背景技术
众所周知,诸如交换机、无线设备等设备级联时可以达到扩充距离、范围、容量的目的;而网络可以达到资源共享;虚拟网络技术可以进行虚拟组网;当前社会每个家庭中又几乎都有多部闲置终端。如果终端支持级联,多个终端公用一个移动网络,那么不需要多张卡,一种支持终端级联、虚拟网络、资源共享的技术和设备一定会非常吸引眼球和具有市场前景。
智能终端的使用已经深入千家万户,例如智能终端为手机,每个人几乎都有一部或多部手机,每个家庭就更多了,但是,室内信号差、资源共享、闲置终端不能充分利用等问题往往困扰着每一个人。
针对相关技术中,终端之间不能够相互连接,从而使用户闲置的终端不能得以充分利用的问题,还未提出有效的解决方案。

根据本发明的一个实施例,提供了一种业务的执行处理方法,包括:第一终端建立与一个或多个第二终端的连接;所述第一终端将其支持的指定业务通知给所述一个或多个第二终端,其中,所述指定业务为所述第一终端允许所述第二终端通过所述第一终端所执行的业务。

关于第一终端建立与一个或多个第二终端的连接的具体方式也可以有很多种,在一个优选实施例中,第一终端建立与一个或多个第二终端的无线连接。
在本实施例中还提供了一种业务的执行处理装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图2是根据本发明实施例的业务的执行处理装置的结构框图,该装置应用于第一终端,如图2所示,该装置包括:建立模块22,设置为建立与一个或多个第二终端的 连接;通知模块24,设置为将第一终端支持的指定业务通知给一个或多个第二终端,其中,指定业务为第一终端允许第二终端通过第一终端所执行的业务。
在本实施例中提供了一种业务的执行方法,图3是根据本发明实施例的业务的执行方法的流程图,如图3所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S302,第二终端建立与第一终端的连接;
步骤S304,第二终端接收来自第一终端的通知消息,其中,该通知消息用于通知第二终端以下信息:第一终端允许第二终端通过第一终端所执行的指定业务;
步骤S306,第二终端根据通知消息通过第一终端执行指定业务。
通过上述步骤,第二终端与第一终端建立连接,从而第二终端可以通过第一终端执行该第一终端允许第二终端执行的指定业务。其中指定业务可以是第一终端可以执行的全部业务或者部分业务。即在第二终端不具备直接执行业务的情况下,可以通过其连接的第一终端执行指定的业务。相对于现有技术中终端之间不能够相互连接,从而使用户闲置的终端不能得以充分利用的问题,上述步骤达到了通过将多个终端的相互连接,使得闲置的终端得到充分利用、信号扩大、资源共享的效果。
上述步骤S302涉及到第二终端建立与第一终端的连接,需要说明的是,第二终端可以通过多种方式与第一终端建立连接,下面对此进行举例说明,在一个优选实施例中,第二终端建立与第一终端的连接之前,第二终端检测其所在指定区域内第一终端发送的广播消息,其中,广播消息用于通知指定区域内的第二终端建立与第一终端的连接,在检测到广播消息时,建立与第一终端的连接。
在本实施例中还提供了一种业务的执行装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图4是根据本发明优选实施例的业务的执行装置的结构框图,该装置应用于第二终端,如图4所示,该装置包括:建立模块42,设置为建立与第一终端的连接;接收模块44,设置为接收来自第一终端的通知消息,其中,该通知消息用于通知第二终端以下信息:第一终端允许第二终端通过第一终端所执行的指定业务;执行模块46,设置为根据该通知消息通过该第一终端执行该指定业务。
针对相关技术中所存在的上述问题,下面结合优选实施例进行说明。本优选实施例结合了上述实施例及其优选实施方式。
本优选实施例所述支持无线级联和虚拟网络技术进行资源共享智能手机装置包括以下模块:
A(正常智能终端(相当于上述第一终端))、B(闲置智能终端(相当于上述第二终端))(与现有技术相同的部分);
其中A为具有正常移动业务功能的智能终端,其必须包含智能手机,手机基本功能正常,具有正常通讯功能的手机卡且不能欠费,B为闲置手机终端,手机基本功能正常,有无手机卡均可;
还包括:C(虚拟网络服务端)、D(虚拟网络客户端);
