Abstract

This invention consists in the combination of use of a razor-shearer and of a aspirating motor unit which creates a new and innovative device, which have an impact on the hygiene and care of people and also of animals. The main feature of this invention consists of allowing a haircut style for lengths much higher than those permitted by the razors currently available in the market. Thanks to a suction duct 2 located in the structure of the new invention and also thanks to the suction nozzle 1, the device lifts hair and hairs 6 upwards, in a perpendicular position from the skin. In this way the hair are attracted and pushed towards the blades so they do not remain below the blades when they pass towards the hair The invention allow a uniform hair style, simply by setting the spacers combs 4, for much higher lengths than those allowed by the razors currently available in the market. Further advantage is the simultaneous collection of the cutting residues 7 which are sucked in the special compartment 10 by the aspirator motor unit 9 of the device or by the external aspirator motor unit, connected to the device by a flexible pipe 8. Therefore the invention produce benefits in terms of hygiene, time saving and cleaning efforts thus reducing the costs associated to the elimination of the residues.

Description

DESCRIPTION
ELECTRIC RAZOR-SHEARER ASPIRATOR-HAIR CUT
The invention consists of the combined use of two devices, which are already available in the market but which are currently used separately.
The first device is in an electrical razor used for cutting hair and hairs in general, the second device is an aspirator unit.
These two devices are connected to a suction duct located in the structure of the new invention.
The position of the suction nozzle of the pipe, which is located immediately above the blades allows a new technique to obtain new possibility of employment which cannot be achieved using the devices separately .
The electrical razors/shearers which are currently available on the market , even though are equipped with spacers combs, allow the uniform cutting of hair only of lengths of few millimetres.
In fact, the electrical razors/shearers currently available on the market does not have the functionality of lifting the hair; therefore the hair , especially when they have a certain dimension, remain below the cutting line.
The invention combines the electrical razor/shearer with an aspirator motor unit and a suction duct, so allowing to lift the hair which are then correctly directed towards the blades in order to be cut. Furthermore the rests of the cutting are collected via the suction duct.
The invention was created to obtain a uniform cut of the hair, at various length.
The invention consists of an electrical razor unit to which must be integrated FIG.l or applied FIG.2 a SUCTION DUCT FIG.l (2).
The Suction Duct, by a suction flow generated by an ASPIRATOR MOTOR UNIT, directly and permanently connected to the razor FIG.6 or removable FIG.5 or disconnected FIG.4, sucks the hair by a SUCTION NOZZLE FIG.l (1) located immediately above the blades.
In this way the hair are evenly cut, and do not remain below the cutting line. The spacers combs FIG.l (4) allow to choose the desired length of the cut. Furthermore the cutting residues FIG.3 (7) are simultaneously aspirated in order to ensure the collection of the residues.
The suction duct sucks air and the cutting residues through the nozzle FIG.l (1) which is located immediately above the blades up to a collecting compartment.
The collecting compartment FIG.6 (10) can be directly connected to the razor if the air flow is generated by the aspirator motor unit of the device, but it can also be connected by the EXIT/LOCKING NOZZLE, equipped with a quick attachment/detachment system, to a flexible pipe FIG.4 (8), attached to the device or to a flexible pipe of any aspirator motor unit (i.e. of a common a vacuum cleaner).
This invention allows a uniform cut attracting the hair to the blade in order to have cut hairstyle of 5/6 cm lengths or even more.
This result is impossible with the use of the currently available electric razors/shavers.
In fact, the suction system use forces the hair direction, pulling them up, when the blades of the device are passing towards the hair FIG.3.
This invention avoids the hair to remain below the blades and allows to cut the hair by putting them in a perpendicular FIG.3 (6) position to the skin surface.
In this way you can get a uniform cutting hairstyle of variable size simply by varying the height of the spacer comb sat the desired length.
This invention allows a precise and flawless haircut permitting to choose the length between the base of the hair to the blade The invention can be easily used by a single person without the help of other people.
The additional advantage of this invention consists in the simultaneous collection of the cutting residues FIG.3 (7) in the specific compartment with obvious benefits in terms of hygiene, time saving and cleaning efforts thus reducing the costs associated to the elimination of the residues. (for example the not self-sufficient people will not need to be washed after the haircut).
This invention device allows the user to maintain always the same lengths of the hair and adjust the length of the hair based on the desired hairstyle, setting the length of spacer combs.
Thanks to the aspiration system you can eliminate even the minimal hair growth to maintain the desired hair style, setting the length of the spacer combs.
For example, for having the hair always 5 cm long, you must simply use the device every day, setting the spacer combs on the measure of 5 cm.
This result is impossible using the currently available razors because, without using the aspiration system, they cannot achieve an uniform cut at variable length.
This invention can be realized by simply connecting or by incorporating a duct to the razor, with a suction nozzle, removable, interchangeable, replaceable FIG.l and adaptable to the length of the blade, also of variable length.
The suction nozzle, exactly located above the blades, has a specific function: it force the hair, putting them in a perpendicular position from the skin when the device pass towards the hair. The suction duct FIG.l (2) sucks the air flow directly into the collecting compartment FIG.6 of the device or it ends with a nozzle exit/locking FIG.l (3), placed in the back side easy to handle.
This exit/locking nozzle is can be connected to a flexible pipe by a universal attachment/detachment systems FIG.4.
This flexible pipe can be an accessorize of the device but can also be a flexible pipe of any vacuum cleaner; in this case the vacuum cleaner will collect the cutting residues in its collection compartment or bag.
