具体地,终端的位置请求帧中包括终端的MAC地址,如果是广播发送的,则周围所有的WLAN接入服务器都可以接收到;如果想单独给某个WLAN接入服务器发送位置请求帧,则帧中还应该包括要请求的WLAN接入服务器的MAC地址。如果位置请求帧中携带终端位置信息,说明该请求帧是位置更新请求。
其中以管理帧的子类型值0110作为终端的位置请求帧类型,目的地址中填充要发给WLAN接入服务器的MAC地址,源地址中填充终端的MAC地址,如果目的地址的所有位都填充1,表示该请求帧是广播帧。
依据本发明实施例的另一方面,还提供一种终端,如图3所示,包括:
帧接收模块,设置为获取WLAN接入服务器的包括接入位置信息的位置发送帧;
存储模块,设置为保存接入位置信息。
具体地,本领域技术人员可以理解,帧接收模块接收到位置发送帧后,还有帧解析模块进行解析,取出并接入位置信息,终端可以在无网络情况下获取接入位置信息进行WLAN定位。
本发明实施例还提供另一实施例的终端,如图4所示,该终端包括:
第一帧发送模块,设置为向WLAN接入服务器发送位置请求帧,所发送的位置请求帧中不包括终端位置信息;
帧接收模块,设置为获取WLAN接入服务器发送的位置发送帧,位置发送帧中包括接入位置信息;
帧解析模块,设置为解析接收到的位置发送帧;
存储模块,设置为保存帧解析模块解析出的接入位置信息。
该实施例的终端可以主动向WLAN接入服务器发送位置请求帧,以获得WLAN接入服务器的接入位置信息。
在上述两种实施例的终端中,还可以进一步包括第二帧发送模块,设置为发送位置请求帧,位置请求帧中包括终端位置信息,使WLAN接入服务器根据位置请求帧更新保存的终端位置信息。
利用第二帧发送模块,终端能够将具体的位置信息注入至WLAN接入服务器中。
本发明实施例还提供一种WLAN定位方法,应用于WLAN接入服务器,包括:
发送位置发送帧至终端,位置发送帧中包括接入位置信息,使终端即使在没有网络的情况下也可以直接获取WLAN接入服务器的接入位置信息,实现WLAN的定位。
在上述WLAN定位方法中,可选地,所发送的位置发送帧是以广播形式定期发送的,所有的终端都可以接收到。
本发明实施例还提供另一实施例的WLAN定位方法,应用于WLAN接入服务器,如图5所示,该WLAN定位方法包括:
接收来自终端的位置请求帧,位置请求帧中不包括终端位置信息;
根据位置请求帧发送位置发送帧至终端,位置发送帧中包括接入位置信息。
通过该实施例的WLAN定位方法,WLAN接入服务器可以应终端的主动请求,向终端发送接入位置信息。
如图6所示,为WLAN接入服务器侧更新终端位置信息的工作流程图,在上述两种实施例的WLAN定位方法中,还可以分别进一步包括:
接收来自终端的位置请求帧,位置请求帧中包括终端位置信息;
保存终端位置信息。
通过该步骤,WLAN接入服务器根据终端发送的位置请求帧,获得终端的具体位置信息,以进行更新及保存。
具体地,本领域技术人员可以理解,WLAN接入服务器在接收到位置请求帧后,首先要对位置请求帧进行解析,取出终端位置信息,保存并更新终端位置信息,利用这种方法WLAN服务器可以在没有网络的情况下直接对终端位置信息进行更新。
具体地,WLAN接入服务器的位置发送帧包括WLAN接入服务器的MAC地址以及相对应的接入位置信息,如果是广播发送的,则周围所有的终端都可以接收到;如果想单独给某个终端发送位置发送帧,则帧中还应该包括要请求的终端的MAC地址。
其中以管理帧的子类型值0111作为WLAN接入服务器的位置发送帧类型,目的地址中填充要发给终端的MAC地址,源地址中填充WLAN接入服务器的MAC地址, 帧主体中加入接入位置信息,如果目的地址的所有位都填充1,表示该请求帧是广播帧,这时候所有的终端都可以接收到WLAN接入服务器的位置发送帧。
依据本发明实施例的另一方面,还提供一种WLAN接入服务器,包括:
帧发送模块,设置为发送位置发送帧至终端,位置发送帧中包括接入位置信息,使终端获取接入位置信息进行WLAN的定位。
本发明实施例还提供另一实施例的WLAN接入服务器,如图7所示,包括:
帧接收模块,设置为接收来自终端的位置请求帧,位置请求帧中不包括终端位置信息;
帧发送模块,设置为发送包括接入位置信息的位置发送帧。
