To this end, the extinguishing portion 40 may be provided with a plurality of metal grid 41 having a ferromagnetic property, the coupling plate 42 for fixing the grid 41 integrally.
The trip unit 50 is installed in the housing 10 to detect an overcurrent or a short circuit current on the power supply side to induce a tripping operation of the mechanism unit.
Here, the trip part 50 is provided with a lever 51 rotatably installed in the upper case, and an opening and closing part (not shown) that interlocks with the lever 51.
The arc relief member 100 is for quickly discharging the arc ejected through the arc extinguishing portion 40 and then to the outside.
Here, the arc relief member 100 is installed perpendicular to the upper portion of the through hole (11a) formed on one side or both sides of the housing (10).
At this time, the arc relief member 100 is spaced apart above the connection end portion 21 side of the stator 20 is connected to the power supply side and the load side.
In this state, the arc relief member 100 relaxes the arc ejected through the extinguishing portion 40 by the contact method.
The arc relief member 100 as described above may be installed in a vertical rectangular plate shape in a state of blocking the upper portion of the through hole (11a).
Of course, the arc relief member 100 may be applied in various shapes to conform to the shape of the through hole (11a).
In addition, when applying the cover 11 described above, the arc relief member 100 may be applied to be coupled or separated from one side or both sides of the housing 10.
That is, when the life of the arc relief member 100 is over, it can be easily replaced with a new arc relief member (100).
In particular, the arc relief member 100 may use a porous metal having a plurality of bubbles formed on the surface and inside.
Metallic foam refers to a porous metal having tens of thousands of bubbles inside a metal material.
Here, the arc relaxation member 100 may use a closed alveolar metal that is present independently of the surface and the bubbles inside and not connected to each other.
Alternatively, the arc mitigating member 100 may use an open cell metal in which the bubbles of the surface and the inside are connected to each other.
That is, since the arc relaxation member 100 has a plurality of bubbles are formed on the surface and the inside, the arc ejected through the above-described arc (40) may be introduced into the bubble.
Through this, the arc relief member 100 to prevent the short-circuit accident because the arc to relax, and then discharged to the outside.
On the other hand, the arc relief member 100 may be further provided with a plurality of heat radiation fins 120 on one surface facing the outside of the through-hole (11a).
The heat dissipation fins 120 play a role of dissipating heat generated in the arc relaxation member 100 to relax the arc to the outside.
Therefore, since the temperature of the arc mitigating member 100 does not rise excessively, it is possible to optimally maintain the performance and life of the arc mitigating member 100.
As a result, the present invention by using the arc relief member 100 installed on one side or both sides of the housing 10 to relax the arc ejected through the extinguishing portion 40 can be discharged to the outside.
As a result, it is possible to stably discharge the molten material and the ionizing gas generated during the blocking, thereby preventing the occurrence of a short circuit accident.
In addition, by applying the arc relief member 100 so as to be coupled and detachable, it is possible to easily replace the end of the arc relief member (100).
