本发明的冷热分水水龙头暗装部及墙壁暗装式冷热分水水龙头在使用时,可将热水阀体、冷水阀体、混合换向阀体、热水管和冷水管暗敷在建筑物的墙体内,让热水阀体、冷水阀体、混合换向阀体的前端与墙面平齐或微缩在墙面内,让热水阀芯、冷水阀芯和分水阀芯外露的部分伸出墙外度,以方便以后安装热水阀芯装饰钟、热水手柄、冷水阀芯装饰钟、冷水手柄、分水阀芯装饰钟和分水手柄,进而完成整个水龙头的安装。在安装冷热分水水龙头暗装部施工过程中,可在热水阀芯的外侧套装上热水阀芯临时保护套,在冷水阀芯的外侧套装上冷水阀芯临时保护套,在分水阀芯的外侧套装上分水阀芯临时保护套,以便临时保护热水阀芯、冷水阀芯和分水阀芯外露的部分。当需要安装热水阀芯装饰钟、热水手柄、冷水阀芯装饰钟、冷水手柄、分水阀芯装饰钟、分水手柄时,可将以前安装的热水阀芯临时保护套、冷水阀芯临时保护套和分水阀芯临时保护套卸下来,再将热水阀芯装饰钟、热水手柄、冷水阀芯装饰钟、冷水手柄、分水阀芯装饰钟、分水手柄安装上去,就可以进行供水了。因此,本发明的墙壁暗装式冷热分水水龙头具有安装质量可保证,由此可减少或避免生活供水系统在使用过程中出现渗漏等问题,水龙头可靠性高,生产成本低,方便安装,并可提高现场施工效率,增加室内有效使用空间。由于结构设计合理,本发明的墙壁暗装式冷热分水水龙头还具有节约金属材料,方便安装施工、使用可靠、安装尺寸小,占用空间小,方便使用期的维护的优点。
使用本发明的墙壁暗装式冷热分水水龙头,由于在安装时不必采用生胶带缠绕挤紧密封,活接胶垫密封,由此可减小六个可能渗漏点,提高了系统可靠性,并且还去掉易损件角阀两个、编制软管两根,节省材料、结构简单、节省制造成本,并可节省室内空间0.1平方米, 深度7-12cm;由于水龙头用铜量减小,杜绝铸造铜,全部锻造铜,无重金属析出。
本发明去掉水龙头阀体与管路的连接螺纹,省去专用的连接件,实现水龙头阀体与管路的可靠连接;实现整体埋入;实现卫生间一个水龙头接入主管路后同时可以分出连接其他水龙头和用水器具的具有分水器功能的实现整体埋入的暗装冷热水混合水龙头。
本发明可减少或避免生活给水系统在使用过程中出现渗漏等问题,提高给水系统可靠性;实现整体墙壁暗装式安装,提高室内有效空间利用率,合理暗埋管路敷设,提高卫生间各水龙头供水压力均衡性;引领卫生间整体管路规范化设计,实现卫生间整体管路及水龙头的标准化敷设、工厂化生产、现场装配,具有省工期、省空间、省费用、省人工的优点,是水龙头行业的变革,是卫生间给水系统的优化升级。

具体实施方式
参见图3、图5,本发明的冷热分水水龙头暗装部,包括暗装阀座,暗装阀座包括热水阀体1、热水分水器30、冷水阀体2、冷水分水器31、混合换向阀体3、热水管4和冷水管5,热水阀体1和冷水阀体2上分别设有一个进水口和一个出水口,混合换向阀体3上设有冷水进口、热水进口和混水出口,热水阀体1上的出水口通过热水管4与混合换向阀体3上的热水进口相连,冷水阀体2上的出水口通过冷水管5与混合换向阀体3上的冷水进口相连;
在使用时,热水分水器30和冷水分水器31的进水口通过焊接或卡压连接与对应的进水管的出水口相连,热水分水器30和冷水分水器31的进水口不能通过螺纹与进水管的出水口相连;混合换向阀体3的出水口通过焊接或卡压连接与出水管的进水口相连,混合换向阀体3的出水口不能通过螺纹与进水管的出水口相连。