在以上两种实施例的WLAN接入服务器中,如图8,还包括:
帧接收模块,设置为接收来自终端的位置请求帧,位置请求帧中包括终端位置信息;
帧解析模块,设置为解析帧接收模块接收到的包括终端位置信息的位置请求帧,提取出终端位置信息;
存储模块,设置为保存帧解析模块提取出的终端位置信息并更新终端位置信息。
具体地,采用本发明实施例的定位方法,如图9所示,终端被动获取位置信息的步骤包括:
终端监听空口无线报文,等待WLAN接入服务器广播的位置发送帧的到来;
WLAN接入服务器对位置发送帧进行广播,使所有终端都可以监听到位置发送帧,位置发送帧中包括接入位置信息;
终端监听到位置发送帧;
终端通过帧解析过程提取出接入位置信息;
终端保存接入位置信息。
采用本发明实施例的定位方法,如图10所示,终端主动获取位置信息的步骤包括:
终端发送位置请求帧至WLAN接入服务器,位置请求帧中不包括终端位置信息;
WLAN接入服务器收到位置请求帧;
WLAN接入服务器对位置请求帧进行帧解析,解析出终端的MAC地址;
WLAN接入服务器根据解析出的MAC地址向对应的终端发送位置发送帧,位置发送帧中包括接入位置信息;
终端收到位置发送帧;
终端通过帧解析过程提取出接入位置信息;
终端保存接入位置信息。
采用如上所述的终端获取WLAN接入服务器的接入位置信息的方法,不需要联网,终端就可以直接获取到WLAN接入服务器的接入位置信息。
采用本发明实施例的定位方法,如图11所示,终端对WLAN接入服务器更新位置信息的步骤包括:
终端发送位置请求帧至WLAN接入服务器,位置请求帧中包括终端位置信息;
WLAN接入服务器收到位置请求帧;
WLAN接入服务器通过帧解析模块取出终端位置信息;
WLAN接入服务器更新位置信息并保存。
采用如上所述的终端对WLAN接入服务器进行位置更新的方法,WLAN接入服务器可以在没有网络的情况下,快速进行位置信息的更新。
综上所述,本发明提出了一种WLAN定位方法、终端和WLAN接入服务器,通过扩展协议帧的方式来实现WLAN接入服务器和终端来发送和获取位置信息的功能,达到可以直接通过WLAN接入服务器获取接入位置信息的效果,WLAN接入服务器也可以接收来自终端的位置信息更新。通过这种办法,不需要联网,也可以直接通过WLAN进行定位,当WLAN接入服务器的位置信息需要更新时,也可以通过这种方法快速更新位置信息。
以上所述的是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出对于本技术领域的普通人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述的原理前提下还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也在本发明的保护范围内。
工业实用性
如上所述,本发明实施例提供的一种补丁软件升级方法及系统具有以下有益效果:终端可以实现在网络不可用的情况下直接通过周围的WLAN接入服务器进行定位,省去了大数据量检索的过程,提高了定位的便捷性和实时性。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种WLAN定位方法,应用于终端,所述WLAN定位方法包括:
    获取WLAN接入服务器所发送的包括接入位置信息的位置发送帧;
    保存所述接入位置信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的WLAN定位方法,其中,所述获取WLAN接入服务器所发送的包含接入位置信息的位置发送帧的步骤中,所述位置发送帧是由所述WLAN接入服务器以广播形式定期发送的。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的WLAN定位方法,其中,所述WLAN定位方法还包括:
    向所述WLAN接入服务器发送不包括终端位置信息的位置请求帧,其中WLAN接入服务器所发送的包含接入位置信息的所述位置发送帧是响应所述位置请求帧而发送。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的WLAN定位方法,其中,所述WLAN定位方法还包括:
