随着即时通讯工具以及无线网络在智能手机上的普及和广泛应用, 人 们越来越多的使用即时通讯工具进行沟通交流, 比如微信、 QQ等即时通讯 工具, 已经成为了大家日常生活中的不可或缺的沟通工具; 但是目前大家 主要还是使用这些工具进行文字和图片的沟通, 语音业务也只是进行对讲 和留言, 其实目前很多即时通讯工具都是有语音通话的功能的, 那么如果 有一个系统, 能够自动将电路交换(CS, Circuit Switch )域的语音通话或 者短信业务切换到对应的即时工具上完成, 则既能带给用户不同体验, 又 可以为用户节省资费。 发明内容

本发明实施例提供的电路交换域中的通信业务处理方法及装置、 存储 介质, 当通信终端当前处理的通信业务为电路交换域中的语音通话业务或 短信业务时, 则判断是否满足将该通信业务切换到通信终端分组交换域内 的即时通讯工具上的切换条件; 如满足, 将该通信业务切换到通信终端分 组交换域内的即时通讯工具上; 这样用户则可通过通信终端上的即时通讯 工具(例如 QQ、 微信等)实现语音通话或文字通信, 可带给用户另一种完 全新的通信体验, 又可为用户节省电路交换域内的通信资费。 附图说明

下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细说 明。
实施例一:
在本实施例中, 对电路交换域中的通信业务的处理包括: 当通信终端 (例如智能手机) 当前处理的通信业务为电路交换域中的语音通话业务或 短信业务时, 则判断是否满足将该通信业务切换到通信终端分组交换(PS: Packet Switch )域内的即时通讯工具上的切换条件; 如满足切换条件, 则将 该通信业务切换到通信终端分组交换域内的即时通讯工具上; 如不满足切 换条件, 则针对该通信业务按正常流程进行处理。 本实施例中分组交换域内的即时通讯工具可以包括 QQ、 微信、 百度 Hi、 Skype、 Gtalk、 ICQ, MSN等中的至少一种, 只要该即时通讯工具能实 现语音通话和 /或视频通话和 /或文字信息(包括文字、 图片信息)通信即可。
在本实施例中, 当将 CS域内的语音通话业务切换到通信终端的即时通 讯工具上时, 将其切换到具有语音通话功能和 /或视频通话功能的即时通讯 工具, 这样可以利用这类即时通讯工具的语音通话功能和 /或视频通话功能 实现语音通话, 这类即时通讯工具可以是微信、 QQ等等。 当将 CS域内的 短信业务切换到通信终端的即时通讯工具上时, 将其切换到具有文字通信 功能的即时通讯工具上, 这样可以通过这类即时通讯工具的文字通信功能 替代短信通信, 这类即时通讯工具可以为微信、 QQ、 MSN等等。
在本实施例中,用户可以预先在通信终端上设置是否开启将 CS域中的 语音通话业务或短信业务是否切换到即时通讯工具上这一功能; 具体的, 可在通信终端系统中设置一个对应的系统开关选项, 用户可以通过该系统 开关选项设置开、 关。 在上述判断是否满足切换条件之前, 可以预先判断 用户是否开启了上述切换功能, 如开启, 才执行该判断步骤; 否则, 不执 行该判断步骤, 通信终端正常处理 CS域内的语音通话业务和短信业务。
本实施例中, 针对不同的通信业务以及不同的应用场景等因素, 切换 条件可以进行灵活设置,下面分别针对 CS域中的语音通话业务和短信业务 的切换条件进行示例说明。 在此之前, 先对本实施例中的对端进行解释说 明: 当通信终端当前处理的通信业务为 CS域内的语音通话业务时,对端则 指与该通信终端进行该语音通话业务的另一端, 例如当通信终端为主叫端 时, 在此处的对端为被叫端, 反之, 当通信终端为被叫端时, 则对端为主 叫端; 当通信终端当前处理的通信业务为 CS域内的短信业务时, 对端则指 与该通信终端进行该短信业务的另一端, 例如当通信终端为短信发送方时, 在此处的对端为短信接收方, 反之, 当通信终端为短信接收方时, 则对端 为短信发送方。