热水阀体1的进水口直接或通过管路与热水分水器30的一个通口相连,进入热水阀体1的水必须通过热水分水器30进入热水阀体1,热水分水器30的壳体上设有多个通口;冷水阀体2的进水口直接或通过管路与冷水分水器31的一个通口相连,进入冷水阀体2的水必须通过冷水分水器31进入冷水阀体2,冷水分水器31的壳体上设有多个通口;
热水阀体1的前端沿前后水平方向设有热水阀芯安装孔,热水阀芯安装孔内沿前后水平方向安装有热水阀芯6,热水阀芯6可接通或断开热水阀体1内的水通路,热水阀芯6沿前后水平方向向前伸出热水阀芯安装孔;
冷水阀体2的前端沿前后水平方向设有冷水阀芯安装孔,冷水阀芯安装孔内沿前后水平方向安装有冷水阀芯7,冷水阀芯7可接通或断开冷水阀体2内的水通路,冷水阀芯7沿前后水平方向向前伸出冷水阀芯安装孔。

本发明的冷热分水水龙头暗装部在使用时,可将热水阀体1、热水分水器30、冷水阀体2、冷水分水器31、混合换向阀体3、热水管4和冷水管5暗敷在建筑物的墙体内,让热水阀体1、冷水阀体2的前端与墙面平齐或微缩在墙面内,让热水阀芯6、冷水阀芯7外露的部分伸出墙外度,以方便以后安装相关的零部件,进而完成整个水龙头的安装。安装完成冷热分水水龙头暗装部后,可在热水阀芯6的外侧套装上热水阀芯临时保护套18,在冷水阀芯7的外侧套装上冷水阀芯临时保护套19,以便临时保护热水阀芯6、冷水阀芯7外露的部分,将来在安装相关的零部件时,需将热水阀芯临时保护套18、冷水阀芯临时保护套19卸下来。
本发明的冷热分水水龙头暗装部,可在工厂成批量地加工成一体,组成一个整体的预埋件,预埋件在工厂进行耐压试验和临时封堵,再到建筑工地整体埋入墙内。
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,本发明的墙壁暗装式冷热分水水龙头,包括冷热分水水龙头暗装部,冷热分水水龙头暗装部包括暗装阀座,暗装阀座包括热水阀体1、热水分水器30、冷水阀体2、冷水分水器31、混合换向阀体3、热水管4和冷水管5,热水阀体1和冷水阀体2上分别设有一个进水口和一个出水口,混合换向阀体上设有冷水进口、热水进口和混水出口,热水阀体1上的出水口通过热水管4与混合换向阀体上的热水进口相连,冷水阀体2上的出水口通过冷水管5与混合换向阀体上的冷水进口相连;在使用时,热水分水器30和冷水分水器31的进水口通过焊接或卡压连接与对应的进水管的出水口相连,热水分水器30和冷水分水器31的进水口不能通过螺纹与进水管的出水口相连;混合换向阀体3的出水口通过焊接或卡压连接与出水管的进水口相连,混合换向阀体3的出水口不能通过螺纹与进水管的出水口相连。
热水阀体1的前端沿前后水平方向设有热水阀芯安装孔,热水阀芯安装孔内沿前后水平 方向安装有热水阀芯6,热水阀芯6可接通或断开热水阀体1内的水通路,热水阀芯6沿前后水平方向向前伸出热水阀芯安装孔,热水阀芯6伸出阀芯安装孔部分的外侧套装有热水阀芯装饰钟9,热水阀芯装饰钟9的内壁设有螺纹,热水阀芯装饰钟9采用螺纹连接旋装在热水阀体1上,热水阀芯6的前端与热水手柄12安装相连,热水手柄12内设有中空的套孔腔,热水阀芯装饰钟9向前延伸插入热水手柄12的套孔腔中;
冷水阀体2的前端沿前后水平方向设有冷水阀芯安装孔,冷水阀芯安装孔内沿前后水平方向安装有冷水阀芯7,冷水阀芯7可接通或断开冷水阀体2内的水通路,冷水阀芯7沿前后水平方向向前伸出冷水阀芯安装孔,冷水阀芯7伸出阀芯安装孔部分的外侧套装有冷水阀芯装饰钟10,冷水阀芯装饰钟10的内壁设有螺纹,冷水阀芯装饰钟10采用螺纹连接旋装在冷水阀体2上,冷水阀芯7的前端与冷水手柄13安装相连,冷水手柄13内设有中空的套孔腔,冷水阀芯装饰钟10向前延伸插入冷水手柄13的套孔腔中;

