无线局域网使用效果性能的上报、 获取方法、 装置及系统 技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种无线局域网使用效果性能的上报、 获 取方法、 装置及系统。 背景技术 随着移动通信运营商签约用户数和用户语音数据等业务量的不断增多, 移动通信 网络的基础设施投入和部署规模也相应地扩增,无线覆盖和系统容量也在不断地增强。 以欧洲大部分移动通信运营商为例, 它们时间上先后部署了 3 种不同 RAT (Radio Access Technology, 无线接入技术) 制式的移动通信系统 (都是 3GPP通信系统家族 内的) : GSM (Global System of Mobile communication, 全球移动通信系统), UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System,通用移动通信系统)禾口 LTE(Long Term Evolution, 长期演进)。 为了增强各种移动通信功能和扩充系统容量, 上述 3种系统都 经历了各自的 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership, 第三代合作伙伴计划)标准化技术演 进之路, 除此之外, 移动通信运营商还广泛地在局部区域部署使用了 IEEE通信系统 家族内的 WLAN (无线局域网)系统(正在朝着 HEW系统演进), 作为有效和低成本 的容量补充。 无论上述哪种移动通信系统, 基本由以下的主要逻辑网元节点组成: 单模或者多 模制式的终端 UE/STA、 无线接入网 RAN/AP、 核心网 CN, 网管 OMC和承载网 TBN 等。例如: UMTS系统的网络侧由其核心网单元 MSC/MGW/SGSN/GGSN和无线接入 网单元 NodeB/RNC, 以及它们之间由 3GPP标准规范化了的地面接口 Iu, Iub, Iur等组 成; LTE 系统的网络侧则由其核心网单元 MME/SGW/PGW/IMS 和无线接入网单元 e B, 以及它们之间的地面接口 SI, X2等组成; WLAN系统的网络侧由无线控制单元 AC和无线接入单元 AP等组成。 由于上述多种系统 (Multi-RAT)长期演进共存,共同提 供服务, 为了增强跨系统间的性能, 增强用户移动通信体验, 简约软硬件成本, 便于 运营商们的管理和运维,系统厂家常常把上述多种系统以不同程度的方式耦合在一起, 形成所谓跨系统互操作或者联合操作, 例如, 图 1所示的系统架构。这样有以下优点: 不同 RAT可以发挥其各自系统的优势特点, 不同 RAT间可以均衡地去分担广大用户 的通信负荷, 不同 RAT彼此间能够形成资源, 覆盖和容量的互补, 从而为整个大系统 带来高性能通信 KPI, 为用户带来更好的移动通信体验和感受 QOE。 根据现有公开的和正在讨论的技术, 具备 WLAN/3GPP多模能力的终端, 可以与 WLAN和 3GPP家族中某种 RAT的网络同时处于通信连接状态。比如某种 WLAN/LTE 双模能力终端同时处于 WLAN/LTE网络的无线信号覆盖下,某时刻该终端率先和 LTE 网络建立 RRC(Radio Resource Control, 无线资源控制;)连接, 继而进行某种 IP业务流 A的双向通信, 后来用户又发起了一个新的 IP业务流 B。 在用户手动控制模式下, 终 端搜寻发现了 WLAN 的覆盖信号并且完成了必要的入网注册 Attach (这个过程称为 WLAN选网注册), 随后融合了多种系统核心网功能的 CN可以根据一定的策略和规 贝 U, 把 IP业务流 B迁移到终端之前已经成功注册的 WLAN系统中, 此后终端的 IP业 务流 A仍然承载在 LTE网络中,而 IP业务流 B承载在 WLAN网络中(这个过程称为 WLAN数据分流), 上述过程如图 2A和图 2B所示。 除了上述用户手动控制模式外, 3GPP家族内的核心网 CN组件 (比如 ANDSF: Access Network Discovery and Selection Function, 接入网发现和选择功能实体)和无线 接入网 RAN (比如 UMTS中的 RNC和 LTE中的 e B )也可以通过预定义的策略规则 和相关参数配置, 控制终端进行 WLAN选网注册和 WLAN数据分流, 而无需用户手 动去干预。 