当前需要切换的通信业务为 CS域中的语音通话业务时, 切换条件为: 对端在通信终端具有语音通话功能和 /或视频通话功能的即时通讯工具 的通讯录中 (例如在 QQ通讯录或者微信通讯录中, 具体可根据对端的联 系号码 (例如电话号码) 与即时通讯工具中的联系账户的对应关系确认对 端是否在该通讯录中; 当然, 对于某些即时通讯工具, 用户注册的联系账 户则可能就是对端的联系号码(例如直接用电话号码注册 ) );
或,
对端在通信终端具有语音通话功能和 /或视频通话功能的即时通讯工具 的通讯录中, 且该通信终端当前处于联网状态。
上述两种切换条件的主要区别在于是否要求通信终端当前处于联网状 态; 对于上述第一种切换条件, 只要满足对端在对应的即时通讯工具的通 讯录中即可认为满足切换条件了, 都会发起切换操作, 此时在后续的切换 操作过程中, 可能会发现通信终端当前未联网, 此时可以提醒用户手动进 行联网操作, 也可自动打开通信终端的网络连接。 对于上述第二种切换条 件则在上述第一中切换条件基础上还需满足通信终端当前处于联网状态, 如果通信终端当前未处于联网状态, 则可能表明用户当前不希望通过即时 通讯工具完成 CS域的语音通话或短信业务, 此时可不进行切换。
另外, 进一步地, 在本实施例中, 用户可以预先设置切换时具体釆用 哪些即时通讯工具, 例如用户可以设定只釆用 QQ, 此时则只会在 QQ通讯 录中查询对端是否在 QQ通讯录中, 也可设定同时釆用 QQ、 微信等多个即 时通讯工具, 此时则可同时在 QQ、微信等多个即时通讯工具的通讯录中进 行查找。 在本实施例中, 对于上述第二种切换条件, 用户还可具体设置通 信终端当前联网的网络环境, 例如, 对于实现语音通话或者视频通话, 对 网络的网络要求较高, 且所需流量较大, 因此用户可以设置只有在通信终 端连接 WLAN网络时才进行 CS域的语音通话切换; 在蜂窝网络下则不进 行切换。 当然, 也可不对网络的网络环境进行限定。 具体设置方式可根据 具体应用场景以及用户的个性需求进行设置。
当前通信业务为电路交换域中的短信业务时, 切换条件为:
对端在通信终端具有文字通信功能的即时通讯工具(例如 QQ、 微信、 MSN等中的至少一种即时通讯工具) 的通讯录中 (具体可根据对端的联系 号码(例如电话号码) 与即时通讯工具中的联系账户的对应关系确认对端 是否在该通讯录中; 当然, 对于某些即时通讯工具, 用户注册的联系账户 则可能就是对端的联系号码(例如直接用电话号码注册);
或,
对端在通信终端具有文字通信功能的即时通讯工具的通讯录中, 且通 信终端当前处于联网状态;
或,
通信终端当前处于联网状态, 对端在通信终端具有文字通信功能的即 时通讯工具的通讯录中并当前处于在线状态。
对于上述第一种切换条件和第二种切换条件的主要区别也在于是否要 求通信终端当前处于联网状态, 在此不再赘述。 对于上述第三种切换条件, 其在上述第二种切换条件的基础上, 进一步要求对端不但要在相应的即时 通讯工具的通讯录中, 且当前还需要处理在线状态。 其主要是考虑到如果 对端当前没有在在线状态, 则通过即时通讯工具发给对端的消息对端不一 定能及时收到并给予回复, 因此, 为了避免该问题, 增加了必须当前在线 的条件。 但应当理解的是, 上述第一种和第二种切换条件也是适用的, 此 时通信终端通过即时通讯工具将消息发给对端后, 对端虽然可能当前不在 线, 但待对端上线后, 其一样可以收到该离线消息, 因为即时通过 CS域发 短信, 也不能完全保证该短信能百分之百的被对端收到并给与及时的回复, 何况对于很多短信我们对其接收以及回复的及时性也并无要求, 甚至根本 就不要求对端进行回复(例如广告短信)。
应当理解的是,对于 CS域内的语音通话业务和短信业务, 且切换条件 并不仅限于上述几种示例的方式。
