发明内容
发明目的:针对现有技术中存在的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种一次性使用安全注射针,这种安全注射针可以做到不可二次使用,不会交叉感染;在后处理过程中,对针头给予保护,不易划伤人,有利于人们的身体健康,而且产品制造容易、价格低廉,通用性强,以满足使用需求。
技术方案:为了实现上述发明目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一次性使用安全注射针,包括安全针套、针头座、针管护套和针头,所述的安全针套包括用于套住针头的套筒和圆筒,套筒的下方通过弹簧扣与圆筒相连;所述的套筒由一个套筒臂和两个对称设置在套筒臂两侧的套筒内壁组成,形成一侧开放的结构,在套筒的套筒内壁中间设有方形薄片,方形薄片与套筒臂呈60°夹角;在套筒的下方设有锥头,在所述的圆筒的上方设有配合锥头使用的卡孔;所述的针头座的一端为针头粘结段,另一端为内圆锥接头端,在针头座的中部为配合圆筒使用的安全针套连接段。

圆筒4为内径在6.3mm~6.7mm之间的圆筒4,安全针套连接段12为外径在6.4mm~6.8mm之间的安全针套连接段12,两者之间相互配合不轻易滑动。
针管护套18套装在针头上,在针管护套18上设有针管护套加强筋19。工作过程:使用前,先通过卡口10固定针管护套18在特定的位置;使用时,拔掉针管护套18后,用注射器吸取所需的注射药品,进行注射完毕后,将安全针套1的套筒3合上通过弹簧扣5与圆筒4配合后,通过锥头7和卡孔8固定;通过方形薄片6扣住针头,完成锁定;通过针头座2的特殊结构,使得固定后的针头牢固且不易滑动,又能适当旋转,方便使用的同时,安全可靠。
