用户数以及单位时间内的访问频率。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的设置彩铃的方法,其特征在于,在所述将所述终端设备的彩铃设置为与所述当前情景对应的彩铃音乐之 前,在根据所述情景参数的当前值确定所述终端设备的当前情景之后,所述方法还包括:
    获取与所述当前情景匹配的第二彩铃音乐集合,其中,所述第二彩铃音乐集合包括Q条彩铃音乐,所述Q大于或等于1;
    将所述第二彩铃音乐集合中的P条彩铃音乐推荐给所述用户以便用户选择,其中,所述P大于或等于1且所述P小于或等于Q;
    相应的,所述将所述终端设备的彩铃设置为与所述当前情景对应的彩铃音乐包括:
    将所述终端设备的彩铃设置为所述用户选择的彩铃音乐。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的设置彩铃的方法,其特征在于,所述获取与所述当前情景匹配的第二彩铃音乐集合,包括:
    获取彩铃音乐的标签与所述当前情景的语义相关度大于第二预设阈值的第二彩铃音乐集合。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的设置彩铃的方法,其特征在于,所述获取彩铃音乐的标签与所述当前情景的语义相关度大于第二预设阈值的第二彩铃音乐集合,包括:
    采用数据分析技术对所述用户的使用记录进行分析,得到所述用户感兴趣的音乐类型;其中,所述用户的使用记录包括以下任意一项或多项的组合:所述用户的彩铃使用记录、和所述用户的彩铃音乐试听记录;
    在所述用户感兴趣的音乐类型中获取彩铃音乐的标签与所述当前情景的语义相关度大于第二预设阈值的所述第二彩铃音乐集合。
  12. 根据权利要求9-11任一项所述的设置彩铃的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述第二彩铃音乐集合中的P条彩铃音乐推荐给所述用户以便用户选择,包括:
    将所述第二彩铃音乐集合中的所有彩铃音乐根据流行程度从高到低排序,选择前P个彩铃音乐推荐给所述用户以便所述用户选择;其中,所述流行程度由以下因素中的任意一种或多种确定:固定时间段内的访问次数、访问用户数以及单位时间内的访问频率。
  13. 根据权利要求9-12任一项所述的设置彩铃的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括,
    保存所述用户选择的彩铃音乐与所述当前情景之间的对应关系,以便于在下次所述终端设备处于所述当前情景时,根据所述对应关系将所述彩铃设置为与所述当前情景对应的所述用户选择的彩铃音乐。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13任一项所述的设置彩铃的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括,
    通知用户所述终端设备的彩铃已设置为与所述当前情景对应的彩铃音乐。
  15. 一种彩铃音乐确定方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取终端设备的情景参数的当前值,所述情景参数表示所述终端设备被应用的情景的特征,所述情景参数包括以下任意一种或多种的组合:地点参数、活动参数和环境参数;
    根据所述情景参数的当前值确定所述终端设备的当前情景;
    获取与所述当前情景对应的彩铃音乐集合,所述彩铃音乐集合包括一条或多条彩铃音乐;
    将所述彩铃音乐集合中的全部或部分音乐提供给用户,以便于用户从所述彩铃音乐集合中确定与所述当前情景对应的彩铃音乐。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的彩铃音乐确定方法,其特征在于,所述获取与所述当前情景对应的彩铃音乐集合,包括:
    获取彩铃音乐的标签与所述当前情景的语义相关度大于预设阈值的彩铃音乐集合。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的彩铃音乐确定方法,其特征在于,所述获取彩铃音乐的标签与所述当前情景的语义相关度大于预设阈值的彩铃音乐集合,包括:
