一种户外加热保温杯,其内胆嵌套于杯身内,内胆上部和杯身上部通过锁扣固定,内胆上设有内盖和外盖,内胆底部和侧面与杯身之间有密闭空腔,内胆底部空腔放加热包,杯身侧面设有自动泄压阀用于排出加热时空腔内的气体。该户外加热保温杯既可用来烧水,也可以用来保温、保冷,而且结构简单,体积小、重量轻、携带方便,加热时间短,安全可靠,方便开启和操作,无需明火便可加热,亦无需用电,适用于各种环境。保温杯身上的自动泄压阀保证加热包产生的气体可以顺利排出,还可以将加热空间和外界隔离开,既可以加热食物又可以起到保温作用。而且泄压阀使加热空间内存在一定的压力,保温效果更好。

技术领域 本发明涉及一种户外加热保温杯, 具体是一种不用火、 不用电便可自行加 热的户外加热保温杯, 而且还可以起到良好的保温作用。 背景技术 目前的不锈钢保温杯由内外双层不锈钢制造而成, 利用焊接技术把内胆和 说
外壳结合在一起, 再用真空技术把内胆与外壳的夹层中的空气给抽出来以达到 真空保温的效果。 主要功能就是保温保冷。书目前市场上还没有这种即可保温有 可以加热的户外用的加热杯, 户外用的加热方法是依赖于燃料燃烧或充电电池 来实现的, 但是应用燃料的加热过程往往需要较复杂的高热生产机制, 因为其 涉及更多的工作部件, 这样对部件进行修理和替换将会很难, 维修和更换的费 用也会较高, 如果采用燃料棒和燃料平板的加热装置虽然会比较经济, 但是缺 点是食物的加热速度较慢, 还有就是大多数便携式烹饪系统所产生的火焰需要 防风屏障来保证火焰不熄灭;现今市场上存在着一种由饭盒体和加热器组成的 加热饭盒, 利用煤球燃烧对饭菜加热, 起到在一定时间内对饭盒保温的作用, 加热器设有风扇, 可调节进风口进风的速度来控制煤球燃烧的速度, 但是缺点 在于使用时是必须使用火种点燃的加热方法, 使用不便且不安全; 还有一种利 用 PTC半导体陶瓷电热体的恒温电加热饭盒, 在饭盒内的温度升至 110度时, 会自动降低电功率, 使饭盒进行恒温状态, 避免糊饭且节省电能, 但是不足之 处在于, 必须在有电源的情况下才能使用, 使用环境受到较大限制, 不能在野 外使用; 再者就是一种自加热饭盒是由外盒、 盒盖、 固定支架、 转动提手、 内 胆和加热剂等组成, 在外盒和内胆中间留有空间, 在外盒与内胆的空间里设有 可更换的水袋和氧化钙加热袋, 缺点是携带和开启不便, 且不可靠, 更主要的 是此类产品不能当做保温杯来使用。 目前市场上还有一种车载加热杯, 虽然可 以加热水, 但是其依赖的是汽车上面的电源, 离开电源后将无法使用, 所以很 有局限性。
发明内容
基于上述不足, 本发明提供了一种户外加热保温杯, 即可用来加热水, 也 可以用来保温、 保冷, 而且结构简单, 体积小、 重量轻、 携带方便, 使用时更 加安全可靠。
技术方案是这样实现的: 户外加热保温杯, 内胆嵌套于杯身内, 内胆上部 和杯身上部通过锁扣固定, 内胆上设有内盖和外盖, 内胆底部和侧面与杯身之 间有密闭空腔, 内胆底部空腔放加热包, 杯身侧面设有自动泄压阀用于排出 加热时空腔内的气体。
在其中一个实施例中 所述自动泄压阀上设有弹簧和密封圈。
在其中一个实施例中 为了增加密闭空腔的密封性, 内胆和杯身之间设有 硅胶的密封圈。
在其中一个实施例中 所述内胆和杯身采用不锈钢材料, 因为不锈钢材料 的传热效果更好。
在其中一个实施例中 所述杯身侧面、 外盖侧面均设有硅胶防滑棱。 在其中一个实施例中 所述杯身上装有折叠把手, 方便携带。
在其中一个实施例中 所述杯身底部设防滑底座。
本发明保温杯具体使用方法为: 首先打开外盖, 再打开内盖, 向内胆内加 入适量的食物或水, 然后盖上内盖和外盖, 打开锁扣将内胆从杯身内取出, 这 说话内胆和外盖、 内盖是连在一起的。 将加热包放入杯身内, 并向内胆内加适 量的水, 在将事先装满食物的内胆放置到杯身内, 内胆的材料为易传热的不锈 钢材料, 然后用锁扣将杯身和内胆固定住, 竖直将加热保温杯放置在平坦的地 方, 30秒后加热包和水反应, 开始产生蒸汽, 杯身侧面装有自动泄压阀, 保证 产生的蒸汽能及时排出, 20分钟后即可食用。
本发明的有益效果为:该户外加热保温杯即可用来烧水,也可以用来保温、 保冷, 而且结构简单, 体积小、 重量轻、 携带方便, 加热时间短, 而且安全可 靠, 方便开启和操作, 无需明火便可加热, 亦无需用电, 适用于各种环境, 安 全可靠的同时价格便宜, 应用广泛。 保温杯身上设置了安全泄压阀, 可以保证 外界隔离开, 从而起到即可以加热食物, 又可以起到保温作用, 而且泄压阀使 加热空间内存在一定的压力, 保温效果更好。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解释说明。
如图 1-7所示, 户外加热保温杯, 内胆 10嵌套于杯身 5 内, 内胆 10上部 和杯身 5上部通过锁扣 3固定, 内胆 10上设有内盖 11和外盖 1, 内胆 10底部 和侧面与杯身 5之间有密闭空腔, 内胆 10底部空腔放加热包, 杯身 5侧面设 有自动泄压阀 4用于排出加热时空腔内的气体。 所述自动泄压阀 4上设有弹簧 9和密封圈 8。 为了增加密闭空腔的密封性和保温性, 内胆 10和杯身 5之间设 有硅胶的密封圈 8。 所述内胆采用不锈钢材料, 因为不锈钢材料的传热效果更 好。 所述杯身 5侧面、 外盖侧面均设有硅胶防滑棱 2。 所述杯身 5上装有折叠 把手 6, 方便携带。 所述杯身 5底部设防滑底座 7。