其中C作为A的附加部分,必须成功安装在A中,D作为B的附加部分,必须安装在B中,我们把具有C的A统称为主终端,把具有D的B统称为辅终端,当A中装有D时,我们把这种情况也作为辅终端对待。
图5是根据本发明优选实施例的终端级联组网图,A、B、C、D之间的关系,如图5所示,优选实施例要求至少有一个可正常使用且当前位置天线信号强度优良的终端(主终端1),也可多个主终端(主终端2可选),辅终端有无卡均可,在级联共享成功后可以根据用户需求选择合适的主终端,其中辅终端至少要求有一个主终端与其连接正常,当辅终端连接到主终端的服务时,辅终端显示虚拟卡状态(无卡机显示有卡,有卡机显示多卡)。
本优选实施例所述支持无线级联和虚拟网络技术进行资源共享智能手机装置的方法包括以下步骤:
第一步,A添加支持本实施例的模块C,成为主终端;
第二步,B添加支持本实施例的模块D,成为辅终端;
第三步,主终端启动级联功能,并进行网络广播,等待具有该功能的辅终端连接;
第四步,辅终端启动级联功能,检索当前无线信号中具有该功能的服务器连接;
第五步,辅终端选择主终端进行连接,进行正常业务。
本优选实施例在原有终端正常服务的基础上,利用虚拟网络技术,将多个终端通过无线进行级联,并共享其中一部或多部设备上的服务,达到资源充分利用,网络共享、信号扩大等功能。该方案涉及到的关键技术不在本方法描述范围内,主要包括虚拟网络技术,加解密算法,无线通讯,天线收发技术。
图6是根据本发明优选实施例的虚拟卡连接状态指示图,辅终端联通到主终端后虚拟卡状态展示如图6所示,无卡辅终端联通后显示单卡,连接网络为V网,有卡辅终端联通后显示双卡,除原有网络卡标识外,增加包含一个V网。
下面结合附图对本优选实施例进一步的详细描述:
该功能采用虚拟网络方式,首先在一部或多部处于优质网络环境下且已经具备相应运营商服务的终端上启动服务端程序,将其设置为主终端,主终端则启动服务端,此时处于等待辅终端连接状态,通过天线口向外提供广播,此时启动客户端状态的终端可以检索到该设备,连接时通过加密算法保证安全性;其次可以采用任意终端启动客户端(有无卡、有无服务均可),启动客户端的终端称之为辅终端,启动客户端后将自动检索所有提供该功能的主终端设备;检索到主终端设备后,用户可以选择通过密码方式进行连接,连接后辅终端进入连接态,如果放弃则进入空闲态;主辅连接成功后主终端进入连接态,此时主终端可以控制与其连接的所有辅终端列表用户,可以选择是否向其提供服务,被选择提供服务的辅终端此时可以使用主终端上的所有服务;主终端状态机如图7,辅终端状态机如图8。
流程部分的处理步骤如下:
图9是根据本发明优选实施例的主终端业务流程图,主终端处理如图9所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤S902,主终端启动终端设备级联功能,即支持级联功能的主终端,如果要为其他终端提供级联共享服务,则需要在主终端侧启动级联服务;
步骤S904,启动广播功能等待辅终端连接,即当启动级联服务业务后,则在一定天线广播信号范围内发送广播,以供具有同样业务的辅终端检索和连接;
步骤S906,辅终端进行连接,即辅终端通过安全加密算法处理和分配的用户名和密码进行接入,在接入成功(即连接成功)时,转步骤S908,在接入失败时,转步骤S904;
步骤S908,主终端选择向对应辅终端提供通讯录、短消息等服务,即主终端将预先设置好可提供的服务业务通知辅终端,此时辅终端发起的呼叫、短消息业务将首先发送至主终端然后进行处理。
图10是根据本发明优选实施例的辅终端业务流程图,辅终端处理如图10所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1002,辅终端启用终端设备级联功能,即当用户需要利用辅终端进行级联,然后可以使用主终端业务时,将具有级联功能的终端启动该服务;
步骤S1004,是否有提供级联服务的主终端服务,即辅终端检索是否有提供级联服务的主终端业务,检索到则继续步骤S1006,检索不到则执行步骤S1010(恢复终端的初始状态,例如关闭级联服务并恢复默认状态);
步骤S1006,选择连接到主终端级联服务端,即选择一个可以供连接的主终端进行连接,用户名密码正确则连接成功,否则进入步骤S1010;
步骤S1008,辅终端通过主终端的共享服务可以使用主终端提供的通话、短消息服务。终端显示虚拟卡,即当级联成功后,辅终端便可以使用主终端提供的所有业务,辅终端的业务发起通过主终端进行交换处理;级联成功后将辅终端在界面进行虚拟卡和虚拟网络显示,用于指示当前连接状态和业务状态,虚拟网络用V指示;