这里的策略规则可以为: 对若干个输入条件参数进行一定的运算评估, 如 逻辑 /不等式运算等, 输出结果为终端到底该去哪个 WLAN进行选网注册和对哪些用 户数据对象进行 WLAN分流。由于在技术实现层面,终端的 WLAN选网注册和 WLAN 数据分流过程通常只能和 3GPP网络侧 IP层网元节点发生信息交互和协同, 或者说终 端本地的 WLAN选网注册和数据分流的过程和结果对无线接入网 RAN基本透明, 因 此可以认为无线接入网 RAN无法及时地了解到终端的 WLAN选网注册和 WLAN数 据分流的结果和效果性能怎样如何, 从而导致如下一些技术问题:
1, 由于 WLAN系统中的数据传输基于用户对无线资源随机竞争的机制, 因此用 户的通信体验, 比如数据传输率、 数据包延时及丢包率等方面的性能无法得到保证。 比如在上面的例子中, 用户的 IP业务流 B被迁移到 WLAN网络中后, 其平均数据传 输率可能变得要比迁移前的要小很多, 从而导致该用户的通信体验下降, 进而可能更 愿意 IP业务流 B被迁移回到 LTE网络中。
2, 无论是用 3GPP家族系统内的 CN还是 RAN进行 WLAN选网和分流控制, 都 是从网络侧的利益角度出发的, 如保护网络的容量, 但没有考虑用户的利益, 从而可 能降低用户的体验。比如上面的例子中,用户的 IP业务流 B被迁移到 WLAN网络中, 而用户可能希望迁移的不是 IP业务流 B而是 IP业务流 A, 或者目的地其实更希望是 另外一个 WLAN网络等。 3, 如果终端在 3GPP网络内处于 RRC专有连接态 (UMTS中的 Cell_DCH State 禾口 LTE中的 RRC_Connected Mode), RAN可以通过单播专有消息中的参数或者命令 去控制单个终端的 WLAN选网和分流行为, 这样 RAN有可能针对单个终端的具体情 况, 做出相对动态及时的修正和优化。 但是由于目前 RAN还没有来自终端的 WLAN 选网和分流相关的 RRM(Radio Resource Management)策略参数输入,所以 RAN通常不 确定如何合理地去调节相关的参数和命令,能让终端之后获得更好的 WLAN选网和分 流效果和体验感受等。 针对相关技术中上述的问题, 目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。 发明内容 针对相关技术中存在的上述的问题, 本发明提供了一种无线局域网使用效果性能 的上报、 获取方法、 装置及系统, 以至少解决上述问题。 根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种无线局域网使用效果性能的上报方法,包括: 终端接收到网络侧发送的无线局域网 WLAN 使用效果性能评估的配置信息; CN上述记录的一个或者多个类型事件 (如果事件记录存在)。 终端可以利用专有消息 (事件触发后, 即立刻专门为此事件上报) 或者随路消息 (事件触发后, 不立刻专门 为此上报, 等待有其他上行消息被触发发送时, 一起随同上报)。 步骤 S804, 终端成功上报完上述事件后, 启动一个防止重复上报记时器 T, 在 Τ 超时 WLAN_Usage_Event_Prohibit_Timer参数取值之前, 终端不允许再重复上报上述 相同类型的事件。 当 T超时之后, 如果 WLAN_USAGE_EVENT_REPORT_ENABLED = TRUE, 则终端按照 S3重复上报上述相同类型的事件。 步骤 S805, 网络接收到终端上报的事件后, 采取依赖于自己内部实现的 RRM特 定处理机制。 另外可以按照步骤 S801重新进行 WLAN使用效果性能事件的评估使能 开关和重新配置。 实施例二 在本实施例中,具备本发明实施例所述的终端 WLAN使用效果性能评估和上报能 力的终端 A, 同时位于 LTE和 WLAN的无线信号覆盖下, 终端 A在 LTE小区内处于 RRC_Connected模式, 正在进行 VOLTE语音会话, 在时刻 T0, 终端 Α又启动了一个 多媒体文件的下载业务, 网络侧根据其 WLAN选网和分流控制机制, 将该 IP业务流 迁移到 WLAN系统中。 图 9为本实施例中的信令流程图, 如图 9所示, 主要包括以下步骤 S901至步骤