作为本发明的进一步改进,上述混合换向阀体3的热水进口位于混合换向阀体3的左端,混合换向阀体3的冷水进口位于混合换向阀体3的右端,混合换向阀体3的顶端和/或底端设有混水出口;

作为本发明的改进,上述热水阀芯装饰钟9的后端设有环形的热水贴墙压盖15,热水贴墙压盖15的后端面位于左右竖直方向,冷水阀芯装饰钟10的后端设有环形的冷水贴墙压盖16,冷水贴墙压盖16的后端面位于左右竖直方向,混水阀芯装饰钟11的后端设有环形的混水贴墙压盖17,混水贴墙压盖17的后端面位于左右竖直方向。

如图3所示,本发明的墙壁暗装式冷热分水水龙头在使用时,可将热水阀体1、热水分水器30、冷水阀体2、冷水分水器31、混合换向阀体3、热水管4和冷水管5暗敷在建筑物的墙体内,让热水阀体1、冷水阀体2的前端与墙面平齐或微缩在墙面内,让热水阀芯6、冷水阀芯7和混水阀芯8外露的部分伸出墙外度,以方便以后安装热水阀芯装饰钟9、热水手柄12、冷水阀芯装饰钟10、冷水手柄13、混水阀芯装饰钟11和混合换向手柄14,进而完成整个水龙头的安装。安装完成冷热分水水龙头暗装部后,可在热水阀芯6的外侧套装上热水阀芯临时保护套18,在冷水阀芯7的外侧套 装上冷水阀芯临时保护套19,在混水阀芯8的外侧套装上混水阀芯临时保护套20,以便临时保护热水阀芯6、冷水阀芯7和混水阀芯8外露的部分。当需要安装热水阀芯装饰钟9、热水手柄12、冷水阀芯装饰钟10、冷水手柄13、混水阀芯装饰钟11、混合换向手柄14时,可将以前安装的热水阀芯临时保护套18、冷水阀芯临时保护套19和混水阀芯临时保护套20卸下来,再将热水阀芯装饰钟9、热水手柄12、冷水阀芯装饰钟10、冷水手柄13、混水阀芯装饰钟11、混合换向手柄14安装上去,就可以进行供水了。

  1. 冷热分水水龙头暗装部,包括暗装阀座,其特征在于:所述暗装阀座包括热水阀体(1)、热水分水器(30)、冷水阀体(2)、冷水分水器(31)、混合换向阀体(3)、热水管(4)和冷水管(5),热水阀体(1)和冷水阀体(2)上分别设有一个进水口和一个出水口,所述混合换向阀体(3)上设有冷水进口、热水进口和混水出口,所述热水阀体(1)上的出水口通过所述热水管(4)与混合换向阀体(3)上的热水进口相连,所述冷水阀体(2)上的出水口通过所述冷水管(5)与混合换向阀体(3)上的冷水进口相连;
    所述热水阀体(1)的进水口直接或通过管路与所述热水分水器(30)的一个通口相连,进入热水阀体(1)的水必须通过热水分水器(30)进入热水阀体(1),热水分水器(30)的壳体上设有多个通口;所述冷水阀体(2)的进水口直接或通过管路与所述冷水分水器(31)的一个通口相连,进入冷水阀体(2)的水必须通过冷水分水器(31)进入冷水阀体(2),冷水分水器(31)的壳体上设有多个通口;
    所述热水阀体(1)的前端沿前后水平方向设有热水阀芯安装孔,热水阀芯安装孔内沿前后水平方向安装有热水阀芯(6),热水阀芯(6)可接通或断开热水阀体(1)内的水通路,热水阀芯(6)沿前后水平方向向前伸出热水阀芯安装孔;
    所述冷水阀体(2)的前端沿前后水平方向设有冷水阀芯安装孔,冷水阀芯安装孔内沿前后水平方向安装有冷水阀芯(7),冷水阀芯(7)可接通或断开冷水阀体(2)内的水通路,冷水阀芯(7)沿前后水平方向向前伸出冷水阀芯安装孔;