在本实施例中, 当前需要切换的 CS域的通信业务为语音通话业务时, 如果通信终端为主叫终端, 则可在通信终端确定被叫端 (也即确定被叫方 号码)后、 拨号前, 拨号中 (即已经拨号, 但通话还未接通)或在与对端 通话中 (即通话已经接通), 判断是否满足上述切换条件; 通信终端为被叫 终端时, 在通信终端在接听该电路交换域内的语音通话业务之前, 或在接 听该语音通话业务中, 判断是否满足上述切换条件。
对应地, 本实施例还可在通信终端相应的界面 (例如拨号界面、 拨号 中的界面、 通话中界面、 电话接听界面等)增加一个切换选项, 以方便用 户可以在拨号前或者拨号中或者通话中或者接听电话之前主动选择启动数 据业务的呼叫。

本实施例中, 将 CS域中的短信业务切换到 PS域内的即时通讯工具上 包括:

通过通信终端上具有文字通信功能的即时通讯工具向对端发起即时通 讯中的文字信息通信业务, 并在通信终端当前已经编辑了至少一部分短信 内容时 (例如当前用户在发送短信或回复短信时在通信终端上可能已经完 全编辑好短信内容或已经编辑好部分内容), 将该短信内容复制到即时通讯 工具的消息内容中, 避免用户重复编辑。 实施例二:
请参见图 1 所示, 本实施例提供的电路交换域中的通信业务处理装置 包括切换控制模块 11和切换执行模块 12, 其中:
切换控制模块 11, 配置为当通信终端当前处理的通信业务为电路交换 域中的语音通话业务或短信业务时, 判断是否满足将该通信业务切换到所 述通信终端分组交换域内的即时通讯工具上的切换条件; 如满足, 则通知 切换执行模块 12;
切换执行模块 12, 配置为收到所述通知后, 将通信业务切换到所述通 信终端分组交换域内的即时通讯工具上。
本实施例中 PS域内的即时通讯工具可以包括 QQ、 微信、 百度 Hi、 Skype、 Gtalk、 ICQ, MSN等中的至少一种, 只要该即时通讯工具能实现语 音通话和 /或视频通话和 /或文字信息 (包括文字、 图片信息)通信即可。
在本实施例中, 当将 CS域内的语音通话业务切换到通信终端的即时通 讯工具上时, 将其切换到具有语音通话功能和 /或视频通话功能的即时通讯 工具, 这样可以利用这类即时通讯工具的语音通话功能和 /或视频通话功能 实现语音通话, 这类即时通讯工具可以是微信、 QQ等等。 当将 CS域内的 短信业务切换到通信终端的即时通讯工具上时, 将其切换到具有文字通信 功能的即时通讯工具上, 这样可以通过这类即时通讯工具的文字通信功能 替代短信通信, 这类即时通讯工具可以为微信、 QQ、 MSN等等。
请参见图 2所示, 本实施例中的电路交换域中的通信业务处理装置还 可进一步包括设置模块 13, 配置为预先在通信终端上设置是否开启将 CS 域中的语音通话业务或短信业务是否切换到即时通讯工具上; 具体地, 可 在通信终端系统中设置一个对应的系统开关选项, 用户可以通过该系统开 关选项设置开、 关。 在切换控制模块 11判断是否满足切换条件之前, 可以 预先判断用户是否开启了上述切换功能, 如开启, 才执行该判断步骤; 否 则, 不执行该判断步骤, 通信终端正常处理 CS域内的语音通话业务和短信 业务。
本实施例中, 针对不同的通信业务以及不同的应用场景等因素, 用户 可以通过设置模块 13对切换条件进行灵活设置, 下面分别针对 CS域中的 语音通话业务和短信业务的切换条件进行示例说明。
当前需要切换的通信业务为 CS域中的语音通话业务时, 切换条件为: 对端在通信终端具有语音通话功能和 /或视频通话功能的即时通讯工具 的通讯录中 (例如在 QQ通讯录或者微信通讯录中, 具体可根据对端的联 系号码 (例如电话号码) 与即时通讯工具中的联系账户的对应关系确认对 端是否在该通讯录中; 当然, 对于某些即时通讯工具, 用户注册的联系账 户则可能就是对端的联系号码(例如直接用电话号码注册) ); 或,
对端在通信终端具有语音通话功能和 /或视频通话功能的即时通讯工具 的通讯录中, 且该通信终端当前处于联网状态。