S905。 步骤 S901 , e B 通过 RRC Connection Reconfiguration 专有消息发送 WLAN_Usage_Evaluaton_Config_Info给终端 A。 其中, 该 WLAN_Usage_Evaluaton_Config_Info的参数配置如下: WLAN Usage Event Report Enabled = Enabled;
WLAN_Usage_Event_Evaluation_Timer = 2min;
WLAN Usage Event Prohibit Timer = 30s; 终端 A设值本地变量 WLAN USAGE EVENT REPORT ENABLED = TRUE, 并 且准备开始进行 WLAN使用事件的评估。 步骤 S902, 在时刻 Tl, 用户发现多媒体文件下载的速度很慢, 于是手动暂停了 下载进程, 并且手动地把该 IP业务流迁移回到 LTE系统中继续进行下载。 稍后网络 侧根据其 WLAN选网和分流控制机制, 又把该 IP业务流重新迁移到 WLAN系统中。 在时刻 T2,用户发现了上述相同问题, 再次手动把该 IP业务流迁移回到 LTE系统中。 由于 T2-T1的时间间隔为 lmin+30s < WLAN_Usage_Event_Evaluation_Timer (2min), 因此终端 A记录事件 WLAN_NW_Control_Unhappy, 同时停止对该类事件继续进行评 估。 步骤 S903 ,由于终端 A仍然处于 RRC_Connected模式下,终端 A通过 UE Assistance
Information专有消息专门上报 WLAN_NW_Control_Unhappy事件。 步骤 S904, 终端 A 随后启动防止重复上报记时器 T, 维持变量 WLAN USAGE EVENT REPORT ENABLED = TRUE的状态。 步骤 S905, e B接收到终端上报的 WLAN_NW_Control_Unhappy事件后, RRM 策略决定此后一段时间内, 在终端 A该文件下载业务结束之前, 不再施加任何 RAN 侧的 WLAN选网和分流控制机制。另外 eNB在 T = WLAN Usage Event Prohibit Timer ( 30s ) 超时之前, 再通过 RRC Connection Reconfiguration 专有消息发送 WLAN_Usage_Evaluaton_Config_Info给终端 A, 参数配置如下:
WLAN Usage Event Report Enabled = Disabled; 以停止终端 A对任何 WLAN使用事件的评估或上报的进程。 于是终端 A改变变 量 WLAN_USAGE_EVENT_REPORT_ENABLED = FALSE,后续不再进行任何 WLAN 使用事件的评估或上报。 实施例三 在本实施例中,具备本发明实施例所述的终端 WLAN使用效果性能评估和上报能 力的终端 B, 同时位于 LTE和 WLAN的无线信号覆盖下, 终端 B在 LTE小区内处于 RRCJdle模式, 同时监听来自 eNB的 Paging寻呼。 在时刻 T0, 终端 Β启动了一个 Web 上网业务, 网络侧根据其 WLAN选网和分流控制机制, 将该 IP业务流迁移到 WLAN系统中, 所以终端 B仍然处于 RRC Idle模式。 图 10为本实施例的信令流程图, 如图 10所示, 主要包括以下步骤 S1001至步骤 S1005。 步骤 S1001 , e B 通过 System Information 系 统广 播 消 息 发送 WLAN_Usage_Evaluaton_Config_Info给终端 B。 其中, WLAN_Usage_Evaluaton_Config_Info的参数配置如下:
WLAN Usage Event Report Enabled = Enabled;
WLAN_Usage_Event_Evaluation_Timer = 5min;
WLAN Usage Offload Ratio Threshold = 50%;