    向所述WLAN接入服务器发送包括终端位置信息的位置请求帧,使所述WLAN接入服务器根据所述位置请求帧更新所保存的终端位置信息。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的WLAN定位方法,其中,所述位置请求帧记录在报文中的Subtype中,且所述位置请求帧中包括所发送的与终端的MAC地址相对应的源地址和所发送的与WLAN接入服务器的MAC地址相对应的目的地址。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的WLAN定位方法,其中,所述位置请求帧的目的地址所有位都填充1时表示所述位置请求帧是广播帧。
  7. 一种终端,包括:
    帧接收模块,设置为获取所述WLAN接入服务器所发送的包含接入位置信息的位置发送帧;
    存储模块,设置为保存所述接入位置信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的终端,其中,所述帧接收模块获取所述WLAN接入服务器以广播形式定期发送的包含接入位置信息的所述位置发送帧。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的终端,其中,所述终端还包括:
    第一帧发送模块,设置为向所述WLAN接入服务器发送不包括终端位置信息的位置请求帧,其中所述帧接收模块所接收的包含接入位置信息的位置发送帧是由所述WLAN接入服务器响应所述位置请求帧而发送的。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的终端,其中,所述终端还包括:
    第二帧发送模块,设置为向所述WLAN接入服务器发送包括终端位置信息的位置请求帧,使所述WLAN接入服务器根据所述位置请求帧更新所保存的终端位置信息。
  11. 一种WLAN定位方法,应用于WLAN接入服务器,所述WLAN定位方法包括:
    发送包括接入位置信息的位置发送帧至终端,使所述终端保存所述接入位置信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的WLAN定位方法,其中,所述发送包括接入位置信息的位置发送帧至终端的步骤中,以广播形式定期地向所述终端发送包含接入位置信息的所述位置发送帧。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的WLAN定位方法,其中,所述WLAN定位方法还包括:
    接收所述终端发送来的位置请求帧,当所述位置请求帧中不包括终端位置信息时,根据所述位置请求帧向所述终端发送包含接入位置信息的位置发送帧。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的WLAN定位方法,其中,所述WLAN定位方法还包括:
    接收所述终端发送的位置请求帧,当所述位置请求帧中包括终端位置信息时,根据所述位置请求帧更新所保存的终端位置信息。
  15. 一种WLAN接入服务器,包括:
    帧发送模块,设置为发送包括接入位置信息的位置发送帧至终端,使所述终端保存所述接入位置信息。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的WLAN接入服务器,其中,所述帧发送模块发送包括接入位置信息的位置发送帧至终端时,以广播形式定期向所述终端发送所述位置发送帧。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的WLAN接入服务器,其中,所述WLAN接入服务器还包括:
    帧接收模块,设置为接收所述终端发送的位置请求帧;
    帧解析模块,设置为对所述位置请求帧进行解析,判断所述位置请求帧中是否包括终端位置信息;
    存储模块,设置为当所述帧解析模块判断所述位置请求帧中包括终端位置信息时,根据位置请求帧保存并更新所述终端的终端位置信息;
    其中,当所述帧解析模块判断所述位置请求帧中不包括终端位置信息时,所述帧发送模块根据所述位置请求帧向所述终端发送包含接入位置信息的位置发送帧。