上述两种切换条件的主要区别在于是否要求通信终端当前处于联网状 态; 对于上述第一种切换条件, 只要满足对端在对应的即时通讯工具的通 讯录中即可认为满足切换条件了, 都会发起切换操作, 此时在后续的切换 操作过程中, 可能会发现通信终端当前未联网, 此时可以提醒用户手动进 行联网操作, 也可自动打开通信终端的网络连接。 对于上述第二种切换条 件则在上述第一中切换条件基础上还需满足通信终端当前处于联网状态, 如果通信终端当前未处于联网状态, 则可能表明用户当前不希望通过即时 通讯工具完成 CS域的语音通话或短信业务, 此时可不进行切换。
另外, 进一步地, 在本实施例中, 用户可以预先设置切换时具体釆用 哪些即时通讯工具, 例如用户可以设定只釆用 QQ, 此时则只会在 QQ通讯 录中查询对端是否在 QQ通讯录中, 也可设定同时釆用 QQ、 微信等多个即 时通讯工具, 此时则可同时在 QQ、微信等多个即时通讯工具的通讯录中进 行查找。 在本实施例中, 对于上述第二种切换条件, 用户还可具体设置通 信终端当前联网的网络环境, 例如, 对于实现语音通话或者视频通话, 对 网络的网络要求较高, 且所需流量较大, 因此用户可以设置只有在通信终 端连接 WLAN网络时才进行 CS域的语音通话切换; 在蜂窝网络下则不进 行切换。 当然, 也可不对网络的网络环境进行限定。 具体设置方式可根据 具体应用场景以及用户的个性需求进行设置。
当前通信业务为电路交换域中的短信业务时, 切换条件为:
对端在通信终端具有文字通信功能的即时通讯工具(例如 QQ、 微信、 MSN等中的至少一种即时通讯工具) 的通讯录中 (具体可根据对端的联系 号码 (例如电话号码) 与即时通讯工具中的联系账户的对应关系确认对端 是否在该通讯录中; 当然, 对于某些即时通讯工具, 用户注册的联系账户 则可能就是对端的联系号码(例如直接用电话号码注册);
或,
对端在通信终端具有文字通信功能的即时通讯工具的通讯录中, 且通 信终端当前处于联网状态;
或,
通信终端当前处于联网状态, 对端在通信终端具有文字通信功能的即 时通讯工具的通讯录中并当前处于在线状态。
对于上述第一种切换条件和第二种切换条件的主要区别也在于是否要 求通信终端当前处于联网状态, 在此不再赘述。 对于上述第三种切换条件, 其在上述第二种切换条件的基础上, 进一步要求对端不但要在相应的即时 通讯工具的通讯录中, 且当前还需要处理在线状态。 其主要是考虑到如果 对端当前没有在在线状态, 则通过即时通讯工具发给对端的消息对端不一 定能及时收到并给予回复, 因此, 为了避免该问题, 增加了必须当前在线 的条件。 但应当理解的是, 上述第一种和第二种切换条件也是适用的, 此 时通信终端通过即时通讯工具将消息发给对端后, 对端虽然可能当前不在 线, 但待对端上线后, 其一样可以收到该离线消息, 因为即时通过 CS域发 短信, 也不能完全保证该短信能百分之百的被对端收到并给与及时的回复, 何况对于很多短信我们对其接收以及回复的及时性也并无要求, 甚至根本 就不要求对端进行回复(例如广告短信)。
应当理解的是,对于 CS域内的语音通话业务和短信业务, 且切换条件 并不仅限于上述几种示例的方式。
本实施例中的切换控制模块 11包括语音通话切换控制子模块, 切换执 行模块 12包括语音通话切换子模块, 其中, 语音通话切换控制子模块, 配 置为在通信终端为主叫终端时, 在通信终端确定被叫端 (也即确定被叫方 号码)后、 拨号前, 拨号中 (即已经拨号, 但通话还未接通)或在与对端 通话中 (即通话已经接通), 判断是否满足上述切换条件, 以及配置为在通 信终端为被叫终端时, 在通信终端在接听该电路交换域内的语音通话业务 之前, 或在接听该语音通话业务中, 判断是否满足上述切换条件。 语音通 话切换子模块通过通信终端上具有语音通话功能和 /或视频通话功能的即时 通讯工具(例如 QQ ) 向对端发起即时通讯中的语音通话业务和 /或视频通 话业务(例如 QQ语音聊天或视频聊天)。 在本实施例中, 当通过通信终端 向对端发起即时通讯中的语音通话业务和 /或视频通话业务后, 在规定时间 内, 如果对端确认接收即时通讯的语音通话业务和 /或视频通话业务, 则结 束 CS域内的语音通话业务的处理; 否则, 可以直接结束当前的切换处理, 按照正常的 CS域处理过程进行处理; 或者提示用户对端无应答, 由用户决 定是否继续等待。