WLAN Usage Event Prohibit Timer = 60s; 终端 B设值本地变量 WLAN USAGE EVENT REPORT ENABLED = TRUE, 并 且准备开始进行 WLAN使用事件的评估。 步骤 S1002, 从时刻 T1开始, 终端 B通过内部实现机制, 开始分别统计 WLAN 和 LTE系统中发生的传输数据累加总量。 在时刻 T2<5min, 用户被 eNB成功 Paging, 于是进入 RRC_Connected模式, 之后有 IP业务流在 LTE系统中传输, 而之前已经开 始的 Web上网业务继续在 WLAN中传输。到时刻 T3 = Tl + 5min, 终端 B已经统计的 在 WLAN 系统内数据传输总量 /用户数据总传输量的比例为 60 % > WLAN Usage Offload Ratio Threshold (50%), 于是终端记录并且准备上报一次 WLAN Usage Offload Happy事件, 同时停止对该类事件继续进行评估。 步骤 S1003 , 由于终端 B此时已经退出了 RRC_Connected模式, 回到了 RRC_Idle 模式下,终端 B暂时不专门上报该事件。等到时刻 T4终端 B再次进入 RRC_Connected 模式后, 终端 B 通过 RRC Connection Reconfiguration Complete 专有消息随路上报 WLAN Usage Offload Happy事件。 步骤 S1004, 终端 B 随后启动防止重复上报记时器 T, 维持 WLAN USAGE EVENT REPORT ENABLED = TRUE的状态。 步骤 S1005, eNB接收到终端上报的 WLAN_Usage_Offload_Happy事件后, 决 定此后一段时间内, 继续把 WEB上网类业务分流在 WLAN系统中。 另外 eNB在 T = WLAN_Usage_Event_Prohibit_Timer ( 60s ) 超时之前, 再通过 RRC Connection Reconfiguration专有消息发送 WLAN_Usage_Evaluaton_Config_Info给终端 B, 参数配 置如下:
WLAN Usage Event Report Enabled = Disabled; 以停止终端 B对任何 WLAN使用事件的评估或上报的进程, 于是终端 B改变变 量 WLAN_USAGE_EVENT_REPORT_ENABLED = FALSE, 不再进行任何 WLAN使 用事件的评估或上报。 实施例四 在本实施例中,具备本发明实施例所述的终端 WLAN使用效果性能评估和上报能 力的终端 C, 同时位于 UMTS和 WLAN的无线信号覆盖下, 终端 C在 UMTS小区内 处于 Cell_DCH状态, 正在进行 CS语音会话, 在时刻 T0, 终端 C又启动了一个在线 视频观看业务, 网络侧根据其 WLAN选网和分流控制机制, 将该 IP 业务流迁移到 WLAN系统中。 图 11为本实施例的信令流程图, 如图 11所示, 主要包括以下步骤 S1101至步骤 S1105。 步骤 S1101 , RNC 通过 Radio Bearer Reconfiguration 专有消息发送
WLAN_Usage_Evaluaton_Config_Info给终端 C。 其中, WLAN_Usage_Evaluaton_Config_Info的参数配置如下:
WLAN Usage Event Report Enabled = Enabled;
WLAN_Usage_Event_Evaluati on—Timer = lmin; WLAN Usage Event Prohibit Timer = 30s ; 终端 C设值本地变量 WLAN USAGE EVENT REPORT ENABLED = TRUE, 并 且准备开始进行 WLAN使用事件的评估。 步骤 S1102, 在时刻 Tl, 用户发现在线视频观看的效果很卡, 于是手动暂停了视 频观看进程, 并且手动地把该 IP业务流迁移回到 UMTS系统中继续进行在线观看。 稍后网络侧根据其 WLAN选网和分流控制机制, 又把该 IP业务流重新迁移到 WLAN 系统中。在时刻 T2,用户发现了上述相同问题,再次手动把该 IP业务流迁移回到 UMTS 系统中。