一种可扩展病床
技术领域
本发明涉及一种病床。
背景技术
现有医院病床的床面的长度和宽度都是固定的,病床的移动一般 依靠病床的床腿下的轮子滚动。 对于房门不足够宽的房间, 病床的移 动就受到房门宽度的限制,当房门小于病床宽度时病床就难以移出或 移入房间。 特别是当发生火灾、 地震等灾难事故时, 病床通行不畅, 会危及病人生命。
此外,病床的销售运输过程中,虽然一般的病床都有折叠式结构, 但是病床的宽度和总长度都不能改变, 因此, 病床折叠之后的体积仍 然较大, 占用较大空间, 引起运输成本的升高。 从病床的移动和运输 的角度看, 病床的尺寸需要减小。
但是从使用角度看, 病人对病床的长度和宽度则有较大的要求, 需要较大的尺寸。 而且, 病床一般都有标准尺寸, 对于身材特别高大 的病人来说, 病床往往不够长也不够宽。 现有的病床不能调节床面的 尺寸, 带来不便。
发明内容
本发明要克服现有技术的上述缺点,提供一种床面尺寸能够调节 的病床。
本发明所述的可扩展病床,包括用于支撑床面的床架和设置在床 架两端的床腿, 其特征在于: 床架上有宽度扩展架和位于床架端部的 床头扩展架,所述的宽度扩展架沿着床架横向并排设置,所述的床架、 中宽度扩展架和床头扩展架共同铺设成床面;
所述的床架上设有沿床架横向设置的第一中空管,所述的宽度扩 展架上设有可滑动地插入所述的第一中空管的第一插管;所述的宽度 扩展架上设有横向支撑条,所述的横向支撑条一端连接在所述的宽度 扩展架上, 另一端被拖曳在所述的床架上;
所述的床架设有沿床架纵向设置的第二中空管,所述的床头扩展 架上设有与所述的第一中空管平行的第三中空管,所述的床头扩展架 上固结有可滑动地插入所述的第二中空管的第二插管;一个直角弯插 管的一端可滑动地插入所述的第三中空管,另一端插入相邻的宽度扩 展架纵向中空管; 所述的床头扩展架连接纵向支撑条, 所述的纵向支 撑条一端连接在所述的床头扩展架上, 另一端被拖曳在所述的床架 上;
所述的宽度扩展架、 第一中空管、 第三中空管、 直角弯插管位于 同一平面上, 所述的第二中空管和第二插管位于所述的平面之下。
进一步, 所述的宽度扩展架设有第一插销总成, 所述的第一插销 总成包括一扭转轴, 所述的扭转轴连接复位扭簧, 所述的扭转轴的一 端连接拨动手柄, 另一端连接第一插销; 所述的第一插销与床架上的 第一插槽配合, 固定宽度扩展架的位置。
进一步, 所述的床头扩展架连接第二插销总成, 所述的第二插销 总成包括第二插销, 第二插销的销套上的内腔装复位弹簧,销套外连 接螺母,第二插销与床架上的第二插槽配合,固定床头扩展架的位置; 所述的第二插销连接一根可将其拔出所述的第二插销的拉绳。
本发明在使用过程中, 可按照需要将宽度扩展架横向移动,横向 支撑条被拖曳在所述的床架上,形成扩展的床面。对于床头部位而言, 依靠直角弯管的两端的滑动插接, 可以分别调整床面宽度或长度, 也 可以同时调节床面宽度和长度, 在调整过程中保持床面的完整性。床 头扩展架与床架之间设有纵向连接部件, 即第二插管和第二中空管, 作为受力部件, 且第二插管和第二中空管与床架、床头扩展架、 宽度 扩展架所在平面错位, 能够有效地减轻直角弯管的受力, 使得直角弯 管滑动流畅, 床面调整过程顺利。 在床头扩展架的调整过程中, 纵向 支撑条被拖曳在所述的床架上, 形成扩展的床面。
本发明的优点是: 能够方便、 顺畅地调节床面宽度和长度, 机械 结构牢固耐用;便于在医院内移动, 当发生火灾、地震等灾难事故时, 容易转移病人, 保证病人生命安全; 便于缩小运输体积, 便于适应病 人具体需要调节床的大小, 具有优良的人性化设计。