本实施例中的切换控制模块 11还包括短信切换控制子模块, 切换执行 模块 12还包括短信切换执行子模块。 短信切换控制子模块, 配置为在通信 终端为短信发送方时, 在通信终端确定短信接收方之后、 短信发送出去前, 或在通信终端将短信发出之后, 判断是否满足切换条件, 以及在通信终端 为短信接收方时, 在通信终端打开接收到的短信之前, 或在通信终端打开 接收的短信之后、 向对端发出回复短信之前, 判断是否满足切换条件。 短 信切换执行子模块, 配置为通过通信终端上具有文字通信功能的即时通讯 工具(例如 QQ )向对端发起即时通讯中的文字信息通信业务(例如 QQ的 文字聊天);
或,
配置为通过通信终端上具有文字通信功能的即时通讯工具向对端发起 即时通讯中的文字信息通信业务, 并在通信终端当前已经编辑了至少一部 分短信内容时 (例如当前用户在发送短信或回复短信时在通信终端上可能 已经完全编辑好短信内容或已经编辑好部分内容), 将该短信内容复制到即 时通讯工具的消息内容中, 避免用户重复编辑。
本实施例提供的电路交换域中的通信业务处理装置可以完全通过软件 实现, 当然也并不排除通过软硬件的结合实现。 本实施例还提供一种通信 终端, 该通信终端具备 CS域的语音通话和 /或短信业务处理能力, 例如各 种智能手机、 平板等。 该通信终端包括存储器和处理器, 存储器用于存储 实现上述电路交换域中的通信业务处理装置的程序模块, 处理器则用于调 用这些程序模块实现上述 CS域内的语音通话业务和短信业务的切换过程。 实施例三:
为了更好的理解本发明, 下面结合具体的应用场景对本发明的方案做 进一步的说明。
请参见图 3所示, 用户可以在通信终端中进行如下设置:
步骤 301 : 设置切换功能的系统开关的状态;
设置为开时,则表明用户启用了将 CS域的语音通话业务或短信业务切 换到 PS域的即时工具完成, 否则, 未启动;
步骤 302: 用户确定选用的即时工具;
步骤 303: 用户设置具体的切换条件。
上述步骤 402和步骤 403实际都是用户设置切换条件的过程。 其具体 设置方式在上述各实施例中已进行说明, 此处不再赘述。
请参见图 4所示, 该图所示为通信终端当前有电话呼入或呼出的情况, 也即通信终端当前在处理 CS域内语音通话业务的情况, 其过程包括:
步骤 401 : 有电话呼入或呼出;
步骤 402: 判断切换功能的系统开关是否打开, 如是, 转至步骤 403, 否则, 转至步骤 405; 步骤 403 : 判断是否满足切换语音通话业务的切换条件, 如是, 转至步 骤 404; 否则, 转至步骤 405;
步骤 404: 切换到对应的即时通讯工具上。
步骤 405: 进行正常的 CS域语音通话处理。
具体的, 对于通信终端呼出电话时, 由于对端接通的时间不受限制, 可以在输入完电话号码, 在用户按呼出键之前就开始判断, 当判断条件满 足后, 在拨号界面上显示对应的功能选项供用户选择。
当在呼叫中, 可以增加一个对应的切换菜单选项, 用户选择此菜单后, 系统根据设置的条件等进行判断, 判断条件满足后, 进入语音业务的切换 过程; 该切换过程具体请参见图 5所示, 包括:
步骤 501 : 调用相应即时通讯工具的语音呼叫接口;
步骤 502: 对指定的联系人(即对端)发起对应的数据业务呼叫; 步骤 503 : 判断在设定时间内对端是否接收数据业务通话, 如是, 转至 步骤 504; 否则, 转至步骤 506;
步骤 504: 自动结束 CS域的语音业务处理过程;
步骤 505: 使用该即时通讯工具进行语音通话。