由于 T2-T1的时间间隔为 50s < WLAN_Usage_Event_Evaluation_Timer (lmin), 因此终端 C记录事件 WLAN_NW_Control_Unhappy, 同时停止对该类事件继续进行评 估。 步骤 S1103 , 由于终端 C仍然处于 Cell_DCH状态下, 终端 C通过 Measurement Report专有消息专门上报 WLAN_NW_Control_Unhappy事件。 步骤 S1104 , 终端 C 随后启动防止重复上报记时器 T, 维持变量 WLAN USAGE EVENT REPORT ENABLED = TRUE的状态。 步骤 S1105, RNC接收到终端上报的 WLAN_NW_Control_Unhappy事件后, RRM 策略决定此后一段时间内,在终端 C观看在线视频业务结束之前,不再施加任何 RAN 侧 的 WLAN 选 网 和 分 流 控 制 机 制 。 另 外 RNC 在 T = WLAN Usage Event Prohibit Timer ( 30s ) 超时之前, 再通过 Radio Bearer Reconfiguration专有消息发送 WLAN_Usage_Evaluaton_Config_Info给终端 C, 参数配 置如下:
WLAN Usage Event Report Enabled = Disabled; 以停止终端 C对任何 WLAN使用事件的评估或上报的进程, 于是终端 C改变变 量 WLAN_USAGE_EVENT_REPORT_ENABLED = FALSE,后续不再进行任何 WLAN 使用事件的评估或上报。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 网络侧与终端进行交互, 配置终端在发生 WLAN使 用事件时, 对使用 WLAN的效果性能进行评估, 并将评估结果上报给网络侧, 从而使 用网络侧可以获取到终端的 WLAN选网和 WLAN数据分流的效果性能, 进而可以根 据获取到的信息调整终端的 WLAN选网和 WLAN数据分流的策略, 提高用户体验。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。 工业实用性 本发明实施例中, 网络侧与终端进行交互, 配置终端在发生 WLAN使用事件时, 对使用 WLAN的效果性能进行评估, 并将评估结果上报给网络侧,从而使用网络侧可 以获取到终端的 WLAN选网和 WLAN数据分流的效果性能, 进而可以根据获取到的 信息调整终端的 WLAN选网和 WLAN数据分流的策略, 提高用户体验。 具有工业实 用性。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种无线局域网使用效果性能的上报方法, 包括:
终端接收到网络侧发送的无线局域网 WLAN 使用效果性能评估的配置信 息;
在发生 WLAN使用事件时,所述终端根据所述配置信息,对所述终端使用 WLAN的效果性能进行评估,得到所述终端使用 WLAN的效果性能评估信息; 所述终端将所述效果性能评估信息上报给所述网络侧。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述配置信息包括: 是否执行 WLAN使用 效果性能事件信息上报的使能指示信息。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述配置信息还包括: WLAN使用事件评估时长; 所述终端对所述终端使用 WLAN的效果性能进行评估, 包括: 如果所述终端连续两次 WLAN选网或 WALN分流控制的时间间隔小于所 述 WLAN使用事件评估时长, 则所述终端确定使用 WLAN的效果性能为不满 意, 否则, 所述终端确定使用 WLAN的效果性能为满意。
4. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述配置信息还包括: WLAN使用事件评估时长和 WLAN数据分流使用 率评估门限;
