本发明涉及一种开关配件,特别涉及一种套在开关灯座内部弹簧上的滑柱。
背景技术
传统的开关内部都是由滑套1和滑柱来做连接配件(如图1所示),但是滑套1和滑柱都存在缺陷,由于接触面受力点只有一个点,对接触面的划伤非常严重,从而影响产品的整体性能,同时,还有接触电阻变大,产品升温过高,寿命缩短,产品手感不好等缺点。
发明内容
为了解决现有的技术不足,本发明提供一种套在开关灯座内部弹簧上的滑柱。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种套在开关灯座内部弹簧上的滑柱,包括滑柱本体,所述的滑柱本体一端套在弹簧上,另一端设置有用来容纳滚珠的腔体,腔体容积至少是滚珠体积的3/4。
所述滑柱本体的滚珠顶在弧形翘板组件上,翘板组件活动安装在开关主体内部,开关主体下部设置有静端子和动端子,静端子上设有银触点,所述滑柱本体一端通过弹簧顶在灯座内,灯座套接在开关主体内,灯座上方安装有氖泡,灯座上方卡合有按钮,按钮通过凸起 与开关主体两侧壁上方中部开设的通孔转动连接。
本发明的有益效果:由于滚动球面多点受力,从而解决了一点受力摩擦对于接触面的损伤,改善了产品的整体性能;电阻小,产品不会过度升温,延长产品的寿命,手感也提高了很多,大大提高了产品的质量。

具体实施方式
如图2-图5所示的一种套在开关灯座内部弹簧上的滑柱,包括滑柱本体1,所述的滑柱本体1一端套在弹簧上,另一端设置有用来容纳滚珠3的腔体,腔体容积至少是滚珠3体积的3/4。所述滑柱本体1的滚珠3顶在弧形翘板组件8上,翘板组件8活动安装在开关主体9内部,开关主体9下部设置有静端子10和动端子11,静端子10上设有银触点12,所述滑柱本体1一端通过弹簧顶在灯座6内,灯座6套接在开关主体9内,灯座6上方安装有氖泡5,灯座6上方卡合有按钮4,按钮4通过凸起与开关主体9两侧壁上方中部开设的通孔转动连接。在工作的时候,滚珠球面多点受力,力得到分解,减小对接触面的伤害;另外,滚动摩擦代替滑动摩擦,也减小了对接触面的伤 害,保护了该产品。本发明的有益效果:由于滚动球面多点受力,从而解决了一点受力摩擦对于接触面的损伤,改善了产品的整体性能;电阻小,产品不会过度升温,延长产品的寿命,手感也提高了很多,大大提高了产品的质量。

  1. 一种套在开关灯座内部弹簧上的滑柱,包括滑柱本体(1),其特征在于,所述的滑柱本体(1)一端套在弹簧上,另一端设置有用来容纳滚珠(3)的腔体,腔体容积至少是滚珠(3)体积的3/4。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种套在开关灯座内部弹簧上的滑柱,其特征在于,所述滑柱本体(1)的滚珠(3)顶在弧形翘板组件(8)上,翘板组件(8)活动安装在开关主体(9)内部,开关主体(9)下部设置有静端子(10)和动端子(11),静端子(10)上设有银触点(12),所述滑柱本体(1)一端通过弹簧顶在灯座(6)内,灯座(6)套接在开关主体(9)内,灯座(6)上方安装有氖泡(5),灯座(6)上方卡合有按钮(4),按钮(4)通过凸起与开关主体(9)两侧壁上方中部开设的通孔转动连接。