步骤 506: 根据用户选择的接通、 结束或继续等待进行响应的操作。 在步骤 506 中, 对方未接收数据业务通话, 则给用户界面提示, 由用 户选择是继续进行数据呼叫、 接听原 CS域语言呼叫或者结束原 CS域语言 呼叫, 系统根据用户的选择进行对应操作, 如果用户选择继续呼叫, 则重 复以上步骤。
对于通信终端为主叫端时, 当用户在呼叫前选择对应的数据业务呼叫 后, 则系统直接发起对应的数据业务呼叫。
对于在 CS域的通话过程中, 当用户选择了切换菜单, 并且判断条件满 足后, 系统控制切换方式同上。 请参见图 6所示, 该图所示为通信终端当前有短信发出和接收的情况, 也即通信终端当前在处理 CS域内短信业务的情况, 其过程包括:
步骤 601 : 有短信发送或接收;
步骤 602: 判断切换功能的系统开关是否打开, 如是, 转至步骤 603, 否则, 转至步骤 605;
步骤 603: 判断是否满足短信业务的切换条件, 如是, 转至步骤 604; 否则, 转至步骤 605;
步骤 604: 切换到对应的即时通讯工具上。
步骤 605: 进行正常的 CS域短信业务。
当然对于短信发送方, 可以在编辑短信输入完接收方电话号码后, 在 用户按发送键之前就开始判断, 当判断条件满足后, 在界面上就显示对应 消息提示用户, 由用户选择是否启用即时工具。
对于上述步骤 604中具体的切换过程请参见图 7所示, 其包括: 步骤 701: 调用相应即时通讯工具的消息接口;
步骤 702: 打开对应联系人(即对端) 的消息界面;
步骤 703: 对于发送方, 可将用户已经编辑好的短信内容自动复制到即 时工具中的消息界面内;
步骤 704: 使用即时通讯工具进行消息联系。
对于短信发送方时, 当用户在将短信发送出去之前选择切换到即时通 讯工具后, 则直接打开即时通讯工具中对应联系人的消息界面, 并且将用 户刚才编辑好的短信内容自动复制到即时工具中的待发送消息框, 等待用 户发送。
本发明实施例提供的电路交换域中的通信业务处理装置中的切换控制 模块、 切换执行模块和设置模块, 以及所述切换控制模块中的语音通话切 换控制子模块和短信切换控制子模块, 所述切换执行模块中的语音通话切 换子模块和短信切换执行子模块等, 都可以通过通信终端中的处理器来实 现; 当然也可通过具体的逻辑电路实现; 在具体实施例的过程中, 处理器 可以为中央处理器 (CPU )、 微处理器 (MPU )、 数字信号处理器 (DSP ) 或现场可编程门阵列 (FPGA )等。
本发明实施例中, 如果以软件功能模块的形式实现上述的电路交换域 中的通信业务处理方法, 并作为独立的产品销售或使用时, 也可以存储在 一个计算机可读取存储介质中。 基于这样的理解, 本发明实施例的技术方 案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出 来, 该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中, 包括若干指令用以使得一 台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机、 服务器、 或者网络设备等)执行本发 明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分。 而前述的存储介质包括: U盘、 移 动硬盘、 只读存储器(ROM, Read Only Memory ), 磁碟或者光盘等各种可 以存储程序代码的介质。 这样, 本发明实施例不限制于任何特定的硬件和 软件结合。
相应地, 本发明实施例再提供一种计算机存储介质, 所述计算机存储 介质中存储有计算机可执行指令, 该计算机可执行指令用于执行本发明各 实施例中提供的电路交换域中的通信业务处理方法。