所述终端对所述终端使用 WLAN的效果性能进行评估, 包括: 所述终端从 WLAN系统做数据分流传输的一个时刻起, 经过所述 WLAN 使用事件评估时长所指示的时间段后,如果统计得到的在所述 WLAN系统内数 据传输总量与用户数据总传输量的比例大于所述 WLAN数据分流使用率评估 门限所指示的比例, 则所述终端确定使用 WLAN的效果性能为满意, 否则, 所 述终端确定使用 WLAN的效果性能为不满意。
5. 根据权利要求 2至 4中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述配置信息还包括: 禁止重复上报时长; 则在所述终端将所述效果性能评估信息上报给所述网络侧之后, 所述方法 还包括: 所述终端启动重复上报禁止计时器, 在所述重复上报禁止计时器超时 前, 不再向所述网络侧上报相同 WLAN使用事件的效果性能评估信息, 其中, 所述重复上报禁止计时器的时长等于所述禁止重复上报时长。
6. 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述终端将所述效果性能评 估信息上报给所述网络侧包括:
所述终端在得到所述终端使用 WLAN的效果性能评估信息之后,即刻向所 述网络侧上报; 或者 所述终端在得到所述终端使用 WLAN的效果性能评估信息之后,在需要向 所述网络侧发送除所述效果性能评估信息之外的信息数据时, 将所述效果性能 评估信息同所述信息数据一起上报给所述网络侧。
7. 一种无线局域网络使用效果性能的获取方法, 包括: 网络侧向终端发送终端无线局域网 WLAN使用效果性能评估的配置信息; 所述网络侧接收所述终端在发生 WLAN使用事件时,根据所述配置信息对 所述 WLAN使用事件进行评估得到的所述终端使用 WLAN的效果性能评估信 息。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其中, 所述配置信息包括: 是否执行 WLAN使用 效果性能事件信息上报的使能指示信息。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其中, 所述配置信息还包括: WLAN使用事件评 估时长, 用于指示所述终端, 如果所述终端连续两次 WLAN选网或 WALN分 流控制的时间间隔小于所述 WLAN使用事件评估时长, 则使用 WLAN的效果 性能为不满意, 否则, 使用 WLAN的效果性能为满意。
10. 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其中, 所述配置信息还包括: WLAN使用事件评 估时长和 WLAN数据分流使用率评估门限,用于指示所述终端,在所述终端从 WLAN系统做数据分流传输的一个时刻起, 经过所述 WLAN使用事件评估时 长所指示的时间段后,如果统计得到的在所述 WLAN系统内数据传输总量与用 户数据总传输量的比例大于所述 WLAN数据分流使用率评估门限所指示的比 例, 则使用 WLAN的效果性能为满意, 否则, 使用 WLAN的效果性能为不满 思。
11. 根据权利要求 8至 10中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述配置信息还包括: 禁止 重复上报时长, 用于指示所述终端, 在上报所述效果性能评估信息之后的所述 禁止重复上报时长内,不再向所述网络侧上报相同 WLAN使用事件的效果性能 评估信息。
12. 根据权利要求 11所述的方法,其中,所述网络侧接收所述效果性能评估信息之 后, 所述方法还包括: 所述网络侧启动重复上报禁止计时器, 在所述重复上报禁止计时器超时之 前, 向所述终端发送新的终端 WLAN使用效果性能评估的配置信息,指示所述 终端停止对任何 WLAN使用事件的评估或上报,其中,所述重复上报禁止计时 器的时长为禁止重复上报时长。
13. 根据权利要求 7至 10中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述网络侧接收所述效果性 能评估信息之后, 所述方法还包括: 所述网络侧根据所述效果性能评估信息及预先制定的无线资源管理 RRM 处理机制, 确定对所述终端的 RRM策略。
14. 一种无线局域网使用效果性能的上报装置, 包括: 接收模块,设置为接收到网络侧发送的无线局域网 WLAN使用效果性能评 估的配置信息;