    采用数据分析技术对所述用户的使用记录进行分析,得到所述用户感兴趣的音乐类型;其中,所述用户的使用记录包括以下任意一项或多项的组合:所述用户的彩铃使用记录、和所述用户的彩铃音乐试听记录;
    在所述用户感兴趣的音乐类型中获取彩铃音乐的标签与所述当前情景的语义相关度大于预设阈值的所述彩铃音乐集合。
  18. 根据权利要求15-17任一项所述的彩铃音乐确定方法,其特征在于,所述将所述彩铃音乐集合中的全部或部分音乐提供给用户,以便于用户从所述彩铃音乐集合中确定与所述当前情景对应的彩铃音乐,包括:
    将所述彩铃音乐集合中的所有U个彩铃音乐根据流行程度从高到低排序,选择前W个彩铃音乐提供给所述用户,以便于所述用户从所述W个彩铃音乐中确定与所述当前情景对应的彩铃音乐,其中,U大于或等于1,W大于或等于1且小于或等于U;所述流行程度由以下因素中的任意一种或多种确定:固定时间段内的访问次数、访问用户数以及单位时间内的访问频率。
  19. 一种设置彩铃的装置,其特征在于,包括,
    情景参数获取单元,用于获取终端设备的情景参数的当前值,所述情景参数表示所述终端设备被应用的情景的特征,所述情景参数包括以下任意一种或多种的组合:地点参数、活动参数和环境参数;
    确定单元,用于根据所述获取单元获取的所述情景参数的当前值确定所述终端设备的当前情景;
    设置单元,用于将所述终端设备的彩铃设置为与所述当前情景对应的彩铃音乐。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的设置彩铃的装置,其特征在于,所述设置单元具体用于,
    根据所述终端设备的多种情景与多种彩铃音乐的对应关系,将所述终端设备的彩铃设置为与所述当前情景对应的彩铃音乐。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的设置彩铃的装置,其特征在于,所述设置单元具体用于,
    根据所述对应关系,确定与所述当前情景标识对应的彩铃标识,其中,所述对应关系包含情景标识与所述情景标识对应的彩铃标识;
    将所述终端设备的彩铃设置成所述彩铃标识指示的彩铃音乐。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的设置彩铃的装置,其特征在于,所述设置单元具体用于,
    根据所述对应关系,确定与所述当前情景标识对应的彩铃音乐的地址,其中,所述对应关系包含情景标识与所述情景标识对应的彩铃音乐的地址;
    将所述终端设备的彩铃设置成在所述彩铃音乐的地址存储的彩铃音乐。
  23. 根据权利要求20-22任一项所述的设置彩铃的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    接收单元,用于接收用户输入的情景信息,所述情景信息用于表示相应的情景;
    彩铃音乐获取单元,用于获取与所述用户输入的情景信息匹配的第一彩铃音乐集合,其中,所述第一彩铃音乐集合包括M条彩铃音乐,所述M大于或等于1;
    推荐单元,用于将所述第一彩铃音乐集合中的N条彩铃音乐推荐给所述用户以便用户选择,其中,所述N大于或等于1且所述N小于或等于M;
    保存单元,用于保存所述用户选择的彩铃音乐与所述用户输入的情景信息之间的对应关系。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的设置彩铃的装置,其特征在于,所述彩铃音乐获取单元具体用于:获取彩铃音乐的标签与所述用户输入的情景信息语义相关度大于第一预设阈值的所述第一彩铃音乐集合。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的设置彩铃的装置,其特征在于,所述彩铃音乐获取单元具体用于:采用数据分析技术对所述用户的使用记录进行分析,得到所述用户感兴趣的音乐类型;其中,所述用户的使用记录包括以下任意一项或多项的组合:所述用户的彩铃使用记录、和所述用户的彩铃音乐试听记录;在所述用户感兴趣的音乐类型中获取彩铃音乐的标签与所述用户输入的情景信息的语义相关度大于第一预设阈值的所述第一彩铃音乐集合。
  26. 根据权利要求23-25任一项所述的设置彩铃的装置,其特征在于,所述推荐单元具体用于:将所述第一彩铃音乐集合中的所有彩铃音乐根据流行程度从高到低排序,选择前N个彩铃音乐推荐给所述用户以便所述用户选择;其中,所述流行程度由以下因素中的任意一种或多种确定:固定时间段内的访问次数、访问用户数以及单位时间内的访问频率。