步骤S1010,终端初始状态。
综上所述,通过本发明将手机终端支持级联功能,通过终端自带无线功能构建一个虚拟网,使之达到多个手机级联的效果,从而使得闲置终端充分利用、信号扩大、资源共享,达到充分解决上述问题的目的。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
基于本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案,采用第一终端建立与一个或多个第二终端的连接,第一终端将其支持的指定业务通知给一个或多个第二终端,其中,指定业务为第一终端允许第二终端通过该第一终端所执行的业务。解决了现有技术中终端之间不能够相互连接,从而使用户闲置的终端不能得以充分利用的问题,进而达到了通过将多个终端的相互连接,使得闲置的终端得到充分利用、信号扩大、资源共享的效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种业务的执行处理方法,包括:
    第一终端建立与一个或多个第二终端的连接;
    所述第一终端将其支持的指定业务通知给所述一个或多个第二终端,其中,所述指定业务为所述第一终端允许所述第二终端通过所述第一终端所执行的业务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一终端建立与所述一个或多个第二终端的连接之前,包括:
    所述第一终端在指定区域内发送广播消息,其中,所述广播消息用于通知所述指定区域内的所述一个或多个第二终端建立与所述第一终端的连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一终端建立与所述一个或多个第二终端的连接之前,包括:
    所述第一终端对所述第二终端进行合法性验证,其中,在验证通过时,所述第一终端建立与所述第二终端的连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一终端包括:支持移动通信功能且安装有用户识别模块SIM卡的移动终端;所述一个或多个第二终端包括:支持移动通信功能的移动终端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述指定业务包括以下至少之一:
    呼叫业务、短消息业务。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述第一终端建立与所述一个或多个第二终端的连接,包括:
    所述第一终端建立与所述一个或多个第二终端的无线连接。
  7. 一种业务的执行方法,包括:
    第二终端建立与第一终端的连接;
    第二终端接收来自所述第一终端的通知消息,其中,该通知消息用于通知所述第二终端以下信息:所述第一终端允许所述第二终端通过所述第一终端所执行的指定业务;
    所述第二终端根据所述通知消息通过所述第一终端执行所述指定业务。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述第二终端接收来自所述第一终端的所述通知消息之前,包括:
    所述第二终端检测其所在指定区域内所述第一终端发送的广播消息,其中,所述广播消息用于通知所述指定区域内的所述第二终端建立与所述第一终端的连接;
    在检测到所述广播消息时,建立与所述第一终端的连接。
  9. 一种业务的执行处理装置,所述装置应用于第一终端,所述装置包括:
    建立模块,设置为建立与一个或多个第二终端的连接;
    通知模块,设置为将所述第一终端支持的指定业务通知给所述一个或多个第二终端,其中,所述指定业务为所述第一终端允许所述第二终端通过所述第一终端所执行的业务。
  10. 一种业务的执行装置,所述装置应用于第二终端,所述装置包括:
    建立模块,设置为建立与第一终端的连接;
    接收模块,设置为接收来自所述第一终端的通知消息,其中,该通知消息用于通知所述第二终端以下信息:所述第一终端允许所述第二终端通过所述第一终端所执行的指定业务;
    执行模块,设置为根据所述通知消息通过所述第一终端执行所述指定业务。