评估模块, 设置为在发生 WLAN使用事件时, 根据所述配置信息, 对终端 使用 WLAN的效果性能进行评估, 得到所述终端使用 WLAN的效果性能评估 信息;
上报模块, 设置为将所述效果性能评估信息上报给所述网络侧。
15. 根据权利要求 14所述的装置, 其中, 所述配置信息包括: WLAN使用事件评估时长; 则所述评估模块按照以下方式对使用 WLAN的效果性能进行评估:如果所 述终端连续两次 WLAN选网或 WALN分流控制的时间间隔小于所述 WLAN使 用事件评估时长, 则确定使用 WLAN 的效果性能为不满意, 否则, 确定使用 WLAN的效果性能为满意。
16. 根据权利要求 15所述的装置, 其中, 所述配置信息包括: WLAN使用事件评估时长和 WLAN数据分流使用率 评估门限;
则所述评估模块按照以下方式对使用 WLAN的效果性能进行评估:从所述 终端从 WLAN系统做数据分流传输的一个时刻起, 经过所述 WLAN使用事件 评估时长所指示的时间段后,如果统计得到的在所述 WLAN系统内数据传输总 量与用户数据总传输量的比例大于所述 WLAN数据分流使用率评估门限所指 示的比例, 则确定使用 WLAN的效果性能为满意, 否则, 确定使用 WLAN的 效果性能为不满意。
17. 根据权利要求 14至 16中任一项所述的装置, 其中, 所述配置信息还包括: 禁止重复上报时长;
所述装置还包括: 时长等于所述禁止重复上报时长的重复上报禁止计时器;
执行模块, 设置为在所述上报模块上报所述效果性能评估后启动所述重复 上报禁止计时器, 并在所述超时重复上报禁止计时器前, 不再向所述网络侧上 报相同 WLAN使用事件的效果性能评估信息。
18. 一种无线局域网络使用效果性能的获取装置, 包括: 第一发送模块,设置为向终端发送终端无线局域网 WLAN使用效果性能评 估的配置信息;
接收模块,设置为接收所述终端在发生 WLAN使用事件时,根据所述配置 信息对所述 WLAN使用事件进行评估得到的所述终端使用 WLAN的效果性能 评估信息。
19. 根据权利要求 18所述的装置, 其中, 所述配置信息包括: WLAN使用事件评 估时长, 用于指示所述终端, 如果所述终端连续两次 WLAN选网或 WALN分 流控制的时间间隔小于所述 WLAN使用事件评估时长, 则使用 WLAN的效果 性能为不满意, 否则, 使用 WLAN的效果性能为满意。
20. 根据权利要求 18所述的装置, 其中, 所述配置信息还包括: WLAN使用事件 评估时长和 WLAN数据分流使用率评估门限,用于指示所述终端,在所述终端 从 WLAN系统做数据分流传输的一个时刻起, 经过所述 WLAN使用事件评估 时长所指示的时间段后,如果统计得到的在所述 WLAN系统内数据传输总量与 用户数据总传输量的比例大于所述 WLAN数据分流使用率评估门限所指示的 比例, 则使用 WLAN的效果性能为满意, 否则, 使用 WLAN的效果性能为不 满意。
21. 根据权利要求 18至 20中任一项所述的装置, 其中, 所述配置信息包括: 禁止 重复上报时长, 用于指示所述终端, 在上报所述效果性能评估信息之后的所述 禁止重复上报时长内,不再向所述网络侧上报相同 WLAN使用事件的效果性能 评估信息。
22. 根据权利要求 21所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括: 重复上报禁止计时器, 计时时长等于所述禁止重复上报时长, 在所述接收 模块接收到所述效果性能评估信息时启动;
第二发送模块, 设置为在所述重复上报禁止计时器超时之前, 向所述终端 发送新的终端 WLAN使用效果性能评估的配置信息,指示所述终端停止对任何 WLAN使用事件的评估或上报。
23. 根据权利要求 18至 20中任一项所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括: 执行模块, 设置为根据所述效果性能评估信息及预先制定的无线资源管理 RRM处理机制, 确定对所述终端的 RRM策略。
24. 一种无线局域网使用效果性能的传输系统, 包括:
网络侧, 包括权利要求 18至 23中任一项所述的装置; 终端, 包括权利要求 14至 17中任一项所述的装置。