以上内容是结合具体的实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明, 不 能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的 普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干简单 推演或替换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。 工业实用性
本发明实施例中, 当通信终端当前处理的通信业务为电路交换域中的 语音通话业务或短信业务时, 则判断是否满足将该通信业务切换到通信终 端分组交换域内的即时通讯工具上的切换条件; 如满足, 将该通信业务切 换到通信终端分组交换域内的即时通讯工具上; 这样, 用户则可通过通信 终端上的即时通讯工具(例如 QQ、 信等)实现语音通话或文字通信, 可 带给用户另一种完全新的通信体验, 又可为用户节省电路交换域内的通信 资费。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种电路交换域中的通信业务处理方法, 所述方法包括: 当通信终端当前处理的通信业务为电路交换域中的语音通话业务或 短信业务时, 判断当前是否满足切换条件, 所述切换条件为所述语音通 话业务或短信业务切换到分组交换域内的即时通讯工具上的条件;
满足所述切换条件时, 将所述语音通话业务或短信业务切换到分组 交换域内的即时通讯工具上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述通信业务为电路交换域中 的语音通话业务时, 所述切换条件为:
对端在所述通信终端具有语音通话功能和 /或视频通话功能的即时通 讯工具的通讯录中;
或,
对端在所述通信终端具有语音通话功能和 /或视频通话功能的即时通 讯工具的通讯录中, 且所述通信终端当前处于联网状态。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述通信终端为主叫终端时, 在所述通信终端确定被叫端后、 拨号前, 拨号中或在与对端通话中, 判 断是否满足所述切换条件;
所述通信终端为被叫终端时, 在所述通信终端在接听该电路交换域 内的语音通话业务之前, 或在接听该语音通话业务中, 判断是否满足所 述切换条件。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 将所述电路交换域中的语音通 话业务切换到分组交换域内的即时通讯工具上包括:
通过所述通信终端上具有语音通话功能和 /或视频通话功能的即时通 讯工具向对端发起即时通讯中的语音通话业务和 /或视频通话业务。
5、 如权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述通信业务为电 路交换域中的短信业务时, 所述切换条件为:
对端在所述通信终端具有文字通信功能的即时通讯工具的通讯录 中;
或,
对端在所述通信终端具有文字通信功能的即时通讯工具的通讯录 中, 且所述通信终端当前处于联网状态;
或,
所述通信终端当前处于联网状态, 对端在所述通信终端具有文字通 信功能的即时通讯工具的通讯录中并当前处于在线状态。
6、如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 所述通信终端为短信发送方时, 在所述通信终端确定短信接收方之后、 短信发送出去前, 或在所述通信 终端将短信发出之后, 判断是否满足切换条件;
所述通信终端为短信接收方时, 在所述通信终端打开接收到的短信 之前, 或在所述通信终端打开接收的短信之后、 向对端发出回复短信之 前, 判断是否满足切换条件。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 将所述电路交换域中的短信业 务切换到分组交换域内的即时通讯工具上包括:
通过所述通信终端上具有文字通信功能的即时通讯工具向对端发起 即时通讯中的文字信息通信业务;
或,