    所述混合换向阀体(3)的前端沿前后水平方向设有混合换向阀芯安装孔,混合换向阀芯安装孔内沿前后水平方向安装有混合换向阀芯(8),混合换向阀芯(8)可接通或断开混合换向阀体(8)内的水通路,混合换向阀芯(8)沿前后水平方向向前伸出冷水阀芯安装孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冷热分水水龙头暗装部,其特征在于:所述混合换向阀体(3)的热水进口位于混合换向阀体(3)的左端,混合换向阀体(3)的冷水进口位于混合换向阀体(3)的右端,混合换向阀体(3)的顶端和/或底端设有所述混水出口;
    所述混合换向阀体(3)的左侧设有所述热水阀体(1),热水阀体(1)上设有左定位板(21),左定位板(21)的板面位于左右竖直方向,混合换向阀体(3)的右侧设有所述冷水阀体(2),冷水阀体(2)上设有右定位板(22),右定位板(22)的板面位于左右竖直方向,所述热水阀体(1)的出水口位于热水阀体(1)的右端,热水阀体(1)的进水口位于热水阀体(1)的顶端或底端或左端,所述冷水阀体(2)的出水口位于冷水阀体(2)的左端,冷水阀体(2)的进水口位于冷水阀体(2)的顶端或底端或右端;所述热水管(4)的左端与所述热水阀体(1)上的出水口焊接相连,热水管(4)的右端与混水阀体(3)上的热水进口焊接相连,所述冷水管(5)的右端与所述冷水阀体(2)上的出水口焊接相连,所述冷水管(5)的左端与混水阀体(3)上的冷水进口焊接相连;
    所述热水阀芯(6)伸出阀芯安装孔部分的外侧套装有热水阀芯临时保护套(18),所述冷水阀芯(7)伸出阀芯安装孔部分的外侧套装有冷水阀芯临时保护套(19),所述混合换向 阀体(3)伸出阀芯安装孔部分的外侧套装有混合换向阀芯临时保护套(20)。
  3. 墙壁暗装式冷热分水水龙头,其特征在于:包括冷热分水水龙头暗装部,冷热分水水龙头暗装部包括暗装阀座,暗装阀座包括热水阀体(1)、热水分水器(30)、冷水阀体(2)、冷水分水器(31)、混合换向阀体(3)、热水管(4)和冷水管(5),热水阀体(1)和冷水阀体(2)上分别设有一个进水口和一个出水口,所述混合换向阀体(3)上设有冷水进口、热水进口和混水出口,所述热水阀体(1)上的出水口通过所述热水管(4)与混合换向阀体上的热水进口相连,所述冷水阀体(2)上的出水口通过所述冷水管(5)与混合换向阀体上的冷水进口相连;
    所述热水阀体(1)的前端沿前后水平方向设有热水阀芯安装孔,热水阀芯安装孔内沿前后水平方向安装有热水阀芯(6),热水阀芯(6)可接通或断开热水阀体(1)内的水通路,热水阀芯(6)沿前后水平方向向前伸出热水阀芯安装孔,热水阀芯(6)伸出阀芯安装孔部分的外侧套装有热水阀芯装饰钟(9),热水阀芯装饰钟(9)的内壁设有螺纹,热水阀芯装饰钟(9)采用螺纹连接旋装在热水阀体(1)上,热水阀芯(6)的前端与热水手柄(12)安装相连,热水手柄(12)内设有中空的套孔腔,热水阀芯装饰钟(9)向前延伸插入热水手柄(12)的套孔腔中;
    所述冷水阀体(2)的前端沿前后水平方向设有冷水阀芯安装孔,冷水阀芯安装孔内沿前后水平方向安装有冷水阀芯(7),冷水阀芯(7)可接通或断开冷水阀体(2)内的水通路,冷水阀芯(7)沿前后水平方向向前伸出冷水阀芯安装孔,冷水阀芯(7)伸出阀芯安装孔部分的外侧套装有冷水阀芯装饰钟(10),冷水阀芯装饰钟(10)的内壁设有螺纹,冷水阀芯装饰钟(10)采用螺纹连接旋装在冷水阀体(2)上,冷水阀芯(7)的前端与冷水手柄(13)安装相连,冷水手柄(13)内设有中空的套孔腔,冷水阀芯装饰钟(10)向前延伸插入冷水手柄(13)的套孔腔中;
