Une même extrémité du bouton gauche (3) et du bouton droit (4) comporte une languette gauche (31) et une languette droite (41), respectivement. La fermeture auto-agrippante (2) est fixée à un index de l'utilisateur, permettant ainsi de fixer la souris optique montée sur un doigt sur le côté arrière de l'index. Le bouton gauche (3), le bouton droit (4) et la molette (5) sont tous positionnés sur le côté de la souris à proximité du pouce, permettant à l'utilisateur de commander la souris avec le pouce.