通过所述通信终端上具有文字通信功能的即时通讯工具向对端发起 即时通讯中的文字信息通信业务, 并在所述通信终端当前已经编辑了至 少一部分短信内容时, 将该短信内容复制到所述即时通讯工具的消息内 容中。
8、 一种电路交换域中的通信业务处理装置, 所述装置包括切换控制 模块和切换执行模块, 其中:
所述切换控制模块, 配置为当通信终端当前处理的通信业务为电路 交换域中的语音通话业务或短信业务时, 判断当前是否满足切换条件, 所述切换条件为所述语音通话业务或短信业务切换到分组交换域内的即 时通讯工具上的条件; 如满足, 则通知所述切换执行模块;
所述切换执行模块, 配置为收到所述通知后, 将所述通信业务切换 到所述通信终端分组交换域内的即时通讯工具上。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述通信业务为电路交换域中 的语音通话业务时, 所述切换条件为:
对端在所述通信终端具有语音通话功能和 /或视频通话功能的即时通 讯工具的通讯录中;
或,
对端在所述通信终端具有语音通话功能和 /或视频通话功能的即时通 讯工具的通讯录中, 且所述通信终端当前处于联网状态。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的装置, 其中, 所述切换控制模块还包括语 音通话切换控制子模块, 配置为在所述通信终端为主叫终端时, 在所述 通信终端确定被叫端后、 拨号前, 拨号中或在与对端通话中, 判断是否 满足所述切换条件; 以及,
配置为在所述通信终端为被叫终端时, 在所述通信终端在接听该电 路交换域内的语音通话业务之前, 或在接听该语音通话业务中, 判断是 否满足所述切换条件。
11、 如权利要求 9 所述的装置, 其中, 所述切换执行模块包括: 语 音通话切换子模块, 配置为通过所述通信终端上具有语音通话功能和 /或 视频通话功能的即时通讯工具向对端发起即时通讯中的语音通话业务和 / 或视频通话业务。
12、 如权利要求 8至 11任一项所述的装置, 其中, 所述通信业务为 电路交换域中的短信业务时, 所述切换条件为:
对端在所述通信终端具有文字通信功能的即时通讯工具的通讯录 中;
或,
对端在所述通信终端具有文字通信功能的即时通讯工具的通讯录 中, 且所述通信终端当前处于联网状态;
或,
所述通信终端当前处于联网状态, 对端在所述通信终端具有文字通 信功能的即时通讯工具的通讯录中并当前处于在线状态。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的装置, 其中, 所述切换控制模块包括短信 切换控制子模块, 配置为在所述通信终端为短信发送方时, 在所述通信 终端确定短信接收方之后、 短信发送出去前, 或在所述通信终端短信发 出之后, 判断是否满足切换条件; 以及,
配置为在所述通信终端为短信接收方时, 在所述通信终端打开接收 到的短信之前, 或在所述通信终端打开接收的短信之后、 向对端发出回 复短信之前, 判断是否满足切换条件。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的装置, 其中, 所述切换执行模块包括短信 切换执行子模块, 配置为通过所述通信终端上具有文字通信功能的即时 通讯工具向对端发起即时通讯中的文字信息通信业务;
或,
配置为通过所述通信终端上具有文字通信功能的即时通讯工具向对 端发起即时通讯中的文字即时通信业务, 并在所述通信终端当前已经编 辑了至少一部分短信内容时, 将该短信内容复制到所述即时通讯工具的 消息内容中。
15、 一种计算机存储介质, 所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可 执行指令, 该计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求 1至 7任一项所述的 电路交换域中的通信业务处理方法。