    所述混合换向阀体(3)的前端沿前后水平方向设有混合换向阀芯安装孔,混合换向阀芯安装孔内沿前后水平方向安装有混合换向阀芯(8),混合换向阀芯(8)可接通或断开混合换向阀体(3)内的水通路,混合换向阀芯(8)沿前后水平方向向前伸出混合换向阀芯安装孔,混合换向阀芯(8)伸出阀芯安装孔部分的外侧套装有混合换向阀芯装饰钟(11),混合换向阀芯装饰钟(11)的内壁设有螺纹,混合换向阀芯装饰钟(11)采用螺纹连接旋装在混合换向阀体(3)上,混合换向阀芯(8)的前端与混合换向手柄(14)安装相连,混合换向手柄(14)内设有中空的套孔腔,混合换向阀芯装饰钟(11)向前延伸插入混合换向手柄(14)的套孔腔中;
    所述热水阀体(1)的进水口通过管路与所述热水分水器(30)的一个通口相连,进入热水阀体(1)的水必须通过热水分水器(30)进入热水阀体(1),热水分水器(30)的壳体上设有多个通口;所述冷水阀体(2)的进水口通过管路与所述冷水分水器(31)的一个通口相连,进入冷水阀体(2)的水必须通过冷水分水器(31)进入冷水阀体(2),冷水分水器(31)的壳体上设有多个通口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的埋入墙壁式冷热分水水龙头,其特征在于:所述混合换向阀体(3)的热水进口位于混合换向阀体(3)的左端,混合换向阀体(3)的冷水进口位于混合换 向阀体(3)的右端,混合换向阀体(3)的顶端和/或底端设有所述混水出口;
    所述混合换向阀体(3)的左侧设有所述热水阀体(1),热水阀体(1)上设有左定位板(21),左定位板(21)的板面位于左右竖直方向,所述混合换向阀体(3)的右侧设有所述冷水阀体(2),冷水阀体(2)上设有右定位板(22),右定位板(22)的板面位于左右竖直方向,所述热水阀体(1)的出水口位于热水阀体(1)的右端,热水阀体(1)的进水口位于热水阀体(1)的顶端或底端或左端,所述冷水阀体(2)的出水口位于冷水阀体(2)的左端,冷水阀体(2)的进水口位于冷水阀体(2)的顶端或底端或右端;所述热水管(4)的左端与所述热水阀体(1)上的出水口焊接相连,热水管(4)的右端与混合换向阀体(3)上的热水进口焊接相连,所述冷水管(5)的右端与所述冷水阀体(2)上的出水口焊接相连,所述冷水管(5)的左端与混合换向阀体(3)上的冷水进口焊接相连。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的墙壁暗装式冷热分水水龙头,其特征在于:所述热水阀芯装饰钟(9)的后端设有环形的热水贴墙压盖(15),热水贴墙压盖(15)的后端面位于左右竖直方向,所述冷水阀芯装饰钟(10)的后端设有环形的冷水贴墙压盖(16),冷水贴墙压盖(16)的后端面位于左右竖直方向,所述混合换向阀芯装饰钟(11)的后端设有环形的混合分水贴墙压盖(17),混合分水贴墙压盖(17)的后端面位于左右竖直方向。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的墙壁暗装式冷热分水水龙头,其特征在于:所述热水阀芯装饰钟(9)沿左右竖直方向的截面为圆环形,热水阀芯装饰钟(9)沿前后方向的长度为20—100mm,所述热水手柄(12)的套孔腔沿左右竖直方向的截面为圆环形,热水手柄(12)沿前后方向的长度为20—100mm,所述热水阀芯装饰钟(9)插入热水手柄(12)的套孔腔中5—25mm;