  27. 根据权利要求19所述的设置彩铃的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    彩铃音乐获取单元,用于获取与所述当前情景匹配的第二彩铃音乐集合,其中,所述第二彩铃音乐集合包括Q条彩铃音乐,所述Q大于或等于1;
    推荐单元,用于将所述第二彩铃音乐集合中的P条彩铃音乐推荐给所述用户以便用户选择,其中,所述P大于或等于1且所述P小于或等于Q;
    相应的,所述设置单元具体用于,
    将所述终端设备的彩铃设置为所述用户选择的彩铃音乐。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的设置彩铃的装置,其特征在于,所述彩铃音乐获取单元具体用于:获取彩铃音乐的标签与所述当前情景的语义相关度大于第二预设阈值的第二彩铃音乐集合。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的设置彩铃的装置,其特征在于,所述彩铃音乐获取单元具体用于:采用数据分析技术对所述用户的使用记录进行分析,得到所述用户感兴趣的音乐类型;其中,所述用户的使用记录包括以下任意一项或多项的组合:所述用户的彩铃使用记录、和所述用户的彩铃音乐试听记录;在所述用户感兴趣的音乐类型中获取彩铃音乐的标签与所述当前情景的语义相关度大于第二预设阈值的所述第二彩铃音乐集合。
  30. 根据权利要求27-29任一项所述的设置彩铃的装置,其特征在于,所述推荐单元具体用于:将所述第二彩铃音乐集合中的所有彩铃音乐根据流行程度从高到低排序,选择前P个彩铃音乐推荐给所述 用户以便所述用户选择;其中,所述流行程度由以下因素中的任意一种或多种确定:固定时间段内的访问次数、访问用户数以及单位时间内的访问频率。
  31. 根据权利要求27-30任一项所述的设置彩铃的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:保存单元,用于保存所述用户选择的彩铃音乐与所述当前情景之间的对应关系,以便于在下次所述终端设备处于所述当前情景时,根据所述对应关系将所述彩铃设置为与所述当前情景对应的所述用户选择的彩铃音乐。
  32. 根据权利要求19-31任一项所述的设置彩铃的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:通知单元,用于通知用户所述终端设备的彩铃已设置为与所述当前情景对应的彩铃音乐。
  33. 一种彩铃音乐确定装置,其特征在于,包括:
    情景参数获取单元,用于获取终端设备的情景参数的当前值,所述情景参数表示所述终端设备被应用的情景的特征,所述情景参数包括以下任意一种或多种的组合:地点参数、活动参数和环境参数;
    确定单元,用于根据所述情景参数的当前值确定所述终端设备的当前情景;
    彩铃音乐获取单元,用于获取与所述当前情景对应的彩铃音乐集合,所述彩铃音乐集合包括一条或多条彩铃音乐;
    提供单元,用于将所述彩铃音乐集合中的全部或部分音乐提供给用户,以便于用户从所述彩铃音乐集合中确定与所述当前情景对应的彩铃音乐。
  34. 根据权利要求33所述的彩铃音乐确定装置,其特征在于,所述彩铃音乐获取单元具体用于:获取彩铃音乐的标签与所述当前情景的语义相关度大于预设阈值的彩铃音乐集合。
  35. 根据权利要求34所述的彩铃音乐确定装置,其特征在于,所述彩铃音乐获取单元具体用于:采用数据分析技术对所述用户的使用记录进行分析,得到所述用户感兴趣的音乐类型;其中,所述用户的使用记录包括以下任意一项或多项的组合:所述用户的彩铃使用记 录、和所述用户的彩铃音乐试听记录;在所述用户感兴趣的音乐类型中获取彩铃音乐的标签与所述当前情景的语义相关度大于预设阈值的所述彩铃音乐集合。
  36. 根据权利要求33-35任一项所述的彩铃音乐确定装置,其特征在于,所述提供单元具体用于:将所述彩铃音乐集合中的所有U个彩铃音乐根据流程程度从高到低排序,选择前W个彩铃音乐提供给所述用户,以便于所述用户从所述W个彩铃音乐中确定与所述当前情景对应的彩铃音乐,其中,U大于或等于1,W大于或等于1且小于或等于U;所述流行程度由以下因素中的任意一种或多种确定:固定时间段内的访问次数、访问用户数以及单位时间内的访问频率。