    所述冷水阀芯装饰钟(10)沿左右竖直方向的截面为圆环形,冷水阀芯装饰钟(10)沿前后方向的长度为20—100mm,所述冷水手柄(13)的套孔腔沿左右竖直方向的截面为圆环形,冷水手柄(13)沿前后方向的长度为20—100mm,所述冷水阀芯装饰钟(10)插入冷水手柄(13)的套孔腔中5—25mm;
    所述混合换向阀芯装饰钟(11)沿左右竖直方向的截面为圆环形,混合换向阀芯装饰钟(11)沿前后方向的长度为20—100mm,所述混合换向手柄(14)的套孔腔沿左右竖直方向的截面为圆环形,混合换向手柄(14)沿前后方向的长度为20—100mm,所述混合换向阀芯装饰钟(11)插入混合换向手柄(14)的套孔腔中5—25mm。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的墙壁暗装式冷热分水水龙头,其特征在于:所述热水阀芯装饰钟(9)沿左右竖直方向的截面为圆环形,热水阀芯装饰钟(9)沿前后方向的长度为40—60mm,所述热水手柄(12)的套孔腔沿左右竖直方向的截面为圆环形,热水手柄(12)沿前后方向的长度为40—60mm,所述热水阀芯装饰钟(9)插入热水手柄(12)的套孔腔中10—20mm;
    所述冷水阀芯装饰钟(10)沿左右竖直方向的截面为圆环形,冷水阀芯装饰钟(10)沿前后方向的长度为40—60mm,所述冷水手柄(13)的套孔腔沿左右竖直方向的截面为圆环形,冷水手柄(13)沿前后方向的长度为40—60mm,所述冷水阀芯装饰钟(10)插入冷水手柄(13)的套孔腔中10—20mm;
    所述混合换向阀芯装饰钟(11)沿左右竖直方向的截面为圆环形,混合换向阀芯装饰钟(11)沿前后方向的长度为40—60mm,所述混合换向手柄(14)的套孔腔沿左右竖直方向的 截面为圆环形,混合换向手柄(14)沿前后方向的长度为40—60mm,所述混合换向阀芯装饰钟(11)插入混合换向手柄(14)的套孔腔中10—20mm。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的墙壁暗装式冷热分水水龙头,其特征在于:所述热水手柄(12)采用花键连接与所述热水阀芯(6)的前部相连,热水阀芯(6)的前端旋装有用于压紧热水手柄(12)的螺钉,所述冷水手柄(13)采用花键连接与所述冷水阀芯(7)的前部相连,冷水阀芯(7)的前端旋装有用于压紧冷水手柄(13)的螺钉,所述混合换向手柄(14)采用花键连接与所述混合换向阀芯(8)的前部相连,混合换向阀芯(8)的前端旋装有用于压紧混合换向手柄(14)的螺钉。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的墙壁暗装式冷热分水水龙头,其特征在于:所述热水手柄(12)前端的中部设有热水手柄压盖(23),所述冷水手柄(13)前端的中部设有冷水手柄压盖(24),所述混合换向手柄(14)前端的中部设有混合换向手柄压盖。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的墙壁暗装式冷热分水水龙头,其特征在于:所述热水阀体(1)、热水分水器(30)、冷水阀体(2)、冷水分水器(31)、混合换向阀体(3)、热水管(4)和冷水管(5)是同一材质,采用工程塑料或铜制成。
